During check out I cannot find representative of the inn ,no tissues at the bathroom ,dirty kitchen I don't even receive my deposit ,they said they will send back to my account but till now I don't receive it

We have a Very very bad experience.

The bed is hard my back hurts everytime i wake up and pillow is thin. The washing machine is so loud and sometimes some one i using even at midnight.

Заселение относительно комфортно прошло. Выслали инструкцию в вотцап и букинге. Здание надо обойти со стороны и подняться на второй этаж найти администратора в обозначенном номере(хотя как понял могут заселить и в соседнее здание). Сложностей не возникло. Надо оставить депозит 50 аед, возвращают после проверки номера. Рядом мол, автобус на хороший пляж, метро, расположение понравилось. Номер относительно чистый как и душевые с туалетом. Но опять же куда вас заселят.

Кухня бесполезная. Только чай рискнул там делать. У меня не следили там за чистотой на кухни. Как увидел кастрюлю с зеленой субстанцией внутри, чуть не вырвало. Кому-то может больше повезет. Покупал еду в ресторане ниже take away, было бюджетно. Около 20аед ужин. В соседнем карефуре за 20 ничего особо и не купить. Номера супермаленькие. По совету из других отзывов взял с окном.

There's no tissue at toilets, no bath towels and no slippers for the guest.

They taking advance deposit and did not declare until you reach them, more than 6 days no one transfer it to my account. Bas experience.

We stayed in a private room for 2, with window. Gas range, microwave, fridge and 3 washroom, all we need were available. Tissues, towel were provided. sheets and bedding were fresh and clean. There's some deposit before check-in, make sure you keep the receipt for reimbursement.

Cleanness is not so good, it could be better! The air conditioning is centrally controlled and ventilated. The vent hole is dirty so not healthy for breathing and I booked for a room with window, I have told it's not possible, therefore I paid higher price for lesser service.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was in an unsanitary condition, completely different from what was advertised, and posed serious health risks. This is a clear violation of the expectations set at the time of booking. The photos on the listing do not reflect the reality of the accommodation. While I appreciate the response from customer service, I find it unacceptable that no compensation was offered for such a significant issue. I would not recommend this property to others."

The room is not as shown in the images. Very small no space to move around, the corridor stinks as you come out of the elevator. Above all this the staff scammed the deposit amount just because the blanket was dirty. Vessels in the kitchen were not clean and greesy. The staff is not that cooperative and over all it was the worst experience ever. Kindly don't visit the place.

Short Stay, housekeeping staff ( Linda and Mohammed) are very helpful, attentive, polite in what we need. We can stay there again if ever there's a need for us in the future. Thank you. Evelyn and Martin

I didn’t have Problem with the a small room, but the whole building were smell very bad , the room was dirty and both bathrooms were very dirty , small of cooking onion, frying food at 01:00 am , didn’t let me sleep till late , a Lady staff decide to cook after midnight and the kitchen just few metres from the rooms, then she start eating at 1am and by the time she washed the dishes it was 01:30 am, very noisy the wall between the rooms very slim thin layers ,

I never stay in Hostel , my first experience is very good because I like the service, Best Facilities offered by them to make us comfortable. Excellent location , few minutes walk from Mashreq Metro station. Every thing is very good.

Clean, staff are very pleasant - happy to help and keep the place as clean as possible. No frills but good value right in the centre of Dubai.

You get what you pay for - if expecting a luxury 5 star resort then No, but if looking for a clean room, bed, shower and excellent WiFi at a cheap price - nothing better in area.

Good for its price, location is close to the metro ( around 5 min walk ) For people requiring a place for a short stay just for for a few nights, I would abosulety recommend it.

Am.04 arrival had to be arranged and agreed im advance on Whatsap! 🙏🏻 Booking.com notes about it didn't work🥵👍 Really Close to the MALL, can see from balcony and 1 block ahead ! Close to metro also. 💎👍 Can be okay and safe for woman also (I seen two females). It's a flat where a lot of kind people living ordinary daily life. Not a standard European shiny flat. Balcony room was good, light with window! Other BOOTHs without windows (cabins only to sleep inside). E.g. If you like tenting, caravans life style, this is okay! Spend your time in elsewhere, sleep there, and outside again.. Kitchen was okay! Fridge okay. With my kids or family no chance to come here. With friends with same attitude, okay! Bed was okay. I managed without any power adaptor (i got EU chargers)

Bathroom could have given a bit better expression. Toilet flush water (force) is really poor! To be fixed!

Comfortable bed, clean sheets and pillows, available parking areas, near to Mall of Emirates and metros. Thanks to all the staff especially Mohammed for assisting all our needs. We were able to sleep peacefully.

The lift wasn't working on the next day, but it's fine because our room was just on the second floor.

Rooms are too small and without a window, it's just a big apartment that is divided and converted into several small rooms.

Nothing at all. Area dirty. Elevator in bulding never work. Check out 11:00 . If yr plane 3:00 am u have to wait till 14:00 o clock not allow u to enter room No sweeping pool in bulding no Gym.

Attitude of manager ISLAM not guest oriented not professional sitting in kitchen playing computer game Kitchen like his office. Very noisy can hear everything if someone talk in kitchen. Room with window no ventilation and they ask hire price for this room. Есть тараканы на кухне.

Great stay; value for money and a good location. In-front of the metro and very near the Mall of Emirates. The rooms are fine and the staff are friendly.
