El tracte del personal, especialment l'home responsable de la comunicació amb nosaltres. La rebuda amable a l'arribada, amb oferta de sopar immediat a les 19:40 h. malgrat l'hora de sopar era les 19:00 h. La situació de l'hotel i de l'habitació. La facilitat d'aparcament davant l'hotel. Les vistes des de l'habitació "Bern". L'amplitud de l'habitació. L'esmorzar molt complet. La tranquil·litat del lloc.

La manca d'aire condicionat i ventiladors feia que la temperatura de l'habitació "Bern" fos molt alta malgrat tenir les finestres obertes. Els coixins eren massa grans i tous. Trobo que no són massa adequats per dormir. L'evacuació de l'aigua de la dutxa era deficient, ja que s'acumulava en el plat de dutxa i tardava molt a buidar-se. L'evacuació de l'aigua de la pica també era deficient i provocava acumulació d'aigua a la pica, i fins i tot aflorava aigua al plat de dutxa a través del desaigua de la dutxa. En fi, cal una reparació urgent dels desaigües de l'habitació "Bern".

El tracte del personal de l'hotel, especialment l'home que era el responsable de comunicar-se amb nosaltres. Molt bé l'arribada a l'hotel amb oferta de sopar immediat, malgrat vàrem arribar a les 19:40 h i l'hora de sopar era les 19:00 h. La bona predisposició a resoldre totes les nostres preguntes. La situació i amplitud de l'habitació. Molt bé la quantitat d'endolls elèctrics. La facilitat d'aparcar davant de l'hotel. Els finestrals i la llum natural que entrava a l'habitació. El lloc és excel·lent. L'esmorzar és força complet.

La dutxa no té una bona evacuació de l'aigua, i el plat de la dutxa queda ple d'aigua després de dutxar-se. A més tarda molta estona en buidar-se. La regulació de la temperatura de l'aigua de la dutxa està bloquejada. L'aigua surt a bona temperatura però no es pot regular. Els coixins del llit són molt grans i massa tous. Trobo que no són coixins adequats per dormir.

Sympatyczni właściciele obiektu. Miło i rodzinnie. Super śniadanka. Bardzo doceniam ciężką pracę i dziękuję za super gościnność i „specjalny” pokój. Pozdrawiamy z Polski!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, la chambre calme et bien aménagée, ainsi que la facilité d’accès à notre arrivée tardive vers 0h30. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme tout en restant à proximité de nombreuses activités.

Le prix du café m’a paru un peu excessif (environ 5 CHF pour un simple café machine type Senseo). En dehors de cela, rien à redire : le personnel est resté très aimable, courtois et disponible.

La habitación muy bonita y las vistas a la montaña. La cena también estuvo bien (84€).

Die Rösti sind wirklich sehr lecker, das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und die Wirtsleute sind freundlich und versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Passfahrten (Grimsel,Susten,Furka). Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Klein aber fein. Hervorragendes Frühstück und die Röstis am Abend unübertroffen und angemessener Preis . Immer wieder

Everything. The hosts are very friendly, the food is exceptional (best Rösti ever), rooms are comfortable. Definitely book this place on your trip, it was a highlight on ours.

There's no fan, it's very hot, you can hear your own footsteps when you walk or if someone on top of you moves, and the mattress and pillow were never comfortable.

L’hôtel a énormément de charme et offre une ambiance vraiment chaleureuse et authentique. Nous avons eu l’occasion de goûter la spécialité de la maison, les rösti, et ce fut une très chouette découverte : un vrai régal ! Le petit déjeuner était également excellent, copieux et varié, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir et visiter la région. Une adresse pleine de charme, avec une belle atmosphère et une excellente table, malgré une chambre un peu exiguë.

La chambre était toutefois très petite, avec un plafond particulièrement bas, ce qui peut être assez peu confortable pour les personnes de grande taille. Nous y avons toutefois trouvé un certain charme, car avec le plafond bas, notre adolescente nous donnait presque l’impression d’être Blanche-Neige dans la cabane des Sept Nains ! :)

Wat ons het meeste beviel was de prachtige omgeving en het heerlijke eten. We hadden er heel erg van genoten. De eigenaren waren supervriendelijk, konden goed zorgen voor onze hond en ze maakten heerlijke Rösti.

Er waren veel vliegen, maar daar konden ze niet veel aan doen, want ze kwamen op de koeien af. Ze hadden gelukkig wel vliegenpropellors die de vliegen weg hielden.

Wir waren im August 2026 leider nur zwei Nächte hier, aber schon in dieser kurzen Zeit haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen – ruhig, idyllisch und einfach perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und zu entspannen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und offen. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben und uns wunderschöne Ausflugsziele empfohlen, die wir sonst wahrscheinlich nicht entdeckt hätten. Und das Rösti – einfach unglaublich lecker! 😍 Für uns definitiv das beste Rösti, das wir bisher gegessen haben. Wir hätten gerne noch ein paar Tage länger bleiben können. Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wer die Möglichkeit hat, sollte unbedingt einmal hier übernachten!

Ein kleiner Hinweis zu unserem Zimmer: Die Deckenhöhe lag bei etwa 1,85 m. Wir wurden vorher darauf hingewiesen, daher wussten wir bereits bei der Buchung Bescheid. Für uns persönlich war das überhaupt kein Problem, da wir selbst nicht besonders groß sind und uns tagsüber meistens unterwegs aufgehalten haben. Wir waren eigentlich nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer. Da wir allerdings auch größere Gäste gesehen haben, wissen wir nicht, ob alle Zimmer die gleiche Deckenhöhe haben. Für größere Personen könnte es daher sinnvoll sein, vorher kurz nachzufragen.

De gehele accommodatie is zwaar gedateerd. Alles kraakt, slecht te ventileren en de plafonds zijn erg laag. Met een lengte van 1.95 moet je constant gebukt lopen.

Prachtige locatie. Vriendelijke eigenaren! En echt heerlijke rösti!

Privacy in de badkamer. Deur kan dicht, maar niet op slot.

Bella struttura tipica, ottima per visitare la zona. Gestori molto accoglienti. Buona la parte ristorazione come anche buona la colazione. Camere semplici ma confortevoli. Consigliato.

Forse la presenza di mosche ma si sa, siamo in un area alpestre. Come potrebbero mancare? 😅😅

It's an affordable option in major tourist area. Hosts are amazing, they kept in touch before our visit and welcomed us on arrival! Rooms are well equipped despite limitations of the building. There was a fan in the room which very handy and kettle available in corridor. Great restaurant.

Room takes time to get used to. You can easily hear neighbours walking above.

Frukosten var mycket bra. Middagen på restaurangen var fantastiskt och personalen var jättetrevlig. Läget var bra för vår resa vidare mot Sustenpass.

Schönes kleines Familienhotel mit leckerem Restaurant

Das Zimmer war grosszügig mit Balkon, das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Das Essen (Röstispezialitäten) sehr fein. Es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre, in der man sich wohl fühlt. Das Hotel ist mit ÖV sehr gut erreichbar.

Lagebedingt war die Lärmbelastung, vor allem während des Tages sehr hoch.

Le.personnel est très gentil et acceuillant. La nourriture est bonne.

L'établissement est situé à coté d'une exploitation agricole donc impossible de manger , déjeuner ou dormir sans ètre infesté. La chambre est en dessous de tout, le bac de douche et bouché, le plancher grince bruyament au moindre pas. Le petit déjeuner est extremement simple et les produits ne semblent pas.d'une qualité extraordinaire. Pas de stores pu volets.aux fenetres ce qui est génial quand on.est au bord d'une route. Nous étions content de partir de là le.matin suivanz.

We are on a 20 day tour of europe on our motorbike. This is the Best accommodation so far! The host makes you feel at home immediately! The Rostis are amazing and the raspberry chocolate cake sublime. The rooms are beautiful the setting is perfect! A fantastic location for reaching mountains roads and passes. 10 out of 10 !

Although at first glance it looks a bit “old” and “dated” you then realize that it’s what makes it a beautiful cottage in the middle of the mountains. Everything was clean, comfortable, the owner was super nice which was a surprise after being 1 week across Germany, but the views, the scenery and the breakfast for sure were a 20 out of 10. My only suggestion would be to try and improve a bit the sound insulation or try to put people with kids in a further part of the hotel because unfortunately the mountains silence and piece didn’t exist until almost midnight, and started again at around 7h30 but this has nothing to do with the hotel of course, just uneducated people.

Absolutely everything! From the great location and fantastic crew to the terrace, which is perfect for an afternoon beer. Everything was wonderful. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing (with a special shout-out to the raspberry cake 😋). Highly recommended, thank you for everything!

Werden hartelijk ontvangen door eigenaar. Was heel behulpzaam met het plaatsen van onze motor . Mooi restaurant en heerlijk gegeten.

Tesis çok güzel bir doğa manzarasına sahip. Otel eski olmasına rağmen huzur ve sakinliği ile Alp dağlarına sizi hayran bırakıyor. Otel sahipleri çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü bir şekilde misafir ettiler. Fiyat ve fayda açısından çok güzel bir oteldi. Kahvaltısı da çok güzel ve doyurucuydu.

Un couple tres sympa, et disponibles. Un repas tres copieux avec des Rõsti et cordon bleu fais maison. Sans parler du cake framboises tres tres bon 😉 La literie est bonne.

Very good facilities and super friendly staff. They waited for me even though I was 30min late after checkin time. Very good breakfast and family friendly. Location is little bit outside of the town but beautiful. You can wake up to a peaceful morning. Great value for money.

Sehr netter Empfang durch Christine und Peter, die das Hotel und das Restaurant mit viel Herzblut und Engagement führen. Wir erhielten ein gemütliches Zimmer und schliefen wie Murmeltiere. Am morgen stand für uns ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück bereit. Nach einem Ausflug zum Steinsee (Steingletscher) genossen wir mittags eine herrliche Rösti (griechische Art)! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Wir wurden voller Herzlichkeit und Witz empfangen und bekamen ein gemütliches Zimmer. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alten Haus und besticht aus einem Mix von urchig und modernem Design - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Absolut herrlich waren die Röstis, die wir abends gegessen haben. Es waren vermutlich die besten unseres Lebens! Auch das Frühstück war toll mit frischen Früchten und Gipfelis, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Zeer vriendelijk koppel. Door verkeersproblemen onderweg kwamen we laat aan en was de keuken normaal gezien dicht. Toch heeft de gastvrouw voor ons nog een eenvoudig doch super-lekkere maaltijd gekookt. Zeer mooie locatie midden in de bergen. Ontbijt was zeer volledig en lekker !

Wij hadden de goedkope en dus basic kamer geboekt. Toilet is gedeeld.
