Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Gutes Frühstück, gemütliches Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben sogar die My Explorer Card kurzfristig per mail erhalten, womit wir für die Bergbahnen nur 50% bezahlten.
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, aber die Menuauswahl ist nicht sehr gross.

Simplement boire un verre, déguster un délicieux repas ou y passer la nuit, c'est un endroit idéal ! Le personnel, très accueillant, souriant et serviable est aux petits soins pour vous faire plaisir !

Le petit déjeuner assez limité... Pas de confiture maison, pas de *vrai* fromage alors qu'on est en Valais, pas d'alternative avec du lait végétal, un seul et unique pain blanc... En gros manque de choix et produits pas qualitatif.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Per essere un ostello è davvero ottimo, anche migliore di molti alberghi a tre stelle in cui ho soggiornato in Italia. La camera in cui ho dormito è confortevole e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari, il servizio di pulizia è efficiente e lo staff è decisamente cordiale e disponibile per qualunque richiesta. Inoltre, i servizi bar e ristorante sono molto buoni e comodi per chi soggiorna in zona Bluche.
Se devo proprio trovare il pelo nell'uovo, forse la colazione, seppur molto buona, offre una scelta limitata ed è sempre uguale tutte le mattine.

Il faut tout de même marcher jusqu’au funiculaire qui est très cher pour monter jusque crans en station et ensuite encore navette à prendre donc pas si simple pour skier comme accès. Il y avait pas mal de bruit aussi le soir en raison du restaurant en dessous des chambres

Don't remember if it was written somewhere but there is tourist tax 5 CHF per person per night. (Would be nice to know about this in advance)

All was really good. To manage the expectations, this is a very simple facility with very welcoming and supportive personnel, don’t expect something extraordinary in terms of room equip, but you have everything you need for ski/business trip or visiting the school.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Nur wenige Gehminuten vom der Standseilbahn in Bluche entfernt. Viele Parkplätze, obwohl mit öffentlichem Verkehr angereist.
Für diesen Preis hätte man sicherlich einen Fernseher erwarten können. Auch hatte es keinen richtigen Arbeitsplatz. Das Badezimmer wurde zwar neu gemacht, ist aber sehr unpraktisch. Keine Ablageflächen und beim Duschen in der Badewanne wurde das Badezimmer ziemlich nass, da nur eine kleine Trennscheibe.

Tea and coffee making facilities in room were poor. Little choice (who drinks mint tea or Earl Grey?) No ordinary tea or coffee? Gin and tonic price in hotel expensive too £16. People eating in restaurant area in evening but we were not aware of a menu or selection of food available.
