Reviewed Jun 10, 2025The hotel exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by friendly staff who offered us something to drink as we checked in. Karen helped us check in and always made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was not ready but they offered to hold our bags until it was and welcomed us at their rooftop terrace. The cook, Marta, was very friendly and was always willing to help. Breakfast was included and the meals were delicious and complete. The waiter, Alfonso, wore many hats from server, bartender to bellhop; he did an amazing job and always had a smile on his face. I liked that you can reserve the spa area for yourself an hour at a time and we really enjoyed the privacy.
Everything met or exceeded expectations.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2024We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast the next morning. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. The front desk staff was great as well. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, and the TV had many options. The location of the hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay again when in Neiva!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2024Very helpful staff, even with limited English they have communicated friendly. Even posted forgotten items to our next destination! Everything was clean.
Could use a good maintenance and a lick of paint, especially around the pool area. Pool quite small. There is steps up to the bathroom in the room, which is a little unhandy. When we stayed the whole road was blocked off for maintenance making it a little noisy and dusty (nothing the hotel can do about).

Reviewed Sep 3, 2023This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are ridiculously clean and smell nice. The staff is amazing and very kind. We enjoyed the breakfast!
We were there a bit off season and dinner could be better. They did not had all the ingredients to cover the menu and therefore not up to quality but that’s understandable.

The room could use some improvement. When showering the water couldn’t get away, the toilet seat was broken and we had a dirty carpet in our room. We also noticed a lot of ants coming from the balcony as the door wasn’t closed well. The breakfast was very simple and could also be upgraded.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2023This is a great stop off point when travelling through Neiva. The service and rooms are excellent. The jacuzzi/spa is lovely and relaxing. The terraza is a wonderful place for an evening drink. The breakfast was delicious. Good wifi and shared public areas made it ideal for a little work too.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2023This is a hidden jewel in the city. Initially the location doesnt look that good. But once there, you will notice it is really easy to access from there to all the places. They have a good parking space. The staff is very nice, and the breakfast is good. We even repeated this hotel during the trip!
Besides breakfast, lunch and dinner are too slow. It took us about 1 hour to get the dinner. It was ok, but it took too long. Also, their transport to the airport starts at 8, which is inconvenient if your flight is a t 7 am.
