The location is great, the comfort of the bed and towels, very good room size

The cleaning specially in the bathroom was not excellent, and the breakfast service was not very good too, many tables dirty and not enough food at certain moments

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. We had a double bed in our room and as I suffer really badly with my back i was delighted it was so firm yet comfortable. It is a great location amd walking distance to beach and bus stop for Mykonos town. Also sun loungers were really good quality - nice firm thick mattresses.

There could have been more hangers and hooks for hanging clothes up in the rooms.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist toll, das Hotel sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alle waren jederzeit offen, erreichbar und haben uns bei jeder Frage weitergeholfen. Man hat sich von Anfang an sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Jeder einzelne Cent war es wert! Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The staff where all very friendly and easy to talk to. The location is excellent Platis Gialos beach is a couple minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants close by to enjoy. There is also a bus stop nearby that has a bus running every 30 minutes into town. Also they have a bike/quad rental place right infront which is very convenient

This location was amazing! A quick walk to the bus stop to get to Mykonos town. A short walk to restaurants in the beach as well.

Great location, a short walk to beaches and restaurants, with a cafe and car/ATV rental located on the property. The staff were EXCELLENT and it was a 24 hour reception. We were picked up at the airport and dropped at the port to catch our ferry. The pool is beautiful with a lovely bar.

Die Lage ist gut zu Fuß zum Strand, aber die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich schick, sehr einfach und das Bad war überhaupt nicht schön und hat nach Abfluss gerochen. War jetzt das 2 mal da und würde tatsächlich nicht mehr buchen, auch wenn die Lage und Terasse schön sind. Geputzt wurde nur alle 2 Tage es gibt schönere Unterkünfte zu dem Preis

Very nice small scale hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, walking distance to beaches, free airport/port pickup and drop off transfers. nearby bus stop to go to town and other areas. Also rental car company on site as well as small bakery/restaurant. Complimentary breakfast. Good value for the money.

Great and beautiful place. We loved our stay at Casa Grande. Very well located. Walking distance from the beach and from the water taxi and the bus station. The staff was great, very kind and helpful, specially the receptionist that always gives us the information in a very clear and kindly way. The breakfast was super! The Greek yogurt there is the best I ever tasted! They have a shower at the reception and they also give you a beach towel. The swimming pool is great and lovely. Everything was perfect! We would come again to Mykonos and Casa Grande

The staff was very nice and helpful, the place itself inherits the best of the beautiful architecture of Mykonos island, having a very warm and cosy feeling. The breakfast were really good for a small hotel and for the price range (compared to prices on a quite expensive Mykonos). Small details like having a shower on reception so you can get yourself clean after last day on beach after checkout or that they arrange a transport from and to airport made a really pleasant experience to us.

The storage space in the room was a bit limited. The view in case of our room was not great, not terrible, but we also didn't expect much. It was on 1st floor and the terrace was a part shared space, separated just by a knee-high wall. There were also some AC units in the same space. I'd definitely inform about room specifics if you care about the view and terrace/balcony, since there are various room types.

The receptionist was extremely nice and helped me a lot with tips of places where to go and recommendations in general. Also the fact that have complimentary transportation it’s a nice thing!

Cleaning is not up to standards. They don’t clean the shower or remove the bedsheets when dirty… also the toilet smelled so bad, I informed the guy at the reception about it and he offered to send the maintenance guy but since I was leaving soon I didn’t want to bother much.

Everything. This is a small boutique hotel located in a small beach town 10-15 minutes drive away from Mykonos town and not too far from the airport. We received the most warm welcome from the staff who were very happy to greet us and explain everything. Usually Greek hotel staff are short tempered as they're presumably tired of dealing with tourists at the end of the summer. But here they were the most customer-focused we've experienced in Greece. The hotel is elegant, small, intimate and very fresh. A wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations.

AVOID!! This property is not a "hotel", as advertised. It is a MOTEL, with your front door opening onto a main walkway. I left this property immediately after checking in. The front door of my room opening literally onto the main entrance of the motel, with people constantly walking in front of my window to enter and exit the property. In front of the property, there is a small parking lot, mostly full of motorcycles, entering and leaving the property. In front of the small parking lot is a busy, noisy road with vehicles and trucks passing constantly. The noise was unbearable. The owners offered to change my room the next day, but all the rooms were the same, with their front door opening onto a busy walkway, parking lot and noisy street. After realising i had no privacy or reasonable quiet of any kind, i left this property for another. The owners refused to give me a refund, citing their cancellation policy, even though this was not a cancellation. I should have been provided with a full refund, since in high season they could easily sell my room again. Avoid this property and unscrupulous owners!!

The location is perfect to be able to enjoy some relaxing time in the crazy active Mykonos island, just a few steps away from the beach and the bus stop, which can take you pretty much anywhere. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, they gave us full island directions during the check-in and they were available for us during our stay. The pool area is nice with a bar service during day and night time. The room was very clean and it had all of the essential amenities.

I understand Mykonos summer prices but I would have expected just a little more care to some details for this price, like a better breakfast, which was okay but standard. I would have also preferred a better shower head system. When asked about a possible boat tour, they just simply said that they would have booked one of the same services I would have found online myself, which is probably true, but at that point why not book it for us? Other than these tiny details, it was all good and I would book it again without any doubt.

Breakfast was really good and it had lots of options to start your day in the perfect way. The beach and the bus stop to go to Mykonos town is just 5 min away from the hotel. Our stay was very pleasant and staff was extremely helpful.

There are no words to describe our short stay at this hotel. Not only our spacious, clean room and the variety of choices in the breakfast, but the staff is what makes the difference. They offered luggage assistance, useful tips for visitors and complementary water bottle and coffee capsules in the room. Totally recommended, we will definitely come back. I had an extra day in Mykonos and chose this boutique hotel for one night because of its inclusion of breakfast and free transfer from the port. I only wish I had booked my whole stay here. The value for money was outstanding. Great location as it was a five minute walk to one of Mykonos' most beautiful beaches, the room was impressive and very minimalist chic. For someone who was on a bit of a budget I found this hotel excellent value for money.

I could hear some street noise at night when the balcony doors were open, but honestly, in such a central location it is to be expected. I would do back!

between 3-5am morning a goc cries very loud. In the Room coffee capsules were net filled up. Reception was very friendly. Good Breakfast, missing fruts, jogurt, small spoons were permanently empty.

Loved the authenticity of the hotel. Staff’s willingness to assist you with anything. Literally 5 minutes to the beach. The beach has a gorgeous.Breakfast was amazing.
