La stanza viene riordinata ogni giorno e gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti quotidianamente. ACCOGLIENZA Simone, il proprietario, è estremamente gentile e super disponibile. Offre direttamente il servizio di noleggio scooter, e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e come spostarci, oltre a organizzare tuk tuk e tour senza costi aggiuntivi. Ogni camera dispone di un piccolo set per la colazione, completo e rifornito quotidianamente, e l’acqua fresca é sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. POSIZIONE Ottima posizione: a due passi dalla zona più viva dell’isola, e allo stesso tempo situata in una strada molto tranquilla. Consigliatissimo!!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Simone y su mujer son unas personas encantadoras además de excelentes anfitriones. Estuvieron atentos a cualquier necesidad que tuviésemos, además de tener detalles como café, y shacks gratuitos así como agua fresca según llegábamos al alojamiento. La habitación está limpia y muy acogedora con todo lo necesario y con una WIFI que funcionaba siempre bien al contrario que muchos otros alojamientos de Filipinas. En conclusión un lujo de estancia donde nos hicieron sentir como uno más de la familia.

Reviewed May 11, 2026La camera è funzionale, pulita, il letto è comodo ed enorme, il bagno ha una doccia perfetta, la disponibilità cortesia e gentilezza di Simone il proprietario rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, volevamo il motorino da noleggiare ce l'ha portato lui dopo 10 minuti, volevamo portare i vestiti a lavare..li ha portati lui immediatamente.. Non c'è rimasto che goderci il nostro splendido soggiorno in un posto da favola come Panglao

Reviewed May 3, 2026Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett super komfortabel, die Klimaanlage sehr leise und die Umgebung sehr ruhig, sodass man gut schlafen konnte. Zur Unterkunft muss man einen kleinen Sandweg entlang, das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir einen Roller hatten. Die Lage ist super zentral. Ein Plus war zudem, dass unser Zimmer jeden Tag gemacht wurde und man immer frisches Wasser bekommen hat. Fast wie ein Hotel :)

Room was cleaned daily. Minibar for anything you may need. Location was perfect, 5 min walk to nice bars and restaurants, close to beach. Hosts were so helpful. Would recommend to anyone going to Bohol.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Very clean space, with good AC and a fridge. The location is walkable to everything but removed from the chaos, which I loved. The staff were eager to help. It was affordable for such a touristy area.
The neighbors have noisy roosters. You can either have natural light or privacy, but not both, since the big window/door opens onto the common area and you will be seen by others if you open the curtains. This was a small thing to me, though.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Simone ist ein toller Gasrgeber. Er weiss super viel über die Insel und hilft wo er kann. Man kann alles organisieren über ihn und er ist bei Fragen immer zur Stelle. Wir haben uns richtig zu Hause gefühlt.
Wir würden noch kleine Nachttischlampen vorschlagen, weil man sonst zb nur bei Deckenlampe lesen kann, aber das ist kein Muss :)

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026La gentilezza del proprietario e dei suoi collaboratori, la pulizia ed il mettersi a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno (affitto scooter, itinerario dei tour, consigli sui posti dove mangiare ecc), ogni giorno viene sistemata la stanza,pulita,cambiano le lenzuola e vengono cambiati gli asciugamani, ogni giorno una brocca d'acqua fresca al rientro dalle giornate di tour o di mare. TOP consigliatissimo!!!
Premetto che sapevo già che non era possibile fare colazione in struttura quindi non può essere una lamentela, ma se ci fosse anche la possibilità di fare colazione in struttura non avrebbe rivali, ma a suo favore c'è comunque il massimo impegno in quanto mette a disposizione un bollitore dove poter fare thè o caffè e dei biscotti, quindi un minimo di colazione si può anche fare

El único pero es que el camino para acceder al hotel se inunda cuando llueve y tienes que esquivar los charcos para acceder al hotel

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026STRUTTURA La guesthouse è completamente nuova e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non manca davvero nulla: tutto è pensato per rendere il soggiorno comodo e piacevole. PULIZIA Pulizia impeccabile, sia negli spazi interni che in quelli esterni. La camera viene pulita ogni giorno e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati quotidianamente, cosa tutt’altro che scontata. ACCOGLIENZA L’host è incredibilmente gentile e sempre disponibile ad aiutare in qualsiasi cosa: noleggio scooter, indicazioni sui punti di interesse, consigli su come muoversi, prenotazione di tuk tuk e tour, il tutto senza alcun sovrapprezzo. In camera è presente tutto il necessario per la colazione (caffè, biscotti, ecc.), con refill giornaliero. Acqua fresca sempre disponibile. POSIZIONE Posizione perfetta: a due passi dalla via centrale con negozi e ristoranti, che porta direttamente alla spiaggia di Alona, ma situata in una vietta silenziosissima. Nessun gallo, nessun veicolo, nessuna confusione: un silenzio quasi irreale che completa il relax. CONCLUSIONI Senza dubbio il miglior posto in cui abbiamo soggiornato durante questo viaggio nelle Filippine, molto meglio di resort ben più blasonati. Il vero valore aggiunto è la gestione familiare: solo 3 camere in totale, che permettono all’host di seguire gli ospiti nel miglior modo possibile. Consigliatissimo! Grazie ancora di tutto a tutto lo staff!

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Everything was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, always available to help but still respecting your privacy. Rooms were cleaned daily (unless requested not to) which was great. Air conditioning worked perfect and was always welcome after getting out of the hot sun. The location was quiet and just far enough away from the main road to feel secluded, but only a couple minute walk. We stayed for 5 nights and were comfortable the entire time. We would definitely stay here again!

Pranie i skutery na miejscu w świetnej cenie! 800 metrów do plaży Alona Beach, do najbliższego sklepiku 3 minuty spacerem, do centrum 5 minut spacerem.

She offered me an extra night stay and refunded my first night after I couldn’t get to the island for the first 2 nights of my booking because of a typhoon stopping the ferries from running from Cebu. The hotel room is located on a quiet dirt track, only a 5 minute walk to the main area of Panglao and the beach. The room was modern and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was very good water pressure and air conditioner. The owners live on the first floor so I felt very safe and secure that there was always someone around.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025The best stay we had in the whole of the Philippines. Proof that you can get clean, comfort, quiet accomodation in the Philippines for a reasonable price. Could not fault it. Organised tours for us with engaging and friendly guides at reasonable prices. Always had cold water ready for us when returning from our activities and were super attentive. Always available as the owners live upstairs (with their two cute cats). Great location, close to the main town but far enough to be quiet.

When I confronted her, I TOLD HER, I NEVER ASKED to clean our room and I REALLy dont like it , I feel like , YOU INVADED OUR PRIVACY, BUT CHRISTELLE, KEEP on asking me, " DID YOU READ OUR POLICY?" its outside the restroom ( PLS see the picture below) I TOLD HER YOU SHOULD HAVE ASK ME FIRST! in other hotel THERES A SIGNAGE or SWITCH ON IF YOU WANT to CLEAN THE ROOM!!!! BUT SHE KEEPS ON ASKING ME " DID YOU READ THE POLICY??'( SO RUDE) DO NOT EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO READ IT ACTIVELY ESPECIALLY, ITS IN THE SMALL PAPER OUTSIDE THE RESTROOM!! alsoIT SHOULD BE DISCUSSED BEFORE CHECKING in!! Además se nos olvidaron unos zapatos cuando nos fuimos y los dueños del alojamiento se preocuparon de enviárnoslo desde Panglao a Siquijor, todo un detalle que agradecemos enormemente. Son muy detallistas y ponen unas galletas que están deliciosas. Totalmente recomendable.
Nos gustó todo, no tenemos ninguna queja de nada.

굳이 찾자면 샤워기 수압이 살짝 약했어용.. 이마저도 상관없을만큼 좋았습니당^^

When the airline lost our luggage, the owner kindly lent us a phone several times so we could contact the airline—staying supportive until 10 PM. Thanks to their help, our luggage was finally delivered to our room at 11 PM. The room was very clean, the location quiet, and everything worked perfectly. I’ve already recommended this accommodation and would gladly stay here again.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2025The place was immaculate. The cleanest place we've stayed while over here. Fantastic sized bed. Simone was a wonderful host who organised tours, taxis & laundry for us. Great location for a good night's sleep & just a 5 minute walk from all the action.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025Very welcoming hosts who helped with any questions we had and were quick to organise our laundry for us as well as store the bags when we arrived early and checked out late. A quiet location which lead to a great sleep during our stay, but close to walk to everything in Alona Beach.
Not the property’s fault but as others have mentioned the road to the property can get muddy when it rains making it a bit slippery and difficult to access, but there’s always a tricycle to avoid this!
