Tutto perfetto: dalla camera, alla gentilezza dello staff, alla posizione, al servizio lavanderia. Consiglio assolutamente.

Unica cosa: non effettuano colazione internazionale ma fa parte dell’esperienza.

Nulla da dire: dallo staff, alla pulizia delle camere, alla gentilezza del personale, al servizio di lavanderia. Situato praticamente accanto alla stazione dei bus per partire sulla cima del monte T! Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Unica cosa, abbiamo rinunciato alla colazione perché non c’erano opzioni intercontinentali ma è lo spirito dell’hotel.

Excellent hotel with a spacious, comfortable room and a fantastic location. It's just a short walk to the cable car, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of European food, and overall it was a great place to stay.

Buena ubicación, a pocos metros del teleferico(linea A) para subir a la montaña Tianmen. Cerca hay restaurantes y muchas tiendas. Super limpio, buenas instalaciones. Servicio de lavandería gratuito, donde una trabajadora de encargar(al menos por lavandería noche) de pasarte la ropa de la lavadora a la secadora, y cuando todo este listo te lo deja en la Puerta de la habitación. Maravilloso!

Excelente ubicación. Excelentes instalaciones. No solo tienen laundry sino que te dan el jabón para que puedas lavar tu ropa sin costo alguno. Se ocupan de que tengas agua para beber todo el tiempo. La atención del personal es excelente

It was my first stay in a Atour hotel, it turned out to be a good experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. Tea and coffee were provided with kettle and a teapot. The location was good wit lots of shops and restaurants and crucially it was close to the cable car to tianmenshan.

Rigtig fint og stort værelse. God komfort, rengøring og værelser føltes meget luksuriøst.

Selve bygningen var slidt. Beliggenheden tæt på Tianmen kabinelift, men ellers var området ikke spændende. Det var mere følelsen i byen end selve hotellet

Bellissima struttura. Posizione ottima per visitare la città e come punto di appoggio per Tiamen mountain e il National forest park.

Ich kann das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Lage ist top - nur wenige Minuten bis zur Seilbahn und rund ums Hotel gibt es eine Menge an Restaurants, Cafés, kleinen Supermärkten und Apotheke. In 300 m Entfernung ist auch McDonalds und Starbucks. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es ein kleines Massage-Center wo man sich nach langer Wanderung sehr preiswert und auch gut massieren lassen kann. Das Zimmer war TOP. Sehr geräumig, modern, hervorragende Betten, egal ob Matratzen oder Kopfkissen. Die Dusche war enorm groß mit ausreichendem Wasserdruck. Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung, wenn man bedenkt dass man in Zentralchina ist. Wer kein asiatisches Frühstück mag, bekommt Eier, Toast, Marmelade, Honig und Cerealien am Buffét.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Hotel muy cercano a la estación del teleférico . Está moderno y cómodo. Tenía lavadora y secadora gratuita que viene fenomenal para los viajes largos.

Solo pasé una noche , en general todo bien.

Los taxistas a veces se confunden y te llevan a otro hotel atour..

The room was huge with a sofa. And it was very clean too. Bed was firm and pillows were not too soft. Linen was clean too. There were some eateries and convenience store opposite the hotel.

There was no aircond. We asked the staff but it seems the rooms do not have aircond. There is only heating. We slept with the window open for ventilation. Luckily it wasnt a warm night. Smoking in the room/corridor. Unfortunately another guest was smoking in the corridor. This seems to be common. We had this problem in our other hotels too. The shower area had a drainage all around. Needed to be careful not to step into the drainage. Might trip/sprain if one accidentally steps into it. Would be good if they covered the drain around the shower entrance.

Quarto bom, localização ótima do lado do teleférico do Tiamen e perto de restaurantes.

Não tem ar condicionado no quarto, o que tem na verdade é um ar condicionado central que então não temos controle. O quarto estava muito quente e a opção que nos foi dada foi abrir as janelas o que já é um absurdo, e então entendemos porque tinha erar plug na cabeceira, ao abrir as janelas você tem barulho da rua e música do restaurante na frente. Um absurdo não ser sinalizado no perfil do hotel que não tem ar condicionado no quarto.

Great location, 5 mins walk away to the Tianmen mountain starting point in Zhangjiajie. Lovely big room that had absolutely everything we needed and at a great value for money. Highly recommend if staying in Zhangjiajie.

Perfect place to stay for visiting Tianmen Mountains and the Heaven Gate. Walking distance to the Ticket Office, 20 minutes with DiDi from the airport, lots of traditional restaurants nearby. Large and comfortable room, clear bathroom, diversified breakfast. Really recommended.

It’s one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in: everything is of the highest standards possible. The design of the room and furniture deserves an international award. The breakfast is amazing. The reception staff are very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect too. We will come again on 24. February

The elevator was dirty. Very dirty

The location is good. Just within 5 mins walk to cableway. There are many restaurants just next to the hotel, you can enjoy the local food with various price range. The hotel staff are helpful, I called to hotel info them I have to late check in at 9pm and they were ok. All drink set in the room refrigerator are FREE. There are FREE late supper （congee and mantou bread) at restaurant 21:30-23:00. Breakfast in hotel around CNY43, if your package not included hotel breakfast. I chose to get some local noodles nearby. Last but not least, the WiFi is in good speed. It is stable enough to support me to have a whole day web meeting within my stay.

If I must say some disadvantage point, the room still have smell of smoking by previous customers. But to be honest, it happened in most of the hotels in China which are not 5 stars hotel. Hotel have notice of smoke free but most people just ignore it. If you really cannot accept the smell, just ask hotel staff to rearrange another available room. They can help.

Excellent location for Tianmen mountain. The room is nicer than standard Ibis in Europe and the price is very affordable.

Westerners should know most of the fast food western restaurant are in the city centre which is across the bridge. The only western food near this hotel is a McDonalds across the road.

The breakfast was okay. A lot of variety and the quality was solid. There was a noodle stand offering hot noodle soup which was quite good. I got a suite so it was roomy. The location is great facing the cable car station and with a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

There was no air-con in the room and the central air-con was not on. Fortunately I stay there in March when the night temperature was lower but I still had to open the window to cool down the room. With opened window and opened curtain you get to see the sun very early which affected my sleep. I complained to the front desk but nothing happened. This will be a deal breaker for me in the summer as I would never be sure whether the central air-con will be working or not.

Perfect location to explore the Tianmen mountain a the cableway station is literally 5 mins walk from the hotel entrance. Very new, clean and well-maintained hotel. Special mention to the front counter staff on our check in day who patiently helped us sort out payment issue! Lovely library at the lobby.

The bathrobes which are individually wrapped are NOT FREE despite being told “everything in the room is free” eg drinks etc. The notice is in Chinese “You must pay to take home”, so English speakers may not realise.

The location of the hotel is the best, walk only 5 mins to the cable station to go to Tien Men Shan Mountain. The room is super excellent, big and clean, good design, sound proof, great bed, two big pillows.

Sadly to say, the smell of cigarette from the air con or from other rooms (some how too difficult to control - we understood so we didn't complain)

Conveniently located just a walk from the Tianmen cable car terminal. The room was spotless, comfortable and practical, surprisingly full of convenience items like USB outlets, toiletries. Breakfast buffet was another surprise: although aimed at mainland Chinese visitors, there were ample international choices. Complimentary baggage storage for up to 12 hours after checkout meant that I could go exploring with my luggage securely held.

The elevators seemed a bit slow, and definitely weren’t up to the same standard of repair and cleanliness as the rest of the hotel.
