Although they say in their advertisements that parking is available, the truth is very different. The parking is on the main road with parking meters, which have to be paid for the time parked. Being on holiday this is a very inconvenient way, not to mentioned the safety factor and at times difficult to find a parking spot. There is a parking garage nearby, which costs USD 80,- per week. The hotel should create and assist in parking there.

O elevador ficou com problemas por dois dias inteiros, mas não atrapalhou a estadia!

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement pour les familles , mauvaise expérience avec deux enfants, des personnes étrangères de l’hôtel ont accès au restaurant du dernier étage et film Avec leur téléphone à leur insu y compris les enfants, personnes local très agressive . Reviewed Jun 22, 2026A localização é ótima pra quem quer passear pelo centro. Perto de restaurantes, cafés, lojas e atrações. O quarto é amplo, banheiro também e a equipe é muito prestativa e simpática.
A limpeza da área externa deixou um pouco a desejar mas nada que impedisse o uso, a festa que acontece no rooftop do hotel gera barulho mas não chegamos a ser atrapalhados por isso já que ela termina cedo.

Al ristorante la sera del giovedi venerdì e sabato c'è musica ad alto volume fino a mezzanotte. Le camere dispongono di buona insonorizzazione ciò nonostante la musica si sente. La mancanza di una colazione direttamente in albergo ( vedi per esempio sulla terrazza).

En general la estancia fue agradable, pero considero que el área de la piscina necesita más mantenimiento. Las paredes de la piscina estaban verdes y mi vestido de baño se manchó al rozarlas. Además, el agua se veía verdosa en algunas zonas, lo que da la impresión de que requiere una limpieza más frecuente. También noté varias áreas con óxido y algunas sillas de descanso en mal estado. Por otro lado, una de las sombrillas no se podía abrir, lo que dificultaba protegerse del fuerte sol. Con algunas mejoras en el mantenimiento, la experiencia podría ser mucho mejor.

For a four-star rated hotel the hallways and rooms are showing wear and tear. My mattress sagged quite a bit so I didn't get the sleep I expected.

The building next store looked deserted and made the area look sketchy. The bed was really low and squeaky. No breakfast was included. Pool on rooftop appeared much larger in the pictures but was underwhelming in person.

The live music at night is uncomfortably loud and the ear plugs they give on arrival came in super handy! There was music on the other nights but maybe it was not live as after the first night it did not seem as bad - or maybe our ears got used to it?? lol Shediah at the front desk, however, was amazing!!! She went out of her way to help us with anything and everything and would help us get answers to any and all of our questions. Breakfast was nice and enjoyable

De accommodatie voelde op meerdere punten onaf. Op de kamer en in de badkamer ontbraken prullenbakken, wat erg onpraktisch was, zeker voor sanitair afval. Er stonden koffie en thee klaar, maar er was geen waterkoker aanwezig. De airconditioningregelaar gaf ’s nachts zoveel licht dat we deze met een T-shirt moesten afdekken om te kunnen slapen. We hebben alle knoppen geprobeerd om het display of licht uit te schakelen, maar dat was niet mogelijk. Verder oogde het hotel op verschillende plekken verouderd en onvoldoende onderhouden. De vloerbedekking in de gangen en algemene ruimtes was erg smoezelig. Ook de rooftop bar heeft een prachtige locatie en veel potentie, maar kan echt een opknapbeurt gebruiken; kussens waren vies en banken versleten en deels beschimmeld. Jammer, want de foto’s op Booking gaven een veel betere indruk dan de werkelijkheid. Positief punt: het personeel was uitstekend en zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en duidelijk hun best doend.

De herrie tot 2300 uur. De slechte hygiene, vooral bij binnenkomst zie je dat het tappijt in de gangen aan vervanging toe is. Gebruik zwembad kon wel in de middag, maar om 1700 kon je pas iets bestellen bij de bar.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026This hotel is bad, really bad. Yes it has a good location and 2 great restaurants in the building but that is the only positives. This hotel is not clean, fact it is gross. I've included some photos to show how dated it is and the lack of any maintenance. The towels are similar to shop rags. Floors need grout and are dirty. Bathroom is stained, cheap soap products, toilet seat and fixtures were all in need of repair. Yes it is loud. Even 2 floors below the rooftop the music could be heard till midnight. And if you go to the rooftop don't expect much. During the day the pool is a joke, and at night don't expect to get any attention as a hotel guest. Service at rooftop is bad. I am writing this review to protect readers from this place. There are so many better choices than this on the island. We stayed at two other hotels on our trip and they were far superior and a better value. Shame on the owners of this hotel.
