Exelente localização e uma hospedagem com ótimo custo beneficio! Perto do centro, com um café da manhã delicioso. Além disso, toda a equipe é super atenciosa, nos ajudaram a alugar carro e deram dicas de praias!

The property had amazing views and was just a 10 min walk into downtown (it was steep hill heading back but the staff did warn us) I would rebook just based on the staff! They helped me book rides, gave me options on places to eat, visit and were always incredibly helpful!

The staff made our stay so incredibly easy! It’s not always easy booking a trip out of the country for a larger group and they made it so easy and were so helpful. They have breakfast that you can pay for and it was one of the best meals we had! I couldn’t recommend more

O hotel é lindo lindo, quarto super confortável, cama, chuveiro e toalhas excelentes! Le calme, la propreté, la clim, la gentillesse de l’accueil et les bon conseils du personnel, à vue sur le coucher de soleil. Proche de Myconos Town (10 min à pieds… en descente plutôt 20 en remontée) Très bon petit déjeuner. Un petit supermarché à proximité.

Beaucoup de vent lors de notre passage, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine.

Lovely hotel and staff - would recommend

Mykonos is a place where I feel that genuine human connections are quite rare, as tourists are often seen as walking wallets… Thankfully, we stayed at Villa Konstantin, where we truly felt at home, in our own little bubble. The staff is incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help, no matter what you need! And of course, we can’t forget the hotel’s two beautiful cats, who are absolute bundles of love. If we could take them home with us, we definitely would! If you read this comment be nice with them ! I highly recommend staying here it was a wonderful experience !

Beautiful property! Staff were so lovely and helpful. We had the budget room but it was still perfect for us. Facilities were great. Loved the pool. Reasonably close walk to town.

Es ist ein sehr hübsches kleines Hotel, gut gelegen mit Blick auf die Bucht von Mykonos Stadt, ein netter etwas versteckt der Weg führt hinunter, so dass man zu Fuß gehen kann, wenn man einigermaßen fit ist und gut zu Fuß. die ganze Anlage ist sehr ansprechend gebaut, viele Ecken, wo man für sich sein kann, auch die Außen Anlagen sind wirklich gelungen. Es gibt eine kleine Schaukel mit Blick aufs Meer, einen hübschen kleinen Pool, tagsüber Kaffee und Bar in der Rezeption und das Frühstück war wirklich mit Liebe gemacht und lecker. Schon bei der Begrüßung wird man ausreichend aufgeklärt, was es im Hotel alles gibt und wie man sich zurechtfinden kann. wir haben unser Zimmer Last Minute gemietet, da unsere Vor abgebuchte Unterkunft überhaupt nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach, somit haben wir einen guten Preis bekommen, allerdings war das Zimmer wirklich sehr klein. Allgemein ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auf Mykonos natürlich bescheiden. Für den selben Preis würde man selbst in der Schweiz ein deutlich besseres Zimmer bekommen. Aber alles ist sauber und hübsch und wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Die beiden Schwestern/Inhaberin sind ausgesprochen freundlich und gesprächig und wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden definitiv auch wiederkommen.

Wirklich zu beanstanden haben wir nichts. Dass Mykonos alles in allem unglaublich teuer ist, war bekannt - zum Beispiel kosten im Hotel sämtliche Getränke am Pool oder der Cappuccino statt des Filterkaffees beim Frühstück extra… Das kenne ich von einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse aus keinem anderen Land. Der Fairness halber muss man aber sagen, dass wir eine große Flasche Wasser beim einchecken und einen Cappuccino geschenkt bekommen haben, immerhin. Wie überall in Griechenland kann man ja das Wasser aus dem Hahn nicht trinken…

L'hôtel est très bien équipé, à taille humaine. Le personnel attentif et bienveillant. C'est calme et très reposant. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine.

Faites attention au vent durant la période estivale c'est venteux mais à part cela c'est très agréable. Très bon climat.

We loved staying in a comfortable and relaxing location while being just a short walk from Mykonos town. Everyone we met was welcoming and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful view!

The staff was very friendly

There was mould in the bathroom, which was disappointing. The towels were not changed every day, and the rubbish was not emptied daily either.

Reaching the facilities on foot was tricky

Chambre agréable avec surclassement. Personnel réservant et proposant d’eux même les taxis pour venir nous chercher ou nous ramener à l’aéroport.

Petit déjeuner assez fade, avec l’obligation de payer pour un café de bonne qualité. Ils font payer l’eau après la première bouteille alors que dans tous les autres hôtels où nous sommes allés dans les Cyclades, l’eau n’étant pas potable, on nous donnait au moins une petite bouteille d’eau chaque jour. Dommage aussi d’appeler les clients à 11h04 dans leur chambre pour leur demander de la quitter, alors que le Check out est à 11h. Parfois, on a juste besoin de quelques minutes supplémentaires tout en respectant l’horaire.

La disponibilité des personnels et leur gentillesse . L’emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre la ville à pieds. Le petit déjeuner est sympa avec beaucoup de fait maison.

Por poner una pega, en la habitación del sótano teníamos mini hormigas donde la cama, eran muy pocas y en cuanto lo dijimos nos las quitaron, pero aparecieron los demás días también

The only thing I’d say if you a big group there not a lot of space with suitcases and they will tell you be quiet, there was 7 of us so it was bound to be a bit loud at time.

Supernice staff, very helping and professional. Our little room was cute and had all that we needed.Breakfast was ok. The jewel is the little cat, laying down on the sofas that says "hi&bye" every morning/evening.

Great spot with beautiful views. Booked last minute and our group had 3 rooms all different but all with an outdoor lounge area. The rooms were lovely, Mykonion design and well equipped, fridges, hairdryers and everything you need. Away from the noise of the town but only a 10 minute walk downhill. Pool was a bonus and nice to sit around in the morning. Staff were super attentive and helped with recommendations, booking transport etc. Sharon, Jasmine and Poppy were so friendly and really looked after us. Breakfast really nice with a view and great coffee whenever we needed. Highly recommend you stay here if you want to be away from the craziness of Mykonos town.

Sharron, Jasmine and Poppy were amazing. They were super nice and gave us lots of helpful information about our stay as well as things to see and places to eat at in town. We went to a few of their recommendations and we enjoyed all of them. The villa was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is also worth paying for.

Everything was amazing the room, breakfast was delicious, the pool area had very comfortable beds. Sharon Poppy and Jasmin were the main stars they went over and above to make sure we had a lovely time.

The two girls at the front desk were simply amazing! They helped with information on how to find the town bus and how to get to different beaches from there, as well as numerous suggestions for various restaurants. Great experience :)

The view from the apartment was excellent, the staff was helpful and accommodating, although the location was away from the center of action and noise, that's what we wanted. There was a restaurant recommended by the staff a short walk and we ate there three times. Overall a very nice experience

Everything, it looks dreamy and super convenient to go to the town they explained very well its 500m to the town down and good luck climbing back up but its ok part of the experience and they showed the taxi place if too tired its just12-18€ compared to uber 40€ fixed. n the staff was the best most kind very helpful people who actually cared that we are comfortable during our stay.

Stunning location. Beautiful views. Lovely pool. Owners/staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Pretty white wash cobbles everywhere. Restaurants and shops in abundance, about a 15 minute walk to town centre (steep on the way back!). Supermarket just up the road too. Sunsets gorgeous too.

Could not fault it. Just be aware that Mykonos is known as the 'windy Island' - I did not know this (my fault) and so I suggest always bring a jacket and trainers for the cobbled streeets. We did hire a car as the beaches are about 15-20 mins drive away and it is a steep walk back to hotel, which is ok if you are young and fit.

The staff was phenomenal, the ambiance is wonderful, the energy is extraordinary. A very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, just right for resting the soul. The view of the sea is excellent. We received great recommendations for restaurants and cafés.

Our room was very nice and clean. It came with an en-suite bathroom and a small kitchenette. It was very cute. Poppy and Helleni made sure we had all the info which we needed and gave us a friendly welcome. Waking up to their delicious breakfast was a treat :) Thank you very much!

Villa Konstantin is beautiful. Sharon the owner and her staff are lovely and so helpful. We enjoyed that it was up on the hill slightly away from the main town so nice and quiet with a stunning view, but only 10 minutes walk into town, a very steep hill with a lot of steps which get your heart rate up when walking home, but we enjoyed the exercise and opportunity to work off all the food and alcohol we had consumed during our holiday

Die Anlage liegt oberhalb des Hafens in Mykonos Stadt. Je nach Lage der Zimmer hat man einen Blick auf das Meer. Die Inhaberin kümmert sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Wir hatten das Glück uns einige Zimmer anschauen zu dürfen. Alle sind persönlich und stylisch von der Besitzerin eingerichtet. Zudem ist die Anlage sehr sauber, Handtücher werden auf Wunsch täglich gewechselt. Der Pool ist schön gelegen mit bequemen Poolbeds. Es gibt ein kontinentales Frühstück mit einer guten Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

La struttura è ottima e in particolare lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile nei nostri confronti. Ci hanno effettuato un upgrade gratuito delle stanze e hanno accolto ogni nostra richiesta. Il giorno del check-out, inoltre, ci hanno permesso di tenere una delle camere fino a sera per poter sfruttare a pieno l'ultima giornata. Davvero fantastici, consigliatissimo!

The hotel is lovely, rooms were cleaned daily, the pool area is great - never had to fight for a sun-bed. It’s only a short walk downhill into town, the walk back up is a little more challenging but wouldn’t be an issue for most people. The owners and staff were so welcoming and kind, their little dog Sofie is adorable as well. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome accommodations, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is only a 15 minute walk to the city center (uphill on the way back up). The pool is beautiful and our balcony was very peaceful. Great breakfast to start the day. 10/10 highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights at Villa Konstantin and we loved it there. The location is just perfect - only 10 minutes to the center of the town. Our room was great, we had plenty of space and we really liked the greek decorations. The staff was really nice especially Jasmine who answered all of our questions :)

Breakfast was really nice but the only minus is that it was still the same food 4 days in a row. Some variety would help :)

Le personnel est adorable, à l’écoute et réactif l’accueil très personnalisé. Nous avions réservé une chambre en souplex et avons été surclassé car une chambre familiale avec cuisine était disponible : le rêve ! La piscine est très agréable et le petit déjeuner complet. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

L’hébergement est idéalement situé, entre le port (pour les ferry) et l’aéroport. En haut de la colline il permet d’avoir une magnitude vue sur la mer. Accès très rapide à la ville. La chambre était très mignonne et propre. Les petits dej étaient très variés et excellent. Le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute des voyageurs, proposition de louer une voiture, très à l’écoute. Et conseils pour visiter et les meilleurs restaurants Je recommande à 100%

Everything was great! The welcoming and helpful staff - even before starting the trip; the beautiful and quiet place on the hill with an amazing view of the sea, sunset and Chora! At checking in Sharon handed us a personalized map and explained clearly what to see, where and how. The room was spacious, very clean and cosy and had all the practical tools that we could need. Plenty and tasty options at the breakfast and very comfortable sunbeds in the pool area. Loved it!

The place is amazing. My room had a very nice terrace that overlooked the old town and provided amazing view of the sea. The sunset views are something. Sharon and Poppy made sure I had transportation from the port to the villa. They made sure I had a pleasant stay. They provided very useful informtion about the beaches around Mykonos and how to get there. Breakfast at the villa is very helpful. The villa is 15 min walk to the old town port where you will find a lot of food/dinning options. There is a supermarket about 10 min walk from the villa. Overall it was wonderful stay.
