The view

The rooms were so badly designed. No reading light, no direct light above bed or sofa to read No table! I had room service on the sofa hunched over a low table and could only work on my emails from the bed. Limited amenities in the bathroom. I went for breakfast and they had nothing without caffeine. So I asked for some fresh mint leaves to put in hot water and the waiter immediately said that they didn’t have any without even checking. 30 minutes later I went back to the breakfast room and tried again with another waiter and of course they had them.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πανέμορφο, τέλεια διακοσμημένο. Τα δωμάτια ΤΕΡΆΣΤΙΑ 50τμ.Το προσωπικό ευγενικό ,χαμογελαστό(όχι τυπικά) το χαμόγελο και η ευγένεια ήταν μέσα από την ψυχή τους πάντα εκεί να σου κάνουν τη διαμονή σου πιο άνετη. Το πρωινό(αχ!αυτό το πρωινό,φύγαμε με 2κιλα παραπάνω μέσα σε 3μερες) δεν έχω λόγια απίστευτο ,ότι ήθελες (γαλατοπιτες,καγιανά, αυγά μάτια,φρούτα,γλυκό του κουταλιού,κρουασάν κ.α αλλά πολλά.οι ξαπλώστρες μέσα στην πισίνα τελειες Θα το επισκεφθώ σίγουρα πάλι.

Το μόνο αρνητικό που το ανέφερα και στην ρεσεψιόν ηταν:1° ο κατάλογος στην πισίνα ήταν όλος στα αγγλικά χωρίς να αναγράφονται και στα ελληνικά.2° τα σκαλιά στην πισίνα ήταν λευκά και το χρώμα της πισίνας λευκο με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι ευδιάκριτα.κατ'με ήθελε μια επισήμανση . Και τα σκαλια στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου ηθελαν μια γραμμή να ηεχωριζουν μεταξυ τουςΑυτά.

Ήταν όλα πάρα πολύ ωραία!!Και η τοποθεσία και οι παροχές και η αναβάθμιση σε σουίτα μέσω την booking εξαιρετική!!

Πως γίνεται σε ένα 5 άστερο ξενοδοχείο να μην υπάρχει parking!Οι παρκαδόροι αδιάφοροι χωρίς να εξηγούν πως πας στο άλλο parking τους απέναντι!!Ευτυχώς βρήκαμε σχετικά κοντά μόνοι μας!Αυτό πρέπει να λυθεί ΑΜΕΣΑ γιατί χαλάει όλη την διάθεση και είναι και θέμα ασφάλειας!Δεν μπορεί να πληρώνεις αδρά το δωμάτιο και να μην βρίσκεις parking για το αυτοκίνητο!

Outstanding hotel — almost perfect, with one very disappointing exception We stayed at Nikki Beach for three nights, and overall, this was an exceptionally good hotel experience. Everything is extremely clean, organized and well maintained. The facilities are beautiful, the pool is absolutely amazing, and having such a beautiful beach right next to the hotel makes the whole experience even better. The breakfast was excellent — generous, fresh, and with an impressive variety of options. Almost every member of staff we interacted with was genuinely lovely — friendly, polite, welcoming and professional. The overall level of hospitality was exactly what you would expect from a high-end resort. Unfortunately, there was one very significant exception: the female bartender at the bar. Her attitude towards us was, quite frankly, extremely unpleasant. She barely smiled, showed very little warmth or friendliness, and made us feel as though serving us was an inconvenience rather than part of her job. There was simply no sense of hospitality in the way she interacted with us. I cannot comment on how she treated other guests, because I did not see enough of her interactions with them to make that judgment. I can only speak about our own experience — and ours was genuinely uncomfortable. At one point, her attitude was so strange and unnecessarily hostile that we were left wondering whether there was something personal behind it. I don't want to make an accusation that I cannot prove, but the experience was uncomfortable enough that we even wondered whether there might have been an antisemitic element to her attitude toward us. And that is particularly disappointing because the rest of our experience was so exceptional. One employee should not define an entire hotel, especially when almost everything else was genuinely excellent. But when you are paying for a premium luxury experience, basic courtesy, warmth and professionalism should be a given.

The chef (Stamatiadia) was excellent and very personable. He made sure we had excellent breakfast every day. It was literally the best breakfast I have had in a while

Cozy room and really nice view.

Rooms are getting a bit overpriced. The big table with the chairs on the roof top at the room was taken out and not replaced so we were not able to enjoy a nice meal there like previous years. Breakfast options were ok but downgraded even more from the last time I visited. Coffee at the breakfast was taking like more than 20 minutes to be served and one time I had to ask like two-three times and finally took it on a take away cup.

We had a wonderful stay in Porto Heli! The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our trip easy and enjoyable. They helped arrange all of our transportation, dinner reservations, and water taxis, which made exploring the area completely stress-free. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the property and overall level of service. . Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

The only area for improvement would be the pool and breakfast service on busier days. At times, service was quite slow and somewhat lacking when the hotel was crowded. That said, it was a relatively minor issue compared with an otherwise fantastic experience

This was our third summer at the resort, had an excellent stay and would recommend!

There’s was lack of professionalism in some instances, for example glasses which clearly have been washed too many times in the dishwasher and should have been replaced. Also the quality of breakfast was not at par with what is expected from a five start hotel. It really out us off from trying the restaurant. The hotel was also quite far from the town centre and there were not always taxis available. In similar cases a shuttle service is offered in other hotels which was not the case here.

My family of 8 had a wonderful 8 days at Nikki’s Beach Resort in Porto Heli. We stayed in the Villa 1 and were very happy with the layout of the villa along with the spacious patio and proximity to the beach, pool and dining area. The breakfast was enjoyed everyday and the head chef Stamatas was very welcoming and accommodating to every need. While we enjoyed all of our meals in Porto Heli and the surrounding area, I felt the best restaurant in the area was at Nikki’s resort. We had dinner there twice, along with one night of room service and each meal was delicious with a good variety. The pool area was well laid out and the service was excellent and the beach area was also quite enjoyable. This is a special place and the location to Porto Heli center is a very short 3 minute drive. We appreciated working with Katerina and Aphrodite who were very helpful in assisting us with trip logistics as well as planning day trips. Great location with many options of things to do. All of the staff were excellent - a theme that represents Nikki’s Beach resort in Porto Heli.

Τιμοκατάλογος στα ποτά μη ενημερωμένος, προσωπικό στο μπαρ/πρωινό μη επαρκής χωρίς εμπειρία εκτός μια κυρίας η οποία ήταν εξαιρετική. Οπωσδήποτε χρειάζεται καλύτερη συντήρηση!

We stayed for 5 nights in large room with a private pool . Whilst the room was very spacious it was also basic and not at all well maintained . The room was serviced daily but done very poorly - I had to ask that they vacuum the floor as there was flakey bits of the faux leather from The bed base all over the floor - they only swept the floor once during our 5 nights . Amenities were not replenished but they did leave ample bottles of water each day . The restaurant and pool area is very nice overlooking a private beach . The gym is very basic . Overall, the whole property is poorly maintained . We had to have maintenance come to our room for three seperate issues just in our 5 night stay . Some of the staff were attentive and pleasant but others were aloof and it felt like you were bothering them when asking for something . We sat by the pool one afternoon and not one member of staff asked if we would like a drink during 4 hours ! We had to go to the bar to order even though there were plenty of staff around . I think this place could be excellent with some maintenance and staff training and attention to detail. It’s well located and has enormous potential but misses the mark in many ways .

The room was huge and clean, but clean. The breakfast had lots of good options. The chef was also outgoing and kind. The pool area was great.

The beach was suboptimal for us. Not great for swimming since it was too shallow. A little too far from town if you plan to walk.

The pool and beach area is wonderful to spend your whole day relaxing. Breakfast buffet is very generous. Good options. Staff is kind and accommodating.

The staff needs some better training. Coffee bar in the morning is very slow. The person refilling the breakfast trays forgot to wear gloves and use tongs. Waiters were unaware about allergen ingredients in some of the dishes. Also waiters chatter and complain among themselves in Greek, however they forget that many guests understand Greek. These are details, however should not happen in a 5 star resort.

Personel jakby spotkał się rano i postanowił pracować akurat w tym hotelu. Poziom chamstwa i braku kompetencji obsługi w restauracji a zwłaszcza managera sięgał sufitu! Chyba że jesteście Amerykanami z luksusowego jachtu to 6 gości obsługuje 5 kelnerów 🤯😂 Przy prawie pustym hotelu zapytaliśmy o ofertę pozostania jeszcze jedną noc ale okazała się o 15% wyższa niż na booking.com 🤯w TV działały tylko dwa kanały i nie było opcji oglądania WC2026 a sygnał WIFI był tylko ok w lobby. Tak czy inaczej miejsce jest magiczne 😍

A place that takes your heart and blows your mind the moment you step in… the endless blue shades changing as the sun moves on the horizon and you catch yourself 6 hours later sitting in the same spot, mind dancing in a pleasant beat, while turbulent thoughts hold still and let you enjoy this happy place. Nikki Beach Porto Heli is the feeling… it is a combination of buzz, blue / green horizons, boutique, human hotel size, open spaces, water element, breeze.. which makes you sail away from all your thoughts and worries while never leaving a comfy sun lounger. Funny enough, people may expect party before coming, only to encounter inner peace and joy. Seduced by the view. Super spacious rooms/ suites with large terraces and pools are another “obstacle “ for you leaving this perfect spot for day dreaming , to discover the region. And the region is truly inviting… Nikki Beach Porto Heli is the gate to Saronic islands.. one evening in Spetses to feel the aristocratic island vibe…more Athenian than Athens yet car free…horses and courageous, bicycles, water taxies at disposal 24h, small bars and restaurants with sea view, shops with local designers… Or maybe coffee on a cliff about deep blue at Hydra island? Picturesque, unique, romantic, serene and wild. Local villages and hidden bays offer delightful taverns with a local produce with - did I mention is already- views to remember…feeling to keep..

We absolutely enjoyed the pool, and having our own private Jacuzzi made the experience even more special and relaxing. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. I especially appreciated that the buffet was open until 11, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely morning.

The beaches in Porto Cheli are not sandy . Was very clean though. Very few options to have quality dinner in the area.

La TV no funcionaba, llamé a la recepción para que la revisaran y enviaron a alguien, esa persona nada más cometo que no tenía arreglo y que nos informaría la recepción, cosa que nunca pasó, la recepción no se tomó la más mínima molestia de llamarnos al menos para disculparse o proporcionar una solución y de hecho ni siquiera en el check out pidieron al menos una disculpa. El baño tenía un olor a orina terrible como si nunca se hubiese limpiado, necesita mejor limpieza. Quería pagar con carta y no tenían servicio! Para querer llamarse hotel de 5 estrellas lo están haciendo muy mal, ya que el hotel necesita mucho trabajo de mantenimiento entre muchas cosas más.

Αρκετά παλιό, οι σουίτες αν και μεγάλες λάθος φτιαγμένες, οι τηλεοράσεις δεν ήταν smart tv και η μηχανή espresso μέσα στο δωμάτιο δεν δούλευε.

No Value for Money The only positive aspect of our stay was the size of the room. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. On the first night, the bathroom light would not turn off, and we had to switch it off from the main electricity panel. The room did not have a smart TV, which was surprising for a hotel of this category. Upon check-in, I found a bunch of hair in the bathroom — unacceptable for a 5-star property. Overall, not worth the price.

Very polite staff, great breakfast buffet, comfortable huge bed, very clean.

The hotel organizes private events in the pool from outsiders ( not guests) and music can be very loud and not at all good taste. We couldn't stay in common areas ( pool and beach) because of that and it was even difficult to find a sea bed by pool or beach because they accept people who are not hotel guests.

der Strand ist leider nicht so schön, da das Hotel an einer Lagune liegt und sich deshalb das Wasser nicht austauscht. Lagen lieber am Pool.
