absolutely amazing place! if you're a nature lover then I highly recommend to come here for several nights just to unwind

Slapen in een boomhut, diner met een gewelig uitzicht, en erg lekker! Wie wil dat nou niet! Wat een geweldige locatie! Personeel erg aardig, wil alles voor je regelen! Scooter huren aanrader! Waterval erg leuk! Black Island tour, gaaf!

The city-raised kids and their millennial parents finally saw a gecko up close...and heard its famous mating call "tukooo" live. Priceless :) It was the onset of the rainy season, so we lucked out - the whole resort for the price of 1 treehouse. Day 2, we were the only guests left. We spent it soaking in the view, the pool, archery, and a forest trek through the mangroves. The waterfall was at full force after the rain, earth-brown and roaring. The kids jumped in anyway and climbed the falls like it was nothing. The in-house food won us over, especially the famous chicken curry. Unreal. Rich, creamy, just the right kick of spice. We were scooping it over rice nonstop. Fair price too, considering you're dining in the middle of the forest. There's also a carinderia just down the path to the waterfalls - food was good, we ended up ordering more rice. We still have one night left, but we're divided: adults vote to stay, kids were restless and want downtown Coron for night 3, so they're ready for the island tour package on day 4. Guess who won, lol.

The only downside was the end of the forest trek - it leads to a concrete pier landing where tiny biting insects swarm. They crawl up from your feet to your legs, and you won't even see them. Suggestion: remind guests to put on insect repellent like OFF! lotion before starting the trek.

Die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch! Nach einem langem Flug ein toller Ort zum verweilen und zu entspannen! Brian seine Frau und ihr gesamtes Team sind super herzlich und erfüllen einem wirklich jeden Wunsch (Shuttle Service,Touren etc.). Diese Anlage ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Jedes einzelne Baumhaus ist wunderschön! Wer seine Ruhe zum relaxen sucht ist hier genau richtig! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

We (family of 3) stayed for 5 nights at the Sanctuary treehouse. We liked some things and disliked others. Overall the place is remote so if you want to do things away from there you need to bring your bike or rent their bike(s) for PHP 700/day. You can’t be too sensitive to bugs and ants here, although the mosquitoes were not bad when we visited. We liked: - Beautiful jungle location with pool and sunsets. - Quality and portion size of the food they sell - Access to kayaks for local trips - Super friendly staff who are eager to help you - pickup from airport for PHP 1800

- Expensive food, and they added a 10% service charge at the end without telling us first - Showers (cold) are only dripping so you need patience to rinse off - No porch light at our treehouse, so you need headlamps to see outside - Found Gecko and mouse poop in our rooms and large ants in toilet bowl - Internet out for a 1/2 day and no action to restore it - Sometimes water is not available for a while for toilet/sink/shower

posto suggestivo perfetto per chi vuole godersi un po’ di relax ben lontano dal caos di Coron. si tratta di una serie di casette indipendenti ognuna dotata del proprio bagno. ogni casetta è caratteristica, molte costruite sugli alberi, altre simili a delle tane sotterranee di animali fantastici. personale gentile e cortese e ottime chef che al nostro arrivo alle 20.00 ci hanno subito preparato la cena! (prezzi leggermente più alti rispetto allo standard filippino ma visto il posto, la qualità del cibo e l’accoglienza ne vale la pena). la posizione è ottima, a circa 50 minuti in scooter da coron, dalla strada principale vi si accede tramite una via sterrata di 5 minuti. il posto è meraviglioso, immerso nel verde, con una vista imperdibile sul mare e una piscina in cui rinfrescarsi già di prima mattina.

Dopo 3 settimane di viaggio itinerante lungo le Filippine, speravamo di chiudere al meglio con questa struttura ma si è rivelata una pessima scelta. La struttura necessita di profonda manutenzione, la pulizia è scarsa, i servizi offerti dovrebbero essere numerosi ed invece, una volta arrivati, tutto viene improvvisato al momento (chiavi di scooter smarriti, nessuna attenzione alla sicurezza dell'ospite durante l'attività e infinite altre situazioni inadeguate), l'offerta del ristorante è stata limitata, buona parte del menù non era disponibile.. Infine, il proprietario si è dimostrato assente, sembrava un ospite all'interno della propria struttura. Trovandosi nelle Filippine, il prezzo richiesto è estremamente alto.

Die Lage ist wunderschön und lädt sofort zum Entspannen ein. Die Mitarbeitenden sowie die Besitzer sind ausserordentlich freundlich und herzlich – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ein wahrer Traumort zum Geniessen und Verweilen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Heel leuk en mooi verblijf. We voelden ons direct welkom. De host heeft er ook voor gezorgd dat we een leuke dagtrip hadden met de boot. Mooi geregeld en lekker eten, echt genoten!

A place from heaven, far from the hipe of coron center and noise , you can feel that it was build with a lot of love and thoughtfulness, the owners share their paradise with us in a beautiful way , we spent 5 days there we did not need anything all is there ( they can arrange transport / island hopping / activities ) the food is amazing and all at a reasonable price

Difficilemnte io abbandono una stanza prima della fine del mio soggiorno ma questa volta l'ho dovuto fare. La stanza che ci hanno dato è sotterranea e non ha finestre.l'unica apertura è la porta che dà direttamente sulla piscina ....lo spazio esterno davanti alla porta è di 1 m a bordo piscina dove tutti gli altri ospiti possono sostare e passare ...non c'è privacy ...e non c'è spazio per stare all'esterno. Il bagno è privato ma esterno bisogna percorrere un tratto di strada circa 5 m e salire una scala sempre lungo la piscina per andare nel proprio bagno. Non sempre c'è l'acqua nel water ma soprattutto NON C'E' ACQUA CALDA PER LA DOCCIA. Mentre le altre stanze a palafitte almeno hanno uno spazio esterno privato questa non ha assolutamente nulla. Il condizionatore o ventola che bisogna tenere assolutamente acceso è molto rumoroso . Le luci sono infondo alla scala e per accendere devi scendere al buio ,le prese elettriche non funzionano anzi fanno le scintille se infili le prese. Ho chiesto di cambiare stanza ma naturalmente si sono rifiutati. Ho lasciato la stanza due giorni prima della fine del mio soggiorno e loro hanno cancellato la mia prenotazione dicendo che non mi sono presentata ( nonostante io abbia dormito cenato e fatto colazione e pagato i servizi extra)non mi hanno rimborsato nulla e hanno affittato nuovamente la stanza nel periodo del mio soggiorno

Lit super inconfortable, qui penche sur la droite car cabane penche également. Du coup, franchement pour le prix c'est abusé. Et pas de chaise pour s'asseoir sur la jolie terrasse devant la chambre.... Bref pas une super expérience pour nous....

Une vue superbe, un balcon bâtie dans un arbre, dans lequel nous avons vu un colibri, nous avons bien aimé ce site. C est malgré tout assez pommé, besoin d un moyen de transport si on veux sortir du complexe

Nous avons adoré l'accueil que nous avons reçu, le personnel était très très sympa et à l'écoute. Ils étaient toujours là pour nous aider. Le lieu est juste magnifique, rustique (oui ce n'est pas pour ceux qui recherchent du luxe, mais c'est tout à fait confortable) et en pleine nature tout en étant proche de nombreux endroits à ne pas rater. Nous avons pu louer deux scooters à Bryan pour partir en famille explorer le nord un jour, l'est l'autre jour, ainsi que leurs kayaks pour une balade incroyable dans la mangrove où nous avons fini à nager avec les enfants d'une communauté complètement perdue au fond de la mangrove. Nous avons adoré ! Nous avons aussi profité des massages, de la piscine et du bar avec une vue magnifique au coucher de soleil. Ils organisent des excursions, s'assurant tous les soirs de connaître les activités du lendemain de chaque guest et de les conseiller. On recommande !

Alles was zo mooi gemaakt met oog voor detail en gevoel voor esthetiek. De matras was een van de fijnste van onze 3 weken reizen in de Filipijnen. Schattige hondjes, lieve behulpzame mensen in de keuken, die cocktails en snacks zelfs aan het zwembad komen afzetten. Helaas hadden we maar 1 nacht!

Het eten was misschien een beetje aan de dure kant en het zwembad een tikkeltje viezig, maar samen zeker te storend om de score geen 10/10 te maken.

Great little treehouses tucked away in the jungle and a nice place to relax and enjoy nature. We had the hobbit house which is one of the most unique rooms I've ever stayed in. Staff were friendly and helpful and the homemade food was delicious!

Un séjour fantastique dans ce lieu apaisant et atypique, la déconnexion y est totale. La chambre offre une vue tout simplement incroyable, le personnel est agréable et souriant. Nous avons adoré notre excursion à Black island et les îles environnantes, où nous nous sommes sentis seuls ou presque dans ces lieux paradisiaques.

Great location- of course some way from Coron. Fun accommodation, and lovely helpful staff, had a great boat tour from the site, shared with another couple was good value. Very good food.

Could have done with better water flow in our bathroom, usually only a dribble, and was zero the morning we left (too early to raise with the staff).

Sanctuaria Treehouses are in a great jungle location and offers that get back to nature experience. The kitchen acted as the hub of the resort and exuded family orientated vibes with lots of enthusiasm and energy audibly reverberating around the resort. It was great to have the option to mix with the staff, in the kitchen area, after dinner for welcoming beers and hearty discussions. Local food was good, but limited menu.

We booked the Hobbit Hole (4 berth) as it was the only room available but once the novelty subsided it was a bit of a task to get in/out via the stairs and the floor soon became dusty & gritty. Access to the outside bathroom was a tad tricky at the best of times, especially at night. Our sleep was also violently interrupted multiple times through our 2nd night with an incredibly loud Gecko resident behind the aircon unit. The circular Hobbit cave certainly acted as an amplifier to echo the creature’s territorial disdain at its fellow guests own nocturnal noises! The room is certainly in need of maintenance with electrical sockets hanging off the wall and lights not fully working. Communal Garden area is such great space with wonderful views, but needed some minor upkeep and would benefit for areas to relax without the luxury of one of the treehouse balconies.

The location is amazing. I couldn't take my eyes off the beautiful view. The staff are fantastic - really welcoming and friendly. It's so peaceful and quiet - you really feel surrounded by nature. I enjoyed watching the colourful birds and butterflies. I also loved kayaking through the mangroves and swimming in the pool.

The facilities are basic - if you are looking for luxury this isn't the place for you. But then, it is a treehouse!

Het uitzicht en locatie zijn top. Het is erg afgelegen en midden in de natuur.

Afgaand op de positieve berichten over het personeel vond ik dit juist erg tegen vallen. Ze deed haar best maar kwam niet oprecht over. Het jonge personeel was wel erg vriendelijk. Ik vond het ook best lawaaierig en hoop gegil van kinderen. Maar buiten dat, voor 1 dag goed te doen maar ik zou niet meer terug gaan.

c'est un etablissement exotique. des cabanes dans les arbres on ne trouve pas ca partout. excursions sont moins chere que le classique twin lagoon a coron

j'ai ete au debut denla saison des pluies a la fin juin. il n'y a pas vraiment d'options de choses a faire en cas de grosse grosse pluie. j'etais avec mon garcon de 15 ans et il fallait que ca bouge. si j'avais ete là bas en couple avec quelqu'un de tres relax, c'aurait ete ok. la nourriture servies etait tres variée et vraiment excellente ! le staff (particulierement Cha cha et Babe) etait aussi super ! l'endroit est un peu caché se la route . je recommande que vous reserviez le transport directement avec le treehouse (1500 php)

The view from our room was absolutely stunning! We really felt like it was our own private place on the island. We were able to watch the sunset and the fruit bats every night undisturbed! It felt like a honeymoon! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming each day! Super easy going and comfortable people working here. This whole experience really felt like you stepped into a fantastic jungle home!

The only small negative was the shower was dripping, but this is more constructive criticism for the host. This did not really negatively affect us.

Loved the view and all the details of the place. You feel in the middle of the Dschungel - a perfect place to relax. The staff was super nice and very welcoming.

I had loved to see more of the island but transportation - unless you take a motorbike - is quite expensive. Consider a fare of 4 k to Coron from the treehouse and return. Hence if you want to join a group tour from Coron, you will have to consider the extra costs and time but you can book a boat from the treehouse - which will cost you more but gives you a nice ride to coron on a boat ;)

My friend and I stayed at the Treehouses looking for a quiet escape from Coron. This was a lovely experience that encompassed outdoor living with great facilities. The views from the bar area were incredible. Each night at sunset we were able to watch thousands of bats fly over the treehouses which was an unbelievable sight. The food was delicious and the staff were able to accommodate my dietary requirements. Brian and SJ were fabulous hosts who made us feel so welcome and they joined us in the evenings for games, conversation and music. As I do not drive a bike, I was able to arrange pick up from Ocam Ocam and drop off back to Coron easily with Brian. The treehouses had lots of fun activities to get involved in; archery, kayaking, chilling in the pool and a good selection of board games. I would highly recommend staying here to those who want an escape from the business of Coron and are interested in embracing nature.

The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating, as are the staff. We felt right at home, and speaking of home, the bed was soooo comfortable. I had one of the best sleeps on that bed! The room was also very spacious. We brought a fishing rod and tried fishing at their port. Even though we didn’t catch anything, it became our little sanctuary for a while, and we even had lunch there. The location has limited phone reception, but they provide fast Wi-Fi. I personally loved the bathroom, it was clean and well-designed. The swimming pool added a special touch to the resort. It’s perfect for a retreat, whether with family or friends. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I’ll definitely come back soon with my family!

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is far from the busy city, which made it the perfect peaceful escape. Surrounded by pure nature — trees, fresh air, and quiet everywhere. If you’re looking to relax and disconnect, this is the place. Highly recommended!

The Sanctuaria Tree House is literally located in the jungle. The view from our room was incredible, and the staff were so kind and helpful, with really good cooking skills. Our stay was beyond our expectations. Thank you so much for everything!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COUP DE CŒUR ABSOLU ! L'expérience magique du Sanctuary Treehouse (J'y retourne !) – Parfait en solo. J'ai passé un moment absolument inoubliable lors de mon séjour en novembre. Voyager en solo était parfait pour une déconnexion totale et une immersion complète. Certes, le confort est relatif (ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe standard, mais une véritable cabane !), mais c'est précisément ce qui fait le charme et l'authenticité de l'expérience. L'essentiel est là, et l'ambiance est tout simplement magique. Le cadre naturel est splendide et ressourçant, mais l'atout maître de cet endroit, c'est son équipe : le personnel est exceptionnel, chaleureux, et aux petits soins. Je dois aussi parler des activités proposées par Brian et son équipe de choc... Îles de rêves, spots de snorking, coraux, poissons, Tortues... Balades... La meilleure des recommandations ? J'ai déjà réservé pour les fêtes de fin d'année ! Si vous cherchez une aventure authentique, chaleureuse et mémorable en pleine nature, n'hésitez pas. Seul, entre amis, en Famille...

Was für ein schöner, magischer Ort! Tolle Baumhäuser, leckeres Essen, aussergewöhnlich freundliches Team.🥰 Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Sehr gut gelegen, wenn man es wie wir etwas ruhiger mag. Sogar über den Taifun Tino haben Bryan und sein Team dafür gesorgt, dass wir eine gute Zeit hatten und uns stets sicher gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank für die tolle, spannende Zeit, die wir bei euch haben durften.❤️

Nous avons eu la surprise d'être en sur-booking, donc le propriétaire nous a installé dans une toute nouvelle cabane dans les arbres, absolument magnifique. Un peu à l'écart, au bout d'un petit chemin, un escalier en colimaçon, et vous êtes au PARADIS. La cabane est spacieuse, 1 très grand lit, 2 lits doubles, une kitchenette et une salle de bain parfaite. Alors bien sûr il manquait quelques détails mais la cabane n'était pas terminée, donc pas encore sensée accueillir des visiteurs (nous étions les deuxièmes privilégiés ;) Le must, une cloison escamotable qui s'ouvre du sol au plafond sur une vue... une vue indescriptible, surplombant les arbres, directement sur la riviere et la baie et les îles. Et pour les plus téméraires, des filets suspendus en guise de terrasse! Autre aspect parfait du lieu, les personnes qui y travaillent: en cuisine et au bar, elles sont parfaites, sans mentir, tout est super délicieux, du petit-déjeuner, au diner, et aux cocktails... elles sont toutes sympathiques et attentionnées.

Le temps, mais ça c'était pas leur faute ;) Le lieu est un peu éloigné de tout, mais à tout problème il y a une solution!

I stayed in the Hobbit House room at Sanctuaria Treehouses and absolutely loved it. The room was unique, cozy, and beautifully designed — it really felt like staying in a little fairytale home tucked into nature. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. The whole place has such a peaceful, laid-back vibe, and the views around the property are stunning. It’s also a great base for exploring Busuanga, and they can help you arrange activities really easily. There was so much to do, even in such a remote location! We kayaked to deserted beaches (and spotted turtles!), hiked to nearby waterfalls within walking distance, and went island hopping combined with snorkeling — including Japanese shipwrecks and the incredible Black Island with its caves and natural pools. There’s trekking, archery, or simply relaxing by the pool. And with so many ship wrecks close by, diving here is an absolute must! I dived with pirate divers and they were great, they were safe and fun, and I got to see 3 amazing shipwrecks Such a special experience — I didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

Tolle Lage, toller Blick. Die treehouses sind kein Hotel im herkömmlichen Sinn. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage oder warmes Wasser, die Zimmer bestehen eigentlich nur aus Betten mit toller Aussicht. Aber genau das macht die Unterkunft so einzigartig und unvergesslich. Campingerfahrung ist sicherlich hilfreich. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Ausflüge und Massagen werden top organisiert. Tolles Essen, schöner sauberer Pool.

Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage ist eben Mal einen Ort besuchen eigentlich nicht möglich.

The stay was exactly what we were hoping for – quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The views from our balcony were beautiful, and having a swing to relax on made it even more special. At night the sky was incredible, with so many stars visible you could even see the Milky Way. The staff were amazing, cooking delicious meals each evening, and the host was really cool and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly, and their cute dog made the stay even more enjoyable. The tree house itself was simple but just right – the doors lock, you have your own private bathroom (a short walk down from the tree house), and while there were a few bugs, that’s completely expected in the middle of the jungle. Overall, it was such a unique and memorable experience. With activities like kayaking, cycling, and archery, plus the serene setting, it’s the perfect place if you want something peaceful, different, and close to nature.

L’orario di cena termina alle 7pm, davvero troppo presto. La colazione ha un costo spropositato. La struttura ha visto giorni migliori 😞, necessiterebbe manutenzione e più cura. Camera angusta, con finestra rotta(sigillata) e porta anch’essa rotta (sistemata il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo su nostra segnalazione), l’albero su cui si trovava la nostra stanza era infestato da formiche 🐜

Loved this place! For those love nature and native resorts. There was so much to do. Kayaking in the mangroves, waterfalls, island hopping. They are close to black island and pass island and japanese wrecks which we snorkel. Dive shop right down the road too! And the food. Amazing! Prepared with love. We had a rack of ribs last night and their thai curry and seafood dishes! Best place have been in palawan. Amazing swimming pool, archery range and they even have bocce ball!!! Highly recommended!!!

The sound of nature. The authentic Busuanga Island environment experience. Great view. The delicious food, the very accommodating staff and owner.

Others may not like a bit of lizard poop on the floor and mosquito nets, but it's part of the nature experience.

Beautiful place with lovely staff, great food and an amazing natural environment.

I really liked the jungle vibe being surrounded by trees and having views of the ocean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. The pool was great for cooling off. There were kayaks for guest use and the owner gave us great advice where to go. He also organised a day boat trip of island hopping for us.

Our room was next to the bar and one night there was a lot of noise until late which kept us awake.

Stunning and secluded location, comfortable beds, cool atmosphere, great food! Tours were organised for us to leave from the remote location.

On the whole the staff were wonderfully helpful, though there are elements of unprofessionalism on show.

Against all other accommodation on my two week trip this one had - The Best View -The comfiest bed (first place with 4 pillows) - amazing food - best value for money - craft beer on tap! - all the guests were chatty and friendly. Good vibes. You can’t go wrong booking here.

Tin-Tin and the staff were lovely! The vibes are great and we met some awesome people who were also traveling. The whole property is really cool and you can see the love and care they put into making it comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, treehouse and food. We spent one day out on a tour which was a highlight.

The cats were a bit much. One kept coming into our treehouse at night, waking us up, and another one bit one of the guests (not intentional, but it happened when it was going for his food). If you’re a cat lover, this is a place for you.

Fun treehouses with lovely view. Good food. Lots of excursion options. Bit noisy at times with family and friends visiting.

The views are great. Quiet and serene. Very good coffee and pizza. Staff were very helpful.

Amazing spot, incredible view, delicious food, very quiet overnight perfect to sleep and rest. The place provides a honest/real tree house experience. Noise from other guests and staff do travel quite well. Our room was the smallest tree house so there weren’t any furniture inside the room and the bed was low. Probably next time would choose a bigger room with a normal high bed and some furniture (including in the bathroom- somewhere to put your stuff) Probably missed some more places to feel more comfortable (like chairs close to the pool or more comfortable furniture on the eating area)

A gorgeous little retreat in a very quiet area. The tree houses were so unique with own ensuite. The view was fantastic. Lovely pool. Drinks and meals available on site. The staff were friendly. Everything you need on site for a few days of relaxing.

Very nice place with a good view! The food was really good! And they organize transport & trips for you (for example Black Island). The bed was very comfortable and we did öike that our room and balcony was very private (cosmic room). Note: by tricycle it is 1,5h from coron (we payed 1700 pesos) and 30min. by car from the airport (1500 pesos)

The place has already seen it's best days...it needs more maintanance, the wood stairs were breaking, the roof was "crumbling" with termites. The net where you can lay in, was not looking safe anymore.

Beautiful, very unique style and great experience overall. Comfortable room, staff is great, food and drinks were delicious.

Poor planning of transfer truck (extra $$) on their end made us 30min late to our boat trip in town. There’s no alternatives out there, so make sure you manage that risk.

The staff were SO welcoming, and the environment feels like a community, yet private at the same time. The view was UNREAL!!

This felt like a childhood dream to be able to stay in a treehouse. The building and location of these treehouses in the jungle is gorgeous. There are lots of spaces to chill out around and the accommodation had a private bathroom and balcony that wasn’t overlooked. The pool was a great way to cool down and there is a short path down to the mangroves. The food was tasty and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were very supportive as we were arranging our activities like hiring a scooter and exploring the island. There was a hive of activity from the jungle at night so it was nice to wake up and listen to the different sounds.

We loved this place and don’t have many comments for improvement - perhaps a softer mattress and another throw for the bed would be a good option.

Stunning views, amazing treehouse which was spacious (no air-con but a great fan). The staff were friendly and helpful. They are constantly working on improving like creating a garden to grow more of their own vegetables. Lovely treehouse bar area for sunset drinks and food. Food is a little more pricey than other places but made up with the good portion sizes so value was good.

- It's remote and a little isolated, having your own transport (scooter) would be useful if you want to explore this side of the island more or eat elsewhere. Although I knew this and my plan was for a chilled final two days in the Philippines. But worth knowing if this isn't your plan.
