Breakfast was good and the view was amazing from our balcony.

The air conditioning in the room did not work correctly. We had staff check it and they said it was working properly. (It was not). We were hot all night which is not acceptable for a suite costing $250+ USD/night.

Chambre vieillotte. L’hôtel est en travaux… c’est un chantier. La piscine n’était pas propre eau trouble et pas entretenue ( lumières arrachées et posées sur le côté) Petit déjeuner identique tous les jours

Taverna con vista sul mare e su un tramonto sempre spettacolare. L’offerta per pranzo e cena è ottima. Piscina accogliente con sunbeds e ombrelloni. La nostra camera non era grande ma sicuramente accogliente.

Absolut traumhaft, idyllische Lage. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, Nähe zum Strand, aber auch mal einen Pool genießen will, ist hier richtig. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, atemberaubender Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es eine Nespresso-Maschine und die Kapseln werden täglich aufgefüllt. Ich konnte nachts sogar ohne Klimaanlage bei offenem Fenster und Meeresbrise schlafen. Das Frühstück ist okay, griechisch, einfach.

Ich hatte ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer mit einem sehr alten, knarzenden Bett, das außerdem sehr klein war. Die Einzelbetten ließen sich nicht zusammenschieben. Für eine Person war das Zimmer samt Bad ausreichend, für zwei Personen aber viel zu klein. Leider erhalten nur Gäste der neueren Zimmer Poolhandtücher. Am Poolbereich sollten Mülleimer aufgestellt werden, sodass Strohhalme oder sonstiger Müll nicht im Gras herumliegen. Der Pool könnte etwas sauberer und wärmer sein.

Struttura molto bella al di fuori, ci saranno sicuramente delle camere molte belle (le suite), anche la piscina con l’angolo bar mi è piaciuta. Al ristorante si mangia molto bene e i camerieri sono tutti cordiali e anche la signora Niki che si occupa della colazione al mattino è estremamente gentile.

Non mi è piaciuto che abbiamo ricevuto una camera super standard tripla e noi avevamo prenotato una stanza per due persone. Inoltre non era del tutto pulita. All’arrivo ho ricevuto uno degli asciugamani per la doccia sporchi, ho avuto come la sensazione che la camera non fosse stata aperta da un po’. La luce che avrebbe dovuto illuminare la stanza si stava per fulminare quindi quando l’accendevo non faceva luce ma andava solo a scatti. Mi dispiace ma queste cose hanno reso il mio arrivo un po’ brutto e non piacevole. Credo che sia opportuno concentrarsi sulle suite e renderle bellissime ma è anche giusto migliorare le camere standard e renderle più confortevoli e a livello della struttura che è bellissima.

La situation de l’hôtel avec une vue époustouflante, la piscine et le petit déjeuner.

L’accueil peu souriant mise à part les femmes de ménage. La terrasse tout en longueur, très étroite et donc peu confortable.

Totul a fost perfect

Abbiamo soggiornato cinque notti in questo hotel, alla fine del nostro viaggio itinerante sull'isola. L' hotel gode di una posizione meravigliosa sulla spiaggia di Falasarna, raggiungibile a piedi, l' hotel dispone di parcheggio privato molto comodo. Camere grandi, moderne e arredate con gusto. Letti comodi. Colazione buona. Abbiamo anche cenato diverse sere alla loro taverna, cucina ottima, prezzi onestissimi e gli ospiti dell' hotel hanno un 10% di sconto. Il panorama è spettacolare. Dopo una giornata di mare ci si può riposare con un tuffo in piscina e attendere il tramonto. L' hotel è ancora in fase di ingrandimento, ha un' ala in costruzione per nuove camere e altri servizi. Nonostante tutto però ha una dimensione perfetta. Non troppo invasiva. Molto silenzioso. Il personale si è rivelato gentile e disponibile sempre. A fine vacanza abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio lavanderia a pagamento. Nel complesso una scelta azzeccata che mi sento di consigliare e dove spero di poter tornare.

La posizione a 2 minuti da una spiaggia bellissima. La colazione varia.

La camera classica ha bisogno di una rimodernata.

Wonderful position to see Falasarna breathtaking sunsets, either from the room, from the pool or from the dinner table. Walking distance to one of Crete's most beautiful beaches. The Taverna of the hotel is one of the best in the zone, no need to move after a long beach day. Staff super friendly and caring.

Ubicación increíble. Habitaciones nuevas, preciosas, camas super cómodas. Nos gustó tanto que ampliamos una noche más. Cenamos 2 noches en el restaurante y estaba todo delicioso y muy bien de precio.

Modern room, clean and comfortable bed. 3 min walking from the beach. Decent breakfast and very nice staff.

The middle part in construction. There was no noise because they were obviously in pause for the summer but you have to walk on rusty nails n your way to your room and be careful for your child not to get near it. The pool needs some renovation

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber mit freundliche Personal. Schöne Badezimmer und sehr bequemes Betten. Tolle Lage. Ist zu Weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

The staff, reception, restaurant, location, view, and cleanliness were exceptional. We rented the economy room, which was dated but a good value for the price (€120 per night in peak season). Good breakfast and espesso machine in the room. Overall, it was a magnificent experience. Thank you to the staff and management ❤️. We will come back. 😊

The mattress was a bit poor for my standards. The pool was a good size, with little to no chlorine smell, though there was some sand on the bottom. Room could have towels for the pool and liquid hand soap instead of bar soap.

Stanza un po' piccola, bagno piccolo

Bliskość do pięknej plaży, otoczenie gajami oliwnymi, piękny widok na może z balkonu, cisza i spokój. Czyste i nowoczesne duże pokoje codziennie dokładnie sprzątane z wymianą ręczników i pościeli. Plusem było codzienne dokładane kapsułki z kawą do ekspresu. Restauracja hotelowa z pięknym widokiem na morze.

Monotonność śniadań, codziennie były takie same. Basen hotelowy wydawał się brudny i zaniedbany, obsługa w restauracji nie była zbyt miła (Panie od sprzątania pokoi były bardzo miłe). Klimatyzacja pomimo ustawienia na najcichszy tryb była głośna, wymaga chyba regulacji.

L’emplacement, très beau coucher de soleil. Le restaurant est bien, 10% de remise aux clients de l’hôtel. La piscine est agréable.

La literie un peu trop molle à notre goût et 2 matelas collés pour le King size. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans surprise. Un des bâtiments de l’hôtel n’est pas terminé.

Strutture nuova e curata nei minimi dettagli. Camere spaziose e letti comodi! Stupenda vista sul mare e piscina. Gradite le cialde del caffè per la colazione in camera. Molto vicina alla spiaggia di Falasarna raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Colazione a buffet ricca e ottima! Ottima anche la taverna dove abbiamo cenato tutte le sere!

Aggiungere più ganci per gli asciugamani. Non sapevamo dove appenderli essendo in 4.

La chambre rénovée était très confortable et très jolie avec une vue mer. Petit plus pour les femmes de ménage très souriantes et qui sont efficaces.

Gros point négatif se situe au niveau de la piscine qui manque d entretien (sable au fond et feuilles). Quelques détails de nettoyage autour de la piscine mériteraient davantage d’attention : feuilles mortes peu régulièrement balayées, notamment sous les transats, poubelles pas toujours vidées et quelques bâtonnets de glace restés au sol pendant plusieurs jours. Ce sont de petits détails, mais un entretien plus régulier rendrait l’espace piscine encore plus agréable. Et le bâtiment en construction gâche un peu la vue.

Peu de choses autour, voiture indispensable. Chambre vieillissante. WC bouché constamment.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y casi todas tienen vistas espectaculares al mar. Se puede bajar a la playa en 3 minutos. El desayuno con vistas en la terraza es muy agradable. También se puede comer y cenar allí mismo. El personal es encantador.

I cuscini

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, direkte Strandlage ( wenn auch mit Parkplatz davor, aber das stört nicht). Die Unterkunft selbst hat einen neueren Teil und einen älteren, wird aber wie es aussieht, noch umgebaut. Die Poolanlage, die Frühstücksterrasse sind sehr schön. Poolbar und Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, da wir nur 1 Nacht waren. Das Frühstück war ordentlich für Griechenland.

Die älteren Zimmer sind altmodisch und die Betten unbequem.

Hele mooie verzorgde kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Een heel mooie locatie en goed gelegen als uitvalsbasis om de westzijde van Kreta te ontdekken

Colazione nettamente da migliorare!! Prodotti non di qualità e non puoi chiedere nulla da bere al bar senza dover pagare. La nostra stanza era vecchia, peccato perché altre sono di nuova costruzione.

Tot ,locatie ,camere ,personal ,un apus superb si un mare avantaj dupa mare puteai sa faci o baie in piscina ! Plus curatenia care se facea in fiecare zii si un mic dejun nu ff bogat dar suficient si calitativ !

Per andare in spiaggia bisogna fare una discesa d circai 400 metr iabbastanza ripida

Huoneiden ulko-ovet todella ohuet, kun joku kulkee tuntuu et olisi huoneessa. Siivoojat aloittaa kello 08:00,tämä kaikki kuuluu huoneeseen todella hyvin. Allas oli jo vähän kulahtanut, enkä nähnyt kenenkään sitä hoitavan 5 päivän aikana. Sähköjohtoja puskee seinistä, ilmeisesti jäänyt vähän kesken.

De plek waar het ligt. En dat er een restaurant bij is.

De kamer met de airco die mij de laatste 4 nachten met heel hard tikkend geluid heeft wakker gemaakt. En er kwam zwarte troep uit. Aangegeven is 2x naar gekeken maar niet opgelost en kreeg alleen te horen wat vervelend voor je. In het restaurant met 4 kinderen was te luid en kregen we ook te horen. Was daarna toch wel van een soort ongemakkelijk.

La vue panoramique sur la plage et les colines est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le restaurant est très appréciable. La nourriture traditionnelle servit est bonne et de qualité.

Staying in Panorama hotel is something anybody can dream of. Enjoying the breakfast during having a marvelous view is unspeakable. Breakfast was very delicious and a lot to offer. The room was clean every day, area is very peaceful. The stuff was very polite and friendly and helpfull (we forgot documents and they sent it to us immediately the same day). Thank you again for quick response!♥️ Totally recommend to everybody!!

Il panorama che si vede dalla taverna, ma purtroppo non dalla stanza, che aveva una veduta parziale del mare. Offre colazione alla taverna e anche pranzo e cena.

La pulizia del bagno il primo giorno ha lasciato a desiderare.

Raum war klein, eng und nur funktional eingerichtet! Betonbau - sehr hellhörig! Kleiner Balkon direkt zum meist lauten Swimmingpool… das Zimmer wurde dem hohen Preis nicht gerecht. Frühstück ok aber nichts besonderes!

The view and easy access to the Falasarna beach is implacable. The pool is also a nice afternoon retreat. Foods at the hotel restaurant is great with reasonable price as compared to other restaurants in the areas. Room is modern, comfortable and clean. View from the balcony is amazing. We stayed at the junior suite and perfect for us as a family of 4 with 2 children age 9 and 10.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti nella palazzina A meno nuova rispetto alle altre.La camera era accogliente e il bagno ben tenuto. Unica pecca il doccino della doccia che va tenuto in mano,non molto comodo ma dettaglio trascurabile. Avevamo un bel balcone vista mare. In camera piccolo frigorifero e apprezzatissima la macchia del caffè Nespresso con cialde in dotazione. Colazione a buffet ottima su terrazza vista mare. Abbiamo cenato una sera in hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno e la piscina.Tutto il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Ci tornerei senza esitazione.

Η τοποθεσία ειναι απίστευτη. Έχεις όλη την παραλία στο πιάτο και πας με τα πόδια. Πάρκινγκ στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου. Ικανοποιητικό το πρωινό στο χώρο του οποίου έχεις επίσης απίστευτη θέα. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα δωματίου.

Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο Α1. Δε νομίζω ότι ήταν όπως αυτό που έδειχναν οι φωτογραφίες. Αισθητική 90s. Θέλει ένα μεγάλο ψυγείο (τι να χωρέσει ένα ψυγειάκι παιδιά;), θέλει ένα 2ο κομοδίνο θέλει καλύτερο κρεβάτι. Το ξενοδοχείο δίπλα έχει και νεότερα δωμάτια, καινούργια αλλά εμείς πήραμε το παλιό. Επίσης καλό είναι την 1η φορά να σε πάνε στο δωμάτιο όχι απλά πάρε ένα κλειδί (ερχόμαστε και από άλλο κατάλυμα στη νότια Κρήτη όπου αυτό ακριβώς έκαναν). Το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο και η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής του με χάλασαν. Δείξτε ότι πραγματικά πουλάτε!!!

Excellent petit déjeuner. Belle piscine avec vue sur mer. La vue mer des chambres est exceptionnelle. Chambre un peu dans leurs jus mais l’hôtel est en rénovation.

We enjoyed sitting near the pool and enjoy beautiful view and local tavern in the hotel. Food was amasing and price is better than all other places nearby.

Très bel hôtel. Vue époustouflante. Très bien situé pour explorer l’ouest de la crête. A 2 pas de la magnifique plage et de nombreuses bonnes tavernes. A 5 min du port (pour partir explorer Balos). Chambre spacieuse, douche avec un fort débit d’eau. Literie confortable.

La piscine manque vraiment d’entretien.

Il bagno assolutamente da ammodernare: luce fioca, manca asta per doccia, tendina per doccia e pulsante dello scarico difettoso! Kit cortesia con scatole vuote! Il bagno un disastro! Per il resto molto soddisfatta!

Nous avons trouvé la chambre au niveau des photos présentées un poil petite mais tres bon rapport qualité prix avec un balcon vue mer . L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la plage c'était magnifique de profiter de cette vue pendant les repas et le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. La restauration est très bonne et variée nous avons apprécié chaque plat servi pendant les 6 repas c'était parfait merci pour l'accueil

The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The view from the suite veranda was one of the best that i have seen. The room interior was modern and with all the needed amenities. Restaurant food was very delicious and staff very warm and welcoming. The Falassarna beach is one of the best beaches in Crete and it is 50m walking distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend Panorama hotel as one of the best hotels in Falassarna area for location, service and facilities.

Freundliches&herzliches Personal! Schöner Pool mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Haben die einfachste Zimmerkategorie (mit seitlichem Meerblick)gebucht und es war trotzdem super, schöner Blick aufs Meer. Leckeres Frühstück und sehr schöner Strand. Auch die Taverne ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Panorama meraviglioso con tramonti pazzeschi. Spiaggia stupenda di Falassarna a 5 minuti a piedi. Nel ristorante dell'hotel si mangiava benissimo. Staff top e pulizia molto accurata. Lo consiglio per chi vuole una vacanza super rilassante e con panorami pazzeschi.
