The hotel is within walking distance of the center and marina of Porto Heli, with plenty of options nearby for food and drinks. There is also a beach close by, although it is not the best for swimming; there are cleaner beaches just a 10–15-minute drive away. The hotel offers wonderful views from both the room and the roof bar. The room and the hotel in general were clean, although the cleanliness could have been better. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, with a variety of options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time there.

On the negative side, there was an unpleasant smell in some of the hotel’s common areas, especially in the corridors. Only one elevator was operating for an entire floor in a fairly large hotel, which caused delays and required quite a long walk from the room, located at the end of the corridor until the elevator. The hotel’s outdoor gardens looked neglected and poorly lit at night. Overall, the hotel appears to need renovation, both in the common areas and in the rooms, which look old-fashioned and lack some basic amenities expected in a four-star hotel.

Las habitaciones eran grandes y espaciosas. El desayuno muy abundante. La limpieza estupenda.

El hecho de que cambien las toallas todos los días, aunque las dejes colgadas, creo que es un gasto innecesario. El dúo que actúa por las noches, la verdad es que ya pasó sus mejores años. El personal es agradable, pero por ejemplo no saludan en los pasillos o en la recepción, quizás es algo cultural, pero es un choque para los que viajamos en España. La carta de picar en el bar es muy limitada, sólo hay 2 sándwiches si quieres picar algo. La piscina parece más grande en las fotos que en la realidad, y cierra muy pronto a las 19h cuando aún hace bastante calor.

AKS publishes false content on Booking.com. I chose to pay more to upgrade for a "queen" sized bed for a room that was otherwise the same size and with "sea view." The room.I was given had two twins. Despite showing front desk staff a print-out that showed a side-by-side comparison of what I reserved and the upgrade option for a queen bed, I was told by three separate front desk staff "the hotel does not have a queen bed, only has one size bed," or " upgrade was for sea-view," or "all room sizes are the same,"... (and, to my utter astonishment) "we are not responsible for what Booking.com publishes." After calling this out as "bait-and-switch" dishonesty, I was told to come back at 8 a.m. the next day to speak to the manager. At 8 a.m. I was told the manager "comes in at 9:45." At 10 a.m. I met with the manager who reiterated all the same sophist BS I had heard before but said because I was a single traveller "I took one night off your bill."

Θέα , πρωινό ,η αισθητική του χώρου κ η πισίνα (η οποία άρεσε βασικά στη μικρή μας αλλά δυστυχώς δεν ήταν καθαρή,στον πάτο υπήρχαν βρωμιές ακόμα και κατά το άνοιγμα της πισίνας).

Η παιδική χαρά ήταν παρατημένη, στους εξωτερικούς χώρους μύριζε βόθρος & οι τιμές των εστιατορίων για τους πελάτες θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο φιλικές.Το ψυγείο του δωματίου αρκετά μικρό,η κατάψυξη σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη.

Great location, excellent range of breakfast food and comfortable rooms.

The staff did not look happy and were not very welcoming or helpful. A simple hello and smile to acknowledge you when you walk by them would be nice.

كان اسلوب التعامل من الموظفين سيء جداً ولم يكونوا خدومين نهائياً والنظافه مو افضل شيء من ناحية البحر والخدمات رغم انه بحرهم الخاص والمسبح ما يتم تنظيفه بشكل دوري والارض عند المسبح يوجد فيها قزاز وتم جرح رجل احد الافراد والمنقذ اللي موجود كان اسلوبه سيء ولم يقدم المساعده مع انه من الاسعافات الاوليه

The most impressive aspect of the hotel is undoubtedly the view from the rooms. From our room, we could see both swimming pools, the courtyard, the sea, and Porto Heli in the distance. Other positives were: - The daily housekeeping, especially the kindness and genuine warmth of the woman who cleaned our room. - The wide variety of breakfast options. - The large number of parking spaces, both outdoor and underground. - The fact that Porto Heli is within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the negatives were far more significant, particularly because this hotel presents itself as family-friendly. Based on our experience, I honestly struggle to understand how it can be described that way. - Every evening, there was live music next to the swimming pool until 12:30 a.m. The music was so loud that it could be heard in every room and even on the road outside the hotel. With a young family, it was simply impossible to get our child to sleep before 12:30 a.m. every night. When we complained, the hotel's response was that they had obtained the legal permit to play loud music until that time. Having a permit may make the music legal, but it certainly does not make the hotel family-friendly. - On August 11, 2026, the hotel hosted an event with a large number of external guests. These guests were allowed to park throughout the hotel's parking areas, leaving no available spaces for paying hotel guests. We returned at around 10:00 p.m. and found that guests of the event had even been allowed to park on the sidewalks at the hotel entrance. We were forced to leave our car about a 15-minute walk from the hotel and walk back carrying our belongings. - One of the two elevators serving the rooms was out of order for approximately half of our stay. Since the remaining elevator was clearly insufficient, we frequently had to use the stairs. - The pool areas are in serious need of renovation. Instead of modern, non-slip pool tiles, the areas around the pools are covered with old garden tiles that have deteriorated over time. The surface leaves small particles resembling dirt on people's feet, which are then carried directly into the swimming pools. As a result, the pools constantly appeared dirty. - Excessive prices for basic food and drinks. A simple freddo espresso costs €4.50, even when ordered as a takeaway in a plastic cup. Charging such a high price for a basic coffee feels excessive and exploitative.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The cleaners started cleaning the rooms next to us and above us as early as 8:00 a.m., dragging beds and sofas around, and the noise was really loud. I complained from the very first morning, but unfortunately it didn’t help. Every morning we were woken up at 8:00, and the noise continued until around 10:30. It was simply a nightmare. Everything else was perfectly fine, but if you like to wake up naturally while you’re on vacation, I’d recommend finding another hotel.

The entrance lobby is amazing, but belies the rooms. The pool area is lovely.

The photos of the rooms online is deceiving. The rooms are tiny - a triple room isn't a triple room and if they put in a rollaway bed you wouldn't even fit your cases. The breakfast buffet is ok, but if you want a coffee you have to pay extra!! And you can only change the beach towels every 2 days. During my stay 2 of the 3 lifts were out of order - I was there for 4 days.

Busy road in front of hotel

The property was beautiful. The grounds were well kept and clean. The cleaning staff, wait staff were amazing.

I booked 3 rooms August 8-11-2026. The rooms themselves were clean and roomie with a nice balcony. The unfortunate part was that the air conditioning was not working properly. I immediately called the front desk and was told someone would be up right away to have a look. Several hours passed with no one attending our room #219. I called again and was told they would have a look. We left the room returning about 5 hours later and the room was still 30c. I called again to advise and the front desk response was “they didn’t come?” I went to the front deck and again explained the situation to the front office staff. I had to explain the situation all over again and no one seemed to have heard that there was an issue in our room. Frustration turned to anger and requested the issue be repaired immediately or give us a new room. Zero response. I saw a manager and we took her to our room to show her and she agreed that this was not right and she would inquire to see it getting fixed. Again zero response. The stay ended with hard feeling and poor service to our room. On checkout I told the front office person the issue and she claimed not to know about it. She in fact was beside the young man with my initial complaint. Great resort terrible communication and everyone passed the buck when it came to fixing my air conditioning issue. I certainly expected more. If it wasn’t for this far-sickle comedy of errors and passing the buck I would have rated this resort the highest rating.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεντακάθαρο! Τόσο το δωμάτιο όσο και η πισίνα καθώς και όλοι οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο με μαγική θέα στο Πόρτο Χέλι και την πισίνα. Το πρωινό και το βραδινό ήταν εξαιρετικά. Πολύ περιποιημένα με μεγάλη ποικιλία και πολύ ωραίες γεύσεις. Ειδικά το βραδινό είχε κάθε μέρα διαφορετικό μενού με ελληνικές γεύσεις και για όλες τις προτιμήσεις. Η πισίνα και το μπαρ δίπλα στην πισίνα πολύ ωραία. Το προσωπικό πάντα ευγενικό και ευδιάθετο. Η παραλία από κάτω είναι πολύ ωραία και ήσυχη. Επίσης η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ βολική καθώς είναι δίπλα στο λιμανάκι στο Πόρτο Χέλι και μπορείς να πας ακόμα και με τα πόδια για τη βραδινή βόλτα.

Property and rooms are very nice. Breakfast buffet is terrific. The lovely pool and snack bar with friendly staff are a big plus.

The beach across the street from hotel is not great. Views with the boats are nice, but the beach itself is not worthy. Best to drive 5 to 15 minutes for several great Greek beaches.

Γενικά το ξενοδοχείο ειναι υπέροχο, απλα θέλει συντήρηση.

Χρειάζεται μια γενική συντήρηση το ξενοδοχείο και η πισίνα. Το ταβάνι στο χωλ έσταζε, στο ασανσέρ μείναμε 2 φορές και η πισίνα είχε θέματα.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Άνετο ξενονοδοχειο με πρόσβαση στο λιμανάκι και στη Θάλασσα. Ο κ Γιάννης στο μπαρ της πισίνας ήταν πολυ εξυπηρετικος με πολυ ευγενια και καλοσύνη.

A szálloda nagyon jól felszerelt, minden volt és mindent lehetett használni. A személyzet rendkívül kedves volt. Külön kiemelném azt a véleményem szerint Manager hölgyet, aki Romániából származik, és pár szót tud magyarul. Nagyon kedves volt, ahogyan felidézett pár magyar szót a gyermekkorából, és azokkal kommunikált velünk. A medencénél található bárban dolgozó úriember is nagyon barátságos volt, mindig széttárt karokkal fogadott bennünket, "My Friend!" felkiáltással. Mindig mosolyt csaltak az arcunkra. Egyszóval, nagyon jól felszerelt szálloda, finom ételekkel, koktélokkal, és rendkívül kedves személyzettel.

Nem volt olyan. Arra fel kell készülni, hogy a település távol van mindentől, átlag 100 km minden látványosság.

Breakfast was great with good offer of Greek food and international one. Stuff was really friendly and kind. Pool area was clean and beach is very close. There is lot of parking places in the complex.

The bed setup: As a couple, having two single beds pushed together was unacceptable. They kept separating during the night, leaving a frustrating gap. Incomplete amenities: We appreciated having an electric kettle, but it came with only plastic cups and absolutely no spoons or stir sticks to actually use it properly.

חדרים בסטנדרט נמוך , ללא קומקום ומיזוג נורמלי, ובחדרים יש חרקים . המים בברזים מלוחים.

Location. Parking. Ample space. Charging spots.

Overall maintenance is required across all facilities. Gym with rusted bars. Missing bear minimum standards for the asking price. E.g. Not even a coffee machine or a tea boiler in the room.

Every day a new group of children 5- 7 full busses arrived. It was very noisy, the food was poor made for kids. No one told us when we booked, and no one told us when we checked in.

המלון יושב במקום מצוין וקרוב למים חדרים נקיים ומרווחים.

מלון בסטנדרט כזה אמור לשים בחדר קומקום עם קצת קפה ותה ללקוחות שלו כמו שכל מלון ברמה אפילו נמוכה ממנו עושה. זה היה מאוד חסר בחדר חובל שמלון שגובה מחיר גבוה יחסית ללילה לא נותן את השירות המינימלי הזה.

l'hôtel est trop grand, trop de monde, pas assez d'ascenseurs.

המלון ממוקם במקום מצוין ומרכזי . הנוף הנשקף מחלונות החדרים נראה גלויה.

המלון ייסגר בסוף שבוע זה (ב-12.10) ואנו הרגשנו שסוגרים עלינו את הדלתות ( מכונות האספרסו נאספו מהחדרים לפני שהגענו , ביום השני לשהייתנו גודרה הבריכה ועובדי המלון היו עסוקים ב״קיפול ״ הציוד עד לעונה הבאה). המלון היה שומם ואוכלוסו בו כ-20 חדרים סה״כ. למרות הכל נראה כי בשיא העונה, המלון במיקום מעולה ויכול לתת מענה נפלא למשפחות ולזוגות במחיר הגון לחלוטין.

מלון חדש, מתקנים טובים, אוכל מצויין, דרות מעולה!
