The lift is slow and often very crowded

The impeccable service provided by the staff. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with all of our queries. I particularly appreciated their assistance with receiving the packages I ordered and arranging for them to be redirected to my second accommodation after I checked out. The room service was also excellent, and the room was consistently kept clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The property’s proximity to the shopping district made the experience even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and the exceptional service made it even more memorable.😊

There can be a little waiting time for the lifts during peak hours, but this is a minor inconvenience that is easily outweighed by the overall excellent experience we had during our stay.

The location is excellent, near the pedestrain road, which has a tourist ambiance, with many shops and restaurants. Access to metro as well as taxis. On the accommodate side, the fact that a microwave and washing machine were available was a bonus

Some of the furnishings and accessories are a little dated and could use some minor cleaning or touch-ups, but it did not affect our overall experience.

The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent and strategic location. It is conveniently located near Beijing Road, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring Guangzhou.

The main drawback was the long lift waiting time, with only three lifts serving 23 floors. The building also has many commercial units, so there are quite a number of non-residents around, which can make it feel less secure. That said, this is more a feature of the building than the apartment itself.

The main highlight of this property is its strategic location. Being situated near Beijing Road made it extremely convenient to access shopping, dining, tourist attractions, and public transportation. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made my stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. The location alone makes this property a great choice for visitors to Guangzh

One downside of the property is the long waiting time for the lifts, as only three lifts serve the 23-floor building. In addition, many of the units are used for commercial purposes, resulting in a high volume of non-residents coming in and out of the building. This can make the environment feel less secure at times. However, this appears to be a characteristic of the building itself rather than an issue specific to the property.

Spacious and thoughtfully designed, it features a duplex layout with two double beds, a washing machine, and a bathroom equipped with a bidet (shattaf). Located right in the heart of Beijing’s pedestrian street, with a Chinese halal restaurant within walking distance, coffee shops, 7/11 and daily cleaning service, it is absolutely worth it.

It is located on the 20th floor, not the 1st as mentioned on Booking.com, which is misleading. There are only two dedicated lifts; one stops on every floor, while the others serve even and odd floors separately. As a result, the wait can be quite long and sometimes frustrating when the lift stops at every floor. Other than that, everything is good.

The location of the property was great - you literally walk out onto Beijing Road after you come out from the lifts and walk through Heerun Plaza. There is a washing machine / dryer, big fridge, microwave, kettle, couch, and dining table in the apartment. It is a great space for 4 people sharing. Free wifi. The staff were really responsive and helpful on WeChat whenever we had queries.

The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned when we checked in but it was rectified immediately once they were notified. The lifts are extremely slow and you can only use certain lifts according to the floor you’re staying on. Wifi is really slow. The pillows were too soft, we had to ask for extra pillows but they were only able to provide an extra two although 4 of us needed an extra one so we just used the cushions from the couch.

There is a wait for the lifts as the complex is busy, but no big drama. Beware the spa/massage on level 17 will try and scam you.

The location was excellent — very close to everything and super convenient. The room was spacious, especially the beds (5 large beds!), which made it feel like a comfortable family home. The service was amazing and professional, and the staff were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Great value for USD 400 for 6 days and 5 nights.

Очень грязно и уныло! Размещаться с таким отели с детьми небезопасно! В ванной - серная плесень! Под гипсокартоном в потолке ночью Бегают мышки, тараканов валом! Даже если на двери висит табличка - Не беспокоить, местный персонал заходит к вам в номер как себе домой ! Бронировали с 17.03 -24.03, но после 2-х ночей пришлось покинуть отель, потому что жить в таких условиях очень сложно. Лифт чтоб дождаться, надо простоять приличное время:(((( спасибо, что без штрафов вернули деньги за не прожитые дни! Больше туда ни ногой!

The hotel room is located in a doggy building with a lot of random businesses and therefore a lot of random people. Our room was full of mould - see pictures - can’t believe they would rent that out. Our door lock was so loose that looks like someone kicked the door open previously. Wifi was so slow. However, the staff was helpful and gave us a full refund.

Long wait for the elevator. Only has one bathroom for big groups. Took us an hour to find the location. If use name of the building is so easy ( Kam Rueng Plaza/Hengrun plaza). Use google map and pointed the name of building is way better and easy.
