Stay in Paradise Koh Rong

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt am Coconut Beach. Der Strand ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Bungalows waren perfekt und die Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir können es nur empfehlen! Viele Grüße

The restaurant and food services were not available during the entire stay, we were not informed of this until arrival to the hotel. The staff however continued to use the hotel kitchen for personal use to cook their own meals during our stay.

Кокосовый пляж небольшой, живописный, чистый и уютный! Там много вкусных кокосов. В 10 минутах езды от порта, куда привозит Ферри. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин отеля. Спасибо ему за помощь во всем.

Единственное что можно улучшить это поменять постельное белье из синтетики на хлопковое.

Il bungalow era molto spazioso, ad un passo dalla spiaggia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è buono. Il mare è molto bello in quella zona, ma prendendo un tuk tuk si arriva alle altre spiagge che sono comunque molto vicine

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait sur la plus belle plage de Koh Rong. Les bungalows sont très confortables, très propres. Le propriétaire était très sympathique et a toujours été aux petits soins pour ses guests.

Fantastic location. We only booked a tent but the bed was comfortable, there were sockets and it was clean. There was even Wifi signal though a bit patchy.

Bathroom/shower facility could be better equipped. There were no toilet seats. There was no food in the resort although advertised on the booking.

Superb staff, so helpful, caring, brilliant. Location is to die for! You could quite literally fall out of bed and in to the sea. Hot showers, an abundance of clean towels, you really will struggle to fault the place.

Mucha cuesta arriba hasta llegar al Bungalow , insecto , calor, solo ventilador. El precio es alto en relación calidad - precio.

On the beach which is great, room and bathroom are big staff are friendly enough. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing stay it’s perfect if you wanna be in the centre with more restaurant choices it’s probably not the right location for you.

Lots of rubbish on the beach, there should be an initiative to clean it up from the hotels combined, it seems like only the resort at the end of the beach cleans it up. Lots of dogs on the beach too, so if you don’t like dogs don’t stay on this beach. The bar and restaurant closes at 9pm too which is too early, considering it’s so far away from other bars and restaurants.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en Bunnan! Estuvimos en una tienda, pero grande y con ventilador, así que estuvimos muy cómodos. Todas las instalaciones limpias. Estábamos a 100 metros de la playa. Tienen restaurante así que podíamos hacer todas comidas alli (precios rondaban entre 3-6 USD). Aceptaban tarjeta así que no tuvimos que renegar con el cash. La plata es súper tranquila y limpia! A la llegada te buscan en un Tuk Tuk sin costo. Sin duda regresaríamos!

The staff here are so nice and coconut beach is beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of comfortable places to sit on the beach.

The showers were only cold water and the bathrooms were not clean, one toilet had no seat. The fan in the tent didn’t do anything and there was extremely loud construction happening across the street so impossible to sleep in past 7am. The restaurant also has a lot of reviews of food poisoning and the food made me feel quite sick. However much you save by booking this accommodation you will spend just to get out of coconut beach as it is so expensive to get a tuktuk to any other beach or the port.

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit einer schönen gemütlichen Terrasse mit superbequemen Sesseln, auf der man gut verweilen und relaxen kann. Das Personal ist sehr nett und entspannt aber trotzdem sehr aufmerksam. Man kann direkt in der Unterkunft unkompliziert einen Roller mieten. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und sehr bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten am Strand und im Restaurant. Es gibt extra Handtücher für den Strand. Der Transport bei Ankunft vom Long Set Pier zur Unterkunft war kostenfrei. Uns hat es gefallen und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Im Mai 2026 findet ein Betreiberwechsel statt, daher kann man derzeit nur im Zeitraum bis Ende April buchen.

Der Wasserschlauch im Bad war undicht und hat ständig das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt und leider hat man es auch nachts gehört. So etwas sollte eigentlich bei der Reinigung auffallen und repariert werden. Aktuell gibt es nebenan eine Baustelle für ein weiteres Resort, uns hat der geringe Baulärm aber nicht übermäßig gestört. Am Strand und im Restaurant hört man davon nichts.

L’emplacement était vraiment superbe ! Nous étions à même pas une centaine de mètres de la mer. Le bungalow était très joli et propre. Il y a même une douchette pour nettoyer ses pieds avant de rentrer dans le bungalow ! Le personnel est sympathique.

Le tapis de douche a retenu toute l’eau en une seule utilisation. Il était inutilisable par la suite. De plus, il n’y avait pas d’eau froide ni d’eau chaude le lendemain matin. Elle est arrivée que tardivement, au moment de quitter le séjour…

- le bungalow familial qui est relativement confortable - la proximité immédiate avec la plage, la possibilité de profiter des transats et salon de plage - la belle plage et son ponton - le restaurant très pratique pour les petits déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner - le personnel sympathique

- L’emplacement à un bout de l’île nécessite de louer un scooter pour être le plus libre possible. Si vous n’en conduisez pas, des tuk tuk sont disponibles mais cela est vite onéreux de se déplacer

Stunning location, super helpful staff, beautiful beach!

It is a rather small bay with a nice white beach which is also a bit messy. Building activities on the land and quite a lot of garbage around. The Bunnan bungalows are built along a path leading away from the beach but they are all pretty close. Nice and clean and spacious bungalows with a private terrace each. The reception / restaurant area is at the beach and has a nice lay-out with plenty of seats and loungers.

The view from the bungalows is zero. Food in the restaurant is poor: no fresh fruit juices, awful coffee and rather tasteless dishes.

Prachtige locatie aan het strand, goed eten bij het restaurant. Goede scooter te huur voor 10 dollar voor een dag. Heel erg vriendelijke mensen, super behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven op Koh Rong. Kamer is basic, maar schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

Eerste nacht sliepen we in de bungalow aan de weg en daar was veel geluidsoverlast (blaffende honden + verkeer, ook ‘s nachts). Gelukkig de volgende dag verhuisd naar andere bungalow en dat was veel beter! De bedjes op het strand zijn wat oud en smoezelig.

10/10 from start to finish. Free pick up on arrival. Staff super lovely and will accommodate as much as possible. Room was big and spacious. 2 fans were enough to keep the room cool at night. Hot water in the shower. Food was delicious and affordable for an island! The beach is just beautiful and peaceful. Would 100% recommend, hopefully see you soon!

Bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Freundliches Personal. Zelt war sehr sauber, bequeme Matratze am Boden mit Strom und Ventilator. Die Zelte sind etwas auf dem Hügel gelegen. Es hat 6 Zelte und zwei sehr einfache Badezimmer mit kaltem Wasser. Gutes und günstiges Restaurant.

Sie sollten wissen, dass momentan daneben eine Baustelle ist, ich konnte aber trotzdem schlafen.

This place says everything that you need and is well priced and it’s right on a beautiful beach. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent location, clean and pristine swimming water, outstanding food, friendly staff. The fan only room was totally fine to sleep in the night in March, just open the windows and use the mosquito net provided.

Tout était parfait, nous étions en tente et nous sommes restés 6 nuits. Elle était propre, spacieuse et abritée. Les toilettes et douches sont propres. Le restaurant est très bien et la plage parfaite. Nous avons loué des scooters et réservé notre bus pour quitter Koh Rong et nous rendre à Kampot avec eux, c’était très bien.

Il manque une petite table de chevet et une lampe dans la tente.

We loved this place soooo much. The rooms are comfortable, there was always new water and towels placed for us. The food and the drinks were delicious. We were able to rent some scooters for a day. The staff was friendly.

The only reason why this accomodation is not getting a 10 is because quality of sleep is very important to us. We had a few horrible nights of sleep! There is a Chinese resort next to the bungalows where people are so inconsiderate and party until 4am with karaoke and shouting to one another. There are scooters with people going up and down all night! Besides that, on one night we had a bungalow next to us with a neighbour that decided to sit on his porch at 6 am in the morning and watch loud tv shows on his mobile (?!!) and the next morning, we had other neighbours who decided to put their two kids on the porch at 6.30 am. The kids were crying and calling their parents while the parents were inside, perhaps just arranging things or getting some extra sleep. It really made us question humanity. There is really something wrong with some people.

The landscape was amazing one of the moste beautiful beach of the isle I think. The food is good and not to much expensive.

It was very noisy all the day because there was construction nearby (jackhammer). The staff was not as smiling and welcoming as the one of my hotel in Siem reap !

Мы провели тут замечательные 7 ночей и думаем что это одно из лучших предложений на острове В домиках есть все необходимое включая кондиционер, туалетные принадлежности и фен. Везде очень чисто. Душ на пляже и возле каждого домика для ног. Цены в кафе как в Fix price: почти все по 5$, одной порции будет достаточно. Чистота на кухне и свежесть продуктов также отлично

Ничего. Были перебои со светом, но только 1 день из 7 (не вина отеля). Нас не особо тревожили посторонние шумы с соседних курортов. Если Вы переживаете об этом, то возьмите кирпичный домик. Если Вам не очень понравится какое либо блюдо, то просто попробуйте другое: возможно что-то у них получается чуть хуже, но тут готовят хорошую домашнюю кухню

Awesome place , my favorite of my whole trip . The staff , food , beds and bunglows were all amazing . The beach there is super nice with a good chill vibe . I moved around the island and stayed in 3 different areas this place was by far my favorite . I will be back great job team bunnan

Belle plage, personnel sympathique, ménage régulier, bungalow spacieux et propre.

En ce moment, il y a des travaux à côté pour des bungalow en construction, mais on peut s éloigner sur la plage. Nous y sommes resté 11 jours.

Lage, bungalows und ganz besonders das Personal und die Besitzer sind super mega freundlich und unendlich bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen . Es war wie ein "Ankommen", wie Familie. Herzlichen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung

The beach was amazing and it was not busy at all. The restaurant was also good.

It was really hot and the fans weren’t enough to cool down. Also two times we lost electricity and WiFi for some time. There is not service, so you are really dependent on the WiFi.

We loved a stay at Bunnan bungalow : the place is very comfortable with great common spaces, direct access to the beach and super nice staff!

During my stay I rented a tent, as all the bungalows were taken. No matter that, the tent was big, with a nice, comfortable bed. Electricity a fan and towels. I had access to the shared bathroom and showers, kept clean all along my stay. The accomodation has a small restaurant with bar. The food they cook and serve is great! It has direct access to the Coconut Beach. It think it is one of the best places where to stay in Koh Rong as it has a few bars and restaurant, the beach is never crowded and is beautiful, and it is very peaceful here.

Charming place. Wooden Bungalows have this atmosphere you seatch for. They are well shaded by mango trees and palms - so it does not get very hot at daytime. The beach is wide, well equipped with sunbeds and armchairs Restaurant have very reasonable prices and great choice of dishes. Amok is yummy! The staff takes good care of you - everyday they remember to provide new set of towels, coffee and water. Great hospitality and excellent value for money.I

I just stayed not long enough

Right next to the beach, rooms were spacious and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely and the restaurant food was delicious. Loved the seating area outside our room. 10min drive from the pier

There wasn’t a window so no natural lighting in the room

Over all expectations! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us get tuktuks to the town☺️The tent was pretty comfortable, and the location was wonderful. Right by the beach, some resturants and completely calm at night. They also had free water which was nice!

I would reccomend renting scooters, if not you really have no opportunity to get to the city unless you order a tuktuk through the hotel. There are also no stores close by. The power went out sometimes and it got very hot in the tent, but it seemed like that was a problem for the whole island.

We stay in a tent with a fan and for the price offered it was a great value for money. Very clean, on the beautiful beach with plenty of food options around. Very nice staff!

The bungalows are basic beach huts but have everything you need and you are 50 steps from the beach! What more do you need!

I’ve rated this place a 10/10 as it was EXACTLY what I needed after traveling solo in hostels for a while. It was right on the beach, had an onsite restaurant and was very quiet. The staff were incredible which really made my trip.

I loved everything, but I will say this place isn’t near anything without a taxi + it’s very very basic accommodation. This was perfect for me, but if you wanted luxury the tents are not it. BUT I would recommend this regardless as it’s the best place to switch off.

📍Location is great. Coconut beach is quiet and peaceful. It’s away from the main pier but the hotel arranges for tuktuk to pick you up and it’s a 10 minute ride. 🛌 So for context there was a storm on the first night where the power went out for about 6 hours meaning no functioning fan for one night. Slept fine anyway, slept even better on the second night with the fan. Mosquito net also provided. 🍽️ Hotel serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner. On average costing 4.50 usd for breakfast, 6.50 usd for lunch, 8.00 usd for dinner incl drinks. Card payments accepted. Good range of western and Asian options. Overall a great stay- I ended up extending my stay by 3 more nights and was lucky to take their last available room.

Nice, quiet location - cute dogs. Free port pickup and drop off. Air con was very weak, we found it difficult to sleep. We weren’t able to eat for dinner as last orders were at 4pm which we did not realise prior to booking, but there were a few other resorts with restaurants nearby. Provided beach chairs, though beach loungers were a bit rundown and not too comfortable.

This has been one of our favourite stays. So welcoming, and the atmosphere is just great. It's a simple set up but comfortable and works so well. The owner is so kind and will make you feel at home.

Good staffs and good environment

Very simple nice clean bungalows, nice and kind staff members (with the exception of the incident described in 'What I didn't like' question. The food was good at the restaurant.

I was asked to move to a different bungalow after check-in and after I unpacked everything and there was no apparent reason to do so, no one could even explain to me why I should move. This was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. When I refused to move as there was no proper explanation, suddenly things were OK. I find this to be "mysterious" and it did not add up to a positive impression. Nevertheless, we have moved on and I did have an overall good stay.

Nice restaurant and beach area. We could rent a scooter from the owners. The area around Bunnan Bungalows was peaceful.

The bungalow didn't have a window and one light didn't work.
