Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The room was very spacious. It was very good to see most amenities such as: a safe, kettle, a little kitchenette with a microwave and dish sink and a fridge. It also had a little dinning table and chairs, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was very very spacious as well. Additionally, I liked how they provided you the option to use their beach towels free of charge.
I did not like the rigid continental breakfast. The same breakfast options everyday. Maybe they should have more options on different days.

The breakfast was ridiculously basic. I have never experienced such an awful continental breakfast at any hotel. You have to pay extra if you want eggs, pancakes, waffles, etc. I have read the reviews concerning it, but I really didn't expect it to be that bad. The faucet in our room was a bit moldy, and the toilet paper holder was too far from the toilet.

Aunque es ajeno al establecimiento, el ruido intenso de las motos que transitan por el frente afecta un poco la tranquilidad para descansar.

Out bedroom was a little outdated, I asked for a surprise decoration and they didn’t put anything and haven’t informed me that it’s not possible. We traveled with a 7M baby and asked for a crib because it was an option and we didn’t receive one for the first 2 nights. So we haven’t slept comfortably these 2 nights.

Além disso, tinha uma máquina de gelo que era muito útil quando levávamos bebidas para a praia. A academia é boa. Café da manhã extremamente simples, mas quebra o galho pra quem quer chegar cedo nas praias.
Quando chegamos, nos colocaram em um quarto cujo ralo do banheiro estava entupido, e cujo ar-condicionado estava com defeito, pois fazia um barulho ensurdecedor. Tive que reclamar 4 vezes para que nos trocassem de quarto. No novo quarto, os problemas não existiam, mas o banheiro tinha um fortíssimo cheiro de esgoto, com o qual tivemos que nos acostumar. Os atendentes da recepção não são solícitos, e muitas vezes não eram simpáticos.

Havia muito cheiro de esgoto no quarto 314 a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. A cama estava com lençóis brancos e limpos as toalhas também. O café da manhã com pães, frutas, yogurt, queijos deixou a desejar na apresentação dos alimentos. Alguns funcionários atenciosos outros nem tanto. O quarto e grande tipo apart_hotel com.mini cozinha e sala separados.

Kamer met balkon aan het plein tijdens WK was geweldig, muziek en gezelligheid van alle kanten. Personeel heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk!
Werkend koffie/thee apparaat is wel handig als er koffie en thee ligt, onze kamer had helemaal geen apparaat. Niet nodig gehad, maar toch beetje gek. De kamer stonk wel heel erg vanuit de doucheput, maar handdoek erop en verder geen last van.

Hubo algunas cosas extrañas como que la cafetera no tiene tomas para conectarla cerca o le hacía falta el vaso a un modelo convencional, reportamos y el vaso nunca llegó. Eso si, reponían la crema, el café, etc, diariamente. Tiene máquina de hielo y hileras en las habitaciones.También el personal en general es un poco serio, creo que es cultural, pero, por lo demás excelente. Incluso tuvieron detalles chéveres como darnos dos mejores habitaciones mucho más cómodas que las reservadas. El ruido no es problema porque todo se calma a las 11 pm. Acerca del desayuno, pues, solo varían un producto de todos los disponibles pero, creo que es razonable considerando precio y calidad. De hecho los huevitos cocidos no los había tenido en ningún otro hotel con desayuno continental (excelente detalle). Un día hubo atún, otro jamón, otro queso crema. Íbamos a varias horas y siempre había reposición de cada producto. Eso varió lo demás es estándar: fruta, panes, mermeladas, cereal, queso, leche, café o jugo. No sentí olores desagradables en esa zona y los únicos insectos que ví fueron hormigas. Saludo especial a Sunny del buffet. Linda persona.
No encontrar dónde conectar la cafetera y no recibir el vaso de la misma. Pero amé su detalle de darnos dos habitaciones mas cómoda de lo necesario.

Ok the room that I booked wasnt the room that was given because apparently booking . Com is a 3 party whatever so I went to try and explain the situation but the guy was very dismissive and his attitude was off....the people in the lobby area n all saw n I was like girl they had the same stink attitude and I said well not with me ... it wasn't my first stay thats why I recommended it but I'm not sure if ill return
