I had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located just a few minutes from the town centre, which is easily reachable on foot. The apartment was very clean, well-organised and comfortable. Mr. Giorgos, the owner, was extremely kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again!

Giorgos was very welcoming. The apartment was an ideal location it was basic but had all we needed and was clean with lovely views! The neighbours cat was cute too

Maybe having some coffee available in the room would be a good idea. The shower was also impossible not to soak the bathroom

The views were amazing

Quite a small room without cooking facilities . We only stayed one night instead of six because mainly the internet was not good and for personal reasons needed good contact from the family whilst we were away . Shower was not on wall , had to be held Georgio was an amazing caring host though .

Excellent location. Close to village centre but away from any noise. Good location for getting anywhere on the island and studio itself was clean and comfortable with alot of thought for cups, glasses, crockery etc (even an iron and small ironing board!) A full size fridge is also there for all the cold drinks you'll want! Loved the balcony, the views were gorgeous looking out across the sea and watching the boats, big and small, come in. Air con is included but we didn't really use it as the balcony has lockable louvered doors and the front door has cute openings with bars to allow the breeze in. Also plenty of room to park a hire car.

It’s a lovely studio, we were made to feel very welcome. It has a kitchen with two rings to cook on, and also a table and chairs. Bed is very comfortable and bedroom a good size with lovely white bedding and towels and air conditioning Shower is very powerful and water always hot in the property. Outside our studio had a huge patio so we were able to move round to find shade from the sun. The view is exceptional, we could see the mountains and the sea, watched the ferries coming and going and enjoyed the yachts sailing in and out of the harbour. The cafes and bakeries are 200 yards to the left of Princes Studio and there is a lovely beach 200 yards to the right! Perfect location.

Beautiful view from the terrace, just about 300m do central promenade. There was also an iron, hairdryer and moka pot at the appartment, all was nice and clean, big parking place. Thank you for very nice stay.

Clean pleasant apartment with great sea views

Wij zaten in Skye (begane grond aan de zijkant van het pand) Het is een prachtige locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum en parkeren voor de deur. De patio die je tot je beschikking had was heerlijk privé door de grote parasol. En een prachtig uitzicht. De kamer was ruim en dito koelkast. Je kunt er koken als je wilt, hebben wij niet gedaan. Wel ontbeten op de patio, wat een heerlijke start van de dag was.

De airco was alleen met aan/uit te bedienen. De ventilator en temperatuur was niet te bedienen wat resulteerde in dat de temperatuur in de kamer niet onder de 24°C zakt. Erg warm voor een nacht in onze optiek. Anders dan dit was het een prima verblijf.

Sijainti on mahtava ja merinäköala kuten kuvissa. Palveluiden pariin sopiva kävelymatka ja satamasta pääsee useammalle eri saarelle. Todella siisti pieni studio. Omistajalla on ihania kissoja. Pieni kylpyhuone ja suihku, itse tykkäsin. Vanha mutta toimiva ilmastointi, pesuaineet, astiat jne. löytyi.

Parveke oli muuten mahtava mutta aurinkovarjon alla oli ikävä yllätys: ampiaispesä. No, kun heitä ei häirinnyt niin yhteiselo sujui. Naapurien äänet kuuluvat liian paljon. Huone kaipaisi mikroa ja uutta vedenkeitintä. Wifi ei käytännössä toiminut (iso harmi) mutta saarella on hyvä 5G.

Comfortable bed, nice quiet location outside of the town with a reasonable size balcony and good view. The owner has a number of cats but they never attempted to come in the room. The shower was lovely and hot and no curtain to fight with. There is a kettle to make hot drinks but no other cooking facilities. Our room was the only one upstairs and I don't know if the downstairs rooms were any better as they may have been bigger. There was a very good bar that did small meals and snacks just off the beach and 5 minutes from the accommodation. We also walked about 30 minutes right along the front to the next beach along the bay which was bigger and had more room for sitting out and had a very well stocked beach bar. The town had a good range of restaurants and there were places to hire day boats to take out and various day trip boats to the nearby island of Ithaca with swim stops and time on the island for lunch and souvenir shopping. The town is not noisy and we found it perfect for us.

There was no sink for washing up, we had to wash up in the bathroom sink, which was awkward. There was crockery and cutlery but no cooking facilities at all which didn't matter to us but could be important for others. The room was up a steep driveway and then upstairs so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was also on the edge of town with a 5 minute walk alongside a road down a bit of a hill so you had to watch for traffic to get to the small stony beach. The walk into town was about 10 minutes where there was a good variety of restaurants along the seafront and a well stocked supermarket about 15/20 minutes walk.

Good location, comfortable, spacious terrace , view to the sea, large parking area, shot walk into Sami town, powerful shower, plenty of hot water.

Facilities very sparse in comparison to other accommodation we stayed in on our trip. Would be good for the owners to put a welcome bottle of water in the fridge for guest’s. The aIr conditioning unit in bedroom was set at a fixed temp, which was ok as the outside night time temp was quite cool, in very hot weather the a/c would have been inadequate. Not shelf in shower to put on soap shampoo etc.

Nice stay, would be excellent when renovated.

Cleanliness, beds weren’t very comfortable, pictures didn’t represent the actual accommodation. Ant infestation on our porch, didn’t feel very private.

The booking was on a room only basis.

There was no shower curtain or screen in the bathroom. Given that there was no bracket on the wall to hold the shower head it was inevitable that water would travel beyond the shower tray as showering had to be done 'single handed'. A mop and bucket was provide to clean the floor after a shower had been taken!

We liked the Sky studio as it was a bigger kitchen and bathroom area than the studio we stayed in before, which was at the front of the property. Nice fridge, two ring hob and plenty of kitchenware. Lovely spacious terrace to sit out with table, chairs and umbrella to have shade when needed. Close to amenities. Easy walk to the town. Beach nearby but we prefer the beach stretch the other side of the harbour it has showers if you go for a swim and changing cubicles. We have been to Sami several times and never get tired of the views. We will more than likely return to Prince studios if we can get the sky studio again. The owner Giorgos is nice as are the rest of the family and he is easily contacted. A couple of mornings we had no hot water but it was resolved straight away.

When we stayed last year we found the shower head only has a holder that is waist high and makes it difficult to shower holding it in one hand above your head. So problem solved this year we took a lightweight plastic shower holder which we fixed with the suction to hold the shower head in a higher position and it worked a treat. Could do with a toaster in the room and a bread knife. The only downside for the sky studio was that when it rains there is nowhere comfortable to sit. In the studio at the front it has a sofa and easy chair. There is some noise from the ferry through the night as they leave the engine running but it’s less noisy in the sky studio as they leave bedroom faces the back of the property. But when you stay near a port it is probably to be expected

Location perfect, close to the harbour area of Sami. Good parking on the property forecourt. Great outside terrace and lovey views. Sami is a great place to visit and this was a great base. Good WiFi. It was a beautiful building and our apartment was spacious.

Bed was hard. Kitchen had no work surface so impractical for any prep other than breakfast. Lack of hooks to hang things on.

Internet wasn't great, couldn't use my laptop, no TV channels in English, no Netflix, very small rooms. The place needs an update....

The beds were very confortable, the room very spacious with great balcony and bathroom.

I liked everything.

Lovely quiet street but close enough to walk to swimming beach, restaurants and shops. Spacious verandah allowed for our morning coffee while looking at the sea.

The studio was very clean, comfortable, big bed, easy parking outside, sea & sunset view from the balcony, looked as in the pictures - we have no complaints. The owner was helpful with check in and left a bottle of wine & snacks for us. Easy to walk into Sami and short drive to Antisamos beach.

We had to hold the shower head as there wasn’t a place to hang the shower above your head. The outside of the building could do with another coat of paint. The bit of beach closest to the apartment was a bit windy & lots of seaweed, it’s probably better to walk up towards Sami Beach Hotel/Karavamylos if you want beach.

The location of the Prince Studios was amazing, the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The host was really kind and welcomed us.

We had an enjoyable 4 days in Sami and just loved it. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious with a kitchenette and good sized bathroom. Lovely terrace and view to the ocean. Very peaceful and quiet area. 5 minute walk to the main cafe and shop area.

Apartment “SKY” had no balcony and the advertised “sea view “ whilst brilliant, was only available by sitting on the chairs provided on an adjacent patio that was not very private. No hot water some mornings but always available in the evening. Sporadic WiFi availability throughout our 7 day stay. Proprietor “ George” pleasant but not very talkative.

The location of the property was good. It was close to the shops and also Antisamos was 5 minutes’ drive. The sea view from the balcony was very nice. The bed was quite comfortable.

The facility was very basic. Kitchen was a little dated. The walls were thin, so we could hear all the noises from next door and upstairs, which disturbed our sleep. There was no hot water in the morning for morning shower though we had hot water in the evening.

Location and clean property.

Small bathroom, with a very small shower without a door or even glass wall. Garbage was not picked up the 3 days that we were there - we were not told if we had to do it and, if so, where to drop garbage off. Ample toilet paper but additional refuse bags were not provided.

The room was amazing. beautiful views, clean, close to the center, and last but not least, the owner was so lovely!!!

The building was in a quiet area a short walk from the busy waterside. Parking was adjacent to the room. We arrived earlier than anticipated and George was able to give us the room much earlier than arranged and this was appreciated.

The accommodation (named 'Sky') was rather smaller than anticipated. Having booked a studio apartment with sea view and balcony, I was surprised that it did not have a balcony or sea view but outside the door was a large public courtyard from which the sea and the ferry could be seen. Chairs and a large umbrella were available and no other guests used the area while we were there so it seemed much less public. We were able to take breakfast there as the kitchen was quite cramped. The kitchen cutlery was a random mixture and there was no spatula for fried eggs and similar. The bathroom did not have a functioning sink plug and there was only a single light bulb to shave by, the other bulb was inoperative. We would have mentioned it but we did not see any staff member again after arrival.

Fantastic place, incredibly welcoming hosts! Would certainly return!

The apartments are located really good! A 5-10 minute walk to the port, where you find everything: restaurants, supermarkets, cafes. A small and beautiful beach is located just 3 min away by foot. Regular cleaning and fresh towels. The host is really nice and tries to help where he can, he even left us a cute surprise before leaving.

In our apartment “Sky” the rather old fridge is really loud when the generator is on, which made it a bit hard at night. Also all in all you can hear your neighbours in the other apartments from time to time, if you’re sensitive to noise maybe keep that in mind.

Perfect location close to the port and beach, a bit off the beaten track so it was quiet. The host was very nice and helpful. We were greeted with a bottle of Roboli and we got great souvenirs as a goodbye. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. Prince apartment was a great choice. I recommend it with all my heart.

Lovely location, great water views. Close to restaurants and a beautiful beach. Close to the port. Nice host who left a bottle of wine and fridge magnet and card for us. They have an excellent pie shop in town - Fatto a Mano which serves great coffee and sweets.

Great Location, beautiful view, clean, comfortable. there was also water and wine in the bedroom.

bathroom shower hose is placed low, you have to grab it with one hand to shower and there is not bathroom curtain so water spills.

The studio is quite roomy and well maintained and the bedroom is very spacious and cosy - the house features a spacious patio and is very conveniently located, only a few steps away from the beach. We had a lovely stay with George who has been a great host - we strongly recommend it to anyone looking for relaxing holidays with an home-feeling atmosphere.
