Very big and comfortable room, clean and with a/c and ventilators. They accommodated our very late check-in and staff was overall polite and friendly. The facilities cover all basic needs.

The bed was small, there was quite some noise from the street (we did not manage to close the window) and we had no towels in the room - we had to ask for them specifically. The pictures look better; in reality the place is older and basic.

ONLY decent point is the location, everything else is horrible.

Very comfortable and cozy stay. We stayed 5 nights there and very convenient for all locations that we want to go. Specially the staff was very helpful and friendly

Cleanliness wasn’t great. Saw a cockroach in room, and one in the dining area, that too near were bowls were kept. Also there was a worm/larvae like organism in cold milk.

The Aircon in one of the rooms was not working. In the kitchen ,microwave was not there .also there was washing soap and brush for the plates.

Central location Well equipped apartment.it can become your home away from home The best part of this property is the staff.everyone wishes you politely when they see u.the security guards always assist with bags.the housekeeping boys tend to your requests within minutes.the lady bharti at reception remembered me from my previous stay that I was unwell and asked about my health.jairam from front desk made sure my apartment tvs were set up how I like before he finished his duty for the day. I extended my stay by one day and Jairam again made sure the transfer was not inconvenient for me and that the tvs were functioning according to my likes. This kind of customer service is on par with 5 star properties

The stay was very comfortable and cozy. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, although the hairdryer had to be requested separately. The reception staff, service staff, and security guards were all extremely helpful and welcoming. Jayaram, Immam, Mani, and the tall, thin lady at the reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot to note down) provided excellent service. Jayaram even went out of his way to help us order food online when we were too tired and hungry to head out. The location is right in the heart of the city and conveniently close to all the major landmarks, which made getting around very easy. We truly had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

Just a small note — we noticed that our room was often cleaned with only one towel provided, even though there were two of us staying. However, the staff were always very prompt in delivering an extra towel whenever we requested one. Perhaps a little more attention could be given to this detail.

There was no restaurant within the hotel. They order from some outside kitchen, anyway the place has an array of restaurants with Garuda mall food court just a step away.

The location is good, right next to Garuda mall and 10 mn walk away from a commercial street. Foreign exchange counters 5 mins walk away too.

I wish they had rooms or apartments which could accommodate 4 persons: 2 adults & 2 children so we didn’t have to take 2 separate rooms. I booked six months in advance and didn’t get 2 rooms on the same floor (which isn’t convenient for a family of 4). I didn’t find it easy and comfortable to open the room door with a key below the padlock. I got twice disconnected from the hotel WiFi during my stay (had to get another password each time). I hard a hard time each time to obtain the WiFi password. I didn’t get a receipt for my rooms payment as I paid in cash.

It's a decent stay. The staff were welcoming. It's in a good area where there are a lot of things to see around, for shopping, restaurants and even clubs. Clean rooms, despite being small.

The hot water wasn't working. Even after complaining and "fixing" it, the cold water situation had not changed. Which was really annoying as things like these need to be checked before giving us the room.

Je suis restée pour un séjour long dans cet hôtel parfaitement situé en plein cœur de la ville (moins de 10 min de Church Street, 2 min de Garuda mall), dans une rue propre et calme. Idéal pour se reposer le soir. Le studio dispose du nécessaire pour vivre convenablement. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable et très aidant. Rien à redire en termes de propreté. Je recommande tout particulièrement !

I had a pleasant stay at Olive Magrath Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, making it very easy to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. I also appreciated the presence of security, which made the hotel feel safe and comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience and a convenient place to stay.

Price .

Bed sheets gave me a rash . Too many unnecessary extra pillows on the bed . Taps of the basin was not working properly. Overall pathetic maintenance of the property.

The lift Buttons Don't work on the 3rd Floor ...the Beds and the Pillows are very uncomfortable and the intercom wasn't working ...room service is bad they don't clean well and don't replenish the stuff in the room

Emplacement idéal. Proche du centre à pied. Personnel.réactif à la demande. Accueil avec un receptionniste par écran interposé lors.de.notre arrivée dans la.nuit mais aucun souci.

Nombreuses sollicitations via 3 canaux whats app différents pour confirmer la resa.que.nous avions fait par Booking.( Un par le.manager de l hotel, un par le.numéro whatsapp de la ré eption et un par le groupe aucun appartient l hotel.. ) Perturbant et pas rassurant .

Nice location, large room and really comfy bed. All I needed for my short stay here!

Het hotel ligt rustig in een achteraf straat. Maar binnen loopafstand van winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden.

De staf is niet echt coöperatief. Er zou om 5 uur 's ochtends vervoer naar het station klaar staan, maar dat was niet geregeld. De receptie op dat tijdstip sprak geen Engels, dus dat werkte ook niet echt mee. Heel erg vervelend. Het ontbijt is matig voor een te dure prijs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and the location was convenient with easy access to everything we needed. The lunch from the shared kitchen was excellent, and everything was very clean throughout.

Rooms are very spacious, like an apartment. It was nice to imagine living in Bengaluru for a few days. Location was also good near the shopping district and also a small shopping street behind. The street itself felt very safe and upscale.

Could be slightly cleaner but it was okay. Construction was loud one night so bring earplugs if staying anytime soon. Wifi did not work and I had to get a new password multiple times. Staff was just okay, could be more helpful.
