The carpet in our room was very dirty (with someone's dried out contact lenses lying on the floor right next to our bed). Sometimes there was cigarette smell in the corridor and the bathroom. There's only one elevator for the whole hotel, which is quite inconvenient.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Был транзитом из Москвы в Шанхай, бронировал два номера на две ночи. Отель не новый и какие-то мелкие косяки есть, но это многократно компенсируется работой персонала отеля. Прилетели рано утром — нам без проблем предоставили early check-in. По нашей просьбе разместили в смежные номера. Номера просторные и чистые, белье белоснежное. Есть гигиенические наборы (зубная щетка/паста, бритвенный станок и прочие шампуни), фее, телевизор, холодильник. Кондиционер, конечно же. В отзывах пишут про запах табачного дыма — да, в коридоре попадался, но в номере ничего не чувствуется. Завтрак по типу шведского стола с неплохим выбором — голодными не останетесь. Персонал всегда поможет решить все вопросы. Английский никто не знает, но языковой барьер легко решается техническими средствами.

Noises of moving furnitures at night time are very disturbing and keeping me up at night. Also the breakfast started too late. Most hotels I stayed previously, the breakfasts start at 6 or 7 am. There is no option for packed breakfast for early leavers.

Номер отличный, была мелкая проблема с унитазом исправили сразу как только обратился к персоналу. Персонал приветливый и очень внимательный к вопросам и просьбам. ОЧЕНЬ ВАЖНО было для меня: Отель находится в 10 минутах ходьбы от рынка ЭЛеКТРОНИКИ Дашатоу, Я очень доволен расположением.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026I stayed at this hotel a year ago and visited it again, and I can say that everything remains excellent, while some things have gotten even better. The hotel staff is always ready to help and assist in solving numerous issues, which is incredibly important for me as a foreign tourist. I have stayed at various hotels across China, but the staff’s attitude here felt like the absolute best. The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to the subway and the main shopping street. Inside the building, there are two 24-hour convenience stores and a couple of cafes. I can highly recommend this hotel to fellow tourists.

The room we had was large but the layout of the toilet is no good, very small with crammed entry. If you are using the wash basic, the next person will have difficulty entering the toilet. The carpet was also stained and dirty. Breakfast was no good.

This was definitely not a 4 star hotel but at most a 2 star hotel. A very worn out hotel with very, clogged hand drain during all the 4-5 days I stayed at the hotel and they did nothing about it.mold in the bathroom, old and stained solid carpet, no fridge, a broken safe box, not any workable wifi, very bad view. Breakfast was not so good. I am so very disappointed in Booking.com why they presented this as a 4 star hotel with wifi which is not really a hotel but a hostel in a high rise building and without any wifi. Times now to book my hotels from other sites and not via booking.com any more.

Отель занимает с 7 по 15 этаж здания, для подъема в номера выделен отдельный лифт. Другие лифты офисные. Уборка каждый день. Номер достался на 14 этаже, чистый, без ковролина. Запахов неприятных не было. Завтраки в столовой на первом этаже с 7-30 до 10 утра, выбор еды не очень большой, но в целом все съедобно. На втором или третьем этаже есть ресторан, но мы не ходили. Ходили в ресторан с красной вывеской в этом же здании, вход на улице, рядом с магазинчиком "7 eleven". Ресторан хороший, большое меню, немного говорят по английски. Так же были в уличной забегаловке через дорогу - заказали наугад (меню только на китайском на вывеске) что-то типа фо бо и лапши, все съедобно. Накануне заселения на букинге возникли проблемы с привязанной картой, написал в отель - разрешили все оплатить при заселении.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Although the property is dated, cleanliness well-maintained and housekeeping was done properly throughout out 9 nights’ stay. There was laundry (self-service) on level 13 which we appreciated.
Heavy smell is smoke on certain levels of the hotel. We were fortunate enough to be assigned on a level which was moderately well ventilated as not my friend and I is asthmatic.

Hotel staff came to my room three times between 00:30 an 01:30 because they had not processed my check in properly and didn’t know who I was. Room smelt like stale cigarettes. People smoking in corridors and public areas.
