Its a pure scam these people are running.

Its a pure scam these people are running. They will give you room for almost free and trap you with ride and everything extra. They are using booking.com for just bringing the customer once you booked they will start talking to you on WhatsApp and ask you to cancel the booking and do directly with them. Where they will ask you for everything extra they charged me almost $300 for this room. I am going to write review on every portal for these camps and booking.com should stop listing these camps.

Fantastisch in de zandduinen, klein maar sfeervol kamp. Uiteraard liggen er meerdere kampen rondom maar in je duinpannetje merk je dat niet. Lekker bed. De kinderen waren dol op de yoghurtjes en fruit bij het ontbijt en diner. Ibrahim van het kamp regelde ook een quad tour door de zandduinen in de ochtend. In een woord fantastisch! eindeloos zand veel rustiger dan s'abonds. De kinderen mochten zelf rijden maar de gidsen gingen op een rustig tempo hierdoor. Ze waren super lief met de kids. Leuk team.

Het was al iets verouderd en heey je zit in de woestijn dus douche straal was karig. mobiels opladen in de eetzaal.

De gastheren zorgen perfect voor je. Denken graag mee, echt een onvergetelijke ervaring. Communicatie verliep ook perfect.

Sì lascia la propria auto in una kasbah a circa 10 minuti dal campo tendato e il trasporto verso il campo con la jeep è incluso. La struttura è piccola ma accogliente, si trova in una posizione circondata dalle dune di sabbia (dietro alle dune ci sono altre decine di campi tendati, quindi non pensate di essere soli nel deserto). C’è la possibilità di fare escursioni con il dromedario, ma è meglio prenotarla in anticipo se volete farla al tramonto, costo 30 euro (noi l’abbiamo fatto all’alba, si tratta di un giretto su una duna vicinissima al campo della durata di circa 40 minuti comprensivo di sosta per le foto che non mi sento di consigliare sinceramente). Lo staff è molto gentile, Mimoun ci ha accolti con sorriso ed è stato fantastico. Le tende sono abbastanza grandi ma essenziali, mancano le prese della corrente (siamo nel deserto d’altronde) e l’acqua calda viene erogata solo in alcune fasce orarie. La cena a menù fisso molto buona. La colazione invece a buffet altrettanto buona.

Sehr umsichtiges und freundliches Personal. Gutes Essen mit fixen Zeiten, was aber für den Ablauf sinnvoll ist. Touren mit Dromedar, Quads oder Jeeps buchbar beim Personal, das uns hinbrachte, abholte etc. Diese Touren sind extra zu bezahlen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Gesamtpakets stimmt trotzdem. Die Zelte sind sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ausreichend Steckdosen für Handys etc.

Temperaturen der Jahreszeit entsprechend, macht Sinn sich zu informieren. Es kühlt in der Nacht stark ab, inkl. Wasser. Tagsüber Warmwasser.

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen. Der Transport mit den Dromedaren zu den Zelten war ein absoluter Traum und ein wundervoller Start in ein Märchen. Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und hat einen herrlichen musikalischen Abend gestaltet. Das dreigängige Essen war sehr lecker, ebenso das Frühstück. Die Rückfahrt mit 4x4 war Abenteuer und Spannung pur!

Everything was good! Food, location, comunication and the rooms.

The only downside was that during the full-day tour, our guides had trouble with English and seemed to have some difficulty understanding our questions. Or maybe we were asking questions that were too difficult—about traditions, changes in the weather, and life in general.

Location ideas is great but everything else is very poor quality and doesn’t worth money at all

This was a very disappointing experience. The facilities are extremely old and poorly maintained. The pictures online are misleading — in reality, everything is outdated and worn out. The room was dark and freezing cold. None of the electrical outlets worked except the one at reception. It was so cold at night that even using all the blankets provided, it was uncomfortable to sleep. The food was of very poor quality and far below expectations. The camel trip was also disappointing. We spent around 40 minutes just getting to the camp, and we were not even taken to the top of the dunes to watch the sunset, which is the main highlight of such an experience. Overall, it felt like the entire experience was designed to extract money while providing the absolute minimum in return. I would not recommend this place.

Ubytování bylo skvělé. Ráda bych vyzdvihla zejména milý a ochotný personál a nejlepší jídlo, které jsme za celou dobu našeho pobytu v Maroku jedli. Všechno bylo naprosto perfektní a pokud sem budeme mít znovu cestu, moc rádi se vrátíme. Auto jsme nechali na neplaceném parkovišti a zdarma nás odvezli do kempu, což jsme také velmi ocenili.

Dès notre arrivée au camp, nous avons eu l’impression d’entrer dans un autre monde. L’accueil était chaleureux, avec du thé marocain traditionnel et des pâtisseries, et les tentes étaient propres et très bien équipées malgré le fait que nous soyons au milieu du désert. La balade à dos de chameau au coucher du soleil a été l’un des plus beaux moments de notre voyage au Maroc, et le dîner était absolument délicieux, accompagné d’une belle musique saharienne autour du feu. Je le recommande vivement à toute personne souhaitant vivre une expérience authentique tout en restant confortable

Nothing. This camp company is a scam. I booked Zahra luxury desert camp on booking.com. The name was changed to erg Chebbi camp a month before but the email said that it is the same location! On arrival I was taken to a completely different camp called Akabar desert camp which is not what I had purchased. This clearly was a scam. It included false advertising and forcing us to stay somewhere where we didn’t agree to. I checked with other people in the camp and I spoke to at least two other people who have had the same happen to them.

The camp I was in was a mess. The bed sheets were ripped and dirty, the shower was broken, the internet and electricity worked half the time.

Staff molto ospitale e accogliete, cibo buonissimo (migliore cena marocchina fino ad ora) e una posizione da cui con una breve camminata raggiungi posizioni invidiabili per vedere il tramonto e l’alba sulle dune. Tour con jeep proposto dal camp nei dintorni del deserto alla scoperta delle tradizioni e dei villaggi locali molto interessante, con un ragazzo molto simpatico che parlava bene l’italiano. La notte in inverno è fredda, ma ci solo molte coperte e si dorme bene. Consigliatissimo!

Il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci è venuto a prendere in un punto di ritrovo da lui segnalato per accompagnarci al camp. La tenda era molto carina, comoda e spaziosa. La colazione era abbondante e con alcune cose tipiche marocchine, come anche la cena tradizionale. La cosa più carina è il dopo cena, un'oretta intorno al fuoco in cui tutti gli ospiti ascoltano suonare i ragazzi che lavorano al camp. Il gestore ti propone anche attività da fare nel deserto, questo aspetto è stato molto comodo perché non c'era la necessità di mettersi in contatto con altre agenzie per farle. Bellissima esperienza!

El personal es muy amable y cocinan muy bien. Ha sido una gran experiencia dormir dos noches aquí. Sólo hay que tener en cuenta que no se pude entrar con vehículo normal porque están dentro de las dunas del desierto. El personal ya lo te indica y tienes que dejar el coche en otro hotel antes de las dunas. Todo muy organizado y correcto.

Lägret är mer än bara en plats att bo på, det är en komplett kulturell upplevelse. Vi lärde oss om traditionell musik, smakade lokal mat och upptäckte ökengästfrihetens seder. Ali och Ibrahim var fantastiska och tog hand om alla detaljer. Tältet var bekvämt utrustat och mycket rent. 4x4-turen med Mohammed var fylld av skratt och äventyr. Jag rekommenderar att boka minst en natt för att uppleva allt detta

Von der guten Organisation der Ausflüge bis zum Timing des Essens war alles reibungslos und perfekt abgestimmt. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und schön gestaltet. Ein sauberes privates Badezimmer ist ein großer Pluspunkt

Esperienza fantastica, camp gestito benissimo, pulito e curato, il gestore è stato simpaticissimo e molto disponibile, la struttura gestisce il trasporto da Merzouga (presso una Kasbah hotel) all'accampamento che si trova all'inizio del deserto vicino ad altri accampamenti; le tende sono spaziose e il bagno (personale) era oltre le aspettative con acqua calda nelle ore più importanti, letti comodi! Dopo il thè di benvenuto abbiamo passeggiato in solitaria nel deserto e verso le 19 abbiamo prenotato un'ora di quad nel deserto ed è stato fantastico, dopo di che abbiamo mangiato una cena molto buona e post cena con musica suonata dai ragazzi del camp, di norma si fa fuori davanti ad un focolare ma nel nostro caso c'era troppo vento e l'hanno fatto all'interno della tenda ristorante. Il gestore detto "Mimmo" parla tantissime lingue, super disponibile!

من أول ما وصلنا لين غادرنا، كل شي كان مرتب على أكمل وجه. جولة الغروب كانت رهيبة، والعشاء مع الموسيقى زاد الجو جمال. الغرفة وايد دافية ومجهزة بكل شي نحتاجه، والحمام نظيف فوق المتوقع. الصراحة طاقم العمل ما عليهم كلام، أفضل ناس!

On a clear night, the stars looked as if you could reach out and touch them. The silence was golden. The tents were beautifully designed and comfortable. The staff were kind and always smiling. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

What we loved most was stargazing. The room was so comfortable that we forgot we were in the desert.

Une expérience complète. Nous n’avons pas seulement dormi sous une tente, mais nous avons vécu la culture du désert. La nourriture est délicieuse (essayez absolument le dîner), et l’ambiance autour du feu avec la musique était magique. Les salles de bain privées étaient un véritable atout. Parfait pour les groupes de jeunes.

Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable ! Un large choix de pains, fromages, œufs et confitures. Le café était chaud et délicieux. L’endroit est calme et parfait pour se détendre après le repas. La chambre est extrêmement confortable.

Nous avons voyagé en famille de 5 personnes et l’endroit était idéal. Les enfants étaient ravis de faire du chameau et de glisser sur les dunes de sable. La chambre était chaleureuse pendant la fraîcheur de la nuit. Le personnel était très attentionné avec les enfants. Le petit-déjeuner était riche, varié et convenait à tout le monde.

Il personale è estremamente cordiale e offre un servizio impeccabile. La cena e la colazione erano deliziose e varie. Ammirare l’alba tra le dune di sabbia è un momento che porterò sempre con me.
