La piscina y el relax. Se puede ir a pie a Agios Prokopios pero estando en este hotel que da tranquilidad y silencio.

Quizás un poco justa la cena, solo una opción de carne y pescado. Por el precio, no vale la pena la media pensión.

Las piscinas, la habitación muy cómoda y con vistas a la piscina y a la ciudad.

2η φορά στο ξενοδοχείο και πλέον το περιβάλλον και οι άνθρωποι μου είναι πολύ οικεία. Η περιποίηση ήταν για άλλη μία φορά άψογη, με τα παιδιά στο bar να πρωτοστατούν. Ειδικά η πρωινή βάρδια, την οποία είδαμε ότι στέκεται εξίσου άριστα και στη βραδινή. Τα συγκεκριμένα παιδιά δείχνουν τον επαγγελματισμό που απαιτεί ένα 4άστερο ξενοδοχείο, στην πιο ανθρώπινη εκδοχή του.

The room was fine and the pool area very nice and not that crowded. Also most of the staff were very helpful. The hotel is close to the nice beaches and chora, so that was very helpful.

The mattress needs to be replaced. They did give us a foam topping when we mentioned the stiffness of the mattress, but the topping dimensions were larger than those of the bed and there was a falling hazard if you got close to the edge. Also, for a hotel of this size the breakfast and food served need to improve.

Localização muito boa, muito próxima ao ponto de ônibus e com possibilidade de ir andando para a praia. Foi uma surpresa encontrar as acomodações diferentes do que era mostrado nas fotos do hotel, porque as acomodações foram reformadas recentemente. Duas piscinas grandes e muito boas.

Como as acomodações foram reformadas, alguns detalhes ficaram sem finalizar, provavelmente porque o hotel precisava receber os hóspedes pro verão. Então dava para ver alguns fios soltos, por exemplo. Nada que atrapalhasse a nossa experiência. Na área da piscina poderia ter um banheiro a disposição para não ter que tornar ao apartamento todas as vezes. Ainda na área da piscina as cadeiras e sombrinhas disponíveis são poucas e várias vezes encontramos todas as cadeiras reservadas por outros hóspedes que chegavam, deixavam reservado com toalhas e não permaneciam na área da piscina.

The pool was lovely. More sunbeds and umbrellas. General gardens were needing work. Breakfast was ok.

The gym is old and tired. The toilets outside the gym were unsatisfactory.

Εξαιρετικό πρωινό, με διαφορετικά χειροποίητα προιόντα κάθε μέρα. Τέλεις αλμυρές πίτες και γλυκά. Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση προσωπικού. Ωραίοι εξωτερικοί χώροι. Άνετα δωμάτια και πάρκινγκ. Ωραία θέα, μακρινή στην χώρα.

Παλιά έπιπλα, αλλά καινούργια στρώματα και πετσέτες. Η πισίνα γέμιζε με παιδιά, παρόλο που υπήρχε παιδική πισίνα. Η μπαλκονόπορτα ήταν παλιά και ακουγόταν ο θόρυβος από τον δρόμο.

Ήθελα όταν καθάριζαν δωμάτιο να έβαζαν και αφρολουτρα και σαμπουανακια και επίσης να καθάριζαν και το μπαλκόνι γιατί είχε αποτσιγαρα σε όλη τη διαμονή μου από προηγούμενους ενώ εγώ ποτέ δεν καπνιζα

Άνετο μεγάλο δωμάτιο, μεγάλο μπάνιο με ντους, άνετο και ευρύχωρο κρεββατι.Το πρωινό είχε αρκετές επιλογές ( αλλά οι γεύσεις δεν μας ενθουσίασαν). Ωραίος ο χώρος της πισίνας. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Η μία πόρτα της ντουλάπας και το ένα συρτάρι δεν άνοιγαν λόγω του ότι εφάπτονταν στην πόρτα του δωματίου. Ένα μικρό ψυγειάκι ήταν τοποθετημένο μέσα στην ντουλάπα.... Μας έλειψε μια μεγάλη κρεμάστρα ή ένας καλόγερος ή ένα τραπέζι επιπλέον για να ακουμπάμε τα ρούχα μας, υπήρχε χώρος στο δωμάτιο αλλά ήταν ανεκμετάλλευτος. Το δωμάτιο επίσης δεν είχε καμία διακόσμηση, μια μεγάλη φωτογραφία από τις τόσες ομορφιές του νησιού θα το άλλαζε εντελώς!

Το πρωινό μέτριο έως αδιάφορο έχω πάει σε πάρα πολλά ξενοδοχεία με πρωινό πρώτη φορά πληρώσαμε καφέδες φραπέ και ελληνικό Η πισίνα πολύ καλή και καθαρή αλλά η ξαπλώστρες για πέταμα. Και η ομπρέλες πολύ λίγες

μας άρεσαν το προσωπικό ή μεγάλη πισίνα για ενήλικες αλλά & η πισίνα που ήταν μεγάλη για τα παιδιά το άνετο parking το πλούσιο πρωινό & κάθε μέρα καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο

Για 5 αστέρων χάλια το δωμάτιο μικρό πολύ ωραίο το στρώμα αλλά πόρτες πολύ παλιές μπαλκονόπορτες το ίδιο δεν είχε να απλώσω ρούχα στον τοίχο είχανε βάλει πλακάκια και από κει δεν το είχαν κλείσει καλά και βγαίνανε μολλητήρια και άλλα ζωύφια έγραφε ότι έχει σίδερο και είχε ένα παλιό που κάναμε ζημιά στα ρούχα. Κάτω από τα κρεβάτια βρωμιά και πεταμένα άδεια μπουκάλια.

Estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado. Estaba reformado y muy nuevo. La comida del buffet es muy buena y casera. Nuestra estancia fue excelente

Staff really pleasant and helpful. Rooms nice, good breakfast and easy parking. There is also a bus stop opposite if you don't have a car. It's not really a 4 star hotel but it isn't priced as one so that wasn't a problem.

Facilities not as extensive as suggested - there is no laundry on site but you can pay to have it done. Sauna/spa costs extra and seems to be little used. The walk to the beach is quite short (15 mins) but a bit hairy as there is no pedestrian path. We didn't try the evening buffet as we found we could eat cheaper by the beach.

This hotel was the perfect spot for a lovely vacation, highly recommend for girls' trips or families. It is located a short distance from Naxos town, allowing you to be able to enjoy some peace but also enjoy all the wonders the towns on the island offer. The staff were so welcoming and always happy to help during our visit, whether it be getting a cab or recommendations on local spots to visit. It really stuck out and made our visit all the more enjoyable. The room were very comfortable and had amazing AC. The pool was just as stunning as the pictures, and the bar had a wide selection of drinks to get. Along with great service from Petros. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naxos and cannot wait for when I can return.

Le personnel souriant et aimable ainsi que les extérieurs qui étaient très beaux. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner ainsi que du Desk étaient très sympathique et aimable ! Merci à eux !

Je dois avouer que les lits n'étaient pas des plus confortables. De plus, la chambre avait une odeur d'humidité et la climatisation ne sentait vraiment pas bon, à tel point que nous avons dû l'arrêter.

Réceptionnistes toujours disponibles pour des conseils et des renseignements. La piscine est bien exposée, transats confortables. La réception vous prête des serviettes pour la piscine, c’est top. Le lit est confortable, avec une bonne climatisation. Loin du centre de Naxos, mais plage (Prokopianos) à proximite à pied (15min environ) Établissement agréable et calme.

Le ménage n’est pas forcément fait tous les jours malgré le passage des hommes/femmes de chambres, qui sont par ailleurs très gentils. La salle de sport est très petite, fonctionnelle c’est tout. Le dîner est disponible seulement en buffet au prix de 22€, assez cher pour la qualité proposée. Tout comme le petit déjeuner qui reste très basique, avec des produits de premières qualités. Évitez le jus d’orange, c’est le pire que nous ayons goûté.

Sobe u prizemlju i deo soba koje gledaju ka moru su okrenute ka putu ili gledaju u susedne zgrade te na terasama nema nikakvog pogleda.

Parking spots are not marked, wind conditions, too fat on regular breakfast food (oil usage or something else), not good coffee, not cleaning of tables immediatelly after people being finished with food

We had such a wonderful stay at Naxos Palace Hotel! The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely swimming pool and a good breakfast. One of the things we appreciated the most was the convenience of the location. The hotel has a bus service connecting it to some of the best beaches as well as to Naxos Town, which made getting around very easy and stress-free. But above all, I really want to highlight the kindness and warmth of the staff. Everyone at reception was incredibly sweet, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. Honestly, the staff is what impressed me the most — even more than the hotel itself. Thanks to them, our stay was truly special and everything felt so easy and enjoyable. I also accidentally left something very important at the hotel after checking out, and they immediately helped me and arranged to have it sent to me. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay in Naxos so beautiful. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily come back! 🤍🇬🇷

L emplacement ( trop loin de chora) la formule du dîner le soir = aucun effort sur les spécialités grecques ( ex mousaka ) hormis salade grecque. Peu diversifié. La chambre avait qqs malfacons ( prise arrachée, abattement lunettes wc non fixée, et fils apparents telephone dans la salle de bains)

Está muy cerca del aeropuerto y bien conectado con las principales playas de la zona oeste de la isla. Tiene una piscina genial, el desayuno está muy bien, las habitaciones son grandes y el personal es muy amable. Te ofrecen alquiler de coche por un buen precio. Un sitio ideal para relajarse

Nuestra estancia en Naxos Palace fue increíble, sin duda lo recomendaríamos al 100%. Lo mejor del hotel es la zona de la piscina, que es simplemente espectacular: amplia, muy cuidada y perfecta para relajarse. Es una auténtica maravilla y uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel, donde apetece pasar horas. Nos alojamos en una suite con vistas al mar y fue una pasada. La habitación era muy cómoda, con una cama grande y súper confortable, un baño amplio y una terraza preciosa desde la que podíamos ver el amanecer... un detalle que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. El desayuno también correcto, con variedad suficiente y todo muy rico para empezar el día con energía. Otro punto muy positivo es que el hotel tiene parada de bus justo delante, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse por la isla sin necesidad de alquilar coche. En resumen, una estancia perfecta: cómoda, bonita y muy bien conectada. Volveríamos sin duda 💙

El hotel está muy bien. Desayuno correcto y variado. Dos piscinas y habitaciones algo antiguas pero limpias y baños reformados. Camas cómodas.

En realidad lo único malo es que el recinto es algo antiguo, pero tengo claro que volvería, así que no es tan malo.

Posizione un po' decentrata rispetto a Naxos città, ma vicina ad alcune belle spiagge. Le lenzuola erano un po' corte quindi spesso il letto si scopriva. Qualche disattenzione da parte dello staff: non ci hanno prenotato il transfer per il porto -nonostante all'andata l'avessimo preso

The resort in general was very good, the pools were amazing and the breakfast was really good. The location of the hotel is perfect, between the main city and the beaches, so it is not too crowded. You can access by car or by bus (every 30 min or so).

Η τοποθεσία είχε στρατηγική θέση για τις εξορμήσεις προς όλο το νησί, μια ανάσα από τη χώρα, μεγάλες και καθαρές πισίνες ενηλίκων και παιδιών , όμορφο περιβάλλον με κήπο, πλούσιο και νόστιμο πρωινό, καθαρές πετσέτες κάθε μέρα, ευγενικό προσωπικό!

Ο κηπουρός πότιζε τον κήπο ή έκοβε το γκαζόν μεσημέρι στην παιδική πισίνα μαζεύοντας τις ξαπλώστρες με αποτέλεσμα να μας διώχνει με τον τρόπο του ή να μη μπορούμε να χαλαρώσουμε στο δωμάτιο λόγω φασαρίας γιατί ήταν δίπλα ακριβώς από τον κήπο! Επίσης το δωμάτιο μας μύριζε υγρασία στη μεσοτοιχία μπάνιου - μιας πλευράς κρεβατιού !

Πολύ ωραία διαμονή ,καλή τοποθεσία ,κοντά στη χώρα και στις καλύτερες παραλίες.Πολύ καλό πρωινό με μεγάλη ποικιλία .Μεγάλο δωμάτιο με ποιοτικό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια .Μεγάλη ντουζιέρα με πολύ καλή πίεση νερού.Πολύ πράσινο και ιδιωτικότητα στη βεράντα.

Το μόνο που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί είναι οι πιάστρες από τα πατζούρια ,τις μέρες με πολύ αέρα χτυπούσαν από όλα τα δωμάτια.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The facilities were excellent, with a beautiful garden and a lovely swimming pool that made it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. The location is ideal, close to several beaches and within easy reach of the town, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Petros, who was exceptionally attentive, professional, and always willing to help. His outstanding service truly made a difference to my experience. The buffet was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality food to suit all tastes. Overall, I had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

La ducha es grande y el aire acondicionado bueno Piscina bonita

Camas con colchones muy viejos blandos y hundidos. El desayuno básico, huevos fritos fríos,todo beicon frío... repetitivo, zumo muy muy malo. Limpieza justa, Telarañas en lámparas terrazas etc..sábanas con manchas . No está cerca de nada, si con coche. No corresponde al precio que se paga

Het hotel ligt op een rustige lokatie, ruim 1 km verwijderd van het Prokopios strand en 10 rijden van Chora. Een auto is eigenlijk wel aan te bevelen, want de weg naar het strand is zeker in het donker gevaarlijk om te lopen. Er zijn twee zwembaden, waarvan één voor kinderen. Badhanddoeken zijn verkrijgbaar bij de receptie. De kamer was ruim en netjes. De badkamer heeft een stortdouche met zeer goede waterdruk. De badkamerdeur gaat naar binnen open en is daarom onhandig. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt en voorzien van schone handdoeken. Er liepen wel elke dag mieren in de kamer, maar dat was niet echt storend. Het personeel is allemaal vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij misten bijvoorbeeld de afstandsbediening van de tv. Na een appje werd dit direct opgelost. Ook een appje over een defecte buitenlamp werd snel opgelost. Het ontbijt is goed met diverse warme, koude en zoete gerechten. Meer vers gesneden fruit en noten zouden welkom zijn. Al met al hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad en vonden we het zeker waar voor ons geld.

De ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn verouderd en wat doorgezakt. Enige echte punt van kritiek is de gym in de kelder. De apparatuur is verouderd, niet schoon en de matjes zijn versleten. De gym was in zijn geheel niet schoon. Ook de trap naar beneden is niet schoon. Dat kan veel beter!

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was beautiful and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Every part of our stay was exceptional, and we would highly recommend Naxos Palace to anyone visiting Naxos. We can't wait to come back!

Es un hotel calidad - precio muy buena ! El desayuno es correcto , normal pero los camareros muy agradables . Estaba a 12-15 minutos andando de Agios Prokopios que estaba la zona de la playa con beach - clubs y restaurantes .

We stayed for one night because our original accommodation on Naxos (Latramys Suites) cancelled our booking on the day of arrival. The hotel met our expectations — both breakfast and dinner were very good, the pools were nice, and although some facilities are a bit older, it’s clear that the hotel is being gradually modernized. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Πρωί και βράδυ πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν τόσο σε ό,τι αφορούσε τη διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο, οσο και στο νησί, με χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για καταστήματα, συγκοινωνίες κτλ. Πραγματικά, κράτησαν το ξενοδοχείο στις πλάτες τους και χωρίς αυτούς η διαμονή δεν θα ήταν ίδια. Πάντα διπλα στον κόσμο κατα τη διαρκεια των γευμάτων, να μη λείψει τίποτα, μα και στο ενδιάμεσο αυτών. Ευγένεια, ανθρωπιά και αρτιότητα χαρακτήρα και ήθος ιδίως από τους υπεύθυνους του μπαρ, μα και απο τα καινούργια παιδιά. Ένας πολύ ωραίος χώρος με πρωταγωνιστές νέα παιδιά με φοβερό εργασιακό, και οχι μονο, ήθος.

Η εξυπηρέτηση της ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολυ βασική και πολλες φορές με λανθασμένες πληροφορίες για τα γεύματα και τις συγκοινωνίες.

This was my third year in a row visiting this fantastic hotel, and that really says it all. There is a wonderful mix of both new and familiar faces in the staff, and everyone is incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. The overall atmosphere is just lovely! ​The service here is always top-notch. The rooms are clean, fresh, and so comfortable that you instantly feel right at home. Housekeeping is excellent, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious with plenty of great options. Great location, near the beach Agios Prokopios and only 10 minutes to Chora. I am already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended!😊

The breakfast was good. And had variety for some things. The pool was lovely and big and we enjoyed that. We had dinner there one night - which was buffet and it was pretty good. To sum it up - the hotel was lovely and the people were helpful.

I think the gym needs some TLC - if someone wants to use it.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε ήσυχη περιοχή , 5' από το κέντρο! Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό. Η πισίνα ήταν απολαυστική κ η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη.

Δεν καθαρίζονταν σωστά το δωμάτιο, άλλαζαν μόνο σεντονια κ πετσέτες.

Bella struttura,camera ampia e pulita.Molto bella la piscina.Personale gentile e premuroso,,sembrava di essere stati catapultati in un oasi in mezzo al deserto, affascinanti le rocce che sovrastano e circondano l'hotel.Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.

La nostra stanza forse era quella con vista migliore. Stanza spaziosa, bel bagno. Letto stupendo, accogliente. Ottima colazione salata, buons la dolce, migliorabile la qualità del caffè. Abbiamo cenato per un malessere dovuto al troppo sole una sera, a buffet, semza infamia e senza lode. Bella la piscina e top la pace della struttura. Staff molto gentile.

Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και διέθετε υπέροχη θέα προς τη θάλασσα και τη Χώρα της Νάξου. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ιδιαίτερα βολική, καθώς ειχε εύκολη πρόσβαση στα βασικά σημεία του νησιού. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο με μεγαλη ποικιλία Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και πάντοτε πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Οι πετσέτες, τα σεντόνια, ακόμη και το χαλάκι του μπάνιου, αλλάζανε καθημερινά, γεγονός που αποδεικνύει τη μεγάλη έμφαση που δίνεται στην καθαριότητα. Η πισίνα ήταν καθαρή και με ησυχία ιδανική για στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Συνολικά πρόκειται για μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία και θα επιλέγαμε ξανά το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Καλό πρωινό. Καλοί εξωτερικοί χώροι και καθαροί. Ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο.

Θα ήθελα σίτες στην μπαλκονόπορτα. Επιπλέον κάποια δωμάτια στο ισόγειο δεν είναι κατάλληλα για σκυλάκια γιατί υπάρχει άνοιγμα στο μπαλκόνι και μπορούν εύκολα να φύγουν. Αλλά το προσωπικό μας εξυπηρέτησε πρόθυμα και μας άλλαξε δωμάτιο την επόμενη ημέρα.

place itself nice, but food very poor. full. buffet dishes that was supposed to be hot, were all cold - serving stews cold was awful and i feel posed a health risk. very basic , nothing around the hotel - no shop, restaurant or anything else. also would have helped to know that it was a Saga holiday destination, nothing wrong with that, we would have just preferred a different ambience - the place had no character or sole. - it has lots of potential though, the building is nice. We ended up checkout out early.

Buono il rapporto qualita prezzo ...ottimo prezzo ..in mezza pensione ...complesso tenuto bene , camera con vista chora , piscina bella ..rilassante. Camera pulita e ampia, bagno adeguato , presente fermata del bus davanti all hotel ,

La posizione è un ibrido ,ne mare , ne citta' ,ecco se non si ha una auto ...si è un po tagliati fuoti , Agios prokopio non è lontano a piedi,,,ma meglio avere uno scooter o un auto. Formula mezza pensione da migliorare nei contenuti ...almeno un mini buffet di antipasti...non adeguato alla categoria , la coalzione è sufficiente ma si potrebbe fa meglio . Personale un po ' distaccato...

Υπήρχαν πολλά σκαλοπάτια που δυσκόλευαν άτομα κάποιας ηλικίας , επίσης ο χώρος του πρωινού/ βραδινού Απρόσωπος , το πρωινό απλό όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο αλλά το βράδυνό Απαράδεκτο Είχαμε την εντύπωση ότι τρώγαμε φαγητό των Δήμων σε .. άστεγους!!( συσσίτιο αστέγων)

The hotel is like a mini-resort. It is beyond beautiful, the houses/villas are marvelous and all the plants and flowers are very well maintained. It also was very quiet and comfortable (We went at June, so maybe in July/August the hotel is more crowded) The staff was very kind to us and willing to help if we had any problem. The parking is not a problem as the hotel basically have a whole parking lot for themselves, it also has a road which goes all the way behind the hotel so it is very convenient if you are in some of the farthest rooms from the entrance and need to pick up someone. The breakfast buffet was good but we expected a little bit more variety and quality in the products Overall our stay was excellent and we will come back for sure

Έλειπαν βασικα πράγματα από το δωμάτιο (δεν είχε πού να ακουμπήσεις την βαλίτσα). Είχε ζεστό νερό μόνο πολύ πρωί και μετά το μεσημέρι καθόλου.

Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and the bath was clean - recent renovated and upgraded. The room door was however not Ok, the lock was ancient and needed oiling. The reception/lobby area had a neglected and sorrowful appearance and atmosphere, quite out of a third world rural town vibe. The decor was outdated, but at least it’s clean. The breakfast is good, served its purpose but they seem to serve the same varieties every morning. Should you require to use the toilets, I suggest you use the ones in the lobby; in no circumstances, use the ones downstairs of the restaurant - they were in the most disgusting state, so dirty that you would think you were in a totally different place - worse than public toilets. WiFi was very good.

Didn’t anticipated them to assigned me a room at the back of the hotel and on 2nd floor that to reach it I had to make many turns and climbed many stairs with a suitcase.

Location was ideal, close enough to the beach and shopping, but also far enough where it wasn’t busy or noisy. Staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the amenities were amazing. 10 out of 10!!

Zero complaints. This checked every single box for us!
