The staff during our stay were very kind and accommodating. The view day and night was romantic, and beautiful. The bed, shower and other amenities were good. Breakfast was yogurt, honey, assortment of breads, egg cooked the way you choose, fruits. coffee or cappuccino. The town of Imerovigli on the caldera is the only place I would stay in Santorini. Lots of restaurants to choose from, a kiosk (convenience store) nearby, and not overcrowded like Oia and Fira. Highly recommend.

If you have problems with stairs this is not the hotel to choose.

Posizione ottima a pochi minuti dal centro di Fira, buona colazione servita ogni mattina direttamente sul terrazzino in camera. Camera accogliente, pulita e sempre ben ordinata. Personale gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Punto di forza sicuramente la vista al tramonto, visibile comodamente stando in vasca idromassaggio, un vero relax mentale e fisico.

The location of the hotel is superb, the view is breathtaking and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Perfect spot for enjoying the beautiful sunsets of Santorini. Mini market is on the opposite side of the road. Would definitely reserve again.

The water in the pool was freezing, could not spend more than 5 mins in it. At the same time, the water coming from the shower was boiling hot. Breakfast was okay - though you have to reserve a time slot in which it will be served, and you can only choose from the ones left on the list. No pool bar. Room, towels and linen all felt a bit damp and musty. The matress was too soft for us. Overall condition of the hotel could be more well-kept, eg sunbeds and umbrellas could use a fix up.

Alcuni aspetti potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere il soggiorno all’altezza delle aspettative. Entrambe le sedie esterne erano rotte e riparate con lo scotch, cosa che stona un po’ considerando il livello e il prezzo della struttura. Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola avevano un forte odore di candeggina/umido e anche l’armadio aveva un odore di umidità piuttosto intenso, tanto da renderlo praticamente inutilizzabile. Il bagno, non avendo una finestra, rimaneva inoltre molto umido. Infine, avevamo scelto questa suite anche per la presenza dell’idromassaggio, ma purtroppo l’acqua è rimasta sempre piuttosto fredda e non siamo riusciti a utilizzarlo come avremmo voluto.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig, aber das wird wohl auch bei vielen anderen Hotels auf Santorini so sein.

The place is amazing. It's located on a cliff. It has amazing sunset view. You can sit in your balcony and enjoy the view while having dinner. Room also offers 2 hot-tubs. There are many restaurants nearby. Location is near the center and easy to move to anywhere from here.

The place is a bit worn, it could use a bit of better maintenance. Bathroom don't have great ventilation, having ventilator would help.

My stay at Above Blue Suites in Santorini was truly unforgettable. The breathtaking views of the caldera are every bit as spectacular as the photos, but what made this experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. The water in the hot tub in the room is not warm/hot. This was disappointing as we could not use it at all

Room and view was great. So close to Fira to Oia walk, allowing you hike the walk easily.

Teapot is plastic. Nowadays we all know how terrible is to use plastic in hot or freezing temperatures, please replace the teapots for coffee and tea.

L’acqua della vasca idromassaggio nel nostro bagno non aveva una temperatura ottimale. Dalla porta di entrata al mattino entrava la luce del sole

Posizione perfetta, panorama stupendo, assolutamente da consigliare e sicuramente ci ritornerei. Molto bella la colazione in camera, anche se il nostro terrazzo aveva un vetro che da seduto non ti permetteva di godere pienamente della magnifica vista sulla caldera. Ma in assoluto è stato un bellissimo soggiorno.

Migliorabile la colazione, avrei preferito la possibilità di scegliere da un menù, maggiore scelta di prodotti sia dolci che salati.

Beautiful property. Private balcony with plunge pool and caldera view. Beautiful spacious suite. Breakfast brought to the room every morning. Perfect location in uncrowded inerovigli right on the walking path and right below a mini mart.

The only thing was the breakfast a couple of the days were a little later than we would have liked. They give you a time and can’t bring everyone’s breakfast all at once so on our first day there we didn’t get breakfast til 10. But the other days we were able to tell them when we wanted it so it worked well those days.

Hotel mit Potential nach oben. Das Konzept ist toll. Die Lage passt grundsätzlich auch gut. Bei der Technik gibts Aufholungsbedarf und auch beim Frühstück.

Wir hatten die Harmony Suite. Diese ist direkt vor dem Gehweg platziert jeder sieht rein. Was uns aber viel mehr störte war, dass unter uns die Küche ist. In der ersten Nacht haben dort Techniker bis 02:00 in der Früh gebohrt und geschraubt. Uns ist bewusst dass manche Probleme schnell behoben werden müssen. aber nicht auf Kosten des Schlafes. Dieser ist mir heilig. Als ich das der Rezeption meldete kam lediglich die Rückmeldung "Es tut ihnen Leid, das ist halt so auf Santorini bei alten Gebäuden". Als Hotelmanager kann man hier ruhig etwas anbieten als Kompensation. Ein kleiner Obstkorb oder so und die Sache ist gegessen. Die Dusche funktionierte nur zur Hälfte der Handschlauch war defekt. Ebenso war das Licht des Whirlpools defekt Frühstück hat verbesserungsbedarf. Das frische Obst wirkte nicht sehr frisch und das Frühstück wirkt sehr basic. Könnte etwas schöner angerichtet sein.

What a location! The best sunsets on the island! Far better than Oia with your own front row seat with no crowds and a stunning view of the caldera,its islands and the surrounding islands! The Pearl room was cozy but spacious enough for a couple ,spacious private terrace, right next to the pool. The sunloungers were always free and we nesrly always alone. The staff are so friendly and accommodating!

What an amazing stay! The location couldn’t have been better, and the rooms were absolutely fantastic—clean, comfortable, and so well cared for. Breakfast was delicious every morning and really set us up for the day. Huge shoutout to George for going above and beyond to help us plan our excursions and for being so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He truly made a difference! We loved every moment and would happily stay again!”

I went with a friend and we had two rooms. The view was great.

The hotel is very good. The hotel staff is very gentle! The breakfast was wonderful, and it was carried to the room. The jacuzzi in the suite was wonderful.

I had a problem with the clothes. I used the hotel's laundry service, and all my clothes were wet when I arrived in the room. Therefore, I had several problems drying my clothes. However, the hotel did not charge me for the laundry service.

The location was perfect overlooking the Caldera and a side view of Skaros rock. I traveled with a friend who had a separate room. Mine was the Pearl which is a good room for one person. The Felicity would be good for two people. Nevertheless, I was able to have an in-room massage, it was a tight fit for the table, Breakfast was delicious and the staff George and Samantha were fabulous. The breakfast ham/cheese sandwiches made good lunches. The yogurt and honey very tasty and scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked. All the support staff were great and thorough in the cleaning and friendly. I felt like I was staying with friends versus a hotel. I cannot say enough about the views in the morning and evening when eating breakfast or unwinding from a full day of sightseeing. On the pathway between Fira and Oia. To get the view you do have steps, but we were on the 2nd level down with a small public pool area. That was relatively empty as I was the only one swimming as the water was "refreshing" in early May. The hotel arranged a Taxi from pickup from the airport. The location is also very close to a grocery store and convivence store. It was walkable into town for restaurants. I enjoyed Mama Lena to eat. You can get delivery to your room. I really cannot say enough nice things about the location, helpfulness of staff, and views. I didn't visit exo Gialos beach but my friend did.

One of the standout features for us was the included breakfast, served daily via in-room service directly on our suite’s private terrace at whatever time we chose. No rushing to a crowded buffet, this was personalized. Pairing it with our morning coffee while gazing over the volcano and endless blue sea was unforgettable. It became our favorite daily ritual that set the perfect tone for each day. The pool offered us another stunning perch for lounging with caldera vistas. The staff elevated everything. They anticipated our needs with genuine warmth and professionalism, Cleanliness was impeccable, with daily turn-downs and attention to every detail. Above Blue Suites with its prime location, impeccable service, and thoughtful luxury, it’s a place we would return to in a heartbeat. We loved the view, Samanthe and George were great front office people. The employee who delivered our breakfasts on the cold and windy days, was awesome! Carrying a huge tray, Loaded with food and drink and staying upright, with a smile on his face, was a sight to see! Thank you

We stayed in Moonlit suite one night and it was amazing / we had arrived one day early and were lucky enough to get this room, so we didn’t have to move hotels - however, on seeing the initial room we had booked, Heaven suite (thinking we had gone up, Not down, judging by name) the next day, Was a shock - it was tiny, the bathroom smelt, the front door jammed and the cupboard smelled mouldy. The spa was cold and on seeing this, we asked if we could move back to the other suite, and pay the difference, but apparently, this was not available.

J'avais quelques réticences lors de la réservation au vu de certains commentaires récents assez négatifs, et pourtant nous avons passé un AGRÉABLE SÉJOUR au sein de cet hôtel. Accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. La chambre (Charm Suite) est spacieuse, bien équipée et bénéficie d'un bon emplacement. Malgré le chemin de passage juste devant, on est rehaussé de quelques marches donc pratiquement pas de vis à vis. Petit déjeuner complet et copieux. Ménage fait tout les jours, serviettes remplacée quotidiennement. Il y a des serviettes de toilette et des serviettes de piscine, ainsi que gel douche et shampoing... rien besoin d'amener. Je recommande !

Dommage que les lumières du bain à remous ne fonctionnent pas, ça perd un peu de son charme le soir. Les œufs du petit dejeuner étaient un peu trop salés.

While the views offered are exceptional, the room itself is in a state of disrepair due to insufficient maintenance. Although the housekeeping staff maintains cleanliness, various sections of the room emit distinct, unpleasant odors. The restroom, in particular, had an odor reminiscent of a public facility. The indoor jacuzzi area had a stagnant, aged water smell, and the room's overall condition was poor. Both the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis provided only cold water, with no option for temperature adjustment as they are centrally controlled. Due to these unsatisfactory conditions, I vacated the room two days prior to my scheduled departure without a refund and relocated to the ORama Hotel in Santorini.

The view was absolutely stunning. The staff was very friendly and polite. The neighborhood was quiet.

We booked the large golden suite specifically for the outdoor hot tub but it was not hot and the jets did not function properly. The indoor hot tub was very musty smelling and down right cold so we did not use.

¡Un lugar espectacular! La vista a la caldera, céntrico, sin tanta afluencia como en Oia. Un sitio con privacidad, comodidad, servicio invaluable, impecable la limpieza, la calidad. El desayuno servido a un horario escogido en nuestra terraza, etc etc etc. Yiorgos el manager, una persona amable, servicial y dispuesta a ayudar en todo para que la estancia fuera inolvidable; así como lo dijo el, nuestro nuevo amigo griego :)

Beautiful views and very clean. The staff, especially Mina and Stefanos are so kind and helpful. A lot of food for breakfast. They bring your breakfast to your room every morning and you get to eat and watch the beautiful views.

Sometimes it was noisy when people would move furniture in another room or if the wind is really high. The Jacuzzi’s and swimming pool are cold so you don’t really use them. They just look pretty. For the price I could not complain because the view more than made up for it! These are all views from my room.
