The hotel is stunning, from the views to the facilities. The staff is also very approachable and helpful.

A heads up about how to comfortably get to the hotel would be appreciated. We had to haul our luggage on a steep street with no pedestrian facilities at all under the intense heat. It would be appreciated to get some more information on what the hotel offers in terms of transfer options to reach it.

Quarto bom, cama otima , cafe da manha bom. O rapaz q fica cedo trocou meu quarto por um com pouca escada, foi muito gentil pois sou cardiopata. A localização excelente , foi o que mais gostei.

Achei o quarto escuro, pois tinha somente duas lampadas uma em cada cabeceira da cama. A Grecia é o pais dos gatos me incomodou nao ver agua e racao para os gatos que estavam no hotel, perguntei onde estava a racao e agua e disseram q sao alimentados por comerciantes e moradores.

Very friendly helpful host who provided us with great information about the town and gave us some really good recommendations for dinner. The location is brilliant close to the old town. Breakfast was simply superb certainly exceeded all expectations. And finally the view is stunning.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The accomodation was located in a prime position on the hill with the most beautiful sunsets. Pool was great. The walk into town only takes 5 minutes and short incline coming back up. The breakfast included was incredible! Would definitely stay here again.

colazione spettacolare, abbondante, di tipo continentale. Fino alle 10 del mattino con produzione interna di tutte le pietanze, dolci e omelette. Soddisfaceva qualsiasi palato. L'ingresso alle camera avveniva con pass magnetico ed era fattibile quindi a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. L'accesso al centro perfettamente fattibile a piedi in 5/10' e con vista diretta verso il mare per quasi tutte le stanze, lo configura come un punto ideale per le vacanze a Mykonos

La sfrontatezza della proprietaria che di fronte a un nostro piccolo problema,la richiesta di rimborso di 180 euro di una notte non usufruita per sciopero del vettore aereo, ci dice che ha di meglio da fare, di goderci la vacanza e chiedere il giorno dopo alla reception che naturalmente non ha l autorizzazione a fare dei rimborsi...Grazie e complimenti per la professionalita'

Pagato in anticipo due notti e a causa di uno sciopero di aereo siamo stati costretti a rinunciare ad una notte, appena possibile abbiamo mandato una mail per avvisare e lasciare che l'hotel potesse rivendere la nostra stanza ed era esattamente 10 giorni prima dell'evento.Abbiamo scritto anche a Booking che se ne è strafregato del nostro problema e abbiamo mandato altre due mail all hotel Madalena per chiedere il rimborso, ma neanche ci hanno risposto.Arrivati in albergo abbiamo trovato la proprietaria alla recepction che ci ha proprio detto che aveva altro da fare e di riprovare il giorno dopo con i colleghi, i quali molto gentilmente hanno fatto una ricerca e ci hanno spiegato che le mail non erano mai state prese in considerazione...e di sperare che, se fossimo venuti una prossima volta ci avrebbero trattato bene...il costo in questione erano 180 euro.Mi chiedo se per 180 euro un Hotel importante deve trattare da coglioni in suoi clienti e Booking non ci aiuta in nessun modo anzi ci risponde con un ulteriore presa per i fondelli.Complimenti a tutti ce ne ricorderemo!!!!!!

The pool area needs a refresh as two of the sunbeds were broken. It would also be good if the hotel bar was open throughout the day to get a coffee as it’s a downside having to walk to a coffee shop when you’re relaxing by the pool

This hotel was an amazing surprise. From the location, to the breakfast, the cleanness of the room and common areas, all were impeccable. And to add to it all, the nicest staff I encounter and the many many hotels I’ve done. A sure recommendation, coming back next year and telling all friends.

The staff was very nice and friendly!! Saki was really kind and helpful and gave us all the information we needed and our room was amazing. Everyone was pretty helpful and our stay there was incredible. Breakfast was good and the location was the best thing, a short walk from the city center.

Sakis and his team made our trip. They gave us a detailed summary of what to do, eat, and see in Mykonos. They brought our luggage up the stairs and the rooms were very nice, clean, and air conditioned. We are not breakfast people, but the buffet was too good to not eat. The dinner recommendations were exceptional and the location was so close to the center of the town. We will only be staying here the next time we come to Mykonos!

We had a wonderful experience at hotel Madalena! The staff were extremely helpful and ready to assist us with everything we needed. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the town. Room was clean and comfortable! We would definitely love to come back.

Transats de piscine à changer car défectueux

La vue sur la mer, Mykonos ville et les ferries. La chambre était propre, agréable et calme. J’ai apprécié d’être aidée avec ma valise en haut de tous les escaliers de l’établissement.

Les toilettes et la salle de bain avaient une odeur d’égout. Le transfert de l’aéroport est cher (30€) et pour le port ça s’élève à 20€ même si le port est à 5’ en voiture. Pour le coup nous sommes descendus à pied à un arrêt de bateau bus qui se trouve à 5’ et vous emmène en 5’ au nouveau port pour 2,50€. Même si des clients ont apparemment aimé le petit déjeuner, je l’ai trouvé très moyen, la charcuterie et les fromages étaient secs, fondus et semblaient sortis chaque matin depuis plusieurs jours tout comme les fruits, le yaourt grec était passable, les croissants aussi, mais le reste ne donnait pas envie. Plutôt déçue par rapport aux photos du petit déjeuner exposées sur le site. Pour le restaurant, il n’y en a pas à proximité donc il faut marcher bien 20’-30’ avant de trouver un restaurant en ville. Le retour de la ville se fait en montée à éviter les scooters et voitures.

Cazarea are o priveliste superba, este pozitionata de centrul orasului, ajungi relativ repede la toate atractiile centrale. Camera a fost curata, zilnic se face curatenie in camera si se schimba prosoapele. Primesti zilnic apa si micul dejun a fost diversificat, foarte gustos si toata mancarea era facuta in ziua respectiva.

Micul dejun foarte variat si gustos, gazdele amabile si ospitaliere, camerele curate si curatate in fiecare zi. Cea mai spectaculoasa a fost privelistea asupra portului unde acostau vasele de croazieră, un spectacol sub ochii nostri. Recomand!

L’hotel si trova in una posizione che consente di raggiungere il centro del paese a piedi in pochi minuti, le stanze sono pulite ed accoglienti con una vista mozzafiato, colazione abbondante ed il proprietario è davvero gentile e disponibile. Super!

Hotel ubicado a escasos 5 minutos de Chora lo cual lo hace muy práctico para ir al pueblo andando y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de su ubicación. Instalaciones con encanto, piscina y una gran vista del atardecer. Personal muy amable y predispuesto a ayudar. Buen desayuno con amplia variedad de opciones. Espacio para aparcar. Una magnífica opción.

We only stayed one night at Madalena, on our way to Syros, but it was magical. First of all, we got upgraded to the suite, the view was the best and the rooms were comfortable. Secondly, everyone at the hotel was absolutely amazing and caring, they gave us warm milk for our toddler, whenever we asked, were very helpful in providing directions and recommendations, helped us with luggage, loved our daughter and gave her treats etc. Breakfast was great, with a great variety of food and coffee. The only downside is stairs but we got help every time we needed to carry luggage (but because of the height the hotel has amazing views). We highly recommend this hotel and really appreciated its friendly team! Thank you!

Great location. Dora was fabulous! The staff at breakfast was great as well.

There was no one there to help get luggage up to the room. Very steep and winding staircase to navigate after a long day of travel. The rest of the reception staff were cold and seemed annoyed when asking questions. Had trouble with key and the night reception was very unhelpful or prompt in getting me into my room - door was sticking.

My second visit to Mykonos after 17 years — now with my husband — couldn’t have been more perfect. The rooms were spotless and beautiful, great breakfast, spectacular views, and Sakis and his staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Being upgraded to a balcony room made our stay unforgettable, giving us sunset memories we’ll cherish forever. Many thanks to Sakis and the entire crew for making our trip so special.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a l hotel Madalena à 3 dans une chambre. Je le recommande chaudement. Chambre spacieuse, grande salle de bain et douche, literie excellente. Le petit dejeuner était fabuleux et le service efficace. Nous sommes à 5mns / 10 mns pour le retour car cela monte un peu, du vieux port de mykonos.
