Bemötandet från personalen. Inte ett leende, välkomnande eller ”Guten Morgen” på de tre dagar vi var där. Fick endast badlakan, inga handdukar. Hade varit roligt med en bättre utsikt än ett glastak när vi bodde tre nätter..

Room was comfortable, and the AC works well even at summer temperatures around 30 degrees outside. The bathroom is perfectly fine. Staff were super friendly and helpful too 😀

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The bed sheets were clean and orderly, and the bathroom and toilet areas were generally well-maintained and hygienic. Other than that, the hotel’s location is extremely central and convenient for transportation.
Experiencing this level of abysmal service at a hotel operating under the Accor Group and situated in such a high-profile, premium location right next to Cologne Cathedral was a complete and utter nightmare. Upon arrival, we were casually informed that the elevators were completely out of order—a crucial piece of information they conveniently failed to disclose in advance. We were forced to drag our heavy luggage up 3 to 4 flights of stairs entirely on our own, without a single staff member offering the slightest bit of assistance. To make matters worse, despite two people staying in the room, there were only 2 bath towels and a single hand towel provided, and not even a basic bottle of drinking water was available in the room. What made the stay truly unbearable was the complete lack of respect for guest privacy and rest. The hotel operates with zero internal system to track room status, leaving housekeeping staff to blindly knock on and attempt to open random doors. Starting as early as 9:00 AM, a relentless "mission to wake guests up" began. They pounded on our other room's door at 9:00 AM, deliberately waking up people who had come purely to rest and sleep. The climax of this horrendous experience happened at check-out. At exactly 11:57 AM, staff members positioned themselves outside our door, whispering and hovering loudly. The moment the clock struck 12:00 PM, they literally began hammering and violently pounding on our door as if executing a raid, aggressively demanding we vacate immediately. Evicting guests through aggressive door-slamming and deliberate sleep deprivation is an appalling, unacceptable standard for any hotel, let alone a global brand like Ibis. This was hands-down one of the worst and most hostile hospitality experiences imaginable.

Özellikle başka bir şehirden trenle gelecekler veya havaalanını kullanacak olanlar için önemli bir avantaj, valizle son derece konforlu bir ulaşım. Etraf restoran ve kafe dolu bunun yanı sıra istasyon içerisinde yer alması sayesinde pazar günleri dahi market derdiniz olmuyor... ayrıca odamızın katedral manzaralı olmasını çok sevdik. Klima da iyi çalışıyordu. Otele giriş ve çıkışta ise bagajlarımızı emanet odasına bırakabildik.
Yorgan kılıfımızda V şeklinde kocaman bir yırtık vardı, banyo havlularımızın biri ise oldukça lekeliydi. Her ikisi de ürünlerin eskimesi ile alakalı olabilir ama daha yakın takip edilmeliler.. Ayrıca klozet bize yeterince temiz gelmedi bu sebeple kendimiz bir kez daha temizleme ihtiyacı hissettik. Bir de mini buzdolabının olmayışı eksi bir özellikti

17 € pro person für ein Frühstück sind enfach zuviel, wenn man kein Bufett und pi pa po benötigt, sondern eigentlich nur einen Kaffee, vieleicht marmeladensemmel und ein kl. Joghurt will! Deshalb mussten wir uns anderweitig umschauen.

Odaların özellikle banyo ve wc kısmı çok çok küçük. Bu noktada birde 2 kişi kalıyorsanız durum daha vahim olabiliyor.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Es ist in Zentrum und in wenigen Minuten konnte man zu Fuß viele Ziele erreichen.
Sobald der Bahnbetrieb losgeht, hört man sämtliche Geräuschkulissen wie Bahndurchsagen (trotz Earplugs zu hören). Kann aber auch sein dass es daran lag, dass unser Zimmer zum Bahnhof gerichtet war.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Posizione interessante in quanto a fianco della stazione ferroviaria e fronte al duomo di Colonia.
La poca disponibilità del personale/struttura che non ha un garage per le bici (anche se mi hanno proposto un park vicino convenzionato a prezzo vantaggioso) ma sopratutto l'essersi rifiutati di tenere per la notte in freezer un mio ghiaccino da poter usare il giorno dopo con le bevande nel tour in bici. Poco disponibili a tenere le borse per qualche ora nella reception.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The location is perfect for traveling. Everything was uncomplicated and quick. Room was nicely furnished and completely soundproof.
It was generally clean but the bathroom ceiling and the grout between the bathroom tiles need cleaning. Looks a bit moldy.

Gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckern, ausser das das Wasser beim Duschen die Temperatur von alleine Wechselte.
