הנוף עוצר נשימה החדר היה בסך הכל בסדר.

המקלחת מיושנת מאד.המטבח היה חסר בקפה והקומקום החשמלי לא היה תקין וגרם לי לכוויה קטנה וביקשתי מהמנהלת בצ׳יק האוט לזרוק את הקומקום שלא יקרה לאורח אחר את מה שקרה לי והיא זרקה .

The rooms were very cute and the outlook across the ocean was lovely. There was good space with a good size bedroom, living room with little bench and fridge and kettle. Sunrise views were also great. The property had great access to restaurants, cafes & mini markets in Firostefani and it was a nice walk to Fira and lots to see in here. Also bus access to Oia from Fira was good.

Bathroom linen wasn’t great. A few marks on white towels which is a turn off for me and one bath mat in particular was of very poor standard. I wouldn’t even use it for cleaning at home let alone give it to guests.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a beautiful stay at Phaos Santorini Suites! The place was absolutely lovely, peaceful and had an amazing sea view. One of our favourite things was waking up to the beautiful sunrise — definitely something we will remember from our trip to Santorini. The receptionist was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the cleaners did an amazing job. Everything was always spotless and very well looked after. We also loved seeing the adorable cats around the property, which made the place feel even more special. 🐱❤️ Beautiful location, wonderful staff and an unforgettable view. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Phaos Santorini Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. We would happily stay here again! 🇬🇷☀️

La camera era spaziosa e con una bellissima vista mare. La ragazza alla reception molto disponibile e pronta a fornire tutte le informazioni richieste.

Gli asciugamani avevano un odore di chiuso, il copertino presentava delle macchie, diciamo che a prima vista la stanza e il bagno non davano grande sentore di pulizia generale. Dopo il check out abbiamo chiesto di poter fare una doccia in una stanza di cortesia che però era sporca pertanto a mio avviso inutilizzabile. La reception dopo le 20 è chiusa quindi recuperare i bagagli non è stato immediato perché nessuno rispondeva al telefono.

La cordialità di Ruth e la posizione strategica per raggiungere comodamente tutte le parti dell’isola. L’alba dal balcone è strepitosa!

This place is in a great location. The sunrise was breathtaking! Very clean also. Staff was wounderful! I would absolutely recommend!

Only thing I found uncomfortable was the mattress. It was very hard.

Ideal location - halfway between Imerovigli and Fira, walking distance to both on the cliffside walking path, just down the road from a wonderful bakery/restaurant (with 24 hour food delivery!), and in the middle of the island for easiest driving access to everything. Charming property with beautiful setting and views and the rooms are spacious and cool, with lots of stone perfect for the surroundings. The property manager Iona was the best part of the stay! She and her husband are the new managers this year, and she was so incredibly helpful before and during our stay, helping arrange transfers, island tour, cooking class at a winery! And when we couldn’t get our preferred room type (no fault of hers - wedding party caused damage), she upgraded us on one of the rooms AND gave us spa vouchers to their sister hotel.

There wasn’t anything we disliked, but two things of which to be aware when making your choice: The mattresses, in typical European style, are fairly hard, which some of our party loved and others didn’t, but we were thrilled to have a room that could accommodate three people (we were 6 in total, so took two rooms). You might have FOMO that your room is not set into the cliffside with an infinity pool facing the sunset (this faces sunrise), but at least based on my research, you’ll pay a lot more. Overall, we were very happy and felt we got the best option for the price!t

Une suggestion : mettre à disposition une cuisine commune dans laquelle on pourrait avoir accès à un micro-ondes et de quoi faire la vaisselle.. certaines personnes/familles n’ont pas forcément l’envie ou les moyens d’aller au restaurant midi et soir tous les jours notamment sur des séjours d’une semaine.

Charming one bedroom appartment very beautifully furnished and the architecture is tipically Santororini Very clean and very confortable. Amazing big Jacuzzi.

No view on the caldera.

Beautiful views, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Staff looked after us by arranging transfers which made getting around stress free.

Excelentes vistas, y calidad en la habitación. Se vive la experiencia de estar en una villa tranquila en la isla. Súper recomendable.

Creo que sería bueno incluir el desayuno al contratar la estancia, por más que tenga un costo extra. Ayuda a vivir mejor la estancia.

mooie locatie, met een prachtig uitzicht. Rustige ligging, maar wel op loopafstand van Fira en het uitzicht op de Caldera. het personeel is heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. willen alles voor je regelen ( en dat doen ze goed!) Appartement is schoon en ruim.

de wifi is wat traag, dit kan zeker verbeterd worden. Fotot's uploaden duurde erg lang. Terwijl we het wisten, miste ik toch een waterkraan en wasbak in de woonkamer. Om een glas om te spoelen o.i.d. Nu moet alles in de badkamer.

Un accueil chaleureux et parfait Jona est une personne exceptionnelle nous avons beaucoup discuté et elle nous a beaucoup conseillé pour les visites et les restaurants. Très à l’écoute et sympathique, je tiens à la remercier de tous les locaux rencontrés, c’est vraiment notre coup de cœur un vrai Soleil. Les chambres sont spacieuses d’une propreté impeccable. La vue est géniale. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Personale gentile e professionale, intuisce ogni possibile problema ed è pronto a risolverlo. Il posto è bellissimo e tanto suggestivo: immerso nella Santorini delle cartoline. Occorre provare la bella sensazione.

Beautiful rooms, very Greek island looking. Facilities are great, the spa was an amazing feature which we enjoyed every day. View is amazing, and the staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Location in Imerovigli was excellent. Short walk to Caldera. Great views of sea from our room. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and spotless. The hot tub on our patio was fantastic.

Pour une localité comme SANTORIN, cet endroit est un havre de paix. Evidemment, suivant le montant de votre réservation, vous choisirez avec vue sur mer ou sans, mais la différence de prix vaut le coup de payer un peu plus cher pour avoir vue sur mer. Maintenant, vous avez vue sur la zone des plages et l'aéroport au loin, mais ce n'est pas une gêne sonore, et en dix minutes à pied, vous êtes sur la caldera (l'établissement est vraiment très près du versant caldera). L'anglais est indispensable dans l'île, le personnel de l'établissement est vraiment aux petits soins pour vous offrir un agréable séjour. Maintenant, si vous cherchez un séjour "un peu calme", choisissez la première semaine de juin, car après, de jour en jour, on voit la foule grossir et la circulation (principalement le stationnement) devient vite un enfer sur la caldera. BONNES VACANCES ! En tout cas les nôtres ont été formidables.

Esperienza molto positiva. Personale disponibile e gentile, Ci ha dato utili consigli per il soggiorno. Appartamento molto pulito, vista alba dal terrazzino sul mare. Posizione strategica a due passi dalla passeggiata sulla Caldera con vista tramonti meravigliosi. A piedi in pochi minuti da Imerovigli e Fira, comoda anche per bellissima passeggiata Fira-Oia. (2 ore ca.di camminata, rientro anche in. Bus da Oia-Fira a soli 2,20€). Comodo parcheggio gratuito interno alla strittura. Super consigliato!

We had an excellent stay. Thank you to the team at Phaos for making our stay so wonderful and being so accommodating and helpful. You helped us to create some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. The Villas were exceptional with fantastic views. Very clean, daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The villas were spacious and beautiful. Comfortable beds and pillows and lots of room.

The room and views

Staff didn't give the room I booked for the gave me without jacuzzi when I also texted them privately and they sent me pics of the jacuzzi. The said to me the excuse of rain for not giving me neither jacuzzi neither the proper room when indeed only rained 2 days ago. The offered me another room many km away which obviously I couldn't reach unless you have a car. To worse all the owner with his grandma and other people appeared in my room in the morning before the time to check out and they were talking like if nothing when I had all my clothes things around in the room . The owner apologized saying " oh my staff told me you were away for a while" he knew I didn't leave and saw in front of him all that time that room was still in used and before the check out clothes and my things around I really felt very invaded and maybe he did because I requested my right to get the room I booked and paid for and despite all they never gave me my room with it's jacuzzi when I checked not only one of those rooms was free but several. They treated me very bad maybe because as well I'm a woman travelling on my own and I found them machists

The view from our room and patio is incredible! The location is also close to the restaurants and stores in Fira and Imerovigli. The location of the hotel rooms are not in the crowded area and it is very quiet even in the day time. Lastly, Jonna is a great host!!

El servicio y trato recibido por parte del personal del lugar; su atención e implicación así como la ubicación y las vistas que había. La localidad entre Imerovigli y Fira lo hicieron mucho mejor y la chica que había en recepción era muy maja y atenta.

Un fallo que hubo con la reserva en cuestión; el primer día habíamos reservado una habitación con una categoría superior a la que nos dieron; no correspondiéndose con la foto que nos enviaron.

Очень печально, этот отель был у меня в закладках ни один год и я мечтала тут побывать. Но реальность оказалась печальной. Отель требует ремонта и уже давно. Сантехника просто мрак, по чистоте тоже вопросы-длинные чужие волосы в ванной, на балконе. Мы приложили большие усилия, чтоб не испортить впечатления о таком красивом острове таким убогим отелем. К сожалению, рекомендовать отель не могу. Очень жаль

Jolie vue, un jacuzzi bien chaud, une chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, de la place pour ranger nos affaires et valises, un frigo, une bouilloire, une cave à vin électrique et un décapsuleur. Le personnel est très disponible.

La chambre manque de quelques équipements : assiettes, couverts et couvertures supplémentaires.

La réceptionniste!

Être bloqué 10 minutes avec une tempête à l’extérieur du logement avec un serrure bloqué avec ma fille de 6 ans et ma mère de 70 ans. Pas de cafetière au départ puis ensuite achat de deux dosettes qui n’allait pas. Jaccuzi moisi les cheveux de ma fille sentait le moisi. Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain.

I liked the hospitality from the staff and attention we received. The staff were so caring and would recommend people to visit Santorini and stay at the phaos suites.

Lo mas lindo es la vista al mar, realmente bellísima. Muy linda decoración.

En el estar hay una mesada con pava electrica y una sandwichera, pero nada de tés, o sobrecitos de azúcar de cortesía. Además las tazas no se podían lavar más que en el baño ya que la mesada no disponía de una Bacha. Eso no me pareció adecuado para un hotel de esta categoría.

Tout était parfait.accueil très sympathique.emplacement idéal à immerovigli. Lieu très calme avec vue sur mer et jacuzzi. Lieu très propre et bien aménagé.

L’appartement est appréciable avec sa belle vue et son jacuzzi. La literie est agréable.

Il était un peu humide et le jacuzzi n’était disponible que le dernier jour. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur totalement car il ne faisait pas très chaud. Dommage. Il manquait des dosettes de café. Pour le secteur il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour se déplacer.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was a nice size and clean. We had a small fridge where we could keep food and drinks. There is a kettle to boil water for hot drinks, but you need to buy your own instant coffee and milk yourselves. We liked having the hot tub to relax in after all the walking in Santorini. Nice sea view from our room

The floors were cold, but we went in April and the weather was cool. These suites seem to be designed for summer weather. the door lock was hard to open. It was not the fault of the property, we ordered a prepaid car service to take us to the airport and it did not show up. We still have’t received a refund yet a week later. The property can organise a car service, quite expensive though.

Good location - the hotel is located about 15 - 20 minute slow walk down to the town of Fira Room was clean and quite large Room had a balcony which had a sea view Comfortable beds There was about 2 to 3 mini markets and a few restaurants within walking distance Good staff; Jona was most heloful. She communicated clearly from even before we arrived and gave useful tips on guidance on what to do, sightseeing options, helped arrange transport, etc.

The room is a bit dated. The bedroom and living room was fine but the bathroom needs to be upgraded. Electric kettle should be replaced and perhaps include a microwave. Hotel should also provide mineral water.

Our stay at **Phaos Santorini Suites in Imerovigli, Santorini** was absolutely perfect. Honestly, it could not have been better. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, and that made the whole experience even more special. A huge part of that was Jona, who was without a doubt one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met. She was warm, kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like family. The suite itself was spacious, beautifully kept, and incredibly comfortable. The room was big, which made a huge difference for our family, and the **views of the sea were simply breathtaking**. Waking up to that view every day felt unreal. What really stood out was how wonderfully they treated **my daughter, my wife, and my mom**. They made all of them feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and cared for throughout our stay. That kind of personal warmth is rare, and it meant a lot to us as a family. The location was also excellent — just a 5-minute drive to Fira, so we had the perfect balance of peaceful luxury in Imerovigli while still being very close to everything. We truly loved our stay and would recommend Phaos Santorini Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. Beautiful accommodations, stunning views, amazing location, and hospitality that was simply exceptional.

Il bagno non era attrezzato, c’erano delle crepe sul muro e non c’erano ganci al muro per lo shampoo .

Les prestations (pas d’eau chaude à l’arrivée, il fallait enclencher le tableau électrique) , le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, tous les lits n’étaient pas faits à notre arrivée.

Il est indiqué qu’il y a un jacuzzi dans l’annonce, la première photo est d’ailleurs une photo de ce jacuzzi. Nous étions étonné de voir à notre arrivée que celui-ci était fermé, il était marqué nulle part que celui-ci était fermé en hiver.

Πολυ κοντα σε ολα, εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο, μεγαλα καθαρα δωματια, αυελειωτη θεα ☺️

Υπεροχή θεα, τοσο κοντα στην πρωτευουσα (Φηρά), αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη τοποθεσία με ιδιωτικότητα. Άνετα, καθαρά δωμάτια με casual αισθητική που σε κανουν να νιώθεις σα το σπιτι σου. Σε αυτο βοηθησε και το προσωπικό που ειναι παντα διαθεσιμο να σε βοηθήσει να αισθανθείς άνετα ατο χωρο. Η ομαδα του ξενοδοχείου κανονισε τη μεταφορά μας απο το αεροδρόμιο και μας βοηθησαν να κλεισουμε μια υπέροχη κρουαζιέρα και ενα wine tour που δε θα ξεχασουμε! Ζητησαμε να διακοσμησουν και το δωματιο για τα γενέθλια μου και πραγματικά ηταν υπεροχο. Αν επιστρέψουμε στη Σαντορινη σίγουρα θα επισκευτουμε ξανα αυτο το ξενοδοχείο!
