Reviewed Dec 6, 2025Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le restaurant est pratique et plutôt bon (la daube de boeuf était excellente, le rösti très bon). Le verre de bienvenue était une agréable surprise.
La salle de bain date un peu (il faut bien trouver quelque chose à redire 😉)

Alles war bestens! Es gibt überhaut nichts zu beanstanden.

No air conditioning, room was extremely hot (but they loaned us a fan to use.)

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025The room was a decent size and clean, bedding crisp, fridge provided. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which takes you to the main station in about ten minutes - it's also possible and straightforward to walk (but without luggage). A lift is provided. The hotel has lovely gardens but the comfort and facilities of the room itself are more important to me. The Swatch and Omega museums are about a five minute walk from the hotel and entry free - worth a visit.
No bedside table to put your phone, glasses etc. The bathroom was small and bathroom mirror was the old style 'shaving cabinet door' and if your height is around 160cm or 5'2" all you can see is the top of your head. That was the only mirror provided, entirely - not even one for dressing, and I would have expected better from a 3-star-styled hotel. The room key was problematic and difficult to use. For hygiene reasons I would have preferred a pillow protector under the pillow slip. Would have appreciated a kettle to make a cup of tea.

J'étais dans la chambre 14, j'ai dormi dans le lit côté salle de bain et j'ai trouvé le matelas assez dur. Je me suis réveillée à plusieurs reprises. Je pense qu'ajouter un surmatelas serait bien.

Hotels should be clearer about free or not free parking. It was hot but no fan or aircon but can’t open windows because so noisy outside. A noisy part of town. This is not the fault of the hotel.
