Reviewed Sep 7, 2026De ligging is fantastisch, je loopt zo het stadje in en je zit tegenover de kabelbaan. De kamer vond ik ook prima, mooi ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt was gewoon goed, heerlijke verse broodjes.
Er viel me niks tegen, het enige dat zou kunnen is als het erg heet zou zijn, dat er geen airco is. Ik had er iig geen last van.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026A beautiful room with a lovely outlook. Spacious with lovely appointments. We were able to leave our bags onsite after check out whilst we did the salt mine tour. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Jaqueline was friendly and helpful.
Access to an iron would have been nice. Breakfast started at 8.00am which made it a little rushed to get to the start of the salt mine tour by 8.45, but it was doable.

večer již nefungují ve městě služby a v hotelu si nelze koupit žádný nápoj , nebyla předem poskytnuta informace o tom, že solné doly ani zubatka na vyhlídkovou restauraci není v provozu a opravuje se

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The bed was comfortable. The property was well maintained and clean and the breakfast was good. Our room had a nice patio. Hotel is very quiet. Staff is very easy to work with. Very good english skills. Hotel is very close to public parking which is important if your driving.
The hotel is far from the city center. It is a 20 minute walk to the ferry with suitcases. No air conditioning. No elevator. You have to go up or down steps to enter or leave the hotel. We had 5 steps in our room to get to the bathrooom. Room had combination bath tub and shower.

Colazione scarsa sia nella scelta sia nella qualità dei prodotti. Siamo arrivati prima dell' orario di check-in, come in molte altre strutture. Non ci era mai capitato di non trovare nessuno all' accoglienza a cui chiedere informazioni utili per la vacanza. La camera non è stata pulita nei tempi utili perché avremmo dovuto mettere noi il segnale fuori dalla porta! In tutti gli hotel di solito si utilizza il cartello "non disturbare" per indicare che si sta occupando la camera, e quando non è esposto il personale procede alle pulizie. In camera non c'era l' aria condizionata, con temperature molto alte in luglio e agosto! Abbiamo acceso il ventilatore, che non è confortevole. Il costo del soggiorno è piuttosto alto in relazione ai bassi servizi offerti. Ci dispiace. Non siamo soliti dare valutazioni così basse

Żeby wejść do pokoju musieliśmy obejść budynek. Pokój jakby w przybudówce, o niskim suficie, na parterze. Mimo upału obawialiśmy się otworzyć na noc okna, gdyż obok chodzili ludzie. Poinformowano nas, że aby zapewnić sobie miejsce parkingowe na ogólnodostępnym parkingu możemy powołać się na rezerwację w tym obiekcie, a otrzymamy taką możliwość. Nie było to prawdą. Pan na parkingu stwierdził, że mamy czekać, aż coś się zwolni. Śniadanie skromne, uzupełnione po interwencji.

Konumu vapur iskelesine çok uzak kalıyor. Özellikle bizim gibi ağır bavulları olanlar varsa bir daha düşünebilirler. Biz baya bir zorlandık bavulları taşırken.

And the owner is extremely welcoming and helpful Hallstatt is one of those unforgettable spots on this beautiful planet and definitely worth at least one night because by 5 pm the crowds dissipate and the evening is both charming and romantic views. Nothing beats a magical view, fresh grilled trout and a refreshing beer 🍺

O único ponto negativo é a falta de ar condicionado, mas já sabíamos disso quando fizemos a reserva, só não contávamos que o verão europeu estivesse tão quente esse ano ! A propriedade gentilmente concedeu um ventilador. Café da manhã simples, mas bem preparado.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Prachtige kamer en badkamer. Tevens ideaal dat er een balkon is. Het hotel ligt ideaal: 5 minuten lopen naar het meer om te zwemmen en het centrum is ook 5 minuten lopen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en eigenaar.
Het ontbijt had geen warme zaken zoals worstjes of spek. Een ei werd wel gemaakt als je er om vroeg.

The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The lady at the reception was especially wonderful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room, making our morning a pleasant experience. We also really appreciated that the hotel provided umbrellas for guests when it rained - a thoughtful and very convenient touch.

Considero mas bien un alojamiento rústico y familiar, habitaciones muy antiguadas con toque de alguna decoración moderna; malas señalizaciones de encontrar las habitaciones donde el acceso es por una puerta lateral-trasera, al entrar, encuentras unos 3 carros altos llenos de sabanas sucias que desconcierta un poco. No hemos tenido gusto de encontrar alguien en la recepción para pedir la factura. Desayuno sencillo y justo. Falta profesionalidad. Precio alto no justificable

Нет кондиционера в номере. И на завтрак кончилась еда, хотя мы пришли не поздно. Остался сыл с колбасой и булочки. И кекс. Сын не наелся

The parki my was said it was across but was still a walk . Checkin system was poor. No human interaction.. if u are on holidays and want to be away from emails and gadgets - it will not happen. The owners want u to be online while you are travelling and do online check in or pre checkin . Breakfast was with limited stocked items.. nothing freshly cooked.. so one can use supermarket instead in my opening . There is onsite resturant and bar but not sure it is open for whom. Property has huge potential if they can bring human touch to it. In front of us two families returned because there is no one on reception to take their request for rooms availability.

No one at reception and keys left on the table to collect. Very impersonal. We had the two rooms in the garden with available parking just outside, in the drive in - The hotels property and no connection to other rooms. We put our car there not obstructing anyone at all and a lady (the owner I think-she didn't introduce herself) came banging at our window saying we had to move the car. Although it could easily be considered as private parking for the 2 rooms we couldn't understand why we weren't allowed to leave our car there. Breakfast was very average.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026La ubicación es perfecta,a 200m del centro de Hallstatt y a pocos metros del lago. La habitación estaba situada en la planta baja,con salida independiente al jardin.Debes de salir al exterior para ir a desayunar.Las camas cómodas,dormimos muy bien.El baño muy completo y amplio.
El desayuno era de buffet,pero nos pareció un poco falto de más variedad de productos. No tiene parking y debes estacionar el coche en uno público muy cercano,20 euros las 24 horas.

我住1號房，晚上洗澡時一開水是直接從花灑出水，正當我在研究如何切換到蓮蓬頭的時候，下水道整個就堵塞了！水直接淹了整個浴室，後來我關水再稍微給下水孔做了心肺復甦水才漸漸褪去，但整個浴室已經沒有所謂乾濕分離了，整個都是濕的啦！

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026El hotel en sí estaba muy bien, la pieza y el baño eran amplios. Además, había té y café muy necesarios post caminata nocturna, donde baja el frío en Hallstaat. Estaba bien ubicado, cerca del bus que conecta con otras localidades y unos 12 minutos del muelle donde sale el barco que conecta con la estación de trenes.
El desayuno poco variado, pero lo que molestó es que las personas que estaban atendiendo no fueran a la mesa para ofrecer huevos, omelette u otras cosas que no estaban disponibles a la vista. Prácticamente había que adivinar. Eso, lamentablemente, mermó la experiencia. Otra cosa: la señal de WiFi no llegaba a la habitación.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Sehr sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Die Lage ist optimal und der Parkplatz 1 auch nur ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Ein sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Die Schiebetür aus Metall zum Bad ließ sich leider nicht vollständig zum Wohnraum schließen, Lücke. Das hinterlässt ein ungutes Gefühl, vor allem bei Toilettengängen.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Lovely boutique hotel in gorgeous Hallstat. The breakfast was also nice. It was great having guaranteed parking close to the hotel and there was a drop off point for our luggage directly outside our room before parking the car

Reviewed May 24, 2026Perfekt für einen Kurztrip. Alles in Fußweite erreichbar. Wir konnten sogar das Motorrad vor dem Zimmer parken. Beim Frühstück war ebenfalls alles da, was man sich wünscht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

החדר היה גדול מאד אולם חדר המקלחת היה קטן מאד וחסר פרופורציה לגודל החדר. בנוסף פינת הקפה היתה דלה ומאד מביישת, שתי שקיות נס קפה , שתי שקיות תה ומעט סוכר, כפית לא היתה לבחוש את הקפה. ארוחת הבוקר היתה מינימליסטית, מעט מאד מכל דבר.
