Leider war das Zimmer ohne Balkon und man konnte nicht so gut lüften im hinteren Zimmer und das Bad war für den Preis leider garnichts und das 2 Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer nicht als welcom sondern mit 4,50€ berechnet fanden wir schon etwas frech

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Clearly shows that it is a family enterprise - felt very warm and welcoming, good to see the staff having morning coffee together on arrival for breakfast. gave the place a great "feel". Staff were always happy to assist. Even the cleaning staff who did not speak English were super helpful within the limits possible! Fantastic sauna set-up for relaxing in the early evening. The inclusive breakfast was great, and evening meal standard was very high (but might benefit from a few more options if you wanted to dine there every day)

Wij verbleven in de loft, die was perfect! Personeel super vriendelijk en gastvrij om je te helpen! Top skigebied!

Vi havde et dobbelt de lux værelse. Som er umuligt at styre varmen på. Meget gammelt dags indrettet med gamle sofaer og inventar. Sengen er fin men dynerne føltes som gamle post sække. Servicen ved morgenmaden var meget meget langsom. Samt morgenmaden blev ikke flydt op. Dette var i uge 3.

Arrived with EV and paid for parking spot in hotel garage, which is convenient, however, they could have included a one-time battery top up charge in the overall fee but instead charged an extra €25.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Puikus viešbutis su tikra šeimos atmosfera. Interjeras stilingas, modernus, šiltas. Ypatingai nuoširdus, dėmesingas personalas. Restoranas pranoko visus lūkesčius, tiek pusryčiai, tiek vakarienė buvo tobuli. Tiesiog tobulas Alpių viešbutis į kurį norisi sugrįžti vėl ir vėl.
Nieko - viskas tobula.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025The best hotel at the resort. Very stylish, new, and beautiful. It is located just a 3-minute walk from the ski lift and the supermarket, yet at the same time it is not in the noisy town centre, which makes it very convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and well designed. We were given two rooms in the new building with a wonderful view. It was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. There is a very nice gym and an absolutely outstanding spa area with several saunas and a Turkish bath. The hotel staff truly made us feel at home. Every request was fulfilled immediately, and the service was excellent. The front desk manager, Sabrina, even personally changed a light bulb that had burned out in my shower — which was incredibly kind and touching. We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.
This is not a complaint, just a small suggestion. The rooms have very well-equipped kitchens; however, unfortunately there was no kettle, no coffee machine, and not even a basic set of dishes. It would be wonderful if these items could be provided to guests from the start. Complimentary bottled water would also be a nice gesture of attention to guests. Thank you very much. I hope you will take our suggestion into consideration.

Специальное помещение для сушки лыжного оборудования с отдельными шкафами для каждого номера. Это очень удобно.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025The Loft was excellent, very suitable for four friends staying to snowboard. The room was comfortable, clean an bigger than expected. Spa facilities were also larger than expected. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Friendly staff.
We were unable to lower the room temperature enough for comfortable sleep and had to sleep with the balcony door open (which was fine, but a little wasteful). Vegan breakfast was provided and tasted good, although there was not that much choice.

Utmärkt frukost och restaurang fast det var lite lågsäsong. Extra plus för laddning till bilen. Vinkällaren var grym vilket även spa avdelning var, vi skulle komma tillbaka.

My only complaint would be people using mobile phones and generally being noisy in the spa. This is not the hotels fault as there is a sign on the door asking people not to. Maybe a bigger sign on the door and a few around the spa would help.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2025Beautifully decorated with fabulous rooms. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The location was superb and the facilities were excellent. The buffet breakfast was superb and the evening meals were delicious.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2025Spotlessly clean and super helpful and friendly staff. Really well located for the ski lifts and supermarket.
It would have been nice if you could have used the balcony area of the spa and maybe introduce a hot tub.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025The location of the hotel is amazing, close to two major gondolas. The restaurant is one of the best in town. We had a very special New Year's Eve dinner. Breakfast is great. The hosts pay attention to detail, and they are always attentive. Very stylish lounge area. Also enjoyed the wellness. The rooms are very functional, well designed, and well maintained.
