Reviewed Sep 19, 2026De schitterende locatie aan het meer met het uitzicht en het lekkere ontbijt met voldoende variatie. De bedden waren ook comfortabel.
Nachtelijk lawaai. Niet heel veel maar toch wat geluid vanuit de afzuiging van de andere kamers. De prijs is vrij hoog.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The hotel is right on the water next to the ferry terminal with beautiful views in all directions. There are many breakfast items to choose from, including scrambled eggs and bacon every morning, two types of yogurt, fresh baked goods, cheeses, fresh fruit and delicious coffee and hot chocolate.
It is a 1 km walk downhill to get from the bus and train station to the property. There is a bus service that goes once an hour.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Najważniejszą zaletą hotelu jest położenie. Jeżeli połączymy to z jakością obsługi i czystością pokoi to jasną staje się tak wysoka ocena jak przyznałem hotelowi. Począwszy od pani w recepcji a skończywszy na kelnerach w restauracji wszyscy byli mili wykazywali chęć pomocy. Zdecydowanie polecam spędzeni kilku dni w tym hotelu i podziwianie wspaniałych widoków otaczającego hotel krajobrazu.
To jest trudne pytanie, nic nie znajduje takiego co naprawdę można by ulepszyć

As other reviewers warned, smoking started soon after the desk was no longer staffed at night. I could smell it in my room and it was unpleasant. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were very flat. The room didn't cool down enough and the a/c emitted a periodic gurgling sound that made it difficult to sleep. I could smell sewage around the toilet no matter how much I flushed.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Die Lage ist unschlagbar und der Seeblick vom Zimmer war wirklich schön. Für die Schweiz war der Preis annehmbar. Das Frühstück war nicht herausragend, aber gut. Das Personal war freundlich.
Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen, selbst im Treppenhaus senkt sich der Fußboden. Auf dem Balkon war der Boden auch kaputt, die Holzbalken haben sich an mehreren Stellen gelöst. Außerdem gab es auf meinem Balkon nur zwei unbequeme Holzstühle voller Spinnenweben. Die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem in Ordnung für eine Nacht, aber es muss dringend renoviert werden.

My room was above the kitchen so there was some late noise whilst the cleaned up, lasting until 10- 11pm. It wasnt clear if there was a bar area for drinks only, only restaurant seemed to be open. Very limited electrical sockets..only 1 available in the room.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026This is such a beautiful property! The name 'Riviera' is totally appropriate as we felt like we were in St. Tropez!! Located right on the lakeside, adjacent to marinas and Spiez Castle and an old church, the hotel is a classic waterside property with its own Italian Restaurant and extensive decking area for eating/drinking & soaking up the sun. Although our room didn't have a waterside view, it was functionally OK and very quiet. And - importantly - it had a kettle! The warm welcome from the hotel manager was especially appreciated in these days of faceless electronic check-ins, passwords and remote access.
Can't think of anything we didn't like!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026튠 호수가에 있는 호텔입니다. 인터라켄 서역에서 유람선을 타고 슈비츠에 내리자마자 바로 앞에 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 융프라우요흐 하이킹 이후 호수 주변 호텔인 리베라에서 쉬었는데 너무 좋은 선택이었습니다. 호텔 아래에 있는 레스토랑에서 저녁식사(불포함)를 하고 다음날 아침 맑은 공기와 맑은 하늘과 일출은 호수가에서의 아침식사를 더욱 풍성하게 해주었습니다.

・昼間は暑かった！ エアコン（冷房）がないのはスイスではしょうがなかったですが、 8/15 宿泊しましたが、暑かったです！ ・窓があって、夜は涼しかったですが、網戸があったのが１つだけで、虫がはいってきました。

Das Auto konnte nicht wie angekündigt beim Hotel parkiert werden, da ein Open-Air-Konzert auf dem Parkplatz stattfand. Das Klimagerät des Zimmers war der Hitze nicht gewachsen. Trotz Platzreservation konnte das Abendessen nicht auf der Terrasse genossen werden.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Wie schon früher einmal war der Aufenthalt in Kombination mit dem Openair-Kino einfach super. Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Das vielfältige Frühstück am See wunderbar. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch top. Aber auch als Hotelgast muss man reservieren! Zuvorkommendes Personal hat es aufgrund meines gebrochenen Knöchels möglich gemacht, trotzdem einen Tisch zu erhalten.

Staff were not easy to find: reception desk was never staffed while we were there. Had to wait several minutes before we could check in.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026De locatie is geweldig: gelegen vlak aan de thunersee, direct aan de steiger voor overzetboten naar bv. Thun en Interlaken. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid bij de accomodatie of op 250m extra parkings. De gratis bus (elk uur vanaf 7h55 tot 18h55) brengt je naar de binnenstad en maximaal tot aan het treinstation.
De kamers zijn relatief gehorig en afhankelijk van je buur heb je er wat last van of ook niet.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Das Hotel mit 13 Zimmern liegt direkt am See. Parkmöglichkeit für 7-8 Autos ist gegeben. Wir hatten ein nettes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse und direktem Seeblick. Direkt vor dem Hotel liegen eine Busstation und eine Schiffs-Anlegestelle. Von dort kann man mit dem Schiff bequem nach Thun (sehenswerte Stadt) oder Interlaken fahren. Das Beste ist aber die Möglichkeit Abendessen und Frühstück direkt am Wasser genießen zu können.
Leider gibt es nur einen sehr bescheidenen Strandzugang.

El aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y enfriaba poco, y la zona de aparcamiento era pequeña y de acceso complicado.

The portable air conditioner was small and loud, and insufficient to keep the room cool. Our room was very warm because the afternoon sunlight heated it up, making it uncomfortable. To make matters worse, it was noisy because the window faced the street. The bathroom sink was so small that water splashed everywhere when we washed our hands, leaving the bathroom wet and dirty. The balcony was small and shabby.

The breakfast was VERY good and had plenty of options. Beautiful space to have a nice dinner and the pizza was TO DIE FOR! I want to come back to Switzerland just to stay here!!!

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026더운 여름에 머무르게 되는거라 많은 후기 중에 선풍기 에어컨소음, 낡은 시설을 언급했으나 그래도 호숫가 앞이라는 장점때문에 선택하게 되었는데…너무너무 만족하는 숙소가 되었다. 일단 내가 머문 객실의 방은 한국과는 다른 에어컨이지만 충분히 시원했다. 다만 에어컨 소음은 있었고 무더위에 이정도는 참을만 했다. 객실 청결도나 리모델링해야한다는 후기도 봤는데, 내가 갔을땐 리모델링이 된것인지 들어가는 복도부터 객실 모든 것이 고급스럽고 새것이었다. 모든 객실이 그러한지는 잘 모르겠지만 일단 내가 머문 객실은 그러했다. 창밖 풍경도 매우 멋졌고 테라스도 좋았다. 다만 호숫가다 보니 밤에 창문을 열면 벌레들이 빛을 보고 방으로 들어오기때문에 밤에는 창문을 닫고 에어컨을 켤 수밖에 없었다. 위치는 더할나위 없이 최고였고 조식 레스토랑의 풍경은 잊지 못할 아침부터의 사치다. 이 모든 것을 제공해준 호텔에 감사하며 다시금 이용할 것이다.
