Die Lage war toll und das Zimmer gut ausgestattet, wir haben jeden Tag frisches Wasser erhalten

Das Frühstück war weniger vielfältig und auch nicht so lecker. Abgesehen von der Rezeption war das Personal eher unbeteiligt und nicht ausgesprochen freundlich.

è la seconda volta che soggiorno all'Akra Suites e sono molto soddisfatta, ci tornerei ancora e ancora! La struttura è bellissima e tenuta bene, camera pulita spaziosa e silenziosa (abbiamo anche ricevuto un upgrade gratuito), la posizione è ottimale per visitare Santorini e apprezzare la bellezza di Imerovigli e della caldera. Il personale alla Reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno dato supporto anche per il noleggio dello scooter, e ci hanno dato la possibilità di usare il bagno e la doccia di appoggio dopo il check out. Davvero tutto fantastico!

La posizione è meravigliosa, con una bellissima vista sulla caldera. Molto bella la terrazza della colazione, che aveva un buffet vario e prevedeva la possibilità di ordinare alcuni piatti a la carte.

L' acqua della Jacuzzi era fredda e rendeva poco piacevole l'immersione. Il pavimento del bagno in resina era molto pericoloso quando si bagnava.

The property was very clean, room was very spacious and modern l. The restaurant was great we had breakfast every morning we were there and really enjoyed.the spa was amazing, the therapist was knowledgeable and delivered a great treatment.

The indoor jet pool was not as clean so didn’t get to use it.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir l’île, le village d’imerovigli a été notre endroit préféré de l’île. La vue est incroyable, nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Nous avions une grande chambre avec bain à remous et vue sur la caldeira, elle était très agréable. La piscine est également très sympa.

L’esmorzar té molt poca varietat i és petit. No val la pena pagar per la piscina/hidromasatge a l’habitació, doncs és minúscula i et veu tothom. Tampoc per habitació amb vistes, doncs ja les té tot l’hotel.

While the overall stay at Akra Suites Santorini was enjoyable, the breakfast experience could have been better. The selection was somewhat limited, and there were not many choices available each day. As a vegetarian, I found the options particularly restricted, with few variety choices compared to what might be expected from a luxury property. Expanding the breakfast menu and offering more vegetarian-friendly dishes would greatly enhance the guest experience.

It was a clean beautifully landscaped stay, room & pool area… though not much privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. Nice to stroll around taking pictures, breakfast was great, workers friendly!

Beautiful, clean, friendly place but I was glad I did not book a room with an outside hot tub as there is not much privacy with most of them. The pedestrian walkway is right out front so if you’re at the pool everyone walking by can see you. Worth mentioning if you want privacy but seems common in most parts of Santorini. The very small frig provided was full of “for sale” drinks which I would have preferred to buy/stock my own but not much room to do so.

We were absolutely lovwd our stay at Akra Suites. From the friendly staff, stunning views, and beautifully designed rooms to the perfect location in Imerovigli. Everything was seamless and made us feel truly special.

The staff was really friendly and helpful with everything that we needed. They helped us organize a private transfer to and from the airport, get us a rental car delivered directly to the hotel. Helped with carrying the luggage to the transfer from the hotel. The breakfast was nice, not much to choose from but the extra dishses they can make on demand are great. If you're staying for 2-3 nights the food selection will be okay. The staff was also really accomodating providing us an early check-in since the room was already ready on the day of our arrival.

Well there are many things I would like to point out. First one is price/performance, the deluxe suite with outdoor jetted tub is definetly not worth it. If you ask me you should just book the cheapest room they have, because you can enjoy the Caldera view from either the pool or bar/restaurant from the hotel and the location is very nice so you can also go for a walk around the area and see a lot. The jetted outdoor tub is cold so not worth the money to have this room. You can book the rooms directly on their website it will be cheaper than here on booking. It states 24 hour front desk, well it's open from 7.30 to 00.00 for the rest they have an emergency contact if anything happens. It was a bit annoying for us as we arrived 6.40 and they didn't work yet (but one of the staff members was already at the hotel at the time and she let us in to the reception to leave our luggage so we could go around to a nearby bar for morning coffee).

Everything!!! The location is perfection! Unbelievable view, but just far enough from Thira and the crowds that it was quiet and peaceful. The property is stunning and pristine.

The location of Akra suites was great, easy to get around and quieter than the capital Fira. Quick walk to lovely restaurants and sunsets.

Although the location was great, and the room was a good size with a balcony and plunge pool, the room wasn't very clean, we arrived barely and they let us have the room early but I was expecting it to be cleaned the next day, and it wasn't really, just bed made not actually cleaned. There isn't anywhere pack or store suitcases in room either. The breakfast was okay but the staff didn't seem to be very happy. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. We liked the location but wouldn't particularly return to Akra suites.

Ulkoporealtaalle paistoi vain aamuisin aurinko )oli eri puolella terassia) ja se vesi oli aika kylmää.

The property exceeded our expectation. The location is good, the property (pool, bar, jetted tub, wine cellar) were exceptional. The views from the pool and restaurant are beautiful. The staff is helpful and pays attention to detail.

I stayed here in august 2025 and unfortunately had a terrible experience. My room was infested with bedbugs. I was bitten all over my body, suffered from severe itching and swelling during my entire trip, and my holiday was ruined. When I returned home, my condition worsened to the point where I had to visit a doctor. I now have a medical report and expenses directly related to this problem. Although I raised this issue, I was only moved to another room at the very end of my stay – far too late. The lack of hygiene and proper response from the hotel is shocking. This was not just uncomfortable, it was a serious health risk. The fact that no proper compensation was offered is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property until they take responsibility and ensure proper hygiene standards.

Perfekter Aufenthalt – rundum zufrieden! Ich hatte einen rundum grossartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche Personal . Vom Empfang bis zum Zimmerservice wurde ich durchweg herzlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft grossgeschrieben wird! Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, ideal für Erkundungstouren und gleichzeitig entspannte Abende. Der Service ist absolut top. Auf Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen, und das gesamte Team ist stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es sind die kleinen, aufmerksamen Gesten, die den Unterschied machen.

Das Hotel hat durchaus seine positiven Seiten – insbesondere das sehr freundliche Personal und die gute Lage – allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Wir hatten eine Deluxe Suite mit Caldera View gebucht und dafür auch einen höheren Preis bezahlt. Leider lag unser Whirlpool jedoch nicht auf der Caldera-Seite, was sehr enttäuschend war und nicht dem entsprach, was wir erwartet hatten. Auch das Bett war sehr klein und eng, für eine Suite dieser Kategorie definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die Pool-Situation vom Gemeinschaftspool: Es gab nur zwei richtige Liegen am Pool. Am Abreisetag mussten wir lange warten, bis wir überhaupt einen Platz bekommen haben – sehr unpraktisch, gerade wenn man vor der Heimreise noch etwas entspannen möchte.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένο με μίνιμαλ αισθητική. Μας άρεσε πολύ ο χώρος της πισίνας και το μπαρ. Είχε μουσική και μπορούσες να χαλαρώσεις και να περάσεις όμορφα την ώρα μέσα στο κατάλυμα. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, φιλικό και ευγενέστατο, ειδικά η κυρία που καθάριζε τα δωμάτια και τα παιδιά στο μπαρ.

Les espaces communs de l'hotel. Superbes Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner, surplombant la caldeira. Vue absolument sublime. Le personnel, très courtois. L'emplacement dans les rues piétonnes et dans la ville. Accès à des boutiques et restos, pratiques. Accès à pied à un loueur de quads

La chambre : état désastreux des peintures, sol, marques partout. Alors que la peinture du sol à l'extérieur de la chambre ressemble à un miroir. Déprimant et limite insultant pour le client. Propreté en arrivant : ménage fait mais des poils partout. On a dû rappeler les personnels. Au lieu de faire amende honorable, on nous explique que les dépôts de calcaire dans la salle de bains, ce n'est pas de la saleté. Publicité pour la chambre mensongère : sur les photos de la chambre avec vue sur la caldeira, l'une des chambres fait 25m2 avec une alcove, l'autre, la nôtre, en faisait 18. Chambre très bruyante avec un bloc de clim toute la nuit, plus les bruits de la chambre voisine. Tapis défraichi. Matelas aussi. J'ai envoyé ces commentaires à l'hôtel directement il y a 2 mois, restés sans réponse. J'ai eu la correction de vous donner l'occasion de répondre avant de poser des commentaires ici. Petit déjeuner : de bonne qualité mais très petit, peu d'options pour les régimes spéciaux (sans gluten, lactose) pas rechargé correctement, à 10h30 plats vides. Je connais beaucoup d'hotels 4 ou 5 étoiles, là on est sur du 3 étoiles côté confort, 5 étoiles pour le prix. Pour la vue et la position absolument extraordinaire. D'autres locataires avec qui nous avons échangé avant le départ nous ont partagé cette même déception d'entrer dans une chambre défraichie, pas à la hauteur de la publicité et de l'extérieur.

Simplemente perfecto. El hotel está en una zona tranquila en Imerovigli pero tienes oferta de ocio y Fira al lado. El hotel es perfecto y superó nuestras expectativas. Tiene unas vistas increíbles, la habitación era amplia y estaba impecable, el desayuno muy bueno, la piscina muy agradable y el personal de recepción son muy simpáticos. Nos movimos en coche de alquiler y aunque el hotel no tiene parking tienes posibilidades de aparcamiento gratis a pocos minutos. Santorini es una maravilla y si algún día vuelvo repetiré en este hotel.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite. The view of Caldera is absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sunset go down on the private balcony with heated hot tub was the perfect way to end each day. The bathroom is spacious with really nice Apivita range of hygiene products. The location is great, mini marts, ATM, pharmacy, coffee shops/restaurants are all on the road behind hotel. We were greeted by Kon who made us feel very welcomed & provided us with lots of info and carried our luggage’s up to rooms. The hotel also arranged us transfers to/from airport and had our luggage completely taken care of and delivered/taken from our room. We didn’t have to lift a finger. The pool was perfect temperature, and has a fantastic built in sun bed and seating/spa jets. The day beds, lounges and towels/umbrellas around the pool are awesome, and the plants and landscaping are just beautiful!! I literally spent all day at the pool just relaxing and swimming. Our cleaning lady (Fotina) was a lovely person. She was such a hard worker and made us smile, and nothing was too much for her. Overall the property was absolutely spotless. The hotel floors are mopped constantly and nothing is out of place. The surrounds really are pristine and well cared for. The breakfast Al a cart was excellent, and there was a side buffet which was sufficient. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Few minor improvements, which would have just made our stay even better would be: - No kettle or iron in room. - The bed (my side) mattress had a huge dip and was fairly noticeable. - Would be good if QR codes around the pool for easy access to order drinks. - Toaster in the breakfast buffet would be handy. However, the above did not affect our overall experience, enjoyment & recommendation of the hotel.

+ La zona en la que está ubicado. Imerovigli es de los mejores sitios donde te puedes quedar sin que esté masificado de gente. + También la zona común del hotel es fantástica con la piscina y los colchones. + Las vistas son muy bonitas pero depende la habitación. Si te toca delante de la caseta de los desayunos, tiene vistas pero no del todo bonitas.

- Nula variedad en los desayunos, había muy poca cosa, todos los días lo mismo y encima no hay tostadora… - La limpieza de las habitaciones deja que desear, siempre nos encontrábamos algo de suciedad en la mesa, incluso algo que se nos cayó sin darnos cuenta siguió ahí todo el día hasta el volvimos a la habitación. La limpieza de las zonas comunes eso sí un 10. La piscina estaba impoluta. - Al baño le falta una balda debajo de la pila para dejar tus cremas etc, mucho espacio sin utilidad. También en el baño en nuestra habitación fallaba la taza del wc, la levantabas y se caía automáticamente. No había manera de dejarla arriba. - No nos revisaron los geles ni amenities del baño. Teníamos que pedir jabón de manos y el último día nos quedamos sin gel de ducha. - Por último creo que faltaría algún pequeño armario para la habitación ya que al menos en nuestra habitación solo había barra para colgar la ropa. - A modo de sugerencia pero que creo que es importante es que con lo que cuesta cada noche y la cantidad de turistas de todos los países que se alojan se debería de cambiar las TV y poner Smart TV (a día de hoy valen muy poco dinero)

Non mi è piaciuto che la camera “con vista” in realtà non avesse la vista, dovevi uscire dalla camera per poterla vedere.

Falta de envio da localização por parte da equipe do hotel de onde está o próprio hotel. Não tem placa onde é a recepção. Tem que sair entrando e procurando tudo. Se você não sai procurando antes, difícil achar sem conhecer o local.

Our stay was a truly wonderful experience! The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we needed. Bars & restaurant just next the hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Good stay for a romantic getaway. We did 3 nights, location was ideal and the view was amazing. Very walkable to everything you need. Breakfast buffet was delicious everyday, lots of variety. Highly recommend doing a catamaran excursion as well!

Individual tubs are not heated and not private. The spa was underwhelming, you can skip it.

El lugar espectacular, super limpio, tal cual como en las fotos, todo muy bien cuidado, la piscina maravillosa con unas vistas espectaculares, el sitio no queda en primera linea de de la caldera, pero no es necesario porque tienes la caldera enfrente. Es fascinante y hay un monton de restaurantes y lugares lindos para tomarse fotos, , la habitacion tambien estuvo genial y bien equipada, SUPER RECOMENDADO

El Jacuzzi dentro de la habitacion estaba frio, y el personal es bastante serio, pero bueno eso no quita la buena experiencia que tuvimos

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views and great facilities. Breakfast is very good, the spa is excellent and the pool is lovely. There are several excellent restaurants and bars within metres of the property. The village is peaceful and quiet compared with the rest of Santorini, although not great if you are looking to go shopping.

The room could have been improved by providing a rail to hang your towels. Also, although a coffee maker is provided, a kettle is not. We would have liked to make some herbal tea. The places to lounge by the pool are limited and we found that some couples would claim their spot for the day, leaving few options for others. We used the spa, but were turned off the hamman because of the cost -50 euro for 30 minutes. This does not provide sufficient time to use the facilities and relax.

The location was great and the view spectacular. There were lots of nice restaurants with beautiful views. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great with an exceptional view. Overall wonderful stay.

Eigentlich nur die Aussicht.

Unser Outdoor Jetted Tub wurde zwei Tage lang nicht gereinigt. Am ersten Tag, wo wir angekommen sind wars auch dreckig. Es waren Käfer und Bienen im Wasser. Das Personal an der Bar bzw. Restaurant konnte nichtmal Grüßen. Für den Preis lohnt es sich nicht, im badezimmer gab es schimmel. Da ereartet man sich schon was anderes. frühstück schlexhte Auswahl Scrumbles eggs haben nach Sausages geschmeckt.

Tout était parfait! Le personnel était tellement gentil, le dejeuner le matin incroyable ! Les chambres je n’ai rien à dire puisque c’était exceptionnel. Je reviendrais ça c’est sur!

A localização em Imerovigli foi o ponto mais positivo. Muitos restaurantes no entorno do hotel e supermercados. Fácil acesso à Fira, de onde se pode pegar ônibus para vários pontos da ilha gastando pouco em transporte ( 2 Euros a passagem). Os ônibus são de viagem com ar condicionado e confortáveis. Fomos a Oia, Perissa, Perivoulos, Kamari e outras praias.
