Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Nuestra estancia en el Zhangjiajie Hero Boutique Hotel fue muy agradable. El hotel está bien cuidado, las habitaciones son cómodas y el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. La ubicación es también muy práctica para visitar Zhangjiajie. El desayuno está incluido y es de estilo chino, con opciones principalmente locales. Es una buena oportunidad para probar un desayuno diferente al habitual, aunque hay que tenerlo en cuenta si se busca un desayuno más occidental. En general, una estancia muy recomendable por la comodidad, la atención del personal y la buena relación calidad-precio. ¡Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí!

Interni confortevoli, provvisti di qualsiasi servizio: tappi per orecchie, caricabatterie con presa cinese.. Piccole accortezze che fanno davvero capire quanto si abbia a cuore la clientela. Servizi comodissimi, lavanderia e agente/interprete prenotazioni per i parchi con largo anticipo per permettere la garanzia del posto. Personale gentilissimo, davvero i nostri complimenti per l’attenzione e la cura riservataci. Grazie!

NE RÉSERVER SUTOUT PAS LES ACTIVITÉS VIA L’HÔTEL, on a eu que des problèmes avec l’activation des billets avec le passeport… bien dommage au vu des prix des activités Le deuxième point négatif est qu’il y a des travaux en continue à côté de l’hôtel … donc on entend le bruit la nuit ..

Huele muchísimo a tabaco en todo el hotel, especialmente en los pasillos Difícil de localizar con amap, ya que comparte edificio con otros hoteles y por el nombre de Booking no sale (buscarlo como jingjiang metropolo hotel en amap)

El edificio se llama Metropolo Es excelente relación precio calidad, aunque solo nos quedamos una noche. El hotel es excelente Además, nos guardaron las maletas por un día y medio y Chen de recepción me ayudó imprimiendo un documento urgente que necesitaba.
Todo estuvo bien, no hubo nada malo Quizás como algo malo puede ser que el nombre del hotel es difícil de encontrar para tomar el Didi. El edificio es Metropolo y el hotel en Didi lo encuentras por Metropolo Jinjiang hotels

Reviewed May 19, 2026Love the location! 6 min walk to be shuttle bus to take you to Tianmen Mountain/fairy fox show. Local delicacies across the hotel. The hotel was under a different name on Amap: Xioncheng Hotel and it was a bit difficult to find from the outside. They upgraded our room as there as an ethnic minorities cultural event where they were playing music and the staff informed us that it might get noisy, but we didn't hear anything in the room. The room itself was very modern, clean and quite comfortable! Staff did not speak English but we were able to use translation. Super friendly staff though!
I liked everything about the hotel, and its quite a good price ($70 CAD per night).

They told us that we had to pay a 3% fee if paying with Visa card kind of forcing us to pay with Alipay. The staff did not speak English.

La habitación era muy cómoda, la limpieza estuvo bien, la atención del personal fue muy amable, ya que nos ayudó a reservar el Didi para el día siguiente porque no podíamos encontrar la dirección en chino de nuestro próximo hotel.
Que tiene otro nombre... alla se llama Marco Polo, no podíamos estar seguros que era el hotel de nuestra reserva. No sé si será un problema de traducción.

Our room stank of cigarette smoke. The toilet had a mind of its own and kept opening and closing all night. Shower only stayed hot long enough for one of us to shower but not both. Very difficult to find with Didi taxi. Even showing them the name in Chinese didn’t help. In fact the name on the building is different from the name on booking.com

Solo la habitación esta bien, porque luego el ascensor, la recepción todo es bastante desordenado y viejo. Ademas, que es un edificio que se comparte como entre 4 hoteles diferentes. El nombre del hotel que aparece en Booking no es el correcto!!! Hay que buscarlo como hotel Jinjiang Metropolis en Amap.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026The location was excellent, situated opposite many good restaurants and conveniently close to the entrance of Tianmen Mountain. The room itself was spacious and generally clean, making for a comfortable stay overall.
The fridge in the room was extremely noisy—so much so that I couldn’t sleep at all during the night. I asked a staff member to unplug it, as I couldn’t access the plug behind the desk myself, but unfortunately no action was taken. This lack of sleep significantly affected my experience in Zhangjiajie, especially given the physically demanding days spent exploring the scenic areas. Additionally, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, housekeeping still entered the room. While I’m sure this was unintentional and done with good intentions, it still felt like a violation of my privacy. Finally, although the room was generally clean, there was a large white stain on the sofa that was quite noticeable and unpleasant upon entering the room.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026в этом здании как минимум три отеля, надо найти свой :)) Отель не плохой, комнаты большие, кровать удобная, местоположение удобное, прям рядом канатная дорога до Тянмень и оттуда также уходят автобусы. То есть какой бы вид маршрута до горы вы ни выбрали, локация удобная. Но если хотите поехать в центр и погулять по городу, то придется ехать на такси.
До ЖД станции надо ехать на такси, находится на другом конце города

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026It was amazing. Just at our arrival they offered to us an upgrade with no costs. They gave us a lot of information about places and activities in Zhangjijie. The room had all the amenities and was huge and modern. Additionally I asked for laundry and they did it for me in less than 3 hours for free. To conclude we asked the last day before our stay at 22:00 if we can stay 1 more day in the same room and they accept and was just a quick payment for the extra night, super easy to do the change. We really appreciate the work and hospitality we received from the staff. Thank you so much and great job! :)

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Es muy buena la ubicación, a pocas cuadras de la estación del teleférico para subir a la Montaña de Tianmen. En la zona hay bastante oferta gastronómica y desde el hotel nos ayudaron a pedir un taxi para ir a la estación de tren por la mañana temprano.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025the location is perfect for the Tianmen Mountain park visit (but 45min drive from Zhangjiajie national park), 3min walk away from the cable car. We liked our room, it was spacious, renovated and had a great shower.
It might be tricky to find the place, as it has a different name in amap app and in didi, but it's next door to Atour hotel, so you can just used that in the apps. Breakfast was fine, but the coffee situation was not good. If you are not a big breakfast person, I would recommend to go to the coffee place next to the Tianmen cable car station (Luckin coffee and get a nice latte there).

It is in the same building as other hotels and private residences. There was renovation going on one night but staff responded straightaway with a room relocation so excellent service recovery

El nombre del hotel ha cambiado, ahora se llama Metropolo, por lo que puede dar problemas añadidos a los problemas de ubicación que los occidentales tenemos en China... no es la única propiedad alojativa dentro del mismo edificio, y eso es super confuso por lo que debería estar mejor especificado. De resto, está genial, de las mejores habitaciones en este viaje a China.
