Reviewed Sep 2, 2026A nice little place. We only stayed for one night before catching the ferry to Corfu, and it worked perfectly for us. Breakfast was included in the price. Nothing fancy, but everything was fresh and tasty, just a good classic breakfast. The location is also very convenient. It’s only a couple of minutes to the lake and the town center, where you can walk around the fortress and find a nice taverna for dinner. The girl at reception was very friendly and welcoming. She was smiling, helpful, and gave the place a really nice atmosphere from the moment we arrived.

Staff extremely kind and helpful. Good breakfast but it could be slightly bigger choice for breakfast eg. there were hardly any vegetables.

Έχει κάποιες μικροφθορές που θα μπορούσαν να φτιαχτούν εύκολα! Όπως η βρύση του μπάνιου και φθορές στη μπανιέρα στο τζακούζι. Το είχαμε επισκεφτεί προ δεκαετίας και ήταν αψεγάδιαστο.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Όμορφος προαυλιος χώρος αν και θα μπορούσε να αξιοποιηθεί καλύτερα, η μινι παιδική χαρά ειναι για πολυ μικρα παιδιά, το πρωινό ήταν με καλα προϊόντα και ικανοποιητικό, οι άνθρωποι πολυ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, το στρώμα και μαξιλάρια μια χαρά!
Έμεινα στη σοφίτα και ήταν αρκετά ζέστη,το ταβάνι "εκαιγε" και το ερκοντισιον ήθελε αρκετή ώρα για να εχει αποτέλεσμα. Κατι ακομα, δεν είχε παράθυρο πάρα μόνο ενα μικρο προς τον ουρανό.δε με ενόχλησε εφόσον ήταν για ενα βράδυ.

Great location, just outside of Ioannina so not competing for parking and noise, but close enough that you can walk or quickly drive. There are parking lots in Ioannina, so that was very handy. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was very pleasant. Def one of our best stays on holiday.
Only 1 thing, the sink was smelly. Probably needed some drano, otherwise, the place was awesome.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Although we stayed here in transit only, we were very impressed by the large, well equipped rooms, by the beautiful view from the balcony, as well as the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast is good. The parking space is more than sufficient. Location is in a quiet area, close to the lake and not too far from the city center. We're definitely coming back here again.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι εκπληκτική δίπλα στην λίμνη. Το κτίριο είναι σύγχρονο και πεντακάθαρο με ένα υπέροχο σαλόνι στον χώρο υποδοχής. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα, ήσυχα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα. Το πρωινό ήταν πλήρες και γευστικό. Επίσης, έχει στην πίσω μεριά μια υπέροχη αυλή με τραπέζια κα καθίσματα όπου μπορείς να κάθεσαι με θέα το βουνό. Κατάλληλο για οικογένειες λόγω της ησυχίας και του ότι διαθέτει και χώρο για να παίζουν τα μικρά παιδιά. Τέλος διαθέτει ένα ευρύχωρο πάρκινγκ.

B. zur imposanten Vikos-Schlucht
Trotz des noch jungen Gebäudes sind die Sanitäreinrichtungen renovierungsbedürftig, die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein
