L'accueil était très mauvais, le lieu de rendez vous a été donné avec un point Gps et lorsque j'ai établi la communication pour demander des précisions à aucun moment ils n'ont été capable de me donner le nom de l'hôtel du lieu de rendez-vous et me situer alors que j'étais juste à côté. Une fois sur place, longue attente à l'accueil de l'hôtel qui n'était pas le nôtre, même pas un verre d'eau à nous proposer... Le paiement s'est fait en espèces donc aucune trace de notre venue et donc aucun moyen de mettre un commentaire (possibilité 8 mois après je ne sais pourquoi !?) Nous avons ensuite été récupérés par un 4x4 pour nous emmener sur place. Nous étions aux portes des dunes , le désert est tout en longueur et peu large. La prestation de chant berbère au coin du feu a été reconduite à l'intérieur à cause du vent donc beaucoup moins sympa que prévu. Déçue....

We had one night at this camp and it was a very nice camp and very good recommend it to anyone who wants to go to the desert.

Le désert est féérique. Le repas était savoureux et copieux. Le service des repas était impeccable. L’animateur (seul) était très gentil…

L’impression de m’être fait roulée dans la farine. J’ai pris une capture d’écran de l’annonce parce que le rabais me semblait douteux…il l’était. Ne vous laissez pas prendre: il n’y a aucune façon de vous rendre au site par vos propres moyens. J’ignore sur quoi porte le rabais. Mais contrairement à l’explication fournie…tout doit être pris en charge par « l’hôtelier ». Une fois sur place, beaucoup trop de kilomètres se sont écoulés…le fournisseur offre d’annuler la réservation Booking pour ainsi éviter les frais de courtage. 2e bogue: pas de spectacle traditionnel après le repas…une pièce et les musiciens s’en vont de joindre à d’autres groupes. Assez ordinaire.

We stayed here for night and everyone and everything was lovely! Driver, Amine, was so accommodating, friendly and full of information! Comfortable beds, delicious food, incredible hospitality, and stunning scenery. Would recommend to anyone!

The property has everything it says it’ll have. Food was great along with the staff. The tent was amazing and had everything we needed.

The bathroom did smell a bit. But it’s glamping. The area was well kept except for the fire pit area. I DID NOT LIKE THAT WE HAD TO PAY 50euros a person to take us to the camp. Seemed excessive and they did not say that in the original booking at we needed to pay that on top of the booking.

Loved the Sahara family luxury Camp .The tent provided us with all the necessary amenities, including a perfectly situated shower 🚿 amidst the desert.🏜️ The food was traditionally Moroccan and quite good. The organized sunset camel 🐪 ride was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay.

A memorable life time experience riding camel and enjoying horizontal desert view. Watching the sunset and golden sand with many dunes as background was something peaceful and unforgettable.

Best experience ever. We tried Quad biking, sand boarding, camel ride, camping, dancing around camp fire, sun rise sun set, ice sand walking at night, very starry night with full constellation! 100% good customer service, Berber people are super nice, gentle, very agreeable and make you feel like at home.

He was very patient he answred all our question and inquiries, He met us once we got to the desert in person and arrange multiplle activities for us such as the camels trek, Everything was great. My experience in Merzouga camp was amazing, the view was so beautiful and we went with a guide on camels to the camp, our day there was amazing and full of information. The room was very clean. The food was delicious.

The desert views are so amazing we spent a night in a luxury camp our tent was so clean and comfortable we went on camels from Merzouga to the middle of the sand with other friends from other countries our stay there was so amazing we enjoyed it around the fire. I recommend it

Great experience in the desert! We booked a private tent with dinner and breakfast. The owner Ali was friendly person. We met in Merzouga and left at arnd 6pm for an hour and a half camel ride to the camp, we stopped in the middle of the desert for the sunset, Once at the camp, we've been welcomed by typical mint tea and snacks. Our tent was big, clean, cozy and well equipped with private bathroom, towels and usb chargers. Dinner and breakfast were both good and rich. After dinner, the staff played some typical music arnd the fire outside. The morning after they brought us back to Merzouga by Jeep, but it was possibile to go back again by camel if desired. Thank you Ali for everything. see you next year.

Our trip to Morocco, we booked a private tent in this camp, dinner and breakfast were included. We set off from Merzouga to the camp on camels. It was a great experience. Our tent was beautiful and very clean. The staff were great. I would recommend this place if you visit Morocco.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had in sahara desert . The service here was excellent and the staff were all very attentive. The room was very clean with hot shower included. There are few tents in total so it was private and exclusive with a restaurant next to it. All the tents have a floor-to-ceiling and door , the tents face beautiful dune for fabulous sunrise and sunset . Breakfast and dinner was also included and honestly food was way better than expected. Highly recommend this and will definitely be back!

Great experience! The camp is beautiful, rooms are very clean and spacious. We had our best meal in Morocco. And the staff was great! They really take care about you having a great stay with them. They are very helpful and friendly.
