L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel . Le petit déjeuner et le repas étaient très bien .

La chambre était un peu petite mais restait confortable . La décoration de l’hôtel n’est pas récente mais cela fait partie de son charme

Excellent accueil pour la course du Wildtrubel: petit déjeuner servi à 4h du matin, repas spécial à base de pâtes pour les coureurs. La dame à l’accueil et celle du restaurant sont adorables.

Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gokommen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer (312) welches vor einigen Jahren saniert worden ist. Allerdings keine Südsicht.

No room for a proper shower and bar shut too early

The views are amazing, it’s really’old school’ very typically Swiss. Staff was very helpful

The room we had had an amazing view, couldn’t be better. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that let it down was the bathroom needed updating. Shower very small over the bath.

Das Hotel ist relativ weit weg vom Zentrum (was wir wussten), wegen der Parkplatzsituation im Zentrum haben wir den Transfer jeweils mit Uber gemacht. Man geht „nicht schnell Mal noch“ in die Stadt. Dafür geniesst man die Ruhe und einen kurzen Weg zur Seilbahn Violettes.

3 night break at this lovely Alpine hotel. The staff were all lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we had a lovely meal one evening (set menu, which was reasonable for Swiss standards)

Was almost too quiet after 2100, but the Swiss seem to go to bed early!

Frühstück war top. Vorallem das man frisch gepressten Orangensaft machen konnte.

Cet endroit est exceptionnel.La dame blonde de la réception vous accueille avec sourire et enthousiasme.Le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant au petit déjeuner est très aimable également.Le petit déjeuner est d’ailleurs d’une grande qualité et très varié. De vos chambres vous disposerez aussi d’une vue grandiose sur la montagne et la vallée.C’est calme et reposant tout en étant proche du centre de la ville.Si vous êtes en voiture, l’hôtel dispose d’un parking gratuit.Un établissement à recommander sans hésitation !

Chambre spacieuse et en plus nous avons été surclassées. Silence total.le Mont Paisible porte bien son nom. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Et petit déjeuner varié et très bon.

The charm and location of the property. It felt very cosy.

There wasn’t anything that we could fault it on as it was perfect for our one night stay and next time will aim to stay longer.

Das Personal war ganz zuvorkommend und nett. Die Lage, die Aussicht.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, emplacement idéal pour prendre les remontées mécaniques pour le ski ou les balades l’été, très belle vue sur la vallée et excellent pdj, personnel serviable et très charmant.

Le coté vieillot de l’ensemble de l’hôtel ... d’où le fait qu’il ne soit que trois étoiles et pas quatre.

La struttura è un po’ datata ma le camere sono pulitissime e confortevoli. Ottima la colazione e così come la gentilezza e la collaborazione dello staff, reception e hôtellerie! La vista dalla camera (abbiamo avuto un gradito upgrade) vale il viaggio!

C’est très rare d’avoir un personnel, DANS SON ENSEMBLE, aussi gentil, souriant, et attentionné, c’est un réel plaisir et nous reviendrons rien que pour l’accueil !

The room, the staff, the balcony, the view all wonderful.

Etwas oberhalb des Dorfes und somit nicht im Touristentrubel und sehr ruhig gelegen. In der Nähe der Talstation zum Plaine Morte. Balkon über den Baumwipfeln, mit tollem Bergpanorama. Ausserordentlich gutes Frühstücksbuffet im schönen Wintergarten des Restaurants. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

L’environnement est très agréable , l’hôtel est au milieu des arbres . Une façade avec très belle vue sur les montagnes, un balcon confortable car de belle taille. La personne qui nous a reçu a l’accueil( une jeune femme de Dijon) est extrêmement agréable , plus que commerçante , elle y met son cœur , au top .

L’ensemble est très vieillissant , des travaux de rajeunissement de tout l’hôtel ne seraient pas superflus. Consommatrice de thé j’aurais aimé trouver celui du petit déjeuner ( Lipton) de meilleur qualité .

Nos ha encantado la estancia. La habitación estaba muy bien, era muy cómoda y agradable, y la terracita la hemos disfrutado muchísimo. En general, todo ha estado genial y hemos estado muy a gusto. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!

Si tuviéramos que señalar una cosa a mejorar, sería disponer de un frigorífico pequeño en la habitación. Nos habría resultado muy práctico, aunque por lo demás no tenemos ninguna queja. Todo ha estado genial.

We were kindly upgraded to a room with a view and what a spectacular view it was! Thank you very much for the consideration. Both woman that worked reception for check-in and check-out spoke English and were very friendly. The room was lovely and new and so was the bathroom. The wifi worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and they provided gluten free bread on request. Free parking is also available. We didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant or use any other facilities.

He bien nous avons été surclassés ! Belle vue chambre impeccable et en plus au 3 eme étage avec vue sur les montagnes car c'était mes 60 ans ! Nous remercions les 2 personnes à l'accueil pour leur conseil aussi ! sur les randos ! restau un dimanche et lundi où c'est fermé ds l'hotel ! VRAIMENT MERCI A ELLES 2 TRES SYMPATHIQUES ET SOURIANTES ET A L ECOUTE ! une bonne adresse à un prix correct pour CRANS MONTANA ! L HOTEL PORTE BIEN SON NOM !!! CALME ASSURE

The room was a bit small.

La vue de l’hôtel est absolument magnifique ! Le personnel est super serviable et d’une grande gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et qualitatif. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr si nous devons loger prochainement dans la région.

Les oreillers pourraient être changés et les salles de bain légèrement modernisées (bien qu’elles soient tout à fait fonctionnelles et propres)

Room was good, if a little small. Nice view over the valley. The staff were very good, very helpfull in the evening when we arrived, a big thankyou to the restaurant staff. In the morning, we could not get any breakfast as we had to leave at 07:20, breakfast started at 07:30. Tried to find someone, even for a quick coffee, but the doors to the restaurant were closed.

The bathroom was relatively small, with the shower located in the bath, for some people this might create a tricky balancing act. Perhaps a small fridge in the room would be nice addition.

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes. Le personnel est accueillant et efficace et d'une grande disponibilité. La chambre était confortable et bénéficiait d'un balcon. Le buffet du petit déjeuner propose un grand choix pour tous les goûts.

The lady at front desk was amazing, very helpful and responsive. View was extraordinary. Plenty of space in our room. Buffet Breakfast was the best one we have had in our Switzerland trip.

Bed mattress was a bit too soft for me. There were a number of flying ants in our room at night around the lights. I don’t know if that can be resolved for future.

Uns gefiel die Lage und die super Aussicht. Ausserdem waren alle sehr freundlich. Gratis Upgrade inklusive. Frühstück top!

Die Betten sind veraltet, wir spürten jede einzelne Feder in der Matratze.

Wunderbare ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die 4000er Gipfel. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Man kann auch problemlos auf der Terrasse frühstücken und den Blick noch besser genießen. Jacuzzi haben wir sehr genossen. Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Tout était parfait, l’accueil, le personnel, le confort, le surclassement avec vue sur la vallée, et enfin le restaurant délicieux !
