Incredibly kind staff; diverse breakfast hotel is beautifully restored outdoor seating area is so charming
the shower temperature was impossible to control we arrived on Friday night, Saturday morning we wanted to go to the SPA, but it was not open until some point later in the afternoon
Excellent
Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal Tolles altes Hotel
The breakfast was delicious and situated in a dining room that was beautiful. I loved how they treated the ceiling with the painted flowers and ivy.
The only thing that needs a change for me were the sleeping pillows in our bedroom. The were very flat. It would have been nice to have one that was a little firmer. The rest was perfect. It is truly a unique experience. Merci beaucoup!
- friendly welcome, followed by a smooth and attentive check in - SPA and pool: relaxing, with a gorgeous view on the mountains, included the Matterhorn, and strict respect of adults only hours which is good for a quieter experience - restaurant and buffet breakfast - generous ski room and easy close and private parking - very quite room - the hotel is gorgeous: you literally travel back to 100+ years ago
- I found the room a bit cold as the heater remained lukewarm throughout the whole might, despite being on 5/5 - I could not keep the water in the shower at a constant temperature: was cyclically moving between too hot and cold, though I spent only one night and so took just one shower, so cannot say whether the issue is always there - I found the check out not as friendly as the check in. No one asked me for instance how my stay went, something that should never happen in high standing places. I would also suggest a fast check-out option for people having to leave early as I had to wait a bit for the person to check me out - I would start the breakfast time at 7 AM rather than 7:30 AM, for those early morning people who want to reach the slopes/start their day very early - for those driving electric cars, I would recommend to keep one parking lot next to the charging station in front of the hotel free of gasoline cars (which was not the case for me this time)
The spa was the only let down. Needs maintenance for little things like Brocken door handles, showers not fully operational
Fantastic hotel, nice locations and lovely terrace and garden, amazing interior design, great food, fantastic service. Pure luxury. At the level of a Relais & Chateaux !!
We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Bella Tola & Spa in Switzerland, a beautifully restored hotel set in a magical location. Situated in a charming town, the hotel impressed us with its cleanliness, elegant decor, cozy rooms, and comfortable beds. It's an ideal location for hiking and exploring Switzerland. Moreover, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner offerings during our stay.
Excellent location, fabulous meal
Nothing worth noting
Very cozy and nice hotel, beautiful spa, calm and clean. Perfect to relax in adorable St Luc. I really recommend!
Bathroom small and simple for the price of the room, but I guess it was a new years price.
The breakfast is excellent. All wishes are complete.
What to pick...EVERYTHING...the views, the room decor, the lounge, the terrace, the restaurants and the Spa!
ummm...maybe the push for choosing Spa treatments...but then again it was done very nicely and we did enjoy those albeit costly!
A free room upgrade! Very kind. Amazing traditional and cosy decoration. Friendly staff and good food
As the hotel is old style, you hear a lot of noise between the rooms
Historical building, delicious food, friendly receptionist
Staff/waiter/waitress at the restaurants are inattentive, waited for a beer for half an hour, finished eating and were waiting for staff to clean our tables for half an hour, received a false order that we were charged for. Unfortunately that was a constant and what we've experienced every time we went for a drink or meal at one of the restaurants
