Alkioni by the Sea Hotel

The location is excellent – definitely the strongest point of the hotel.

We booked two rooms at this hotel for two families – our family of four and our friends, a family of three. The reservation was made back in June, fully paid and non-refundable. Since we were travelling with two small children, I specifically looked for a room where a baby cot could be provided. This option was available for only one of the rooms, which was around €100 more expensive, probably because the room was larger or more suitable for a family with a baby. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not only small, but actually smaller than the room given to the family of three travelling with us. When I raised this issue at reception, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that there was no possibility of moving us to a larger room. I also asked why our room had cost significantly more, but received no clear explanation. Later, the only written response I received was that room prices can vary. Even more disappointing, the baby cot I had requested was never provided, despite the request being shown as “confirmed” in the reservation. The internet connection was extremely poor and practically unusable. The rooms were cleaned only about once every three days, and housekeeping usually came in the afternoon, exactly when the children were resting after the beach.

We generally liked our stay at the hotel. There were some inconveniences, such as the location of the air conditioner, which blew on the bed where the child was sleeping, and we could not use it (. Something was constantly broken in our room, the fan in the bathroom was never fixed, but everything else was repaired on time. A separate nuance is the parking lot, it is minimalistic, we have a large car and to get there was another quest, we scratched the car against a tree, when we asked to change parking, we were refused. The location is beyond doubt, impeccable, what could be better, you go out and immediately to the beach.

Actually, the room is too small for four.

Tesis temiz ve denize sifir guzel bir yer. Ozellikle temizlik ekibi cok iyiydi.

Tesiste cok buyuk bir park problemi var. Arabalar a yer olarak ustuste park edebileceginiz bir yer gosteriyorlar ve surekli birileri cikacagi icin gidip arabanizin yerini degistirmek zorunda kaliyorsunuz. Erken cikacaksaniz araba sahiplerini bulup arabalarini cektirmeniz gerekiyor. Bir gece geldik ve bize soylenen yere baskasi girmis ve yer kalmamis . Zaten etrafta da araba park edecek yer yok sokaklar dar. Arabayi mecburen kenara dogru yaklastirdik ve sabah kalktigimizda arabamiIn yani boydan boya derin olarak cizilmisti. Yonetime soyleyince bir dolu laf ediyorlar cozum uretmiyorlar, yani umurlarinda olmuyor. Park derdi olmasa harika bir tatil olacakti ama arabaylaysaniz buyuk dert.

Konum çok güzel, çalışanlar yardımsever ve fiyat performans anlamında gerçekten çok konforlu idi.

Lokasyonun merkezi olmasi sebebi ile gurultulu ve kalabalık bir lokasyonda idi . Park yeri icin pek yardimci olmadılar.Otelin yerleşimi ve bahçesi guzel idi sadece.Birde gun batimi .

We booked this hotel specifically because the Booking.com description explicitly stated that our room was on the ground floor with a private entrance. This was important to us as a family travelling with two small children (3 and 6 years old). Instead, upon arrival, we were given a room on the second floor, requiring several flights of stairs. When we complained, the hotel simply said it was “the same room” because the room name was the same. That completely misses the point, the location and private entrance were part of the description we booked based on. They made no effort whatsoever to help, offer an alternative, or compensate for the issue. The rest of the stay was also disappointing: poor cleaning, very loud/broken ventilation in the bathroom, dead, insects on the walls, and an extremely small bathroom. There wasn't even a mosquito net on the bedroom window. These are small things that could easily be fixed, but they say a lot about the level of care. The location and sea view are great, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. We travel frequently, and problems can happen anywhere. What matters is how a hotel handles them. In this case, the complete lack of care or willingness to find a solution was the most disappointing part. This is simply bad business and not how you build returning customers. Overall, a very poor experience. We will definitely not return.

Sve je bilo u redu, hotel je smešten na samoj plaži, ima sve što je potrebno za miran porodični odmor. Soba nam je gledala pravo na more i bila dovoljno velika za nas troje. Restoran ima ubedljivo najlepšu hladovinu u celom Siviriju.

A fost un sejur minunat, ne-a placut foarte mult faptul ca locatia este la mai putin de 1 minut de plaja, in apartament ni s-a facut curatenie in fiecare zi, apartamentul spatios si confortabil. Cu siguranta vom mai reveni.

Close to the beach

The size of the room. The description was changed after we reported the issue to reception. Our initial reservation showed a 36 m² room, but when we arrived, it was only 24 m². The reservation also showed two rooms, but we were given a studio instead. We notified the staff, and instead of properly addressing the issue, they changed the original room description on Booking.com. Also the room was above the kitchen and it was making a deep sound through the night and was heating the room extra. Not sure how you can rest well at night when the sound of ACs is nonstop.

Die Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft! Besteck nicht mal für 2 Personen, Geschirr das gleiche. 1 Topf viel zu groß, Pfanne zu klein. 3 Wochen sehr laute Nachbarn

На една крачка от морето. Чисто, уютно, удобно легло. Кухня с всички удобства и уреди за готвене за тези които обичат да си готвят храната в къщи! Любезен собственик и персонал!

Od celukopnog boravka najbolji je deo sa restoranom odnosno sa hladovinom u istom, ostalo je baš prosečno. Treba pohvaliti osoblje.

Smeštajna jedinica je prosečna, singl kreveti neudobni, roletne pokvarene, vrata od ormara isto pokvarena, u kupatilu ventilator radi ali je baš bučan, baterija na sudoperi pokvarena....

Alikoni by the see is an excellent apartment complex. The location is right on the beach, it is beautifully renovated, extremely well maintained, the employees are more than friendly and dedicated. The only complaint is the size of the apartment, especially the bathroom, but that probably can't be changed. This place is highly recommended.

Страхотно място за семейна почивка! Всичко е близо и това прави мястото много удобно за семейства с деца. Любезен домакин и персонал! Препоръчвам!

Denizi güzeldi

Şazlonglar 20 eur ücretli, yedikleriniz ücretten düşülüyor dediler, aynı yerde oturarak masada yedik diye ücretten düşmediler. Odada çok kutusu bile yok, oda eski ve bakımsız. Yan dairelerle balkonları dipdibe, birlikte oturuyorsunuz sanki. Otoparkı var fakat orasıda çok dar, şöför kapısını ancak 10 cm açarak inebildim.

We stayed at Alkioni with our family and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, right by the beach, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and ideal for families. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Дуже сподобалося розташування, близько до моря, гарні шезлонги з матрацами. Гарні та зручні номери, прибрання, заміна рушників щодня Кухня, де можна готувати дітям що завгодно, (великий супермаркет також є поряд) Смачна їжа, піцца з ресторану від готелю) також була доречна)

Не сподобалося, що інтернет на території ніби є, але користуватися ним не можливо Дуже повільний, часто обривається зв'язок. Через це неможна використовувати телевізор а номері, із існуючими в ньому мультимедійними платформами (Netflix, YouTube, тощо) Канали тільки місцеві, англомовних немає Тож, для мене телевізор був просто деталлю інтер'єру, без можливості використання.

Sajnos reggelit már nem adnak. Megkérdezték, hogy melyik emeleten szeretnék megszállni, megírtuk, hogy a földszinten, ehhez képest felraktak a másodikra egy 9 hónapos babával. A képek alapján egy káddal felszerelt fürdőszobás szobát kértünk, de itt is zuhany volt. Szeszon elejéhez képest elég zsúfolt volt minden.

I liked that it was close to the beach. I didn't like how the cleaning was done. The towels were changed only once even though I asked them to give me dry towels.. I didn't receive any.

Location is excellent, room is very clean and comfy. Nice family area, good for kids.

There is no mosquito net in the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is poorly equipped, there are not enough dishes.

Most of the staff were lovely, the location was good and the restaurant had delicious options!

Reception was not open and no one to contact in the morning so we had a struggle what to do when we had to leave early.

We liked the location. It was on the beach and we had a nice sea view.

The wifi was poor and with bad signal, the tv was small and doesn’t have netflix/hbo on it, the dishes in the kitchen were very old and you could see that they have been heavily used, the bathroom was very dark, the lightning was very poor

Great location. Clean hotel. Very comfortable beds and sufficient kitchenware in the kitchen.

The kitchen is missing a bin, a sponge, and dishwashing soap.

We stay at Alkioni 2-3 times a year. The hotel is perfectly located, the facilities are great, very nice host and kind people. We always enjoy our stay at Alkioni. The place is great for kids and families.

Die Lage zum Strand (50m) war super.

Die Unterkunft war dreckig, das Bad ist veraltet und schimmelig. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig gesäubert, der Boden wurde in 5 Tagen nicht gewischt. Hinzukommt dass wir eine Kakerlake auf dem Zimmer hatten. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig.
