Great location- helpful polite staff- good breakfast- affordable transfers - they had shower facilities inspite of checkout. I appreciate that! Overall a great stay and the Greek night at their restaurant was the star of the stay! Thank you for making it comfortable and memorable! Plus - the beach is with calm waves and is right next to the hotel

Zu unserer Hochzeit haben wir eine teure Honeymoonsuite gebucht. Leider fühlten wir uns nicht speziell behandelt aufgrund der Tatsache, dass wir vor zwei Tagen geheiratet haben. Weder ein nettes Wort des Personals, noch eine Aufmerksamkeit im Zimmer. Einen Teebeutel oder einen Kaffee zum Teekocher wäre aus unserer Sicht das Mindeste gewesen. Aus unserer Sicht lohnte sich das Geld leider nicht...

La ubicación del Hotel es genial. A metros está la playa privada. Se conecta facilmente con Mykonos mediante el transporte publico que para en la puerta del hotel. En los alrededores hay muchos lugares para comer muy buenos, y hay una playa publica a 500 metros. El hotel tiene una piscina divina, muy bien mantenida. El servicio de limpieza es óptimo, te cambian las toallas cada dia. El desayuno es espectacular, muy variado.

La foto de la habitación no coinicidía exactamente con la triple superior que reservamos. Creimos que el sofa estaba en lugar colindante, pero estaba pegado a la cama principal.

It is my second time here, I continue to come back because I realise that Petinos has everything that I need and like, from the location, to the room and the pool. And of course, the staff, the Reception ladies are wonderful and kind and the restaurant staff are great. It is my favourite place in Mykonos.

I recommend the main hotel building, the annex rooms are not ideal.

הייתה לנו חופשה משפחתית נהדרת במלון Petinos. המלון במיקום מצוין, צמוד לחוף הים, והיה לנו מאוד נוח להתנייד ממנו ברחבי מיקונוס, שכרנו רכב לטובת התניידות. החדרים היו נקיים ונעימים, השירות היה אדיב ומקצועי, והצוות תמיד היה זמין לעזור. האווירה במלון נעימה מאוד ומתאימה גם למשפחות עם ילדים. נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה שלנו, הרגשנו שקיבלנו תמורה טובה ובהחלט נשמח לחזור שוב בביקור הבא במיקונוס. מומלץ בחום! המסעדה "הופה" הצמודה למלון שבה מוגשת ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת עם שירות מעולה, נהנינו מהמסעדה. במסעדה היה ערב יווני אותנטי ומהנה.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel au bord de la plage, la piscine, les chambres avec de jolis terrasses où des balcons, le restaurant avec une magnifique vu mer... Aussi la spacieuse douche à l'italien et le double vasc...

The breakfast was disappointing, and unfortunately dinner was no better. The room I was initially given had no window, which I find unacceptable considering the price charged. The price of the “Standard Double Room (Adjacent Building)” is also completely disproportionate to what is actually offered. More importantly, describing this building as “adjacent” is misleading. It is located around 200 metres away from the main hotel, uphill, and has none of the hotel’s facilities. It does not feel like an adjacent part of the hotel, but rather like a completely separate property. This should be made much clearer when booking, especially considering the price and the significant difference in location, facilities and overall experience compared with staying in the main hotel. What disappointed me most, however, was how the situation with the windowless room was handled. I was told that I had been given this room because no other rooms were available. Yet friends of mine arrived later on the very same day and were given rooms with windows. Given that, the explanation I received was simply not credible. I was eventually moved after complaining, but that does not erase the initial experience. A guest should not have to complain in order to receive a room that reasonably reflects the price paid and what they expected when making the reservation. Moving someone afterwards does not undo what has already happened. Finally, asking at check-out whether everything was fine does not necessarily mean that a guest was satisfied. Some of us simply do not want to spend our holiday confronting hotel staff, arguing about our room or repeatedly raising problems. Good service should prevent these situations in the first place rather than rely on guests to complain before something is done.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast with lovely view of the beach. I came with an injury and the staff were very kind and helpful - I appreciate their efforts to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

We were in an ‘adjacent’ property that was 200 metres up a steep hill away from the beach and the main hotel. Pool towels were hard to get. No room service available.

Sun beds not sufficient for guests at the hotel pool, no umbrella, water very cold, you would expect for this price point, temp regulated pool. Room with old furniture. The suite is just a long, not spacious room. We had ants in the room. Very unfriendly staff at the hotel reception. We didn't even get offered a room at ground floor given we had a baby and climbing all those stairs was a nightmare. NOT a hotel for families with small baby but overall, quite poor versus expectations. There was also a change in our transportation that they forgot to inform us about. And the receptionist had the audacity to blame us for not being there on time... Absolute average service and facilities for the high prices.

Wir hatten das Glück eines Zimmerupgrades. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet genug Auswahl für jeden. Man kann einen Flughafentransfer dazubuchen. Am letzten Tag haben wir beim Schwesterhotel eine wunderbare Massage dazugebucht. Der Aufenthalt war super.

C était marqué dans le descriptif donc débrouillez vous Non prévenu qu il y avait des travaux dans le couloir de notre chambre qui était très éloigné de l hôtel. Bref pas vraiment un 4 étoiles de service. !

The hotel was close to the beach which was really loverly. The location was good with the bus at the doorstep to take us into the centre of Mykonos.

Some of the Reception staff seemed a little rude and flustered in the peak of summer period. We stayed at this hotel for a total of 6 nights, and the bed sheets were not changed at all during this time. The lack of water being replaced on Day 2 for the remainder of your booked time, was un-acceptable The restaurant lunch meal we had was not off good value or taste. The pool was a little dirty and needed better maintenance cleaning.

Loved that it was located right next to the bus stop. It made getting into Mykonos town VERY easy. The staff was amazing. Loved Anca, Gerry and Salina and all the staff.

The breakfast was a bit sad. Others have written that it was sad and I confirm that it’s true. The sea view room is nice however note that it’s not a 180 degree view of the sea. It’s more like 45 to 90 degree view of the sea.

Location of the hotel and pool area is the main advantage. First night we were not satisfied with our room, but reception staff was really helpful and changed our room the next morning. Rooms are nice and clean. Few things that were missing for me: there is a kettle, but no tea or coffee in the room. It would be better to have napkins in the room as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and we are hoping to come back :)

La cheffe de la réception est odieuse et condescendante, ne fait aucun effort : pas digne de ce standing d’hôtel. Le matin à 7h30 les hommes de l’entretient ont arrosé bruyamment nos volets en même temps que les plantes…on a été réveillé en sursaut ! La piscine est moyennement propre ( des tasses et gobelets en plastique s’envolent et flottent dans l’eau, le petit bassin en dessous de la piscine est sale.

The hotel location was excellent, the pool was beautiful and very clean, and the daily housekeeping service was outstanding. Our room overlooked the pool, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive it earlier than expected.

We were told that it wasn’t possible to walk to Scorpios and that we had to take a taxi for €50, which was completely inaccurate—it was only a 15-minute walk. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, there were not enough towels available at the pool, and the driver who took us back to the airport was not friendly and didn’t help us with our luggage.

A special thank you to Maria and Gina at reception, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly arranged for us to have a room by the pool on our return visit, which we really appreciated. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. The entire hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind. We also loved the restaurant – the food was delicious, and the setting was lovely. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

S pobytom sme boli veľmi spokojní. Raňajky boli naozaj výnimočné – široký výber čerstvého ovocia, zeleniny, výborné čerstvé džúsy a všetko bolo chutné a kvalitné. Každé ráno sme si ich naozaj užili. Hotel sa nachádza v krásnom prostredí, bazén bol čistý a príjemný na oddych a lokalita bola skvelá. Izba bola čistá, uprataná a poskytovala všetko, čo sme počas pobytu potrebovali. Celkovo veľmi príjemný pobyt, hotel určite odporúčame.

Počas nášho pobytu v hoteli nás veľmi sklamal prístup recepčnej Marie. Pôsobila neochotne a nepríjemne, akoby ju každá naša otázka alebo prosba obťažovala. Najväčší problém nastal, keď sme potrebovali zabezpečiť taxi. Namiesto snahy pomôcť sme mali pocit, že je to pre ňu veľká príťaž a komunikácia bola veľmi neprofesionálna. Práca na recepcii je predovšetkým o komunikácii a prístupe k hosťom. Ak niekoho takáto práca nenapĺňa alebo nebaví, nemal by svoju frustráciu prenášať na hostí. Samotný hotel je super, chceli by sme pochváliť prístup Sanye, ktorá nám pomohla naplánovať si program počas dovolenky, no prístup recepčnej Márie na recepcii výrazne ovplyvnil náš celkový dojem z pobytu. Od hotela tejto úrovne by sme očakávali ochotnejší a ústretovejší zákaznícky prístup.

Ligging was heerlijk rustig en toch in een levendige omgeving. Heerlijk ontbijten met uitzicht op zee. Ontbijtbuffet wel wat beperkt maar de locatie van het ontbijt maakt alles goed.

We enjoyed our stay at Petinos hotel. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Maria at reception was amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was lovely and spacious. The only issue was one of the air conditioners was not functioning properly and was uncomfortable to sleep in at night.

Piscina noaptea este un vis! La fel și priveliștea! Restaurantul și micul dejun extraordinar și în plus are și vedere la mare și plajă! 1 min distanță de la hotel până la plaja! Un mare avantaj este și stația de autobuz care este chiar lângă intrarea în hotel!

La piscina piccola ma esclusiva e rilassante. La colazione fronte mare varia e curata. Il bagno della camera ben attrezzato con doccia ampia con idromasdaggio.

La camera standard si trova in un edificio separato (onestamente non ho notato questa specifica durante la prenotazione) lontano 4 minuti a piedi di salita importante. Inoltre per raggiungere la camera ci sono 2 scalinate molto ripide per cui risulta tutto faticoso e scomodo, soprattutto sotto il sole. La camera non ha finestre ed e' umida e l'umudita' si percepisce anche dall'odore. Ma la cosa inaccettabile e' il letto: materasso completamente imbarcato e addirittura inclinato pee cui non siamo riusciti a dormire e ci siamo svegliati con dolori a schiena e collo. L'area esterna della camera non e' pulita (foglie, escrrmenti di uccelli) e dava l"impressione di essere abbandonata. Ti aspetti di aver prenotato una struttura di livello e ti ritrovi in questo alloggio che non lo e' affatto.
