Croco Mykonos

The staff are amazing. Theanger went out of his way to vey accommodating. Even though we had an issue with out hot tub, they went out of their way to make things right. They helped us find a reasonably priced rental car and provided many suggestions. The whole staff were so fun and polite. Also all the food at the hotel was amazing. Didn't eat anything I didn't like. The location is a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of old town. Great view of the ocean. Will definitely back. 😀

Every thing was just perfect, the hot tub worked great and was clean, the breakfast is amazing and the hotel is 1 min drive from the center.

The hotel was spotless and in great order. Location was perfect, nice and quiet, with just a 10 minute walk for the little sea bus for the old town. Beds were incredibly comfortable, with regular housekeeping. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast offering was fantastic, with a hot and cold buffet, plus an a la carte option. Maria, the manager was brilliant. Very friendly and attentive, even giving both myself and my wife hugs before we left. Ionna the cook was great, cooking our eggs to perfection every morning. Marios and Vagelis on front of house were also a credit to the hotel, organising transfers and taking the time to give us good advice about island hopping. Overall, I would highly recommend this clean, modern hotel for a stay.

Only thing I'd say is that the bar and restaurant prices are too high, meaning the those areas are always quiet. A review of their price points would encourage more people to use the facilities.

O pequeno almoço era delicioso e o pessoal do atendimento sempre prestativa com destaque ao gerente que foi sempre muito atencioso com os nossos pedidos, incluindo as varias alterações das datas de acomodação que tivemos que fazer devido as alterações de voo.

Das Hotel selbst ist top. Der Fußweg in die Stadt geht schnell (ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten) führt aber an einer etwas unangenehm engen Straße entlang.

We booked a suite with jacuzzi which looked beautiful on pictures but unfortunately it was not at all what we expected. The jacuzzi overlooked the sea from a very small angle only (the angle they used to deceive us on the photos) Otherwise the view was mostly of a very busy road and a beach with a run down tent. We only used the jacuzzi once because it was heavily loaded with chlorine and because it was too loud from the road noise and pedestrians.

We lost the location of this hotel. It was close to the port and close to old town of Mykonos/ little Venice area of Mykonos. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious and modern. Staff were always extremely accommodating. The concierge service was brilliant. Any time we had a question or wanted a pick up service we just messaged on WhatsApp and it was organised for us quickly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to make us we will most certainly stay here again when we return to Mykonos in the future.

Nice facility and services including breakfast, lunch and drinks. Excellent staff, very nice, friendly and knowledgeable.

Next to busy road and without safe pedestrian paths. Actually I recommend against walking anywhere, very dangerous and a bit frightening as the roads are too narrow for 2-way traffic.

Breakfast offered an impressive variety and was equally enjoyable. The pool was clean, and the rooms were both spotless and beautifully designed.

Colazione fantastica, variegata e di ottima qualità. Pulizia top. Piscina privata riscaldata pulita e confortevole. Lo staff è collaborativo, gentile e ci è stato d’aiuto in quanto avevamo la partenza molto ore dopo rispetto al checkout, indicandoci spazi comuni e servizi di cui poter usufruire anche dopo il check-out. Se dovessimo ritornare a Mykonos, torneremmo volentieri al Croco!

Proporrei l’affissione di qualche gancio appendiabiti nella stanza, perché l’armadio non è particolarmente capiente e sarebbe utile averne uno vicino alla porta.

First of all the hotel is gorgeous. The location is brilliant and the place is spotless. The one thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I’m so glad I picked this hotel! My room was super clean and really comfy. The staff were just amazing so friendly and genuinely nice. Breakfast was delicious with lots of tasty choices. The whole place is spotless, and the location is perfect for getting around. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my stay.

The have sound poor door as the sounds for the house keeping and other rooms opening and closing can be annoying

The property was well maintained, breakfast was excellent. It was a little walk into town and back which was a little annoying because of how windy it was.

The road noise was not ideal. Also no where to hang your swimmers or towel outside after being in the plunge pool. Our teenager was very bored in Mykonos, it would be good if they could have some activity suggestions for teenagers to do on holidays.

It is a lovely place with great Location. The staff were the best thing about it they are all out going and willing to offer help at any cost. We had the best concierge on this planet Vagelis is well connected in Mykonos and can help you with everything.

A beautifully finished hotel . It’s best feature tho were its staff. A young team but the best customer service . Contact via WhatsApp if you needed them day or night was a great feature. Breakfast chef was exceptional.

Location. Right in the busiest road on the island. Min taxi ride €25 for just a mile to town. No pavements to walk if you wanted to stroll from the hotel. Charges for drinks through the roof eg €10 for a small bottle of local beer. Yes Myconos is expensive but a full time barman doing next to nothing could have had more trade with keener prices. Rooms were lovely but minimal. Sinks in the room when one in the bathroom would have been useful.

This hotel was a major letdown. The restaurant charges high prices for food that’s far from high quality. Staff were often rude and disorganized — they made a mistake with our reservation, forcing us to switch rooms, and were extremely pushy at checkout, even knocking on our door just 10 minutes after the official time. Breakfast was greasy and very limited. The gym is a joke — barely any machines and not functional. The hotel felt empty and poorly decorated, lacking any atmosphere. This was definitely not the 5-star experience I was expecting.

I loved the spacious rooms and bathrooms. Really nice and modern hotel for a couple of days stay. Even though it’s by the street it’s not too loud. Easy to walk to the old town or even port.

The pool area could be improved, in the sense of just adding more beds, for example in the area a bit away from the pool. And I would reduce the music volume just a bit, to ensure a bit more relaxation.

The best service I have seen in Greece. Great experience. I Will repeat.

Rating this place makes me want to have an 11 or even 12 rating for the staff. So friendly and eager to help with absolutely anything. Great breakfast, and nextdoor to a very good restaurant (Compass). Perfect for a nice and relaxing vacation, can absolutely recommend staying here to anyone.

Honestly, this hotel deserves a 10/10! It’s based on a very aesthetic clean white and green theme. The breakfast is amazing, the room very comfortable, and the staff is absolutely exceptional. As a solo woman traveler, I felt incredibly safe and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to check on me and the guests in general. I felt very catered to! The location is only a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the pier so that relieves a lot of stress. They also are a partner hotel with Branco, which offers an incredible beach and easy transfers and reservations between the two. I would highly recommend for a quiet, chique stay 💛

All the staff had superb hospitality, very professional and welcoming. Every single staff member were there when needed. It was lovely to receive a delicious alcoholic beverage on arrival and we didn’t have to lift a finger our whole stay. Location is great, in a resort yet just a short walk into the main town. I highly recommend staying at the Croco for your next getaway! 5 out of 5 stars 🌟 🫶

The staff- especially those on the desk. Utterly charming and helpful. Lovely design. Very aesthetically pleasing. Great location, we only had a very quick stopover before catching a ferry to Andros. Great breakfast selection.

The acoustics in the hallway meant that all sounds echoed. When you’re in bed you can hear footsteps, doors banging etc.

The shower was open to entire bathroom. The majority of the floor would get wet. The location was further from town. It overlooked the ferry station.

Great hotel, perfect location. We really enjoyed spending a week here. Wonderful: the pool, the music while staying in the sun. Room - top!! Towels changed every day, even several times a day, impeccable cleanliness. Exceptional breakfast, not only the generous buffet but also the à la carte service with exceptional staff, always friendly, smiling, and attentive. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the city center, and we appreciated that because it's not far and at the same time we have a view of the sea. We absolutely loved our stay at Croco Mykonos. The place is an absolute beauty. Our room was spacious, calm, comfortable. Bed was a dream. The staff is wonderful, they have been so kind to our two year old: thank you. Short taxi ride to the old town (20 minutes walk). Sea bus from new port is way cheaper and funnier to old town. There is also a market near by.

The property was exactly as advertised. It is located in clear view of the sea which was a wonderful sight. The hotel was kept at a high level of cleanliness and our room was tidied up throughout the day. When we left the room we would find it clean on our return. Breakfast was great, there was plenty of choice from hot and cold food. Freshly made options with a variety of egg options and pancakes. Freshly brewed coffee and pastries. The concierge were attentive, friendly and helpful. They were accessible throughout the day and if we needed any items they would be brought to the room as soon as possible. They gave helpful information about restaurants etc.

The floors were slippery especially when it rained and areas close to the pool area. If you don’t drive the transportation to town which is a 20 minute walk is very expensive. We only realised in the last few days of our holiday that we could easily walk to town.

The property is well maintained and nicely decorated. Only a few rooms which was nice and quiet.

The poolside was slippery, so needed to be cautious when the floor was wet.

It was a great experience staying at Croco. The team at Croco made us feel right at home attending to all our needs. They have a whatsapp concierge which made communicating with the team really easy to attend to all our needs. They helped arrange for the rental of a Car during our stay there, pick up and drop off all done at the Hotel which was really really useful for us. Their breakfast spread was great and filling with different dishes each day so that our stay was dynamic and enjoyable. You get a great view of the Mykonos Sunset as the hotel is located right by the coast, Location wise, it is really near the main tourist area of Chora, which made it accessible by foot or car. It is a great place if you are looking to relax and unwind by the pool. One of the notable mentions, which I feel is important because it is exemplary of the standards that they hold themselves to - was that the Soap, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Tooth Brush provided were all branded and of high quality. Something which really impressed me and my wife. Another great feature of this Hotel is that they have a Gym, it helped me keep some weight off my belly during this trip and was actually the only hotel equipped with a Gym that we stayed in.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were all amazing. Everyone was very friendly and were there to assist you whenever necessary.
