Perfectly located with an amazing view, nice modern decor and a nice powerful shower

We recently stayed at Diamond Star Hotel and had a fantastic vacation! The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind and get a good night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is amazing—it’s situated away from the overly crowded, noisy tourist areas, offering a peaceful and serene environment while still being convenient. The swimming pool area was lovely, the kids enjoyed it very much and the staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and always helpful throughout our entire stay. They made us feel truly welcome!

If there is any room for improvement, the pool bar should be open all day long and offering more options. It seemed as if we were the only ones ordering coffee during our stay at the pool. However, this was a minor detail in what was otherwise a brilliant stay.

Pasamos unos excelentes días en el sitio. Ubicación perfecta para lo que buscábamos, relajación cerca de una de las mejores playas de creta. Instalaciones fantásticas, espacios luminosos y amplios, habitación super confortable, fuimos con mi pareja y mi hija y disfrutamos de todas las comodidades, y un entorno excelente donde relajarnos, la piscina y los espectaculares atardeceres. El personal fueron en todo momento muy hospitalarios y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. El desayuno variado y muy bueno. Sin lugar a duda volveríamos a alojarnos en Diamond Star Hotel. Además muy cerca del alojamiento hay varias restaurantes para comer típico y de calidad.

Everything from the warm welcome to the luxurious apartment. We had a stunning view of the sunset each night, which made our experience that extra bit special! The pool was overlooking the ocean, and they operated a bar selling drinks and snacks. I would highly recommend this place for the ultimate relaxation with tavernas and shops not too far away by car. The local beach is Falassarna, and it is stunning! A must-see while here. There is free parking near the beach, or about 15-20 min to walk. The room was very clean with plenty of space to hang clothes. You would need a car if staying at this location. Thank you for our wonderful stay 🙏🏽

Everything was outstanding.

A wonderful place to stay in Falasarna. We really enjoyed it: - Delicious breakfast, - Helpful staff, - Great terrace and pool with a stunning view, - Comfortable bed, - Quiet air conditioning, - Just a short drive to the beaches. We recommend Falasarna Small Beach, which is cozier and quieter. - There are several excellent restaurants nearby by car, though people generally don't walk there. - You can take a half-day boat trip from the small Falasarna harbor to Balos and Gramvousa (12:00–18:00); we highly recommend it-we really enjoyed it. Be sure to climb up to the Gramvousa fortress for amazing views. - It’s a 20-minute drive to Kissamos. But you’ll realize that this is a better place to stay and explore this part of the island, and the beaches are better here too.

The view on our floor was not as good as the upper floors, as we had the second building covering part of the view. We can only imagine that the view from the floors above ours to be excellent.

Great location with free, ample and accessible parking. Delicious breakfast packed with classical cretan products. There is the famous Falasarna beach nearby as well as plenty of local tavernas.

Ein schönes Hotel, nahe des Falasarna Strandes. Der Balkon war sehr groß und man hatte einen tollen Blick aufs Meer!

Ein Auto ist praktisch Pflicht um dorthin zu kommen. Auch die kleinen Tavernen in der Umgebung kann man nur mit einem Mietwagen erreichen. Etwas schade ist auch, dass die Straße direkt am Pool vorbeiführt, was manchmal mit dem Straßenverkehr etwas die Ruhe stört. Ansonsten aber ein schönes Hotel.

Posto incantevole, con affaccio sul mare di Falassarna e splendidi tramonti rosso fuoco sul mare. Le stanze sono molto belle, in pietra tipica cretese, curate nei minimi dettagli, il materasso era super comodo. Cambio asciugamani e teli da mare quotidiano. Abbiamo molte apprezzato anche la colazione, varia di dolce e salato, prodotti di ottima qualità. Molto bella la piscina a sfioro con affaccio sul mare. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. È vero che non c'è la ristorazione di pranzo e cena, ma a mio parere è una scelta giusta, a pochi minuti di auto ci sono ottimi ristoranti dove si mangia benissimo. Speriamo di tornarci il prossimo anno.

A very nice pool. They gave us a room with a sea view even though the reservation said it would be just a garden view. Very nice and helpful stuff.

The hotel is placed by the main road, so sometimes it’s a bit loud from the traffic.

La suite con piscina privata è stata una ottima soluzione per la nostra famiglia di due adulti e due bambini. Moderna e accogliente, con vista su un indimenticabile tramonto. Ottimo staff sempre pronto ad accontentare le nostre richieste. Posizione eccellente, vicino alle bellissime spiagge di falasarna e Balos, nonché ai buonissimi ristoranti Spilios, Captain Nikolas e Gramboussa.

Location con panorama spettacolare, piscina a sfioro, posizione centrale vicina a beach club alle spiagge ma soprattutto in zona tranquilla. Letto comodissimo con doppio cuscino.

La doccia aveva qualche problema nello scarico.

Wij hadden een appartement met zwembad, wat was dat heerlijk. Prachtig appartement, schoon en heel vriendelijk personeel. Vlakbij zit een restaurant, de berg op, Spilios. Wat een uitzicht en lekker eten. Ga wel op tijd want je moet gewoon in de rij staan. Stranden zijn heerlijk en geen massa toerisme.

Alles was top. Het ontbijt had iets gevarieerder gemogen maar dit is echt alleen om iets te benoemen want het was allemaal een dikke 10!

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο καθαρό και άνετο, διαθέτει πάρκινγκ και άνετα δωμάτια , καλο κρεβάτι, χορο για τις αποσκευές και με πολύ καλό μπάνιο, η πισίνα ήταν εξαιρετική και ο χώρος του πρωινού πολυ ευχάριστος , το πρωινο ηταν πολύ καλο υπήρχε μεγάλη ποικιλία.

Ίσως ότι είναι μπροστά στο δρόμο κάποια δωμάτια έχουν λίγο φασαρία από τα διερχομενα αυτοκίνητα.

Colazione nella media, ma non da considerarsi un grosso difetto. Se ci fosse stato un ristorante per pranzo e cena, non si uscirebbe praticamente mai dalla struttura, è veramente piacevole

Estancia absolutamente fantástica en un hotel muy bien equipado y con un servicio impecable. Es el sitio ideal para descansar y relajarte en un entorno precioso y con unas vistas espectaculares de Falasarna. La ubicación, a solo 2 minutos en coche de una playa estupenda y rodeada de tavernas y restaurantes muy buenos, nos hizo la vida muy fácil. Cuando volvamos a Creta, sin duda volveremos a Diamond Star hotel.

El desayuno estaba muy bien pero hubiese agradecido tener algo más de variedad.

Struttura eccezionale, avevamo prenotato una junior suite con piscina privata ed era proprio come ci aspettavamo e come era nelle foto, era stupenda, la piscina era perfetta.

Ci sarebbero voluti degli accorgimenti sulla pulizia in più, niente di grave però un pochino di attenzione in più non guasta mai

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο που ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας,σου παρείχε και ατομική οδοντοβουρτσα-οδοντόκρεμα, το προσωπικό εξαιρετικο, το δωμάτιο, η πισίνα πεντακάθαρα με μαγευτική θέα!!!!

Della struttura mi è piaciuta la posizione, vale davvero il viaggio e ci tornerei sicuramente! Le camere sono semplici ed essenziali e vengono pulite ogni giorno. La piscina è un bel plus per una vacanza di assoluto relax! Parcheggio comodissimo.

Il servizio bar potrebbe essere valorizzato e sfruttato di più. Con quella magnifica terrazza fronte mare/tramonto, basterebbe un pó di musica e creare un’atmosfera più coinvolgete per gli ospiti!! E poi non ho trovato alcuna attività organizzata o consigli su cosa fare nei dintorni, per fortuna mi ero preparata un itinerario da casa!

Obiekt bardzo czysty i zadbany. Personel działał wyśmienicie. Basen i willa sprzątane codziennie. Fantastyczny widok na Falasarnę i zachody słońca.

Monotonne śniadania. Mały wybór produktów jeśli przyjdzie sie później na śniadanie.

Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist in den früh und Abendstunden recht viel befahren, da es die Zufahrtsstraße zu den Strand ist. In den Zimmern bekommt man davon aber nicht s mit.

Miły i pomocny personel. Bardzo fajne warunki pobytu. Czysty apartament. Fajny basen. Blisko do plaży Falasarna, niedaleko Laguna Balos, nieco dalej plaża Elafonisi.

Il est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage, mais également de nombreuses tavernes. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et très bien équipées. Rien à redire. Le petit déjeuner varie quelque peu au fil des jours et c’est appréciable.

Dommage qu’on n’ait pas accès gratuitement à de l’eau autour de la piscine.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e ne sono rimasto davvero molto soddisfatto. Struttura curata, ambienti puliti e accoglienti e personale estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale. La camera era confortevole, ben organizzata e impeccabilmente pulita. Ho apprezzato molto anche l’atmosfera dell’hotel, tranquilla e piacevole, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. Un’esperienza davvero positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi qualità, comfort e un servizio attento. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

La struttura in una posizione perfetta, la zona più bella di tutta Creta, il tramonto più bello di tutte le isole della Grecia, le spiagge più belle tutte lì vicino e anche le taverne migliori tutto perfetto.

Ogni giorno c’erano specie di mostri diverse e nella piscina tutti i giorni c’era un animale e gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati così spesso. per il resto ok

Gentilezza dello staff, vicinanza ai punti di interesse, piscina vista tramonto, struttura nuova con camera molto accogliente e spaziosa (noi eravamo al lato della piscina). Non so giudicare la colazione in quanto non l’abbiamo provata (20€ a pp)

Logement avec une vue mer incroyable, sunset tous les soirs sur la mer, piscine individuelle et douche extérieure au top, espace extérieur très sympa et intime, intérieur du logement fonctionnel, plages et petits restos sympas à proximité, petits déjeuners compris

Manque d'ombre sur la terrasse (petit parasol seulement), manque de vaisselle et ustensiles pour cuisiner, manque une table et chaises pour manger, nous étions 3 adultes, il manquait un transat (seulement 2). Les petits déjeuners pourraient être plus variés chaque jour.

Un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! Abbiamo prenotato tre camere diverse e tutte erano bellissime, curate nei minimi dettagli e impeccabilmente pulite. La mia, situata al piano superiore con vista sul mare, era davvero spettacolare: svegliarsi ogni mattina con quel panorama è stato indimenticabile. Il personale è estremamente gentile, sorridente e sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. La piscina a sfioro con vista mare è un vero gioiello: sempre pulitissima, con una temperatura dell’acqua perfetta e un panorama mozzafiato, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Anche la colazione è stata ottima, con prodotti di qualità e un’ampia scelta. In generale, tutta la struttura è tenuta in maniera impeccabile e trasmette una grande cura per ogni dettaglio. Grazie Angelo, grazie Mada. Se torneremo a Falasarna, non avremo alcun dubbio su dove soggiornare. Consigliatissimo!

La posizione dell’hotel è semplicemente spettacolare: si trova in una location meravigliosa da cui si può ammirare un tramonto mozzafiato ogni sera ed è a soli due minuti dalla splendida spiaggia di Falasarna. La struttura è moderna, ben curata e offre tutti i comfort necessari, tra cui aria condizionata, una terrazza privata con sedute, una bellissima piscina e un piacevole servizio bar. Nel complesso è un posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il mare.

L’aspetto che più mi è mancato è stato il servizio di pranzo e cena, che avrebbe reso il soggiorno ancora più comodo. La colazione era buona, ma la scelta non era molto varia e dopo qualche giorno risultava piuttosto ripetitiva. Inoltre, la struttura perde un po’ nei dettagli: nella nostra camera il lavandino era crepato e le mensole della doccia si stavano staccando, elementi che contrastano con l’immagine di hotel di alto livello. Infine, sebbene la camera fosse pulita ogni giorno e gli asciugamani venissero sostituiti regolarmente, le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate durante i sette giorni di permanenza. Considerando il periodo estivo, è un aspetto che dovrebbe essere migliorato.

Staff gentile e disponibile. Struttura molto nuova e curata. Vista spettacolare e posizione perfetta. Falassarna è un luogo magico. C'è un market vicinissimo e farmacie nelle vicinanze. Ristoranti e taverne nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo

Suite vista mare con piscina. Ampio terrazzo al livello superiore. Buona posizione per raggiungere le spiagge più famose.

La pulizia della suite era effettuata giornalmente ma in modo parziale, il pavimento della camera da letto non è stato pulito. Il secondo giorno, al rientro, abbiamo trovato capelli e la sabbia del giorno precedente. Inoltre lo scarico del bagno del primo piano perdeva e uno dei due pulsanti dello scarico del bagno al piano superiore non era funzionante. Da una suite ci si aspetta maggiore cura e attenzione.

Das Hotel können wir voll Empfehlen. Besonders die Sweet mit Privaten Pool. Nettes Personal Super Ausblick. Sehr Neuwertig und mit guter Küchenausstattung. Wir hatten kein Frühstück da wir es vorgezogen haben am Pool zu Frühstücken. Wir würden es wieder Buchen !!

Das die Toiletten sich im oberen Stockwerk befunden haben. Wenig Platz für Kleidung.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, and we were lucky enough to enjoy stunning sunset views every evening. Our room was cleaned to a high standard every day, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—just a short drive from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The pool was also lovely and a perfect place to relax. We would definitely recommend staying here for the amazing views, convenient location, and excellent service.

Excellent location, beautifully equipped, and impeccably clean and comfortable. The views are stunning—from both the pool area and the terrace. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

Ein schönes Appartement welches für 2 Personen reicht. Es war sauber auch der private Pool war sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe und konnten die letzte Nacht auf Kreta sehr entspannen und den wundervollen Sonnenuntergang vom zusätzlichen Balkon genießen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super!

Das Bett war mir zu hart, vielleicht Topper drauflegen aber das ist ja immer individuell und sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen :)

The staff were very helpful in providing local food recommendations for us. The pool area was very comfortable and relaxing and you could get a fantastic view of the sunset from a great seating area above the pool.

A little more space to hang things in the room would have made it perfect.

Chambre pas très grande mais terrasse avec vue sur la mer absolument top . Décoration très soignée et de bon goût… digne d’un 4 étoiles . Superbe jardin et quelle joie de se baigner dans la piscine à débordement qui donne sur la mer!!! Endroit très paisible

Everything about this place is great—the location is awesome, and the sea view is amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The shower and bathroom are very good. The natural scenery around the hotel is outstanding. The gardens are well cared for. The staff were the best, as were the other guests. I would definitely recommend this place to other visitors.

The bed cushions could be more comfortable and matrimonial, but this spec was described in the room description, so no complaints—just a good recommendation.
