Rent snyggt tyst lugnt. Perfekt läge. Otroligt hög standard för det låga priset. Toppen ställe, bästa i Moalboal.

Location was good, although on a map it shows as being beachfront and it wasn’t. Andre was very friendly and welcoming.

We booked a deluxe garden view room - was a stretch to call it deluxe. Room was very basic and we had adjoining rooms who were noisy outside our door, plus took up all the space on the washing line. I couldn’t see the garden for their clothes! The sheet only covered half the bed, the towels were non absorbent, and the air con noisy. Bathroom was typical wet if you used the shower, and the taps leaked so the noise or drips alongside the noisy air con. Not much to like really.

Au cœur de la zone touristique de Moalboal, tout près de la mer, des centre de plongée, des restaurants et des bars. André, le gérant, est extrêmement gentil et serviable et donne beaucoup de bons conseils pour les activités et les visites.

Awesome please read my other review . All I can say is my friend stayed at four different places here while I stayed at this property and this is value for money

Property is in a great location two minutes walk to dive centres and main tourist area . Staff are very friendly. It’s all family owned and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Andre is super helpful great host and after reading all the reviews I stayed here and booked initially for three days then made more bookings and ended up staying nearly two weeks .

Near to the beach, Andrei is friendly. It has veranda where we can hang our wet clothes. No parking space but has a paid parking right beside the property.

You get so much for what you pay for theres a refrigerator and kettle. they also offer packages for sardine run and other activities. Its also near the restaurants and bars in panagsama cant wait to get back here soon

Die Lage war top. André hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und bspw. das Canyoneering organisiert. Wir konnten für den Sardine-Run direkt bei ihm Schnorchel und Taucherbrille mieten und er hat uns einen Zugang zum Meer gezeigt, wo man die Environmental Fee nicht zahlen muss 😉 Das Zimmer war geräumig, gratis Trinkwasser stand zur Verfügung.

Im Zimmer roch es leider etwas modrig und an den Wänden sah es teilweise nach Schimmel aus. Die Klimaanlage liess sich nicht so gut regulieren. Ich habe mich daher während dem Aufenthalt dort erkältet, was ein bisschen ärgerlich war. Für den Preis aber eigentlich gut.

Such a lovely stay! The host was so great and went above and beyond for us, including letting us check in really late the first day and arranging all activities for us at the best price. It was an amazing location, only a 2 minute walk from the beach and all shops. Great fast Wifi and clean room. Would definitely stay again!!

The room is clean, they offer free towels, a/c always on during the hottest time of the day.

Its a perfect location, The hostel is 1 minute walking to the beach. And the boss/manager is absolutely amazing he helped me and my brother so much he helped us making reservations for activities for the right price, we where able to rent snorkels and flippers for a low price with him, if we needed help or if we had questions we could always ask him. He is literally the best boss/manager i have ever met in a hostel/hotel. If i go back to moalboal I will 100% go back to his hostel

Proprietor Andre was super helpful, and always with a smile. If we needed something and he wasn't around we contacted him on WhatsApp and received a prompt response. Location was excellent, a very short walk to the sardine beach and many bars and restaurants, and convenient for dive shops. We did 4 days diving with Amigos dive shop, which was excellent. Room was small but had everything we needed - private bathroom, aircon, fridge, kettle and comfortable bed. 12 o'clock checkout was good as we had a late flight so didn't want to leave too early. 250 pesos seemed to be the going rate for a trike to the Ceres bus stop in the town centre.

Aircon was quite loud, so bring earplugs if that's a problem for you. It was just a little too hot and humid to sleep without aircon. Bathroom floor got completely wet when we used the shower because the drain was on the other side of the bathroom, but it dried quite quickly. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were OK.

Near to everywhere, the host is nice and will give you best deals for your activities in the island

The service & interaction received from Andre is the reason for all the positive reviews of this lodge. He is personable, responsive and communicates well. He will arrange tours (cayoneering tour, sardine run etc). The accommodation itself is basic, but comfortable & affordable. Prime location - beach, grocery, restaurants are a short walk from the lodge.

The location is great for all the different activities in and around Moalboal. Especially if you wanna do the Sardine Run. The sea is just like three minutes away. Andre is a great host. He had all kind of tips and helped arrange tours. He’s there for all the questions you might have.

Le logement était très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et des restaurants. La chambre était confortable et nous avions de l’eau à disposition gratuitement. Un immense merci à Andre qui nous a accueilli les bras ouverts et qui est d’une extrême gentillesse ! Il nous a aidé à trouver des transports et nous avons réservé des activités avec lui.

La climatisation avait de la saleté et du moisi à l’intérieur de la ventilation, lorsqu’on l’allumait, il y avait une forte odeur de moisissure. Nous l’avons signalé à Andre qui nous a apporté un ventilateur et qui a prit note de ce détail afin que tout soit nettoyé.

Great location, and super host, very close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Room was fine and comfortable. Refrigerator was an added bonus, to keep water cold.

Bed was a little hard for me, pillows gave me a stiff and aching neck. My point of view.

This place is honestly one of the best bang-for-your-buck stays in Moalboal. The location is hard to beat. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife. For the price, the value is excellent. More importantly, this is a genuine family-run business, and the hospitality we received was warm, kind, and sincere throughout our stay. You can tell they care and are doing their best for their guests. The Tours offer through this property are probably the best value compared to other accommodations/resorts.

Ubicación perfecta. Todo esta al lado pero metido en un callejón muy muy tranquilo. Casi no se oyen los gallos jajaja algo casi imposible en Filipinas. El personal muy servicial y atento a ti en todo momento. Gracias Andre.

Quizá el ruido tanto tarde como temprano de lo que entiendo que eran reuniones familiares en dos ocasiones. Pero bueno los filipinos hacen vida muy temprano. Nada importante. Solo sugerir que haya alcachofa de ducha porque la ducha es fija en alto.

海は至近な場所だけど、道路を隔てた袋小地に沿った平屋の部屋だったので、窓からの景観にリゾート感はなかった。

We stayed 3 nights, room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Very close to beach and restaurants. Andre and his sister were exceptionally brilliant. He arranged us diving, canyoneering and taxi to pick us up from Kawasan falls to Cebu port. He always meet us with a big smile and helped us with different quarries. Value for money. The only small thing, Size of our room and bathroom were small

If you want to experience true Philippine hospitality, care and kindness, you will be very happy here. The host and property manager is Andre and he makes sure you are very well taken care of. We had so many hurdles will airlines delaying luggage, etc. and he was there every single step of the way making sure everything is sorted. It’s not a 5* hotel, it’s small family owned business. The room was simple and perfect for what you need - sparkling clean sheets, en-suite bathroom, an EXTREMELY comfy bed, fridge, hot water for your showers, water dispenser just outside the room. Also you want to make sure that you spend your time outside and not in your room, as the location is perfect!!!!! Just a step away from all the bars and restaurants, another step to the beach when you can see this magical sunset pictured. Unfortunately we already had all our activities and transfers booked ahead of time but when we come again we will not make that mistake as Andre can help with literally everything and with an honest and great price. We cannot wait to be back again the next time we visit the Philippines. Thank you so much again Andre!!! 🫶🏻

Good location, very close to the beach and cafe/restaurant area. It was quiet during the night.

People mentioned the friendly and helpful owner, but when I stayed there, he wasn’t around. I only met a cleaning lady who wasn’t friendly. There is no reception. When I arrived, a girl just gave me the key without any explanation about the hotel. Because there was no owner or receptionist available, I couldn’t ask anyone for help when something happened or when I had questions. I ended up finding their phone number on Agoda and contacting them through WhatsApp. I stayed there for a week and had zero room cleaning. I was constantly worried about cockroaches because the bin in my room was always full. I had to send them a text message whenever I needed new toilet paper or clean towels. Overall, I felt like they abandoned their guests.

They were so gracious to honor our reservation eventough we made a big mistake of booking for one person instead of 2

The staff (specially Andre) was very friendly since they helped me to book my tour a good price.

The toilet made noise when I flushed it.

I like the friendliness and they way Andre accommodated our needs. It has a nice rest room, hot and cold shower, a fridge, cabinet for clothes and a nook for your coffee sesh.

Maybe the push button of the toilet, it was busted but got replaced right away.

De locatie was top, erg dichtbij bij het strand en de rest van panagsama. De host heeft voor ons de canyoning en vervoer geregeld. Hij geeft hiervoor de goede prijs en helpt ook met kijken naar duikcentra zodat je niet teveel betaald.

Je had geen eigen sleutel voor de kamer, dus iedereen kon eigenlijk altijd binnenkomen. Er hing een rare en muffe geur in de badkamer en kamer. De douche werkte erg slecht en bleef niet warm…

Andrei is amazing! He is so sweet and accommodating to all our needs. He even arranged our canyoneering trip. Amazing hospitality for a cheap stay. The internet is fast too so I can work

Цена/качество все устроило. Хозяин Andre очень заботливый человек, будете жить у него, он обо всем позаботится. Мы жили в угловой комнате, рядом бочка с водой. А так как мы не пользуемся кондиционерами, то окна открыты и шум насоса мешал спать. Он для нас выключал насос с 23 до 6. Коме того, все экскурсии и такси он организовывает за гораздо приемлемую цену, чем вам будут предлагать. И центр гидов каньонинга через который отправил нас Андре, мне понравился больше, чем конкуренты. Читали в негативах об ужасной тропинке к морю. Это общественная дорожка вдоль моря. Да, во время дождя она раскисает и превращается в жижу. Но это у них там бич оказывается. На соседней улице было еще хуже. Когда дожди прекратились, она высохла. Так что норм. Фотку специально сделала, чтобы имели представление. Комната чистая. Уборку сделают, когда попросите. Мы жили 5 дней. Чайник в комнате - спасение, так как хочется иногда попить просто горячей воды. Рекомендую Andre, спасибо большое за уют и заботу🙏

Andre is a wonderful host: kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and very welcoming. He helped me book transport from Cebu, plus whale sharks and canyoneering. The room was large, clean and with very good aircon. It has a comfortable bed, a fridge and a kettle. The bathroom was basic but good, with hot water for the shower. Free tea coffee and water. On a eu une chambre sans fenêtre à l'air irrespirable qui a dû subir un dégât des eaux.. On a demandé à changer mais le propriétaire nous a dit que nous pouvions quitter les lieux pour trouver un 5*. Inadmissible. Finalement, on nous a proposé de changer le lendemain pour une chambre correcte

Det ligger tæt ved vandet og derfor den lille by, som er der. Ejeren er helt fantastisk og kan hjælpe dig med alt, du har brug for. Værelser i sig selv er fint, ikke noget vildt og voldsomt.

The location was walking distance from the snorkelling area, and restaurants. 10-15mins drive to white beach. The room was clean, has ac, heater, mini fridge, kettle, toiletries and even free instant coffee. The staff/owner was nice and very accommodating.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und bemüht. Er hat günstige Transfers und Schnorchelequipment organisiert. Die Lage war super, direkt am Wasser und der Partymeile.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht gründlich geputzt und die Dusche war eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Der Duschkopf war defekt und spritzte an die Decke.

Так получилось, что из-за шторма мы не смогли попасть на Малапаскуа. Следующей точкой по плану был Моалбоал. Повезло в порту взять такси через весь остров и двинуть сразу в сторону Моалбоал, попутно выискивая варианты на букинге для заселения сразу в этот день. Первым получилось забронировать этот вариант, к сожалению только на одну ночь. Связался по букингу и предупредил, что будем очень поздно – сказали не беспокоиться на этот счет. Маленький но уютный номер с балкончиком, холодильником (в двух других местах где жили холодильника не было) и столиком, с горячей водой, практически у пляжа с сардинами и близко к дайвцентрам, в тихом закоулке, где по ночам абсолютная тишина. Хотел продлить, но к сожалению номер был забронирован. Так же через Эндрие заказывал такси в Ослоб. Обычно в отелях услуги дороже, чем предлагают на улице, но тут получилось дешевле. Эндрие, еще раз спасибо!
