Siris Hotel

There was a lot of problem with this hotel the majority of which although I’m not happy with I can understand: Breakfast was basic, no variety and without exception never hot. There was very low occupancy so I kind of understood however they could do better. It would have been nice to have an option of an evening meal as this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel not a glorified B&B, this should be made a lot clearer in your listing. The room is big but in need of an upgrade the furniture it is very chipped and tired. The room is sparsely furnished and not comfortable. There was no plugs in the bath or sink. I can forgive most of there’s shortcoming’s as Greece is a county with a lot of financial problems however I can not forgive the issue the swimming pool. The main reason I booked this hotel was it had a good sized pool and I knew it was going to be hot in Greece. My wife is a keen swimmer and we enjoyed the pool for the first few days. One morning we noticed the staff were removing most of the sun loungers away from the pool but thought nothing of it. On the Sunday morning we were walking passed the reception for a swim when we were stopped by a member of staff who informed us that the pool was closed, when I asked why I was told that it is the end of the season, it was mid September and the temperature was 80-90F. There was zero warning that the pool would be closed. When I booked on the Booking.com platform you advertised there was a pool and did not mention that it would close half way through our vacation, if I was made aware I would not have booked this hotel. This wasn’t a maintenance issue with pool and don’t consider I received the facilities in the hotel that were advertised/ contractual agreed to.

very good hotel for transit Grece-Bulgaria-Romania huge rooms, huge bathrooms (bubble bath tube - AND shower), huge balcony air conditioning, small fridge, wifi, TV all amenities very good breakfast (and early) large and nice swimming pool huge parking taverna at 10 min walk

Desi aveau piscina (de asta am si ales hotelul) nu am avut acces la ea, nu am inteles de ce (probabil ca eram doar cateva familii cazate si nu s-au deranjat)

Ελλειπής φωτισμός στο δωμάτιο, χωρίς κεντρικό φωτισμό στην οροφή. Το πρωινό ίδιο καθημερινά, θα πρότεινα κάποιες εναλλαγές και προσθήκη τοπικών προϊόντων. Η διοργάνωση εκδηλώσεων (γάμος) παράλληλα με τη διαμονή δημιουργεί όχληση στους διαμένοντες.

Great stay for a night on our way from Greece to Romania. Breakfast was various and they also offered us a buffet dinner for 18 eur/pers. Clean and spacious room. Also the pool looks nice, but we arrived late and the pool was already closed (closes at 7 pm).

Very nice pool area, not to busy, no getting up early to reserve sun beds, rooms were a good size as was bathroom and balcony. Most of the staff encountered were very friendly.

The hotel is very dated and hasn’t had any investment for a number of years. There were also a number of basic maintenance issues which have nothing to do with being dated and should have been attended to e.g. several lightbulbs in our room not working, few bits of rubbish lying around, overgrown planting causing a trip hazard on stairs down to the pool.

Nincs etterem, igy az etkezesert be kell menni a varosba. A szobak hangulata a kommunista idoket idezi.

Beetje verouderde inrichting, maar nog in orde.

Locație decentă, la 30 de km de granița cu Bulgaria, un loc foarte bun de înnoptat, camera curată, facilități ok dar nu excepționale. Acces la piscină, micul dejun decent , nu plecai flămând.

Deși de la recepție ni s-a comunicat ca avem wifi, erau disponibile două rețele/routere dar nu aveau și acces la internet. Am avut o mică problemă și cu cartela la camera, aceasta fiind demagnetizată, problema a fost rezolvată pe loc. Frigiderul ar fi trebuit schimbat neapărat, era murdar și vechi. Accesul la spa este disponibil doar iarna. Nu am avut papuci disponibili.

Зручне місцерозташування, готель для транзиту дуже добрий. Сніданок для дорослого супер, для дитини трошки малувато.

В готелі проблеми із інтернетом, з вай фаєм. Ні в номер, ні в ресторані не зʼєднувало, а коли зʼєднало не можливо було користуватись!

Extrem de învechit, saltele și perne de proasta calitate, mobilier vechi, miros deranjant în camere. E uimitor cum poate avea aparent un rating bun pe booking. Parcă m-am întors în timp cu 25 de ani.

Camera molto spaziosa, hotel posizionato non distante dall’uscita autostradale.

Struttura “fredda”, personale molto distaccato, il rapporto qualità prezzo non è adeguato.

Amplasamentul, piscina, amabilitatea personalului.

Camerele necesită renovare.

Locația liniștită!

Micul dejun foarte slab cu produse din acelea foarte ieftine care se vând în magazinele grecești cu 0,75 euro pentru un hotel care se pretinde de 4 stele. Multe lipsuri și în cameră.

I chose this hotel for an overnight stay on my way from Greece to Bulgaria. When I arrived tired after a hot day driving, I was able to regain my strength in the pool, the staff were very kind and waited for me to swim, even though it was already evening and time to close the pool. I liked this place of relax, a large silent hotel among the hills. There is no noise, it is a good place for digital detox and conducting yoga and meditation

In order to enjoy your stay at the hotel you have to come by car, there is no food in the evening at the hotel. There are also mosquitoes, it is better to take a fumigator with you, or ask at the reception. In the nearby town, shops are open until 9 pm, I found the only one working Παντοπωλείο Βασιλακακη Γεωργία until 10 pm. You can eat in local taverns

Location is very good, it’s easy to reach from the auto route. Quite comfortable place with the hospital staff.

The children didn’t like the orange juice at the breakfast.

I loved the value and the price, I loved that it had a swimming pool, most of the staff were friendly and they did allow us to go have breakfast a little bit before the time it was posted to be open so we really appreciated that cause we had to leave early in the morning

The beds are not the most comfortable, but everything else makes up for that

Mi chiedo qual è il senso di informare su piscina ( non era accessibile ) , ristorante ( non era accessibile ) , servizi spa ( non erano accessibili) . Empatia e attitudine customer oriented assente: ragazzi educati, certo, ma come allo sportello di un ufficio postale: devi porre le domande perché non ti viene detto nulla. Leggero odore di nicotina in stanza. Termostato ac presente e funzionante, peccato che lo split a soffitto non eroghi nulla. All'alba della mattina del checkout sono stato svegliato dalle voci urlanti del personale della manutenzione della piscina, che probabilmente la stava pulendo per renderla accessibile ( il 13 Giugno, con 34 gradi all'esterno) .

Το πρωινό θέλει βελτιώσω. Όχι ότι δεν ήταν φρέσκα,κάθε άλλο, απλά νομίζω για το ξενοδοχείο αυτό θα ήθελα να είχα κι άλλες επιλογές στο πρωινό γεύμα!!!

Camere spațioase cu un pat foarte confortabil, mic dejun foarte bun! Poziția hotelului f buba, cu o priveliște minunata!

Încă mai este mocheta pe jos, ceea ce nu prea mai este ok, chiar dacă este curat îți dă senzatie de murdar.
