The price tru booking.com was not the price when I reached to the front desk. And also the room was like a box no windows or door to look outside. The small cool kast was not cooling nothing. There is a issue with bookings and the hotel with credit card payment.

Perfect location in Otrobanda facing famous Punda view. Excellent service for the staff to find batteries, medicine when required.

The room I got via Booking.com was a room without windows, I felt claustrophobic. Sadly, I had to end up paying $193 to upgrade for the remainder 3 nights.

This was a very pleasant stay, close to a lot and great facilities. The room was very nice, tasteful and modern decor. We had a great nights rest and the breakfast was excellent.

Hotel is located within walking distance of all amenities.

On two afternoons, there was some noise, I guess construction, that I was not made aware of.

New hotel, very comfortable, very clean and extremely well located and safe.

On the day of our trip to Klein Island, we planned and organized our schedules, but our plans were impacted by delays at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast starts at 7am, but the kitchen staff had not arrived and they were closed. There was no other place for breakfast nearby. We almost left without eating. In the end, a staff member arrived and we were able to have breakfast almost at 8am, delaying our plans.

Location is terrific, just in the centre of willemstad at the pontjes brug in otro banda, next to the Brewery. Nice pretty new hotel, decent and clean. Good beds excellent and helpful staff

The staff was very sweet and pleasant. We arrived early and were able to check in to our room. When it was time to check out, the manager was so nice to us that she'd have one of her staff to drop us off at our other hotel, which was such a wonderful help. We appreciate it very much. The lady at the front desk was exceptional, very helpful, funny and kind. Forgot to ask her name.☹️ The room was clean, they offer us to use the room to refresh after the checkout. The food at the restaurant was good and not expensive.

The location is simply the best. You can have an amazing view from the bay while having lunch, dinner or simply a drink in the restaurant located at the top of the hotel. The pool is not very big but really pleasant, water temperature is on point. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very well equipped/decorated. Plus, they offer a parking spot in the parking lot on the other side of the street. If I go 1000 times to Curaçao, I will stay 1000 times at the Harbor Hotel.

The service @ the restaurant is terrible - I was there for dinner and the food wasn't tasty att all - also a second round of drinks was ordered which I'm still waiting on. The untasty food made me choose somewhere else to have breakfast.

There seemed to be an issue with the plumbing on the 1st floor, resulting in a smell.

The staff was very nice. They escorted us to our room and explained all the facilities. We received a voucher for some welcome drinks at the restaurant and the staff was very nice. The view from the restaurant as also our room was stunning. We could see all the boats pass and a view on the pontjesbrug.

We had to struggle a little to apply netflix to our room tv, but we managed in the end.

The shower space, very uncomfortable you have to be very careful while taking a shower 'cause there is no door to close it, the whole bathroom will get wet, not pleasant at all!!!

The room itself was nice, as well as *most* of the staff. The location is also a prime location.

When checking in, there was a couple in front of us also checking in, one of the conciërges guided that couple to their room. So we waited roughly 3 minutes before a different conciërge appeared to help us. It took roughly 45 minutes to check in, once finished, that conciërge asked us to wait longer because there was another couple that would check in after us. This is weird because the couple before us was able to go directly to their room after checking in, and we had to wait while there was no one to assist us. I have no idea why we were treated differently. Upon urging her, that the check-in took so long and we were tired, she checked with the people after us, and once they agreed, so guided us to our room. That same conciërge told us that there is no laundry service while on Booking.com it's mentioned that they do provide laundry service for an extra charge. If we wanted to have laundry service, we would have to walk down the road to a different laundry company, which is false advertising and very misleading! Furthermore, that same conciërge, told us that we cannot open the room windows due to "leakage" in the room. The conciërge mentioned that it's one of the hotel rules, but when I checked the actual terms and conditions, I couldn't find anything related to this. She also wasn't able to provide a solution when we mentioned that we did want to open the windows to enjoy the view and fresh air and that we couldn't find this rule anywhere, her only answer was that "guests cannot open the window due to leakage". Because of this we couldn't enjoy our stay to a full extent. Upon talking with the manager, it turns out that you only need to turn of the AC and then you can open the windows. The manager said that this isn't their usual policy and that she'll check with that conciërge.

Location is great! the views are amazing. I enjoyed staying at the Harbor. Nice people always willing to help.
