Der Aussenbereich/Terrasse direkt am Parkplatz ist eher weniger einladend.

I liked the room we were given on the second day, especially after the unpleasant experience during the first night. I enjoyed the restaurant, the friendly and communicative restaurant manager, and the food and drinks. Breakfast was rich, and the service was polite. I also liked the pool, spa area, and sauna. The place provides towels, is clean, and the water is very pleasant. The depth of the pool is ideal for people of short or moderate height.

I appreciate that it was a busy period, and we had booked a two‑night stay over the weekend. However, we were given a ground‑floor room (number 40 or so) facing the restaurant bins, the backyard parking area, and the green hills. Privacy was limited with the curtains open. The air in the room felt stuffy and heavy. During the first night, the lights went out after we used the kettle. Reception did not respond to multiple calls to the “emergency numbers” displayed at the reception counter. We didn't have electricity in the room, except the light in toilet. The next day, we had to report the issue in person, and after about half an hour the receptionist informed us that we would be moved to another room. I appreciate that we were relocated to a room facing the hotel’s main park, with a balcony, a pleasant smell, good ventilation, and fully functioning facilities.

Nejsme rozmazlení, ale v hotelu se při polopenzi po dnech opakují jednotlivé chody,takže během týdne co jsme zde byli, máte dokola lososa, lososový tatarák, hamburger, hovězí steak, hovězí tatarák, krevety, gazpacho ....Jidlo je dobré, ale tuhle strategii moc nechápu.... Co třeba využít lokální suroviny a jídla?

- Ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid en wordt verzorgd door allervriendelijkst personeel. - Het zwembad is prachtig.

- Jammer dat er geen mogelijkheid is om te liggen bij het zwembad. - Check in de zomer de data van de schuttersfeesten! De enorme tent staat naast het hotel en het voelt tot erg laat alsof je bed midden in deze tent staat. Enorme geluidsoverlast. - De doorgaande weg is vanaf vroeg in de morgen al erg druk. Je hoort langsrijdend verkeer goed.

Fantastisch hotel en de kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima locatie en op loopafstand naar het centrum. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

De bedden mogen wat harder zijn en we misten een hor gordijn, helaas geen airconditioning maar genoeg ramen om te ventileren.

Viele Kleinigkeiten die sich aufsummieren. Parkplatz voll obwohl mit im Verkaufspreis, musste dann an einem externen Parkplatz parken. Das Personal schien überfordert und unterbesetzt und reagierte teilweise patzig. Sauna war kalt und wurde auf Nachfragen eingeschaltet.

Das Essen der von uns gebuchten Halbpension war außergewöhnlich gut. Habe noch nie so gut gegessen. Der Oberkellner Toni war so zuvorkommend, freundlich und achtet auf Wünsche bevor man sie ausspricht - habe sowas noch nie erlebt.

Nach vier Tagen wiederholt sich das Essen der Halbpension. Man konnte zwar dann aus der Speisekarte anderes Essen auswählen, aber hier war die Auswahl nicht sehr groß. Bei dem großartigen Essen sollte man vielleicht eine Wiederholung erst nach acht Tagen ansteuern, da ich gerne noch weitere großartige Essenskreationen ausprobiert hätte.

Chambre très jolie, très confortable et très bien équipée.

Das Zimmer war grösser als erwartet und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr fein und es hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Mit dem Abendessen waren wir etwas endtäuscht, das Essen war sehr fein, war aber eine kleine Auswahl an Gerichten.

Heerlijke, ruime kamers. Alles zeer proper. Zwembad en wellnessfaciliteiten zijn heel aangenaam. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijt is geweldig!

- De slaapkussens mogen iets dikker zijn. Nu worden er twee vrij grote maar slappe kussens voorzien. Er was een klein, harder alternatief maar dit was dan weer veel té hard. - In de loungeruimte beneden staat maar één grote tafel waarop je een gezelschapsspel kan spelen, maar deze tafel is veel te laag. Je kan er niet onder met je benen. Helemaal geen praktische tafel.

Heel mooi hotel, ruime aangename kamer, heel vriendelijk personeel, super lekker en heel uitgebreid ontbijt met alles erop en eraan. Mooi binnenzwembad, aangename ontspanningsruimten. Lekker avondeten. Boodschappen mogelijk op kleine wandelafstand. Veel wandelmogelijkheden.

We verbleven 10 dagen in halfpension. Het avondeten was heel lekker, maar dezelfde gerechten kwamen regelmatig terug. Iets meer variatie zou het nog net iets beter kunnen maken… De ligging langs een doorgaande weg, maar eigenlijk hadden we daar weinig hinder van.

Fräscht, bra standard och mycket smakfullt. Otrolig frukost, som tyvärr inte ingick. Fin wellness avdelning där barnen fick följa med och bada. Det där lilla extra fanns genomgående. Gratis parkering och nära elbilsladdning. Trevlig personal som hjälpte oss med tips inför vår vandring.

Lite svårt att hitta entren och veta var man kunde ställa sig med bilen vid ankomst. Dyr frukost (dock otroligt bra).

Výbava skvěle mapuje potřeby cestovatele: rychlá a stabilní wi-fi, varná konvice i Nespresso se šesti kapslemi, hodně zásuvek 220 V včetně nabíječky s USB-C, free minibar, ošatka ovoce, 55“ TV s hotelovým infosystémem, úložný prostor s osvětlením, koupelna s oddělenou toaletou, walk-in s měkkými osuškami, policí na kosmetiku, sadou hygienických potřeb a velkým zrcadlem, nacházíme nejen trezor, ale též deštník, tašku a spoustu drobností, v koupelně vše myslitelné pro hygienu. Dvoulůžko luxusní - 180 cm široké, vysoké středně tvrdé matrace, příjemné povlečení, po dvou polštářích, dokonalé zatemnění a ticho – spalo se tu skvěle. Balkon s panoramatickým výhledem na hory, židličky, lehátko, kytky v truhlících, super. Co hodnotím nejvíc? Osobitý styl – od „dřevěných“ karet k pokoji ve stylovém pouzdře, přes háčky na oděvy vizuálně navázané na sušák prádla z velkého samorostu na balkoně po nápadité obklady na chodbě, odevšad cítím chuť udělat pobyt hezký a nezapomenutelný, nám se tu moc líbilo.

Navette est pratique mais les heures sont fixes 9h à midi puis 15 h à 17h. En dehors de ces heures il faut se débrouiller.

Very impressed with the warm welcome and the large double room we had with balcony. It had everything that we needed. All the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Meals very tasty and beautifully presented. The location is close to the centre of the town so easy to walk in. The shuttle bus to the ski lift in the morning was brilliant. We had a hire car in the car park and they even cleaned the heaps of snow off it in readiness for departure.

Only a small grumble - there was a repeat of some main course meals (salmon and Iberia pork) and I would have thought that in our in our 5 night stay there could have been different choices for every night, like a rolling weekly menu.

Lack of management at property, we lost a nights sleep because of a party in room above us and the management were neither contactable at the time, have not replied to two emails complaining and did not bother to apologise or ask us how our final night went. The rooms have no climate control, they are roasting hot and we had to waste a load of energy with open windows.

Heerlijk hotel, je loopt zo het dorp in en loopt zo naar beide liften. Ook een supermarkt (Spar) op loopafstand. Gratis minibar, lekker zwembad en sauna’s, ontbijt ook helemaal prima, geen verse jus maar wel elke dag een verse smoothie, bietensap, ruime keuze. Super vriendelijk personeel. We hebben ook een keer ‘s avonds in het hotel gegeten en dat was ook prima. Zalig brood! De familiekamer was ruim en heeft een nespresso apparaat en waterkoker. Lekkere producten van Marie-Stella Maris. Wij zouden hier een volgende keer zeker weer verblijven.

Enige minpuntje was de erg warme kamer in combinatie met het heerlijke maar (te) warme dekbed. Maar ach, het was buiten koud dus we zetten ‘s nachts de ramen open en dan was het prima.

Ich habe mich in meinem kleinen gemütlichen Einzelzimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, die gebuchte Massage absolut Klasse, das abendliche Menü Spitze und die Weinauswahl außergewöhnlich. Ich habe eben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Vielen Dank!

We had a two bedroom suite with a separate living area which was great to relax in after a days skiing. Excellent breakfast. While I would prefer to be near the ski lift the shuttle service was very good and we did not have to wait more than 10 minutes. That is very important after a day on the slopes

Es war alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit

Ich habe mich als Alleinreisender im Hotel Valluga vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Geschäftsführer und das gesamte Team waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und authentisch. Besonders schön fand ich, dass man mit dem Geschäftsführer auf Augenhöhe sprechen konnte - sehr herzlich und sympathisch! Das Essen war hervorragend, geschmacklich auf "Gourmet"-Niveau, liebevoll zubereitet und mit vielen feinen Details. Auch die Athmosphäre im Hotel war angenehm ruhig und gepflegt, sowie die Spa und Fitness - Angebote im Hotel sehr gut ausgebaut und einladend zum lange zu Verweilen, und hatte fast was Skandinavisches - was mir persönlich besonders gefällt. Man spürt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird.

Ehrlich gesagt, fällt mir nichts Negatives ein.

The whole experience was fantastic - staff were very friendly and accomodating. Facilities were excellent - from the drying room to the pool and saunas and also the bar and restaurant. The shuttle to the ski slopes was an added bonus.

Wir haben Halbpension gebucht und waren super zufrieden mit dem Essen. Morgens konnte man sich Eierspeisen von der Karte aussuchen und Abends gab es ein 5 Gänge Menü, das besonders lecker war. Das gesamte Hotel war relativ neu renoviert worden, so dass alles noch in guter Bedingung war. Der Shuttle Service zur Galzigbahn war mega, so dass man gar nicht mehr von schlechter Lage sprechen kann.

Das Servicepersonal war sehr schlecht ..nicht gut eingeführt er fehlet ein gutes Manager …und sie waren alle überfordert

Die Dame an der Rezeption war nett und bemüht, auf meine Wünsche einzugehen.

Ich habe für 2 Nächte gebucht. Mir wurde nach Reklamation des 1. Apartments eine zweite Zimmer-Option angeboten. Beide waren durchweg enttäuschend. Nr. 1 im 1. OG mit Balkon/Blick zum Hotel-Parkplatz auf die laute Hauptstraße, Nr. 2 ohne Balkon mit Blick auf den Ski-Parkplatz – im Erdgeschoss. Man muss erwähnen, dass das Hotel zur Zeit meiner Anreise nicht stark belegt war und es wäre sicher kein Problem gewesen, ein schöneres Zimmer zu vergeben. Allerdings war die Vergabe der "belegbaren" Optionen scheinbar sehr eingeschränkt (es gibt wohl Zimmer, die in der Sommer-Saison "abgewohnt" werden dürfen, der Rest wird geschont. Die nette Dame an der Rezeption hatte daher keine Möglichkeit, ein anders Zimmer zu vergeben. Ich konnte keine kostenfreie Stornierung vornehmen, habe das Hotel aber ohne Übernachtung auf eigene Kosten verlassen und eine alternative Unterkunft gesucht.

Eines der schönsten Hotels in den ich je war. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Atemberaubende Zimmer. Überall tolle Details. Sehr gemütlich. Toller Wellnessbereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück und abwechslungsreiches wohlschmeckendes Abendessen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Rundherum klasse
