Sami Beach Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Der Hotelbereich grenzt an den Strand, ist lediglich durch die Promenade getrennt. Der gesamte Hotelbereich ist geplfegt ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ausreichend groß um auch Längen schwimmen zu können. Es gibt genügend Liegestühle und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das gesamte Pesonal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind groß. Sami Stadt mit Tavernen ist zu Fuß über die Promenade in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso sind die beiden Tavernen im angrenzenden Karavomilos in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können diese Hotel empfehlen.

Breakfast with plenty of choice. Good beds, modernised and functional bathroom. We only stayed one night and, due to a late booking, probably had one of the less nice or well-positioned rooms. So I cannot comment on the pool or beach. But it was a good experience and staff were nice and helpful.

The breakfast. We traveled in Greece for 3 weeks and had breakfast at each accommodation that we stayed at. This was very ordinary compared to all of the other breakfasts provided.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bedrooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious, powerful shower and lots of storage. Nice to have a little fridge, a kettle and plenty of plug sockets. Breakfast offered a great variety of hot and cold options, both savoury and sweet. The Saturday evening BBQ was excellent. Pool, bar and outside areas were lovely and again very clean and tidy. Lots of parking available.

Nothing really, shame the beach wasn't sandy but that's hardly the hotel's fault!

L'hotel mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti piscina e spiaggia, un'ottima alternativa se non si ha voglia di spostarsi. Inoltre l'hotel mette a disposizione materassini gonfiabili e ombrelloni da poter portare in gite fuori porta. Colazione ottima e variegata composta sia di dolce che salato, bevande calde e fredde e qualche pietanza tipica.

Fabulous little hotel right on a lovely quiet pebble beach 15mins from town. Warm welcome, great staff. Super clean, lovely pool, bar and plenty of sunloungers seating and shade . Nothing broken, lovely well kept gardens and plenty of parking.

Set in a beautiful location, Sami port is a ten to fifteen minute walk from the hotel. Pool area, bar and communal areas are well maintained. Parking is free and there are plenty of spaces.

Only grumble would be that the bathroom was a little dated.

The best place for a perfect vacation! First line to the beach, a swimming pool with a beach bar and tennis court. Close distance to Sami and Karavomylos. There are many places of interest in the area. The service is very good as well.

Sami Beach Hotel was such a great surprise! The rooms were lovely and very clean, the breakfast was great, and we really enjoyed the pool and bar area. But what made our stay truly special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was always so nice to see them when we came back after a day out. We felt genuinely at home. Great atmosphere and excellent value for money - we would definitely stay again!

The hotel is exactly in Sami and three are no restaurants (except 2 in the walking distance) nor grocery stores nearby. So you need a car. But you need it anyway, if you want to visit the area.

Un espai molt bonic, tranquil, molt net, davant del mar i molt ben situat. Té instal·lacions de platja pròpies i una piscina molt agradable. Excel·lent tracte, carinyós i atent de tot el personal. Una delícia d'hotel.

Great place to stay in the north of Kefalonia. The pool & the beach & the beach bar were great. Lots of great Restaurants in walking distance. Close to all the sights in the area - Drogarati Caves, Melissani Lake, Myrtos Beach. Plenty of parking.

The hotel was very chic and lovely, with many buildings. It is exactly my kind of place, the type that avoids the megastructures like those in Turkey. It has a strong Mediterranean vibe. It is well equipped with a pool, a bar, and the beach just 10 meters away, all within very close reach. The atmosphere is relaxed and everything is conveniently located. The young man at the reception, Marianos (I hope I remembered his name correctly), was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs, even though he was only 23 years old. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

Unfortunately, our room was located at the back of the hotel, so we couldn’t really enjoy the beautiful sea view that the hotel offers. One small suggestion would be to add pancakes to the breakfast options — they are always a delight for the kids!

Tolles familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal, super Lage und sehr ansprechend gestalteter Außenanlage. Der Strand vor der Tür ist sehr schön und für Hotelgäste kostenfrei nutzbar inklusive Sonnenschirme und Liegen.

Este o locație pe malul mării, cu piscină și beach bar. Cameră curată, modernă, cu aer condiționat. Șezlonguri gratuite și la piscina și la plajă (pietroasă). La 7 km de Sami se află plaja Antisamos, superbă. Acces cu mașina sau cu taxi. De neratat. Hotelul oferă servicii pentru a ajunge pe plajă. Recomand acest hotel. Paturi deosebit de confortabile. Tavernele sunt aproape, mergând de-a lungul mării. Personal amabil. Mic dejun bogat și diversificat. Am avut vedere frontală la mare.

Nu am de ce să mă plâng.

Everything at the hotel was fine, e.g. good Location, nice staff, delicious breakfast, nice facilities ... the issue is that we travelled all day long and we didn't had the chance to enjoy too much these good conditions. So, if you are like us and you are going to travel around the island most of your stay, our recommendation is to look for a simpler accomodation and of course much cheaper.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti, devo dire che è posizionato benissimo, a 5 minuti in auto da Sami e ottimo per visitare l'area superiore di Cefalonia (Fiskardo-Myrthos-Assos ecc). Per la recensione partirei dal personale, estremamente cortese e attento al cliente. Il personale addetto alla sala colazione ricordava i nostri nomi e quelli di tutti i clienti, ed era molto educato e cordiale. Location carina e ben tenuta, con uno spazio esterno dedicato alla piscina con lettini e un'altra area con cocktail bar, attrezzata per il servizio al tavolo. Il sabato sera, mi è sembrato di capire che organizzano la serata BBQ in uno spazio adibito accanto al bar, dove potrete partecipare al buffet pagando la cifra di 27€ a persona circa. La stanza era di giuste dimensioni, letti comodi, mobili appendi abiti, dotata di cassaforte di sicurezza digitale, mini frigo, TV, phon e aveva un balconcino esterno con tavolino e sedie. Peccato non ci fosse lo stendino o il filo esterno. Il bagno privato in camera era tenuto bene e la doccia era funzionale. La colazione internazionale è servita in un'area al piano terra con tavolini interni e altri all'aperto vista mare. La colazione comprendeva sia dolce che salato, non mancavano lo yogurt, la frutta, il pane da scaldare, le uova cucinate in maniera differente ogni giorno e dolcetti vari. Colazione generosa e varia ogni mattina. Quando abbiamo lasciato il posto, siamo stati omaggiati dal personale della reception con un ricordino della struttura, cosa che ci ha fatto molto piacere.

Le uniche cose di cui posso lamentarmi sono il fatto che al nostro arrivo la doccia era un pochino sporca e che in bagno non è presente il set cortesia con cuffia e il restante necessario. Ma devo dire che tutto sommato è andata bene.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado, uma caminhada agradável até o Porto Sami onde estão localizados ótimos restaurantes, os quartos amplos e bem arejados. Ficamos no quarto com vista para a montanha e foi super agradável. Os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Café da manhã todo dia mudava, o que era muito bom pq ficando alguns dias, não enjoa.

A little slice of heaven in Kefalonia!. Everything about this hotel and staff is amazing. From the owners to the cleaners and the gardener every single member of staff made you feel welcome. We celebrated my daughter‘s 30th birthday when over there and the family run hotel went out of their way to celebrate with us. It was beyond our expectations. The location is amazing right on the beach. The vibe is so laid-back and the vibe of Sami is laid-back as well! Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Thank you so much to the owners and amazing staff for such an amazing holiday 🥰

If I had to say one thing, it would just be the location of the nearest supermarket. Obviously the hotel is not self catering but a little supermarket closer would have been better . However, most of the necessities are available in the hotel bar to buy!

Mi è piaciuta la struttura tranquilla, malgrado le camere non insonorizzate era abbastanza silenzioso.

La difficoltà di muoversi senza macchina, mezzi pubblici inesistenti e per arrivare al porto bisognava prendere il taxi.

Sami Beach Hotel - is very relaxing place in this region of Kefalonia. It is owned by family who has B&B/Shop here long time ago and this location even better that new build 5-star hotel nearby. Staff is very kind and professional. Bar, pool, beach area - all was convenient and nice. We really relaxed for three night in this Hotel - such a nice and quiet place in end of May.

Do close to the beach. The exterior and interior have been decorated to a very nice high standard and whoever designed the interior had some nice design ideas. Everywhere was very nice and clean. Everything worked!

Het is een gezellig hotel, gelegen aan het strand en het heeft een heerlijk zwembad. Wat het verblijf voor ons zeer speciaal maakte was de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. In de ontbijtruimte, de strandbar en bij de receptie was iedereen even lief. Veel gasten komen er vaker en een groot deel van het personeel werkt al jarenlang in het Sami Beach hotel. Het is een kwartier lopen naar Sami met alle horeca en winkels. Daar vind je ook een leuk klein archeologisch museum. Bij de receptie hebben ze voor ons een dagtrip naar Ithaki geboekt wat ik kan aanbevelen. Kortom wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en gaan zeker een keer terug!

Alles, de locatie: echt sprookjesachtig uitzicht, supermooi. Centraal op het eiland gelegen dus niets is ver rijden. Fantastisch, heel warm personeel. Gezellig familiehotel. Fijne kamer, goede bedden, heerlijke douche met meteen en altijd stabiel warm water met krachtige straal. Fijn groot zwembad met genoeg heerlijke ligbedjes (verboden om " handdoekje te leggen", superfijn!). Veel zitjes/loungesetjes bij het zwembad. Leuke bar met toilet bij het zwembad. Heel uitgebreid, zeer smakelijk ontbijt met heel veel keus. Alles met lokale produkten. Op loopafstand (ook via een wandelpad langs het strand naar Sami, waar veel restaurants zijn. In dorpje zelf ook 2 goede restaurants op het pleintje. Heel goede bakker dichtbij. Heel veel vaste (vnl Engelse) gasten. Echt top!

The staff was so kind and friendly and the room was amazing with a perfect view of the ocean! The shutters did an amazing job of keeping light out when closed, or lighting the whole room when open. We had no issues sleeping and the breakfast was amazing, certainly for the 15 cost. The water got super hot very quickly for showers which was very nice. Gorgeous location and great stay, will definitely come here again!

We stayed at this hotel 20 years ago and totally enjoyed it. Now 20 years later our stay was better than. The staff and Dorizas family make every guest feel like family. Remodel is beautiful, breakfast excellent. Beach and pool very relaxing. Our only regret is that we only stayed 2 nights. Hopefully we will go back to Kefalonia and our stay will be longer. Can't say enough about this hotel. If you ever go to Kefalonia you must stay here. Great location on the island. Thank you Dorizas family. Brandt family for USA will be back. Sas efcharisto gia ola
