The room size and comfort
Musty smell in corridor no mini market as advertised
Es gab genug Geschirr, Kaffee und Tee
Die Heizung ging leider nicht und mir persönlich war es etwas zu kalt.
Location and parking
Smell of damp. Cold shower. TV in awkward position.
There was no breakfast
No breakfast self check in no staff
Location great
Nothing really
Everything was how it should be, all good
Nice room comfy bed
Nothing
All lovely..
One of the mattresss the single bed down one side, the double very comfy
Central accommodation, car parking available, very quiet and peaceful
Location, helpful owner, coffee and tea, microwave. Great value for the money.
Nothing
The staff are very accommodating nothing is an issue
Clean comfy close to amenities Easy check check out
Clean and close to nice town
MY STAY WAS AMAZIIING. Honestly i loved the inn, loved the town, Conor (the owner) was super helpful and friendly i will definitely come back again!!
Everything was perfect, couldn't have asked for more.
Property was very convenient to where we were visiting relative .
Would have liked timber floors in the bedroom
Geen zeep
Right in the town, beside bars that had music and food. Simple budget accommodation that was exactly what we were looking for . Very clean, comfortable beds and a small fridge and kettle area. Excellent communication from host who sent many recommendations for places to visit in the area.
All good . Was exactly as described and perfect for a short stay.
Great place to stay right in the miiddle of Manorhamilton. There was a table and fridge as well as a coffe machine in the room, as well as a kettle for those wishing tea. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom and shower was great.
The only slight downside was that there wasn't really enough off street parking for all guests so we had to park on the street, not a problem, but would have preferred to be off the road.
All
Nil
The location to the town good.
The kettle in the room kept turning off before it was boiled so couldn't make a drink
Location was ideal. Got parked outside
Pub across road from accommodation. Music was very loud. Kettle in room didn't work. Couldn't plug the coffee machine in, it had a 2 pin plug on it.
If u want a nice stay in a nice little town, this is it. We came really late and everything was done and we could just walk in. Then we took a stroll (about 1 min) to one of the local bars and met some nice gentlemen that gave us recommendations about attractions in Ireland. Would stay again!
Liked the self checking in and out.
The stairs. Nothing personal. I don't like stairs with luggage
No Breakfast
Kettle not working
A really super place for hikers walking the Leitrim Way to begin or end their walk. We especially appreciated the concise yet detailed information from Conor and the team about places to eat and things to see in the locality. We were more than pleased with the room. It's right in the heart of the town, with all amenities a short walk away.
Lovely room
Bed was very very hard
Nothing as I didn't get to stay there and had to look for other accommodation because I was never given the details to enter the property and was left looking for accommodation at 23:30 at night
Everything
Very clean and central to the town
A little pricey but that's just Ireland at the moment
No breakfast on offer! Suited me as I don’t take breakfast. There was tea and coffee in the room, also microwave and telly in the room. All over, it was a great room and fab en-suite.
The hall stairs and landing. I think it is probably a work in progress. I found the stairs a bit much, 2 reasons. The stairs and balustrade are original, really beautiful However the entire journey up the stairs was a bit of a nightmare for me. I’m 80 and although I had driven from Tipperary, I found the stairs and the darkness of the area, my biggest trial.
Spacious with fridge and microwave. Good black out blinds.
Very dark stairwell up to apartment which made it very dangerous coming down. Awful musty smell in hall and room. I contacted host about towels and didn’t receive a reply for over 24 hrs which was too late. I then contacted him again on the mobile number that was left about towels and fact that TV wasn’t working and got no reply. The room wasn’t properly cleaned - stains on carpet, hairs in bathroom, fluff under bed , dust behind tables, cobwebs in room and bathroom and mould like marks on picture. Lots of dangerous looking cables and plugs about. Some lights not working. General stuff left under the bed.
N/A
Just to not we stayed in room 3 I didn't get option at booking if I wanted to single beds as there was two ladies. Also the towels were just hand towels which wouldn't suit for shower. The shower wasn't working properly as I couldn't get the hot water to work so overall it wasn't as good as previous.
Convenient location seamless check in friendly service
Nothing
There was no breakfast..it was more like an air B..
2,flights of stairs were difficult for me.. ( I was not aware there was not a lift)
There was no breakfast available .the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed it
The pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on
Very convenient
All good
Located in the town centre near everything.
Really dirty and disappointing. Where do I start?? The entrance after you enter is really dimly lit with dark coloured steps. Very hard to see where you're going. In the room initially all looked OK until you look properly - lights that don't work (3 in all). Diirty cups, spoons and crockery - standard practice I thought to clean them between every guest!!! As for the bathroom, looked like it got a lick of a cloth. Dirty, grimy corners, scum in the bath. Could do with a deep clean. There's a microwave, fridge, kettle setup that looks like it was put together in a hurry. The kettle was perched on a shelf far too small for its size - and accident waiting ti happen. Please if you're going to charge high rates at least provide safe, decent spaces. Felt more like a storage room with 2 travel cots, roll away bed and piles of sponge & "stuff" under the beds too. Definitely won't be back and will recommend not to stay there.
No staff onsite, room access via a key safe. Somewhat strange locating the key and then letting yourself in to the room. We did not see anyone else onsite during our short stay
Clean comfortable
The traffic
Scruffy and dirty outside and in corridor. It smelt. Bed mattress was old and squeaky/uncomfortable. The kettle kept turning itself on and off and wouldnt boil..felt like a fire hazard. The sink was very slow draining. It was noisy as right on street and cars/lorries passing.
See above
Light on stairs very poor
Clean room and en-suite. Very warm room No1 , emailed owner very prompt reply 😊 regarding parking. lighting in en-suite and bedroom could be better. Beds could feel the springs, however I’m a thin person. Tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. All in all okay for a short stay. Very central in town.
See above reply.
The host was accommodating at short notice and the room was warm and comfortable.
The property was good.
Location and owner was great!
When we got to the room it hadn’t been cleaned but Connor took care of it very quickly.
The room was lovely the bed was comfy and I was able to relax. I had to make a swift visit home to Ireland for a very sick Aunt and I was shattered..but Conor was amazing and allowed me to late check out from the room ect. I was very thankful 🙏🏼
Very convenient location. Comfortable beds, coffee machine
Nothing
Location, very clean and was excellent over all
Very convenient to hospital and local amenities
This accommodation was ideal for our needs, which was for visiting family and grandchildren who live in the vicinity. The room was basic but clean and warm with enough facilities to use as a base for travelling and overnight stays , which was all we needed. Check in and out was simple and seamless Ideal for short stays and priced accordingly
Only slight issue is that the building echos quite a lot when anyone enters the premises during quiet hours. This is no fault of the the owners , just the structure of the building itself , as long as other occupants are aware of this there are no real issues
Clean, comfy, has everything you need, enjoyable stay, thanks
No issues
If you want a convenient launch base to explore lovely Leitrim then *this* is the place. Centrally located to allow you to easily reach all areas within 30 minutes. Beaches...check. Mountains..check. Valleys...check. Rooms are alway clean and the owner is a delight to work with. Anytime we are on vacation, the Five Glenns Inn is a no brainer.
Good location. Very clean
No daily room turnover. Room was very hot with only 1 heavy blanket. Lighting in room needs help. Bathroom vanity light did not work at all.
