Very quiet location and relaxed atmosphere right on the beach. The bungalows are simply furnished but cozy. You can get really good food if you let them know.

Zhaya's is located on a wonderful beach in a smaller bay. The water is warm with some decent waves coming into the bay.The vibe there is very chill with about 7 or 8 other small resorts along this beach. Zhaya's breakfasts were awesome and served overlooking the beach. In fact all their menu was very good. If you wanted a change of pace you can walk down the beach and try some of the other places out. They had lounges and sun covers/shade umbrellas. We had a great surprise one morning, the locals were releasing baby turtles on the beach. What a treat it was to witness that!! We look forward to returning to Zhaya's soon!!

Después de hacer el check out por la mañana nos tuvimos que ir directos mi pareja y yo al hospital con una intoxicación alimentaria y una bacteria por algo que lavaron/cocinaron con agua del grifo en la cena de la noche anterior o en el desayuno. Pasamos 24 horas ingresados y estamos con tratamiento por 14 días.

Magiskt ställe. Första dagen var vi helt själva på stranden och stranden är lååååånnng. Trevlig personal och bra mat och dryck. Rekommenderar detta boende starkt om man vill vara för sej själv. Det finns en liten by som man bara måste besöka till fots. Man får dra sej själv över en flod på en flotte för att komma dit. Folket där är trevliga och det finns en bankomat och apotek där också.

Beroende på vad man vill ha för boende så kan man bo i allt från ett typ av tält till ett litet litet rum där sängen bara får plats till ett fint rum med ac och badrum. Vi började med lilla rummet och uppgraderade till rummet med ac och för våran del var det helt klart värt det.

Se state cercando un’esperienza rilassante, questo posto fa esattamente il contrario. Arrivare all’hotel è già un viaggio degno di un reality survival: strada sterrata infinita, buche degne di un cratere lunare e valigie legate al tuk-tuk con una fiducia cieca nel destino. A ogni curva hai la sensazione concreta che tutto il tuo bagaglio decida di emanciparsi e sparire nella giungla. Quando finalmente pensi “ok, siamo arrivati”… sorpresa: non sei arrivato. Devi salire su una zattera fatta di legno che sembra recuperato da un naufragio del 1800, attraversare un fiume con la grazia di chi sa che potrebbe finire in acqua da un momento all’altro, e poi camminare su una passerella instabile che definire “traballante” è un complimento. Di giorno è già una sfida per chi ama l’arrampicata estrema. Di notte? Praticamente una roulette russa acquatica. Per completare il quadro, attraversi una specie di baraccopoli dove ti senti osservato come se fossi atterrato su Marte. Non esattamente l’atmosfera da vacanza serena. Arrivati in hotel, completamente al buio. Nessuna elettricità. Appena ci vedono, magia: si accendono tutte le luci, come se fino a quel momento il posto fosse in modalità “abbandonato”. Sensazione generale: isolamento totale, zero sicurezza, zero protezione. Le camere? Aperte sul nulla. Chiunque potrebbe entrarci senza il minimo ostacolo. La nostra stanza era minuscola, tipo due metri per due, con un materasso che definire scomodo è gentile. Notte passata a grattarmi senza riuscire a dormire un secondo. Alle sei del mattino, appena visto un raggio di sole, sono scappata sui lettini in spiaggia… che in realtà sono delle assi di legno. E comunque meglio dormire lì o direttamente sulla sabbia con i cani del villaggio. Nota positiva? Il cibo è buono, il personale è gentile e il wifi funziona decentemente. Ma non basta minimamente a compensare tutto il resto. Dovevamo stare cinque notti. Siamo resistite UNA. Il giorno dopo siamo scappate.

On arrive le premier jour à l’hôtel, on demande à pouvoir louer un scooter, une dame à la réception nous dit que non 20 minutes. Après on va voir un mec, ils m’ont dit qu’il y a des scooters en location, elle voulait juste qu’on paye un tuktuk super cher. En plus de ça, lit, pas confortable du tout y a pas de sommier

Ongelofelijk slechte communicatie, waardoor wij niet eens op de plek zijn gekomen. Om moeten boeken in El Nido om nog een slaapplek te kunnen krijten. Accommodatie is niet te bereiken.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel. La plage est magnifique. C’est situé près d’un village. On traverse la rivière avec l’aide de la population locale sur des radeaux en bambou. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil. Le restaurant est le meilleur de la région. Beaucoup de choix au menu et les portions sont grandes. Dépaysement complet. Le soir, la plage est illuminée.

La chambre quadruple n’est pas convenable. Elle est bruyante car trop près de la rue et manque d’hygiène. Nous avons changé pour les cottages. L’expérience vaut le coût mais il faut être prévenu. Le lit est confortable. L’emplacement est très bien mais près de la nature. Donc, il faut s’attendre à dormir aux sons des lézards. Le bruit des vagues est cependant relaxant.

Perfecte locatie als je er eenmaal bent. Nadat je in el Nido bent aangekomen is het nog 40 minuten met een tricycle, maar dan… geweldig! Oké, je mag het niet vergelijken met Europese standaarden, maar voor Filipijnse begrippen een prime verblijf!!!!

Je moet wennen aan de riolering, luchtjes etc. Bedden zijn niet al te groot en voor grote Europeanen kan dat een uitdaging zijn.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Man merkt echt das die Leute Vorort sehr daran interessiert sind auch noch mehr Gäste zu bekommen. Für uns war es dort eine echt Wohlfühl Oase.

Super schöne ruhige Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Wenn man den Trubel in El Nido nicht möchte. Besonders gut wenn man ein bisschen Ruhe haben will. Das Personal war immer vor Ort und total nett und hilfsbereit. Man hat eine große Auswahl an Frühstück und Abendessen es war immer total lecker. Einen Roller kann man direkt vor Ort mieten das lief alles ohne Probleme. Unser Highlight waren die Baby Schildkröten die morgens ins Meer gelaufen sind. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Hôtel situé idéalement en front de mer et assez proche du village. Le personnel est agréable. Possibilité d’avoir la wifi dans les chambres.

Le petit déjeuner gratuit est plutôt léger (nous n’avons pas testé les options payantes). Le restaurant ne nous a pas convaincu, nous avons trouvé meilleur et moins cher dans les restaurants voisins.

Les nuisances sonores, coupures d'électricité fréquentes, générateur juste à côté des chambres donc impossible de dormir, la plage n'est pas propre, et les gérants ne répondent pas aux messages.

Anlage von Aussen schön, Strand okay, Essen ist gut.

Sanitäranlage schlecht, "Dusche" ging kaum weil nur wasser getröpfelt hat. Zu zweit duschen mit Eimer am Abend was ewig dauert, weil kaum Wasser, alles alt, kaputt, eng, stickig, laut. Zimmer sind überall offen, Mücken und Insekten kommen überall rein. Personal ist genug da, kümmern sich aber am liebsten um sich selbst. Unterkunft ist nur vor Ort erreichbar, keinerlei Reaktion im Vorfeld per Email, Telefon etc. Essen/Getränke sehr teuer, Service sehr sehr langsam. Mind. eine Stunde Wartezeit einplanen, bis Essen kommt. Ohne Roller geht hier nichts, da Bucana sehr abgeschieden ist. Restaurants nur am Strand, weiter im Ort hat alles zu.

Der Strand ist sehr schön und die Bar zum dazugehörenden Cottage auch. Das Personal war nett.

Die Unterkunft generell war sehr schlecht. Die Hütte war sehr klein, man konnte nicht neben der auf dem Boden liegenden Matratze stehen. Das Bad war eine Katastrophe!!! Dreckig und eklig! Auch war es nachts unglaublich laut! Zuerst sind alle möglichen Tiere über die Hütte und teils durch die Hütte gelaufen. Zusätzlich wurde mitten in der Nacht der Generator angeworfen! Man hatte das Gefühl sich mitten in einem Maschinenhaus zu befinden! Die Nacht war gelaufen, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken! Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, dann sind wir vorzeitig abgereist.

Die Unterkunft liegt zwar ein bisschen abgelegen, dafür hat man den Strand fast für sich. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Das Restaurant war auch ganz gut, beim Frühstück gibt es zumindest bei dem inbegriffenen nur eine recht begrenzte Auswahl. Das Personal braucht etwas; um mit einem warm zu werden. Am Anfang wurde ich nie angelächelt und meistens sogar eher verwirrt angeschaut, am Ende waren aber alle wirklich sehr herzlich. Die Island hopping Tour habe ich über das Hotel gebucht und es war alles super organisiert. Auch der laundry Service hat super funktioniert.

Man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, dass es eine sehr einfache Unterkunft ist. Die cottages sind traditionelle Hütten, sodass mosquitos und andere Insekten reinkommen können. Daher hatte ich mehrmals Kakerlaken im Bad. Das mosquitonetz hatte riesige Löcher. Zudem war meine Bettdecke fleckig, hatte sogar Stockflecken/schimmelflecken. Am Anfang wurde mir auch gesagt, dass ich jederzeit Bescheid geben kann, wenn man mir einen Fahrer organisieren soll, der mich mal zu einem anderen Strand bringt. Als ich dann danach gefragt habe, wurde mir gesagt, man dürfe nur wen organisieren können, der nach El nido fahre. Daher war ich leider nicht gerade mobil. Zum Glück habe ich dann selbst die Nummer eines tuk tuk Fahrers organisieren können, der mich dann abgeholt hat. Roller fahren ist dort auf jeden Fall absolut nichts für Anfänger, da die Straßen teilweise sehr schlecht sind.

Hébergement face a une très belle plage, dépaysant. Proche des locaux, endroit préservé du tourisme contrairement au centre de El Nido. Bon restaurant avec beaucoup de choix. Très beaux paysages sur la route! Staff très gentil et aux petits soins

Scooter à louer impérativement et routes en très mauvais état aux alentours… Attention au service proposé pour le trajet jusqu’à El Nido, c’est 1200 pesos (soit autant que l’excursion Tour A par exemple). Toutefois, la chambre que nous avions eue ne ressemblais pas aux photos et nous avons demandé à changer ; ce qui nous a été prélevé à nos frais… geste commercial à revoir peut-être...

- Très bruyant, nous avions la chambre la plus proche de la plage, fin du service de restauration et autre entre 23h30 et 2h.. reprise a 6h30 pour le petit déjeuner, le personnel mettant la musique, parlant normalement dès le matin. La nuit ce sont les nombreux chiens errants qui prenaient le relais en faisant les poubelles ou en se battant. - Mal situé : comptez plus d'1h de tuktuk pour rejoindre El Nido (et tous les départs d'excursions se font là bas), soit 2h de transport minimum pour accéder aux activités ; 1000 pesos en moyenne pour chaque trajet !! (Pour exemple El Nido / Puerto Princesa = 700 pesos !!!) Les transferts devraient être gratuit ou à moitié prix ! - Plage classique , sans poissons ni coraux, très polluée aux alentours

Ubytování umístěno přímo na pláži, takže do chatky se neustále vnášel písek. V “koupelně” netekla teplá voda. Malý prostor pro uložení věcí. Vzdálenost od centra a složitá doprava do ubytování. Nikdo nechtěl poskytnout transfer a ubytování nabízelo pouze dopravu tuk tukem. S větším zavazadlem tedy nemožné.

Super freundliches Personal. Nachdem was ich in Manila in der ersten Nacht erlebt habe, war dies luxus. ich würde tatsächlich wieder kommen. Das Highlight war für mich tatsächlich die Babyschildis

Het trekpondje wat je over moet om er te komen is leuke ervaring. Het verblijf was heerlijk, lekker aan het strand. Goede vibe. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, eten is goed.

Ik had 1 extra nacht voor mijn al geboekte boeking gedaan via booking.com. Mijn eerst geboekte boeking bleek niet binnengekomen terwijl deze wel bevestigd was. Bericht gestuurd naar booking.com maar geen reactie. Gelukkig kon ik toch nog 1 nacht boeken. En gelukkig was ik al een dag eerder.

This place was like home away from home . From the moment we arrived we loved Zhayas . Staff is exceptional and very kind , they became like our second family . Cha , Rona , Kyle and all of them went out of their way to help us with anything we needed . I thought this is the place I would love to stay in for at least another month and we probably would ( had we had more time ) . The drive to the huts is beautiful , little dirt road surrounded by jungle and tall coconut palm trees . Beach is stunning and throughout our 7 day stay there , we saw hardly any people on it . Just be careful when you walk there because it had some scatters broken glass . But the beach is pristine with soft white sand , just beautiful. Huts in Zhayas are comfortable with ole ty of shelves and storage to put your staff in . They have bar right on the beach and the food is amazing . We tried many dishes of their menu and loved every single one of them . Try their spicy seafood curry with coconut milk , also chicken curry and their burgers . Soooo yummie . We were group of 4 and we all said we would definitely come back soon . This place is a slice of paradise , away from hustle and bustle of El Nido town . Ride to town is about half an hour . I will million percent recommend Zhayas if you’re looking for a nice tranquil place . We were sad to leave :(

It was hard to find a beautiful place but far away from the main town. The road to get in is really bumpy and long. The shower is cold, and power cuts The food is nice and so was the staff

Miła i pomocna obsługa, bardzo pomocny gospodarz, pomógł nam zorganizować transport na lotnisko w Puerto Princessa, lokalizacja przy samej plaży, dobre jedzenie w restauracji, wspominam bardzo miło!

Für junge Leute gut genug, die Hütten sind sehr klein. Kaum Platz um die Koffer unterzubringen. Sehr spartanisch.

It is very far from the main, so it will take time to travel when you are going for a tour on the islands.

The property was peaceful, on the beach, food was also great. You can have private beach like experience. The staffs are very good. People are very good. We can enjoy the ocean day in and day out. Very secluded from the city. Only thing is far from Airport and city so therefore we got the secluded environment. We had lot fresh air and enjoyed the nights beside the ocean. Very peaceful, serene and calm and the restaurant was lively. Met a lot of good people from various parts of the world. Had great stay.

We definitely do not recommend! Due to the accommodation, our stay did not take place and we lost money. Long before our arrival, we tried to contact the accommodation and arrange some things, the accommodation did not respond at all. We tried via booking, facebook, whatsapp and calling the numbers - no result. There was no possibility of cancellation. We contacted the Booking administrator to resolve the matter, the accommodation did not even contact this administrator. In the end, we found another accommodation and obviously we did the right thing. Unfortunately, we lost our money and there is no way to get it back because the accommodation is still silent.

I rarely leave negative review, but my experience at this hotel was unacceptable due to RUDE, unprofessional, obnoxious behavior of a staff. The male staff wearing a hat while at work might have been picked up from the street to work in this facility. Not a good move.hospitality is about respect and service unfortunately this hotel falls short. Regardless how close to the beach the hotel but bad customer service ruins the entire experience. The male staff created an uncomfortable and frustrating atmosphere. The breakfast was free and included in the hotel fee, but the staff made it seems I am not worthy to received this breakfast. Basic request were met with eye rolling, abrupt response and outright indifference. And this happened 3 days out of my 7 days stay. I ate somewhere else when this guy is serving at the restaurant to avoid him.

Good people dont't Come here,it 's a shame about the wonderful scenary of the beach but that's it,that's all.This place is forgotten place where people are practically robiei of their money,the staff are rude,flies people dribk before they server,the food is rude,your personal belongings are stolen ,the cold water,horrible accomodation condition,so my advice is avoid it otherwise you will regret it.The Police in the area are dirty, they cover everthing because there are gangs at every destination, especially so far from El Nido,so my advice is not to venture out because you will cry.Beware of the oweners ,John abd Chee,as under their apparent smile is a gang of thieves and thugs

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön am Meer gelegen. Es war sehr ruhig und das Essen frühstück sowie Abendessen war immer sehr gut . Beim Moped ausleihen wurden wir jedoch abgezogen die Helme waren illegal und die Roller hatten keine Papiere somit hat die Polizei diese einkassiert . Der Weg mit dem Roller zur Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen etwas lebensmüde 😂 die Zimmer waren oke das Bad war nicht der brüller. Es ist sehr ab vom Schuss ! Jedesmal 30 min nach El nido nervt nach einer zeit

Quiet beautiful beach, nice, relaxed ambiente, right on the beach.

Dinner time the food took very long to come. Room door lock didn't work at the ligttle hut didn't work (but was ok for us). The bed in the small hut was kind of short (just ok if you less then 1,8m). We had temporay power outage (it is a remote place) which took a few hours before the power was restored. The dirt road condition on the last 3km is very poor. At least an SUV or better 4x4 is required if you drive there on your own. It's not really suitable for swimming because the water is very shallow. The included breakfast was just the bare minimum and not worth it. The breakfast from the menu is good.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Esta lejos de todo, con un acceso único de carretera en condiciones horrorosas. No nos hemos quedado ninguna noche, preferimos irnos a otra playa y alojamiento, que pasar una vez más por esa carretera. La playa tampoco es linda

Postrežba osebja ter njihova ustrežljivost nas je presenetila, lokacija je bila vrhusnka, tudi bar z brezplačnim wifijem, edinonkar je bilo moteče je bil domet wifija. Ni bil dosegljiv v vseh kočah. Skratka s kratkimi besedami, za ta denar na taki lokaciji dobiš vrhunsko lokacijo za ugodno ceno. Kar pa je najboljše pri njih, pa šteje odlična hrana. Brez pripomb. Velike porcije za normalno ceno.

Très mauvaise expérience… dans les petites chambres les moins chères à réserver il y a pleins de mites. Chaque jour notre matelas (et nos affaires) se retrouvaient remplis de crottes de mites. Ils vous font croire que les mytes mangent le bois au plafond et que c’est des morceaux de bois mais ce n’est pas vrai. Obligées de payer le surclassement pour changer de chambre pour ne plus avoir ce problème. De plus, l’accès à l’hotel est juste horrible. Il y a deux chemins, le premier est une route boueuse qui amène devant l’hotel et qui est remplie de gros cailloux sur laquelle aucun taxi ne voudra s’aventurer. Avec mon amie nous avons loué un scooter et sommes passées par cette route car on nous avait pas dit de ne pas la prendre, nous sommes tombées 3x et avons du payer la caution du scooter car nous l’avions rayé. Il y a une rivière près de l’hôtel, le deuxième chemin consiste à la traverser en radeau à l’aide de cordes sur lesquelles il faut tirer… avec des valises n’y pensez même pas et la nuit très dangereux. Ce qu’ils ne vous disent pas c’est que la rivière monte considérablement le soir et qu’elle devient casiment infranchissable avec le courant, imaginez deux filles sur un radeaux en pleine nuit en train d’essayer de traverser une rivière avec du courant (je suis tombée dans la rivière en pleine nuit). Je déconseille fortement cette hotel.

Loved the place, right on the beach, great food and cocktails and nice relaxed vibe, staff all super friendly and helped out with tours, bike rentals and everything we needed. Lots of sand in the room and on the balcony but the staff did their best to keep it clean

La chasse fuitait dans notre cabane et nous n'avions donc plus assez de debit pour aller au toilette.

Location was a bit outside of El Nido, but it was quiet and peacefull. Staff was great. Room was fine, bed was good.

There was no wifi, but they said it was because of the typhoon. Anyway, they shared their phone data with us. Bed wasn't that comfortable. It takes a long time for them to reply through booking.
