Ubicado en pleno centro de Alona. La habitación era grande y la cama muy cómoda.

Subir las maletas por las escaleras (no tiene ascensor).

Posizione strategica a due passi da tutto. Stanza grande, con una grande finestra ma senza la possibilità di aprirla. Bagno abbastanza grande. Colazione alla carta con piatti tipici, buona.

Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati anche quando chiedi di rifare la stanza. Non c’è il phon, ma ho notato che è raro trovarlo negli alberghi qui nelle Filippine. Nella colazione non sono comprese le bevande, le abbiamo pagate al check out, ma non ci era stato comunicato.

Based in the picture, I thought we will stay in the room near the pool. But it is a separate building from that view. It is in the second floor.

Værelserne var utrolig små, du kunne ikke engang sidde lige på toilettet fordi badeværelset var så småt. Vores bad havde ingen dør, og der var mug i fugerne.

Very clean and beautiful. Really good breakfast

Just the fact that the breakfast area was at the back of the hotel and we had to go out the facilities. But the eating area was super beautiful by the pool, so that was fine!

Las habitaciones que nos dieron no eran las de las fotos. Cuando preguntamos por la piscina nos llevaron a otra zona, allí había otras habitaciones, las que imagino que salen en las fotos. Bastante decepcionadas con las instalaciones.

They have some really nice rooms on the pool side. Unfortunately mine was not one of those, I guess it didn’t pay enough.

The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which makes it very convenient—no need to take a tricycle at all. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything you need is nearby: shops, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance. Overall, it’s great value for money and a very comfortable place to stay, and great pool too,

Excedeu as expectativas. Extraordinariamente bem localizado. Quartos com espaço adequado, confortáveis, e com casa de banho adequada. Funcionários simpáticos, e prontos a ajudar. O pequeno almoço é à la carte, limitado, mas generoso e saboroso, servido num bar muito agradável nas traseiras do hotel. A piscina também se localiza neste espaço nas traseiras, e é um pequeno paraiso no meio da agitação da cidade. Uma experiência hoteleira excelente, muito adequada ao custo.

El acceso es subiendo una escalera bastante alta, algo que no se indica en el anuncio y que dificulta el acceso si tienes problemas de movilidad. La piscina se encuentra fuera el hotel, hay que salir a la calle y andar para entrar por otro sitio por lo que no es del todo cómodo. Las habitaciones que salen en el anuncio más modernas son solo 5 que hay en la piscina, las demás están muy viejas.

There was no fridge and no hot shower. But maybe it’s just me, I love hot shower regardless of the temperature outside 😬.

Nous avons pris les chambres au bord de la piscine. Elles étaient un peu plus chères mais cela en valait la peine ! Elles étaient grandes, magnifiques et le cadre, au bord de la piscine, était exceptionnel et très reposant.

Since we had senior, its more convenient to have elevator specially when you bring lots of heavy baggage like us since I just arrive from abroad which not convenient.

Pool view rooms are located in the back of the building. We have to walk unpaved driveway but it was a short walk.

The location was ideal because you are right in the centre of the foot traffic and close to various establishments.

The rooms were not that clean. Furniture such as the cabinet, shelves and bed frame are worn out. The showerhead in room 7 is in need of replacement. No heater in room #8. AC in room #3 is not working; it was so hot.

the aircon is so weak. it didn’t cool our room that’s why we had to ask for an electric fan. the stairs going to the hotel itself is a bit of a challenge if you’re going with old people. however, the staff there will help you carry your luggage

Great location near Alona beach. Had a really nice Korean restaurant beside it. I paid to upgrade to the newly opened suites by pool round the back. They were very nice looking, however bed was too hard for me and the shower pressure was terrible and no hot water. Also the room lacked a few touches such as tissues, a shelf by vanity for bathroom accessories etc. Vanity is open to bedroom so need to remember to shut curtain in room when undressed from bathroom. No safe in room! You have to ask for fresh water and towels each day otherwise they won't change. Their is no housekeeping so have to make your own bed.

Location was excellent near everything yet quiet … albeit there was cutting/grinding going on next door which was loud and annoying.

The location is superb. Litteraly just one step away from the city center. 3 minute walk from the beach and a few steps away from restaurants.

Centrally located, surrounded by restaurants and a few minutes walk to Alona beach. Our room was big and spacious. They tidied up our room every day.

Very noisy surroundings, there was a 24 hour burger joint just below our room and we could hear the noise all night. The windows were not sealed. We also heard motorcycles and dogs barking in the middle of the night. It was impossible to get good sleep. The bathroom had a foul smell and they tried to neutralize it with a deodorizer but it didn’t really work. The sliding door in the shower did not work properly and the bottom part of it was covered in black molds! We didn’t like the pressure of the shower head , it was all over the place. The aircon did not cool the room enough. Might be worth mentioning that this feedback is specific to room #10. The staff were attentive but not welcoming and friendly. Not a big deal but we found it strange. This place is ok for a short stay, maybe 1-2 nights

The location is fantastic very close to restaurants, the Main Street, the airport, and an easy walk to the beach - the hotel looks good/modern and has everything you need for a couple days stay in Alona beach.

Although all the common areas are very modern, the furniture in the room I stayed is and looks old which ruins a bit the upscale look of the common areas. The rooms need some refurbishing. Also the showerhead was in terrible condition and needs replacement asap.

there's alot of noise from the outside that we can heard from our room. the bathroom the positioning of the shower is wrong and the bathmat is always wet because the wrong position of the shower. Also, the AC makes a lot of noise in the night. There was also a time that the energy block out and the emergency lamp in room is not working.

I like the location of the hotel, very accessible in everything the beach is 5 minutes walking, and so many restaurants in the vicinity
