Naxian Utopia Luxury Villas

The breakfast was actually quite good, with a nice selection of food. It is worth arriving a little early, though, if you want to have the full choice available, as some items were not replenished once they ran out, despite breakfast service lasting only around two hours. Overall, however, the quality of the breakfast was one of the positive aspects of our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering that the property is presented as 5-star accommodation. As soon as we entered, there was a strong musty smell mixed with chlorine. There were no insect screens on the windows, so airing the room properly was not exactly easy. The shower was in poor condition, with visible mould and hairs, which was a surprising detail for a property in this category. There was also no ventilation in either the bathroom or the toilet, which made things even less comfortable. At night, the room was not particularly quiet either. The refrigerator is about one metre from the bed, so you can hear it working, while the pool machinery seemed to provide its own background soundtrack throughout the night. The toilet area is also very impractical, as there is no shelf or surface for even the smallest personal items. The waste bin basically becomes the only available “storage space”. And then there is probably the most unexpected design feature of all: an Ethernet port inside the shower area. Definitely not something we had on our list of 5-star amenities. Overall, for the price paid, we expected a noticeably higher standard of cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail.

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Anna, who assisted us with reservations at the best restaurants and beach bars. The accommodation is a true oasis for relaxation and enjoyment, away from the city crowds, yet only a 15-minute drive from Naxos Town.

The best hotel in Naxos the hospitality of the team and the location are just amazing, staff super friendly and apartment just beautiful MUST try

dry comfortable villa. I was upgraded to the executive suite, which is very nice for a group of friends or a family of 4.

this is a well-used property and for that reason a bit tired. everything needs a little refresh. then again, I stayed there the last week of the season. i hope they give everything a fresh coat of paint (or plaster) in time for next year.

Every thing was great including breakfast

Really amazing breakfast!

Parking was beside a house with a scary big dog that barked at you when you walked back to the hotel

Loved our villa with private pool. Very comfortable and a perfect place to relax. Breakfast was fantastic with a choice of homemade options that changed daily. Limited interactions with staff & that was very transactional. Really enjoyed our stay but lacked some attention to detail.

We stayed for 8 days - breakfast was varied and always great quality. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a lovely calm place to stay.

A bit of a walk for restaurants/beach - so recommend having a car.

Unbelievable property with absolutely amazing views and facilities. Upgraded to a villa from a suite and was over the moon with the fit out and design. Incredible place.

Could not fault it. Absolutely amazing

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Can’t recommend the Utopia enough. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back in the future

No food between 10:30 and 15:00

Very good property to stay

Really loved our stay

Nice big room, good location and staff. Small breakfast selection but good quality.

None of the windows had shutters and the curtains were pathetic - very hard to sleep after sun rise. Pillow selection is not great either. They only had very large thick pillows and were unable to provide any alternative. There was also a leak on the patio outside our room which they just tried to cover up with towels.

We really enjoyed our stay at Naxian Utopia! The villa was fantastic and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful to organize transportation, car rentals and make reservations. Special shoutout to Anna for making our stay memorable. Daily breakfast was fresh and included new traditional Greek foods to try each day. Would love to return again next time we are in Naxos.

Stella Anna and their team were fantastic, the chefs Chrisa and Marina were outstanding with the food

Such lovely staff. Best most lovely delicious varied home made buffet breakfast each morning. Such beautiful rooms. Great private pool and spa.

The pools are just a bit too cold!

Breakfast like nothing else. Homemade, fresh and delicious. Love the privacy with individual pools to relax and unwind. Love this location.

It was a great location, near to town and the beaches. The property itself was beautiful and very clean. It was great having a private pool and jacuzzi and the breakfast was excellent!

The only thing was the shower didn’t drain very well.

This property was outstanding. The room we had with private pool, jacuzzi and bathtub was gorgeous. The staff were amazing and we absolutely loved our stay. It is on the bus line to the closest beach. The breakfast was all home made and really yummy. Very organic ingredients and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely nothing….

Breakfast was outstanding… lots of variety, changed daily and all homemade. Having our own pool was wonderful and staff so helpful. The pick up from the port was appreciated. The room was great although lacked some storage and a sunken bath not that practical with kids. The walk down to shops/beach/restaurants wasn’t great (can’t do in the dark) but was only 10 minutes. It’s €15 in a taxi or €2 each on the bus. Chora easily accessible by bus. We really loved this place.

It is a beautiful clean property, but the thing that sets it apart is the excellent staff. They are the best I have ever seen.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in the 3 bedroom suite. It was very clean and suitable for our family. We loved having our own pool and the staff and service was amazing!

- Guest services and housekeeping staff are super helpful and very friendly. Stella was brilliant at answering any questions or requests. - Rooms are well equipped and spacious, it was really nice to have a lounge area to relax in. - Location is close to the beach but a little away from the noise etc. of the beach front. About 15m walking or a few minutes by car. - Complimentary shuttle to and from the port was excellent. On time, nice drivers and vehicles and free. - Breakfast included and light food menu available every day. - Reception open from 8:00 till 24:00 and easily reachable by room phone if no one was at the desk.

- Pool is not heated and was freezing so I only used it once. Even in 27°C and sunshine I could not tolerate it for more than 10 mins. Even a little heat would make it so much better for shoulder season! It's a shame because it's a nice big pool.

Nice hotel, quiet area. Great for families-- we had an infant, and the statf were very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel was easy driving distance from restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lots of privacy and space, excellent breakfast It was a little out of town but still walkable to the beach in 10-15 minutes

It’s far enough that you need to drive to the chora (if that’s where you want to go)

Great location. Great rooms with private pool.

Pool was like an ice bath but that’s expected when not heated. Arranged a transfer with the hotel to leave at 8am for the ferry. Transfer never arrived and at 8:40 there still wasn’t anyone at reception to speak to and we’d been standing for 45 minutes waiting. Luckily we found a local taxi number or we would have missed the ferry.

Facilities are incredible, the staff are super helpful and very friendly. The location is excellent, and the property is super clean!!

We stayed in the executive villa which is probably a bit too small for 6 people (we had 4 adults and 2 children). The downstairs shower is on a little handle, which means you need to hold the shower head. The upstairs bathroom sink is also quite small, and the water splashes everywhere - the toilet also constantly has a foul smell (I presume due to plumbing), however did make sleeping upstairs unpleasant at times.

Pretty much everything! The staff, Electra in particular were great, wonderful breakfasts, cool decor, comfy villa with lovely views, instagram l-worthy pool, free transfers….

I’m being picky but If I’d been travelling with my husband a larger double bed would have been good.

Our honeymoon villa was very comfortable, with private garden, pool & hot tub Staff were extremely helpful and friendly They organised our hire car to be delivered and collected Great buffet breakfast Close to some lovely tavernas and beach & easy to get to main town approx 10 mins

Could have done with sun umbrellas by pool

Friendly and super helpful staff, knew all their names when we checked out as we interacted daily with them. They were able to accommodate our last minute date changes due to a (our fault) mix up on dates. Beautifully Villa, pool and wading pool for the kids across the way. They helped us book the rental car and even had them deliver it to the property, so convenient. Homemade breakfast options were delicious, something for everyone. We ordered food and wine on arrival and they were also amazing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff were super helpful. Free breakfast was excellent. Landry services very reasonable.

Location was great. The suite was beautiful spacious clean. It was gorgeous the inside and outside. The breakfast had a lots of choices from sweet to savory. The customer service was excellent!! I will recommend staying at the Luxury Villas 100% ❤️

Everything was excellent!

excelente hotel, eletra uma simpatia é muito prestativa, bons quarto com piscina privativa uma piscina coletiva fantástica. o café da manhã para o nível do hotel é fraco.

a whole experience the front desk team were amazing really helpful and always there for good advices

Breakfast was excellent fresh squeezed orange juice, hot food , local treats varied daily.

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the private pool. we also enjoyed the staff; they were amazing!

It was a bit of a drive to the Port. You need a car to get around.

The staff was top notch. They went out of their way at every instance. Such warm people and very accommodating. We went in early October so a bit windy but we still had a relaxing stay. The spa was wonderful!

we loved the privacy and the plentiful amenities and the luxurious feel of staying here

it’s a little further from the “town” so need taxi or car to get to main town of Chora, however the beach was only a walk away so it was accessible

Amazing pool and hot tub. Helpful reception staff to arrange transfers and trips into the old town. Loved breakfast. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants etc.

Stunning boutique property with outstanding service

We went to Naxian Utopia for a full week on holiday. The place is very quiet and calmed, having your own pool is amazing. The hotel is close enough to the beach to go walking, but there are no proper sidewalks for it, so it may be risky to do it at night, better to rent a car. The only thing that could be improved is that our room was next to the kitchen and in the mornings there was some noise of the washing machine or the dishwasher, but all the rest was very nice.

The location was not great. There was a rooster literally 50 feet from my window each morning. Not exactly what we’d hope for on a relaxing vacation.

Friendly staff, big place, good breakfast, close to grocery store and beach. They arrange transportation to and from the sea port or airport which i like. I still recommend getting a car if you are comfortable driving. I found it very useful for my many trips. The room NEEDS a microwave though - this is very important!

Excellent service and facilities. Nothing was too much trouble.

What we liked about this property was that we had our own private swimming pool. It was very clean and very inviting and we were in it a lot. The service on the property was fantastic. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging transfers around the island. She also helped the kitchen staff in preparing meals. I would be a little hesitant to rent here with small children, as they were about a half of a mile from the beach area and there is no sidewalk along the road. Other than that, we had a great visit. The room was immaculate and the tv had Internet on it so that we could access our Netflix account when we had settled in for the night.

The highlight of our trip! Beautiful room, great staff, and an amazing breakfast! Sorry we only had 3 nights with you. Just a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants.

Great hotel, very new and modern. It was great having a private pool and breakfast brought to your room each morning. It is away from town so you do need a car, or it's a €10 cab into town

This hotel was perfect. Everything you could want if you are looking for a relaxing independent getaway! From the moment of arrival to departure they were brilliant. Organised pick up and drop off! Fabulous room and hotel in general. Breakfast was delicious and the variety was perfect. Short walk to supermarket, beach and brilliant restaurants! Relaxing, calming and indulgent. Would go again in a heartbeat. I would definitely stay here if ever in Naxos again! Would highly recommend renting a quad bike or car while there (all which the staff help organize for you) so you can explore the clean, sandy, clear water beaches close by.
