Изключително местоположение, буквално на плажа е хотела. Много приятен хотел, посещавали сме го и преди. Храната в ресторанта е добра. Резервацията ни не включваше закуска по наше желание.

Чадърите на плажа не са достатъчно и трябва от рано да си заемеш място. Плажът не се почиства и шезлонгите са малко износени. Малко рано се заплаща цялата стойност на резервацията.

Unser Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick war schön und hell eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Klimaanlage, konnten aber auch zwei Fenster zum Durchzug öffnen. Vom Balkon hatten wir die Aussicht auf den Pool und die vielen parkenden Autos in der Seitenstraße. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker mit viel Obst und Gemüse und kleinen griechischen Spezialitäten. Der Strand ist flach abfallend und dadurch bei Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr beliebt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade mit vielen anderen Restaurants

Leider wird der Strand nicht besonders gepflegt. Es lag viel Plastikmüll, wie Strohhalme im Sand. Leider haben viele Gäste die Mülleimer nur gelegentlich genutzt, aber da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts für

La qualité de l’accueil et l’emplacement

I liked the staff, very nice, and it was really close to the beach. The room was ok, internet was fine also. Air conditioning was running good as well, privacy was also good (external blinds were doing a great job). We paid parking for just 2 days, because from September the parking was free.

The first room was wet and moldy, mainly because all bathrooms have walk-in shower, and the floor above was leaking (really leaking on the toilet bowl). Thanks to the staff, they changed the room, and the new one was ok. The hotel is nice, but the maintenance is not good there. Also, the beach even if is from the same hotel, needs to be paid separately (not all inclusive option unfortunately). Breakfast included was not good for us, and there is no variability also.

Excellent location, cleaning ladies are very polite.

Aircondition was smelling, the matresses were a disaster. How is it possible a summer hotel does not have window screens for the mosquitos and any other bug? We had to sleep with closed shutters and full air condition to keep them out. Not healthy at all. Charging for sunbeds and having minimum consumption when the season basically ended is just a ridiculous way to make some extra cash. It's evident that they need to invest more in upgrading the rooms.

Am avut apartament si una dintre camere nu a avut aer condiționat.

We returned for a second year. After this experience, we will never return again. We chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the beach and returned this year with our family, booking several rooms for 9 adults and our children. Unfortunately, our stay ended with our entire family checking out early because of the shockingly disrespectful behaviour of the hotel management. A misunderstanding arose regarding how our family members were distributed between the rooms we had already booked and paid for. There were no additional guests — we simply reorganised ourselves between our paid rooms, with a bed available for every adult. Instead of discussing the situation calmly, the management shouted at us in the lobby in front of other guests and repeatedly told us that we could not “do whatever we wanted in their house.” I tried to explain everything calmly and even asked for paper and a pen to write down each room and the number of guests staying in it. The manager snatched the paper from my hand, crumpled it and threw it on the floor. That was the moment we decided to leave. We were travelling with our family, children and parents, and there is absolutely no justification for treating paying guests in such an aggressive and humiliating manner. Apart from this unacceptable incident, the value for money is poor: the ground-floor triple rooms had a very strong damp/mould smell, some bathroom fixtures were defective, one bathroom ventilation fan did not work, and breakfast was extremely repetitive and disappointing. We tolerated all of those things. What we could not tolerate was being shouted at and humiliated when we were simply trying to have a calm conversation. We paid for our stay. We expected basic respect. Second year here — and definitely our last.

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, but there are a few areas that could be improved. One of the electrical sockets was not properly secured to the wall, and the bathroom hangers were loose and kept moving. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was a great advantage, and the breakfast was very good. However, please note that parking comes at an additional cost.

Персоналът е много мил и отзивчив. Хотелът стаите са чисти и добре обзаведени. Удобството да си на първа линия на плажа е най-големия плюс.

Хотела на плажа, има достаръчно чадъри стига да отидеш преди 10.00. Тръдно се паркира в района , но от хотела дадоха ключ за паркоместата на всички от компанията (8 стаи). Чисто на всеки 2 дни сменяха чаршафите. Ресторанта до плажа беше ОК, бара с напитките и персонала за плажа -отличен.

Sunt profund nemulțumit de condițiile oferite în cadrul acestui sejur. Ceea ce am primit nu a corespuns așteptărilor create de informațiile prezentate pe Booking.com la momentul rezervării. Camera și condițiile de cazare nu au corespuns celor pe care le-am avut în vedere atunci când am făcut rezervarea, iar situația șezlongurilor de pe plajă a fost, de asemenea, diferită de informația prezentată la rezervare. Am făcut rezervarea încă din luna ianuarie, tocmai pentru a beneficia de condițiile prezentate atunci. Pentru un sejur de 10 nopți, diferențele dintre ceea ce era prezentat și ceea ce am găsit efectiv au fost foarte dezamăgitoare și au afectat în mod semnificativ întreaga experiență. Consider că informațiile prezentate pe Booking.com trebuie să fie corecte și să reflecte fidel condițiile oferite în realitate. Din acest motiv, sunt total nemulțumit de raportul dintre ceea ce am rezervat și ceea ce am primit și consider că experiența nu a justificat așteptările create de oferta prezentată. În loc de cameră de 20 metri pătrați, am primit o cameră de 13.2 metri pătrați, în suprafața aceasta fiind incluse și baia, holul cu un dulap în care era un frigider mic, fără ușă la congelator! De asemenea, la plajă nici vorbă de șezlonguri gratuite! Cereau la barul aferent 20 de euro de șezlong, spunând că politica barului de care aparțineau șezlongurile și politica hotelului nu sunt aceleași, de parcă pe mine m-ar fi interesat politica, nu ceva pentru care am ales hotelul! Menționez că am avut camere în corpul din spatele piscinei, pentru cei care vor vrea să facă rezervare la hotel și care nu corespund deloc cu pozele afișate la prezentarea de pe Booking.com! „Consider această situație profund incorectă și sunt total nemulțumit de serviciile și condițiile oferite.”

Este hotel, nu resort. Putin haos, sunt masini peste tot. Mic dejun mediocru, sezlongurile din fata foarte inghesuite, si mai trebuie sa si platesti, piscina mica, doar pt copii. Statiunea este un sat de fapt cu o mica faleza.

Locație chiar lângă plajă, hotelul dispune de piscină proprie și restaurant. Mi-a plăcut faptul ca este foarte aproape de plaja, personal drăguț.

Când am ajuns, luminile din cameră nu functionau corespunzator, am fost la recepție și s-a rezolvat problema, Ulterior, iarăși licărea becul din hol. Curățenia e făcută peste ochi, tot timpul puneau doar un prosop , noi fiind un cuplu cu un copil.

Wir waren bereits zweimal hier und waren jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Perfekte Lage, moderne Ausstattung des Hotels, sehr leckeres Frühstück und besonders freundliches Personal. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr aufmerksam und sprachen Deutsch und Englisch. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Mi-au pus pe patul meu dublu două saltele de câte o persona, frigiderul este vechi baia și dușul nu au fost deloc comforte

I liked the fact that the hotel is practically on the beach. The terrace/balcony in every room is a plus. The staff is very helpful and everything in the village is walking distance.

The only thing I didnt like was that to take a shower, the whole bathroom floor gets wet.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα !!! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καλό με θέα την θάλασσα ακριβώς μπροστά όπως έλεγε στην περιγραφή. Λόγω παιδιού με ενδιέφερε πολύ να είμαι ακριβώς μπροστά σε όλα κ όντως όλα ήταν μπροστά μου, θάλασσα, ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, mini market,τα πάντα με τα πόδια.. το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο κ συγκεκριμένα τα κορίτσια στο housekeeping, υπέροχες με ένα χαμόγελο πάντα .. οι κυρίες στην ρεσεψιόν εξυπηρετικότατες, οι κυρίες στον μπουφέ υπέροχες, το παλικάρι το μικρό στο πρωινό ο σερβιτόρος κ τα παιδιά στο beach bar πολύ καλά κ ευγενικά !!! Το δωμάτιο ήταν κάθε μέρα καθαρό, το πρωινό αρκετά τίμιο κ το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο πολύ καλό σε ποιότητα !!! Θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα κ το συνιστώ σε όλους που θέλουν άνεση κ ποιότητα κ ιδιαίτερα για άτομα που έχουν οικογένεια με παιδιά!!

Το μόνο αρνητικό κατ εμέ είναι ότι οι ξαπλώστρες χρεώνονται σε θαμώνες του ξενοδοχείου πράγμα το οποίο δεν θα έπρεπε να γίνεται, θα έπρεπε απλά να έχουν σαν προϋπόθεση κατανάλωση σε ένα ρόφημα για κάθε άτομο... βέβαια απ' ότι είδα οι θαμώνες παίρνουν φαγητό από άλλα φαγάδικα pizza κλπ κ τα καταναλώνουν στο beach bar του ξενοδοχείου που κ αυτό δεν θα έπρεπε να επιτρέπεται κανονικά αλλά εφόσον φτιαχτεί πρώτα το οικονομικό κομμάτι στις ξαπλώστρες. Κ ένα έξτρα αρνητικό είναι το parking που χρεώνεται ανά μέρα .. ούτε αυτό θα έπρεπε να συμβαίνει.

Az elhelyezkedés csodálatos, közvetlenül a tengerparton. A reggeli kínálat nagyon széles, mindenki talál a fogára valót. Néhány perces sétával elérhetőek az élelmiszerboltok, éttermek, kávézók.

A reggeli 8-10-ig tartott, de volt egy úr, akinek az utasítására 10-kor percre pontosan lehúzták a rolót.

Eifaches Frühstück, aber ok. Gute Lage. Schöne Terrasse für Frühstück und Restaurant. Viele Oststäätler. Wir waren Exoten, aber eine Dame an der Rezeption sprach gut Deutsch. Wir waren zufrieden (preis/leistung war gut.)

Posizione vicino al Mare lettini compresi nel costo del soggiorno la colazione varia e di fronte a uno splendido mare personale gentile e disponibile nota di merito ci sono venuti a prendere scortandoci in una strada secondaria visto che causa incendio la polizia locale aveva bloccato la strada principale

Dimensioni camera per una tripla avrei desiderato più spazio e affaccio su strada piano terra con poca privacy letti non molto comodi e Wi-Fi che andava a intermittenza

L'hotel si trova sul lungomare si Siviri, in una bella posizione. Al mattino,la colazione è servita sulla terrazza vista mare. I servizi sono da quattro stelle. Buono anche il ristorante. Eccellente la pulizia.

Il dispenser della crema corpo lo metterei fuori dalla doccia.

Locatia excelenta, pe malul marii, foarte confortabil ptr cei care au copii ,curatenia in camere se facea zilnic, restaurantul foarte bun , mincarea diversificata, servirea foarte repede, iar d-nul Toma care a fost ospatarul nostru, un om deosebit care a fost atent la toate cerintele noastre, si nu au fost putine avind in vedere ca am fost un grup de 13 persoane. O sa mai revenim cu drag la aceasta locatie, cu siguranta.

Het beste van het hotel is absoluut het restaurant. Het eten was heerlijk en de service daar was goed.

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel in Siviri was deze keer helaas wat minder positief dan ik gewend ben. Ik kom hier al jarenlang terug, juist omdat de locatie mooi is en ik het hotel altijd prettig vond. De locatie is nog steeds mooi en het hotel is redelijk goed, maar de bedden waren deze keer echt veel te hard, waardoor ik niet comfortabel heb kunnen slapen. Wat ik ook erg jammer vond, is dat hotelgasten geen parasol konden krijgen omdat alle parasols bezet waren. Als betalende hotelgast verwacht je toch dat er voldoende plek en voorzieningen zijn.

Am petrecut 9 nopți la Siviris Golden Beach, dintre care 8 seri am servit cina la restaurantul Siviris, iar experiența noastră a fost una cu adevărat frumoasă, motiv pentru care consider că acest loc merită o apreciere sinceră. În primul rând, poziția hotelului este extraordinară. Amplasarea chiar lângă mare, atmosfera relaxată și priveliștea fac din acest hotel o alegere excelentă pentru o vacanță în Halkidiki. Este genul de loc în care te poți bucura cu adevărat de Grecia, de mare și de serile frumoase petrecute pe malul apei. Un mare plus îl reprezintă însă restaurantul hotelului, cu specific grecesc. În cele 8 cine servite aici pot spune că preparatele au fost excelente: gustoase, proaspete, foarte bine pregătite și servite impecabil. Bucătăria păstrează acel gust autentic grecesc pe care îl cauți atunci când vii în vacanță în Grecia, iar calitatea preparatelor ne-a făcut să revenim cu plăcere în fiecare seară. În mod special vreau să menționez șeful restaurantului, pentru că am fost surprinsă să citesc unele comentarii negative la adresa lui, comentarii care nu au absolut deloc legătură cu experiența pe care am avut-o noi. Din interacțiunile noastre, am cunoscut un om extraordinar de atent, politicos, implicat și profesionist, preocupat permanent ca oaspeții să fie mulțumiți. Am observat nu doar modul în care s-a comportat cu noi, ci și atenția pe care o acordă întregii activități a restaurantului și clienților săi. Consider că este important ca recenziile să reflecte experiențe reale și să nu afecteze pe nedrept imaginea unor oameni care își fac meseria cu seriozitate și respect față de turiști. În cazul nostru, servirea și atitudinea personalului, inclusiv a șefului de restaurant, au contribuit în mod esențial la experiența foarte plăcută pe care am avut-o aici.

Hotel molto curato, direttamente sulla spiaggia. Buona la colazione. Camera non molto spaziosa ma con balcone e silenziosa. Posizione ottima, sul mare, Siviri è molto carina e buona base per muoversi nei dintorni. Il ristorante dell’hotel a mio avviso è il migliore del villaggio, ottimi prezzi , tranquillo e splendido affaccio sul tramonto

Bagno piccolo. Servirebbe maggiore chiarezza sulle regole dell’utilizzo della spiaggia. In ogni caso ombrelloni , così come i posti auto, sono sottodimensionati rispetto al numero delle camere

Nu au avut locuri de parcare decât contracost (10euro/noapte); la șezlonguri trebuia să plătești chiar dacă stăteai la hotel (25euro 2sezlonguri și umbrela/ zi)

Otel denize sıfır, küçük bir havuzu var (15 ile 17 arası kapalı), otopark günlük 10€ isterseniz yola da bırakabilirsiniz akşamları yer oluyor. Önündeki plaj işletmecisi ayrı şemsiye başı 20€ ücreti var, kahvaltı Yunan usulü yeterli. Otelin restoranında da akşam yemeği yenebilir fiyatlar uygun ve deniz manzaralı masaları var. Odamız her gün 9 da temizlendi . Siviri bölgesi sakin ve civarda yeterli imkânlar mevcut.

Klima randımanlı çalışmadı.

Hotel foarte aproape de plaja, un mare avantaj este piscina. Curatenie zilnică. Plaja foarte curată si exista zona de prosop unde nu trebuie sa platesti si apusurile sunt minunate.

Camera este una mica , cu un frigider care face foarte mare galagie, mobila scârția, locurile de parcare foarte putine si cu greu gasesti unul in jurul hotelului si micul de jun a fost bun dar acelasi in fiecare dimineață si sincer dupa cateva zile te saturai sa mananci aceleași lucruri

È stato tutto bellissimo, la camera vista mare ci ha regalato bellissimi tramonti. Personale molto gentile, spero di poter tornare in futuro!

Korektna lokacija, lep smeštaj, koji ima sve što je potrebno za boravak.

Osoblje hotela ulazi u sobu kako kad hoće, tako da gotovo da nema privatnosti. Ne postoji ne uznemiravaj kartonska oznaka. Takođe, jedne noći nam je u 22h uveče u sobu uz jako lupanje upao menadžer hotela da proveri zašto se vrata kupatila teško zatvaraju, koji kvar su mu čistačice prijavile. Žena je uspavljivala dete i nismo hteli da otvaramo, a naročito zbog jakog i uznemiravajućeg lupanja. Čovek je na kraju sam otključao vrata i ušao. Takođe, iako nam je krevetac bio odobren, isti nije bio postavljen u sobu kad smo došli. Pronašli smo krevece u hodniku koji su bili puni prašine.

Very close to the beach. Staff was very friendly and hard-working. The food at the hotel’s restaurant is amazing.

Quite high overall prices. If breakfast is not included in your booking( which I unfortunately didn’t have), it will be quite expensive per person per day.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view from our room was absolutely spectacular.

The beach bed reservation system was very disorganized. The information provided by the hotel did not match the actual procedures at the beach, which created unnecessary confusion and frustration among guests. We would reserve our beach beds the day before, only to be told by the beach staff that they had no record of our reservation. I was also dissatisfied with the Wi-Fi service. I was unable to access the internet reliably during my stay, which was particularly inconvenient.

Micul dejun acelasi in fiecare zi. Locurile de parcare insuficiente dar peste toate acestea am trecut cu vederea datorita pozitionarii hotelului. In realitate cea mai mare problema este la restaurant unde sef de restaurant este un roman Alex care este sarit de pe fix. Arogant ,incult chiar prost , asta se vede si pe lipsa de clienti din restaurant unde desi mancarea este mai buna ca la restul restaurantelor din zona , Din 5 famili care am fost impreuna a reusit sa ne faca sa nu mai mergem la acel restaurant iar pe plaja uni ne au zis ca au aceasi problema cu personajul acela

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and the other friends of mine that have booked other 5 rooms felt the same. Also the pillows were very poor quality. The breakfast was also awful.

Близостта до плажа! Персоналът беше много любезен, настаниха ни много преди часа за настаняване! Стаите се почистваха всеки ден! Добра закуска :) Приятен гледка от балкона :)

Тройната супериорна стая беше доста малка за трима възрастни! Басейнът не беше много ок, ситните камъчета покриващи почти целият басейн са доста неприятни!

Хареса ми чистотата на стаите и това, че хотелът е на първа линия

Не ми хареса, че няма вода и кафе в стаите, както и че ти искат 20Е , за дс ти се запази шезлонг при условие, че имаш минимална консумация от 15Е. Също така закуската беше изключително неразнообразна

Mattress is was so uncomfortable . Parking is not free is 10€ per day and it is hotels property

Deniz kenarında olmadı ve denizin harika olması Oda gayet ferah ve temiz , çalışanlar güler yüzlü Otelin önünde tesis mevcut, etrafında pek çok restaurant var.

Kahvaltı biraz zayıf ama idare eder .

היה חסר מטבח קטן עם קומקום בחדר המשפחתי שנוכל להכין ארוחה קלה בין לבין. חדר מקלחת שקוף ומואר וזה מפריע לחדר המרכזי כשהם ישנים אם משתמשים בחדר שירותים. השירותים והמקלחת בחדר אחד וזה קצת צפוף עבור 4 מבוגרים היה צריך לבקש שיחליפו לנו מגבות וימלאו סבון שנגמר כי לא עשו את זה

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Cleaning every day. Good variety at breackfast. Clean pool. Very close to the beach, like 20-30m.

The pool floor and all around was made out of small pebbles, not a smooth surface. If you were not carefull, especially the kids, you could easily harm your toes. My kids scratched the toes a few times

Location was amazing, right in front of the beach and the staff was really nice with a smile on their faces. Breakfast was surprisingly well stocked given the size of the hotel and the guys at the beach bar did a great job taking care of us while we were at the beach. We will certainly be back next time we are in Halkidiki.

Can't really complain about anything, one thing was a bit annoying was the AC system with the door as it had a minor issue that if it wasn't closed in the right position, it would shut-off the AC, you had to put it right in the middle position and not touch the door but honestly this was just a small issue among all the great things the hotel has.
