Location is great . Beachfront , careful when you go to breakfast , because 10:30 it gets really busy at the bufeet. Also 11:00-11:30 might be too late to catch a spot on the beach , so time it carefully. Friendly staff , helpful , food is decent , with a great variety , but wouldnt say wonderful . But you wont leave on an empty stomach.

When trying to get some breakfast during busy hours you might have to wait to be seated.

La struttura è recente, la sua posizione è ideale per visitare l’isola,pulizia soddisfacente, ristoranti a buffet o a la carte ottimi. Ci vorrebbe più animazione in spiaggia e/o più attività sportive che coinvolgano ragazzi, ragazze e uomini e donne. La cordialità dello staff è sorprendente.

Wonderful experience and exceptional staff The people working at the hotel are not only incredibly nice and welcoming, but have also demonstrated that they are extremely competent and genuinely care about their guests’ experience. When I mentioned a few issues, they immediately followed up to understand the situation better and promptly proposed solutions. This level of attention, professionalism and willingness to help really makes a difference and shows how much they care about their guests. We can only highly recommend spending some time at this hotel. A truly pleasant experience thanks to a wonderful team!

An excellent hotel for families, with a beautiful beach, a beach bar, enjoyable evening entertainment, and a huge swimming pool. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are wonderful. It’s a two-minute drive from Rhodes’ excellent water park and 15 minutes from the Old Town. Less suitable for a romantic getaway.

ארוחת בוקר איכותית ומגוונת ומושקעת. התארחנו בelite - והיה ממש נחמד לשבת על המרפסת גג ולצפות בים. היו סופר נדיבים והציעו להשאר עד 16 בחדר אחר כשביקשנו לצאת קצת מאוחר יותר

It is well known that a 5 star accommodation in Greece cannot be equated with e.g. Four Seasons, Bulgari Hotels, Rosewood hotels etc. In short, in that context one can ask questions about the rating of a hotel. The staff of the Elysium hotel deserves a big compliment, in terms of nobility, politeness, friendliness. The management must ask themselves whether they are fully exploiting the hotel and whether they are creative enough with the possibilities. And this in the context of recreation, activities, optimal transport options, It is very remarkable that the swimming pool has a closing time at 6:30 pm. The clean-up of the cushions starts at 5:30 pm. And early in the morning the sunbathers start to occupy their pool seat with a towel, which of course does not belong in a 5* star hotel. As for the distinction between "elite" rooms and the "regular" ones, we can only guess.

Denizi çok güzel, tesis modern ve şık

Sehr schöner Strand, tolle und ruhige Lage (letztes Hotel am Strand von Faliraki), allzeit sauber und gepflegt, überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter (special thanks goes to Milena from the Buffet Restaurant, she was always so welcoming and lovely, and Jeffrey from the beach/pool area as well as the pool attendant/lifguard who helped my friend so much as she got stung by a jellyfish - which is very unusual at this beach btw!). Das Essen ist betreffend Frühstücksbuffet aussergewöhnlich gut und vielfältig! Das Abendbuffet war je nach Tag mal etwas weniger oder mehr ansprechend. Das Strandrestaurant ist sehr cool, es hat super feine Angebote. Betreffend Strand ist anzumerken, dass es von Vorteil ist, wenn man Badeschuhe hat, da einerseits die kleinen Steine/Kiesel sehr heiss werden und andererseits im Wasser nicht so einen guten Halt bieten wie ein reiner Sandstrand. Das Hotel hat einen tollen eigenen kleinen Supermarkt, damit man sich mit Wasser, Souvenirs, Glacen, Sonnencreme oder Kleider eindecken kann. Das Angebot des Hotels generell ist sehr toll, bspw. gibt es jeden Vormittag ein Aquagym (ausgenommen am Sonntag). Das Fitness war in Ordnung, sollte jedoch optimalerweise vergrössert und modernisiert werden. Das Personal welches für die Zimmer zuständig war, war freundlich, jedoch wurden bspw. leere Kosmetikprodukte des Hotels nur nach mehrmaligen Fragen nachgefüllt bzw. neue Produkte platziert. Für ein fünf Sterne-Hotel hätte ich hier etwas mehr ‚Luxus‘ erwartet. Die zwei Anmerkungen sind jedoch überhaupt nicht schlimm, und trüben den Gesamteindruck entsprechwns nicht! Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

My wife and I came for a weekend. It was a beautiful experience. The hotel is big and offers a large pool. It has a ling stretch of a very nice beach. You will need swimming shoes because of the pebbles. The food was very, very good. But the most important factor was the staff. All of them. A problem with the room safe was handled within an hour. They replaced the safe. After check out fhey allowed us to stay at the pool, provided us with towels and offered a room where we could shower. Fantastic.

Siamo stati una settimana a luglio all'Elysium. Colazione super abbondante che comprendeva sia dolce che salato. Staff gentile e disponibile. Al check in ci hanno fatto l'upgrade alla camera premium, svegliarsi ogni mattina e avere una vista stupenda sul mare non ha prezzo.

חדר שקיבלנו היה מיושן (מיטות וכריות לא נוחות, מגבות ישנות, מזגן שלא עבד כמו שצריך) יש חדרים שחודשו, צריך לוודא שמקבלים אותם. אין בסביבה של המלון מסעדות ואם בערב לא נוסעים לעיר, נאלצים לאכול במלון (מחירים יקרים)

Higijena u sobi.Osoblje koje radi (verovatno sa Filipina) nije dovoljno kvalitetno održavalo higijenu u sobi.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, modern & luxuriös eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Meer war unglaublich. Jede einzelne Person vom Personal war extrem freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und sehr zuvorkommend.

The facilities are very nice, pool amazing, restaurants ok.

2 major “Deal-breakers”. First and most important: the staff ! 70% of the staff is aggressive and rude. They seem unhappy and frustrated to be working there. Waiters at the buffet (the ones with shirts and vests) are rude, sarcastic, not polite… it’s an extremely uncomfortable situation, specially while on vacation when you want to relax. In the restaurant, We started choosing where to seat, not based on the view or availability, but based on where the rude waiters weren’t located. However, big shout out to the foreign waiters who are super gentle, professional and adorable! If it wasn’t for them, vacation would have been a disaster (people-wise). The second thing is the location of hotel. Even though city center is only a 20min drive, the taxis take more than 1 hour wait only to pick you up from the hotel!!. We missed a dinner reservation because we waited 1 hour for the taxi to arrive. Not to mention that only for the ride (round trip) it’s already 50€.

Es hat uns alles Gefallen. Wir hattten eines der neu renovierten Zimmer, sehr geräumig, tolles Bad,, super bequeme Betten und einen grossen Balkon mit Pool-und Meerblick. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, perfekter Start in den Tag mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und es waren zu unserer Zeit immer ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Jeden Morgen konnte man beobachten, wie viele Hotelgäste die Liegen am Pool und Strand mit ihren Handtüchern "reservierten". Es wäre schön, wenn das vom Hotel unterbunden wird, zumal es oftmals in Anwesenheit des Personal geschah und einfach geduldet wurde. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht und haben 1x mal das Abendbüffet probiert. 40€ p.P., ohne Getränke, fanden wir dann doch etwas zu teuer. Die Auswahl war in Ordnung, aber die warmen Speisen waren leider höchsten lauwarm. Aber dieses Problem kennen wir auch aus anderen Hotelerfahrungen. Haben dann doch lieber für weniger Geld sehr gut auswärts gegessen.

Die Lage ist ideal. Besonders die schöne Poolanlage hat uns sehr gefallen. Sowohl Rodos-Stadt als auch Faliraki sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Die Hauptgerichte beim Abendessen waren nicht ganz nach meinem Geschmack. Das Buffet ist jedoch großartig, bietet eine große Auswahl und eine gute Qualität.

This is a tasteful, beautiful and well run hotel; the Greek staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely diligent and the place is immaculate- the rooms, toilets, beach and bars. It’s our second trip here and we had a wonderful holiday. The buffet is fine- the restaurant offers an option for a à la carte main which is a nice touch. We tried the four course menu at The Noble restaurant which was delicious. The nightly entertainment sounded good although we didn’t partake this year. The Elite bar was great as were the staff and breakfast on the terrace was a wonderful experience.

The food was nice but I would have liked more of a Greek taverna experience, especially as the Fresh restaurant looked relatively empty most nights. Other than that, there were absolutely no complaints!

Nice facilities.

What was really disgusting was, when F&B staff were preparing tables for breakfast and they handled forks and spoons with bare hands including touching the parts guests use to eat with. I saw this multiple times with multiple employees during my stay... Really disgusting! Also, not sure if this establishment really has a Green Key certification, they didnt display it anywhere in the hotel.

המיקום של החדרים : צדדי ,רחוק ובקושי רואים את הים (למרות שהזמנו חדרים עם נוף לים) ולרוב החדרים האחרים במלון יש נוף מהמם , ביקשנו אם ניתן לשנות את החדרים אבל ניתקלנו בסירוב למרות שעל פניו היה נראה שהמלון לא בתפוסה מלאה . רוב המתארחים במלון היו מבוגרים מאוד , חסרה אווירה קצת יותר צעירה ותוססת

Aamupala loistava, todella monipuolinen. Kokilta sai tilata omelettia. Uima-allas iso, sai mukavasti pidemmänkin matkan uitua. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin edessä bussipysäkki mistä helposti pääsee liikkumaan Falirakiin ja Rodokselle.

First of all, the value for money here is amazing. The beach front, pool, food and misc facilities are amazing. The staff is incredibly attentive through the entire resort. A particular noteworthy staff member was Nikita in the Emerald restaurant. Top service from him - you can see that he is passionate and a huge people person. This didn’t apply to our group; however, if you have mobility issues (ie wheelchair bound) I can only recommend this resort. They appear to be incredibly accommodating and even have a device to help those with mobility issues into the beach. I travel a lot and have never seen this offered in southern Europe

Ich war vor Kurzem im Elysium Resort & Spa auf Rhodos, und ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Hotelanlage war wunderschön, die Zimmer sehr sauber, das Essen unglaublich, und das Personal war durchweg professionell. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem nett, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen, und ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Très bel établissement situé en front de mer avec plage privative. J’ai beaucoup apprécié les avantages du club élite, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l’hôtesse d’accueil. Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux pris sur la terrasse panoramique Le restaurant le Noble offre une cuisine raffinée. Le plus du parking gratuit pour la voiture de location.

Staff and food are PERFECT. Hotel is a bit outdated but clean and maintained.

Entertainment was lacking. You really should think a bout a better program

• Room itself was nice, spacious, and comfortable

• Definitely not a 5-star hotel; I don’t understand the high ratings — maybe some guests haven’t stayed in a real 5-star before • Always a waiting list just to get a table outside at breakfast and dinner • Food is very average and quite limited • Sea here is honestly the worst in Rhodes; high reviews probably come from comparisons with Northern Europe • Hotel feels lifeless — no trees anywhere, no greenery, no atmosphere • No playground or facilities for children • Around 90% of guests are 50+, so the hotel feels more like an adults-only property

Hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful pebble beach, crystal clear water and beach not crowded. Staff is excellent and extremely pleasant and hospitable, food and breakfast bar amazing, rooms and bathrooms clean with wonderful views, comfortable beds. Will come back here again!!!

Great service, Attention to details. Clean, comfortable. The hotel sits next to a cliff so there’s a nice short hike you can do. The view is pretty and tthe beach is very well attended with access even for disabled people. Breakfast was diversed with champagne and freshly squeezed juices. Overall experience was amazing. Great value for money !

В этом отеле мы уже раз 5ый наверное. Для нас он уголок спокойствия и релакса. Возможно потому, что мы там частые гости, нам улучшили номер. С днем рождения поздравили - в номере ждал тортик со свечкой и с поздравлением от персонала. Отель ухоженный. Все что полагается для 5 звезд есть. Еда вкусная. На завтраке лосось, шампанское и вяленое мясо (прошута), что еще можно сказать о качестве завтрака)) Море в это месте тоже очень хорошее. По травке бегает робот-косильщик и от этого ощущение какого-то футуристического места, которое особенно усиливается от больших белых шаров на траве (отсыл к фильму Москва -Кассиопея).

В одном из блюд из шведского стола на ужине (пирог) оказался волос. Подумала, что упал мой. Хотела убрать- смотрю тянется из-под крышечки пирога. Подозвала менеджера(молодая девушка) она сразу схватила тарелку и с извинениями убежала. Ну то есть молодец- поступила правильно. А вот дальше подошел старший менеджер и сказал - "я приношу вам свои извинения, но они там на кухне все в шапочках" и на этом все! Мог бы хоть предложить напиток за счет отеля, ну что-нибудь в этом роде. Я рада что они в шапочках, но это был явный намек - мол а может это ваш волос. Так вот что хочу передать тому менеджеру - наутро, там где разносили хлеб, девушка была с таким пушистым, торчащим во все стороны, хвостом волос, что ей шапочка бы никак не помогла, очень хотелось его подозвать. Все же надо проявлять больше чуткости к гостям, которые по старой памяти так рвутся к вам приехать. А еще кормите пожалуйста котиков живущих в отеле- они так радуют постояльцев, но мы не нашли в отеле ни одну кормушку.

Omtänksamt och trevligt personal, stor affär med allt möjligt: kläder souvenir mat öl vin. Bekväm säng, tv wifi som fungerar. Dress code på mat ställen - toppen ide! Lugnt med high standard precis för semester chill.

Reception vill skanna dina känsliga personliga uppgifter - pass! Detta är oacceptabelt nuförtiden. Det är klart att dem kan skriva ner och kolla vem checkar in men att skanna det tyckte jag går gränsen. Samma med betalningskort uppgifter.
